All of us, including Teikoku, have already got into position. Someoka and Shourinji were benched, so Kuroi and I will be substituting for them. I wasn't afraid anymore. Nina was gone and so was Kageyama. Finally, I can go back to what I am. 

The whistle started, with our kickoff. Shuuya kicked the ball to me and I kicked it back. He ran up ahead and I followed behind. Narukami and Oono tried a sliding tackle, but he dodged it right through. Narukami even tried to block me but I got past him in a breeze.

"Dragon Tornado!"

"Power Shield!"

Blocked. I expected it from him anyway. 

"Power Shield renders any shoot ineffective." He said. Shuuya was shocked, but I wasn't. Koujirou told me that before. 

"I'm never going to score a goal from you, am I?"

"Nope! This move can block shoots! And any shoots are unavailable!"

"Is there a way to break the darn thing?!"

"When you face me in a match, you'll figure it out!"

"I'm breaking that wall..." I muttered.

The ball was thrown to Kidou as me and Shuuya ran back. He passed it to Gojou, who then passed it back to Kidou, and got past Kuroi. Jimon had run up ahead, so I assume he was going to use Hyakuretsu Shot.

Kidou kicked it in the air. Yep.

"Hyakuretsu Shot!"

"Nekketsu Punch!"

The ball bounced off, but luckily it hit the goalpost. I sighed in relief. For sure I thought he would score... but I know Endou could've stopped it.... right. Kageyama told him. Oh come on! Why now?!

I glanced at Kidou; I know he really needs to win this, but we need it more.

The ball was passed around again, and Jirou did a heading shoot. He fumbled with it, but managed to catch it. Yeah, I blame Kageyama for this. 

Endou passed it to Kuroi, but Kidou had already gotten the ball in a flash. He always managed to get past Kuroi when he least expects it, so I wasn't really surprised. He got past Kabeyama by putting the ball up in the air, run around him, and get the ball when it dropped. He was about to kick the ball in the goal, when Shuuya came back from the front and blocked him from doing so. Doumen (yes the little guy, who I now know his name), got the lose ball, but then kicked it out when he saw that Kidou had injured his leg.

"Jirou! Why did you kick it out?! You could've scored!"

"You're more important than the goal!"

Kidou had gotten back to his position, and it was Doumen who had started the corner kick. I intercepted it and ran for the goal. 

"Nereus Stream!"

"Power Shield!"

Darn. I was hoping that it would work... Never mind. There's always another time.

"Hey,"

"Hmm?" I glanced at Koujirou.

"You still haven't figured it out?" He gave a small smirk.

I felt my face heat up, then looked away. "S-Someone else will figure it out sooner or later!" I said, before running back to my position.

Shuuya used Fire Tornado, but it was deflected as well. Again, I expected it from him.

"It can be used more than once! Awesome, right?"

"Yeah, but me and Kuroi aren't getting a goal from you!"

Shuuya had that look on his face; He figured it out. And why am I even--- never mind. And how did he manage to figure it out? Meh, maybe because he gave a hint. Koujirou had always been a hint giver, but I didn't mind nonetheless. 'At least he gave a useful one, this time.'

Sakiyama passed it to Kidou, and he gave a signal to Jirou and Jimon. Wait... I know that formation! 

"Endou! Block it with no walls barred! And I mean it!" I shouted.

"Wait, what are they going to do?!" Kuroi looked at me.

I didn't have time to say it, because they already did it.

"Emperor Penguin, #2!"

5 penguins blasted out from the ground and now it surrounded the ball. Endou used God Hand, but I figured, it wasn't strong enough. The penguins were like digging on the golden hands' fingers, and in an instant, it broke, and Teikoku had the lead.

"Ah geez..." I face palmed.

"Don't tell me you could've blocked it." Asuka rolled his eyes.

"I couldn't." I shrugged. "Too strong."

The first half ended with Teikoku's first point.

"So, what now?" Kuroi asked me.

I didn't answer and just walked over to the opposite side. Doumen was spraying something on Kidou's leg; I knew the technique was a burden to the legs. I had tried it before, and my leg had hurt a lot.

Doumen stopped spraying when he saw me.

"Came to gloat?" Kidou said, mocking me. Hey, you got the lead score, we didn't. I should be the one asking that to you.

"Here. You'll need it more than me." I tossed out a leg support; It was small, so hiding it in socks would be an easy thing. "You're still helping?" Jirou asked me. "Even if we're enemies?"

"You guys aren't enemies." I said, shrugging. "You're still my friends even if we are supposed to be enemies."

When I got back, my mom had given me her look of approval; That mean I did something right, which I did. Helping others was always a second thing to us, despite that we were enemies. But, Kidou, Koujirou, and some others were my friends and Jirou was my brother.

The second half started with Teikoku's kickoff. Kidou had gotten past Matsuno and Kuroi, and kicked the ball to Jimon. I saw that Kurimatsu, Kazemaru, Kabeyama, and Asuka went to the goal, probably to tighten the defense. Jimon had kicked the ball, hard if I might add. Until had had passed to Jirou. He, Doumen, Jimon did Death Zone. Asuka had defended the goal, using his own head to do it. He was subbed afterwards by Kageno.

"Endou!"

I saw Shuuya. And I'm not making this up. He did Fire Tornado, and had kicked it straight into Endou. "Oi! Shuuya! What the hell?! We won't have a reserved keeper!" I said. Shuuya looked at me, then at Endou, saying, "Whatever happens outside the field doesn't matter. Once the whistle blows, focus on the match!" 

"Oi! Shuuya!" He just went back to his position. I didn't even need to--- urgh. He was kinda strange after Yuuka had gotten into a coma, and I don't really blame him at all. 

The match had started again, and Kidou and Jirou used Twin Boost. Hey, it would've have been a real twin boost if me and Jirou did it, just saying. Endou then defended it, by repeatedly punching the ball and using an upper cut to finish it.

"Bakuretsu Punch!" Megane exclaimed. I rolled my eyes. I knew that, I just didn't say anything.

"Shuuya, if you don't mind, me and Kuroi got this." I said.

"Shoot the goal?" Shuuya asked.

"I kinda figured it out already." I said. "Kuroi! Let's do it!"

Kuroi and I ran up forward, dodging every possible block. The ball was with Kuroi, so I ran up ahead.

"Diagon Shoot!"

Koujirou used Power Shield again. The ball was about to deflect, and that was my cue.

"Water Wave!"

"It took me a while to figure it out, but I now I know! Shockwaves, right?" I smirked.

"What the---?!"

It broke through, and we tied 1-1. I gave Kuroi a high five, and Koujirou a, "I told you so." look at him. I saw him look at me in disbelief. Hehe. I am good.

Soon the match was at a stalemate. Everyone's stamina was already reaching it's limits, including mine. If this wasn't going anywhere soon, the match would end at a penalty kick. But Jirou had made a mishap, and the ball was passed at me.

"Shuuya! Kabeyama!" I kicked it towards them. Koujirou used Full Power Shield, and Shuuya and Kabeyama did the Inazuma Drop, but what surprised everyone, was this;

Endou had jumped with Shuuya, and they created, the Inazuma One Drop. And just in time as well too, because the second half already ended. We had won with a 2-1.

Everyone had jumped in the air, except for me though. I just gave a smile and shrug. "Heh. I knew anyways."

"So, I heard we're having a victory party!" Kuroi exclaimed.

"I'll pass." I glanced at my brother, and the team. "I have somewhere else to be for now."
