JMAX FEDERAL PENITENTIARY

Hobbs is led through the prison to his cell as all of the inmates yell at him since he had put quite a few of them in there.
"Well, well, well..." Deckard Shaw says as Hobbs reaches his cell which is across from Deckard's. "Luke Hobbs behind bars. Would you look at that. The bent cop got his day." Hobbs is led into his cell before the door locks behind him. "You know, that color looks good on you."
"Yeah, it'll look a whole hell of a lot better with your blood on it," Hobbs tells him with a glare.
"Yeah, good luck with that, Hercules," Deckard says with a slight smirk. "Lawman gone bad, huh? Such a cliche. Oh, well, welcome to the club."
"I wouldn't get that twisted, son," Hobbs says as he smirks at Deckard. "We ain't in no club, we got nothing in common. And unlike you, I ain't gonna be here long."
"What, you bring a shovel, did you?" Deckard asks him. "Because it's 38 feet of steel and concrete. Or so I've been told. And I don't see your lovely sister around to save you." Deckard chuckles before mimicking a person digging. "Better get to digging. Wanker."

Dom and Gabby are walking through the plane when a man named Rhodes, stands in front of them.
"Move," Dom tells Rhodes with a glare.
"Say that again," Rhodes taunts Dom.
"If he says it again, it'll be to a corpse," Gabby threatens him, causing Rhodes to chuckle.
"I'm going to enjoy this," Rhodes says as the lady, named Cipher, walks over to them.
"Welcome back," Cipher says as Dom looks over at her. "Nice job out there. You excited about, tonight?"
"You're going on this?" Rhodes asks her causing her to roll her eyes.
"You two are with me," Cipher says before she, Gabby, and Dom leave the room. Cipher starts opening compartments as they enter another room.
"Showing me your shoe collection?" Dom asks her as he looks at all of the guns.
"Yep," Cipher answers him with a smirk. "A pair for every occasion."
"You have enough guns in here to outfit a small army, huh?" Gabby asks as she walks around while Cipher sits down.
"Oh, this is just the tip of the iceberg," Cipher answers her with a nod. "You know what I like about you, Dom? You're a genuine outlaw. I mean, you're a man who lives by his own rules. Which is surprising, because when I saw you in Cuba, I heard about a guy who almost killed you with a motorcycle, and you let him keep his car?"
"Oh, that confused you?" Dom asks her as if it were simple.
"Hmm," Cipher says in agreement.
"Course I could've taken his car. But it's about something bigger," Dom explains to her as he slowly walks around before closing one of the compartments. "This way, I changed him."
"That's not your responsibility," Cipher tells him.
"But it's who I am," Dom states as he walks over to her.
"Is it?" Cipher asks him with a raised eyebrow. "Let me ask you something, Dom. What's the best thing in your life?"
"Family," Dom answers her easily.
"No, it's not," Cipher argues with him. "Not if you're being honest. It's the 10 seconds between start and finish, when you're not thinking about anything. No family, no obligations. Just you. Being free." Dom walks away from her knowing that it is partially true. "I got to tell you, this whole saving the world, Robin Hood nonsense you've been doing recently? It's bullshit. It's not you." Cipher closes the other compartment. "Be who you are. Why live only a quarter mile at a time when you can live your whole life that way?"

Hobbs is pounding the wall of his cell as he tries to think of a way out.
"Is that it?" Deckard asks as he watches Hobbs, unimpressed. "Is that all those bloated-out muscles will give ya? All show and no go." Hobbs punches the wall really hard before walking over to his bench, ripping it out of the wall. Hobbs pulls it to where Deckard can see.
"Oh, I got plenty of go," Hobbs tells him as he starts doing arm curls.
"You must've misplaced that when I kicked your ass up and down that office of yours," Deckard taunts him.
"Yeah," Hobbs says as he sets the bench down. "Just like you Brits, rewriting history, huh?"
"All I know is, it wasn't me that was thrown out of a four story window," Deckard explains with a smirk.
"Jumped," Hobbs corrects him. "I jumped out of a four story window saving my partner's life. Cause where I'm from we don't settle fights by throwing bombs."
"Well, that's funny, because where I'm from, we don't need women to run to our rescue," Deckard says as he glares at Hobbs. "I mean, do you really believe you can stand in front of me and beat me in a straight up old fashioned fist fight?"
"Let me tell you something," Hobbs says as he stares Deckard down. "Me and you, one on one, no one else around." Hobbs leans against the window of his cell. "I will beat your ass like a Cherokee drum."
"Maybe one day we'll find out," Deckard says as he nods his head.
"Oh, you better hope that day never comes," Hobbs tells him before Hobbs' cell door opens. Hobbs walks over to the door before looking out. Hobbs looks back at the camera in his room. "I said no, Mr. Nobody. I'm not leaving this cell. I'll get out my own way." An alarm starts blaring. "The right way." Guards start running up the stairs to his cells.
"Hey! Why's the door open? Get back in your cell!" A guard says as he holds a shock baton out at Hobbs.
"Relax. It's just a malfunction," Hobbs explains as he holds his hands up. "Just a malfunction." Deckard grabs the guard closest to his cell before using the shock baton to short out the sensor to his cell door. All of the cell doors open before all of the prisoners run out. Deckard kicks a guard away from his cell before running. "Stop him! Don't let him get away!" Hobbs shocks two guards as Deckard jumps down to the lower level. Deckard uses a prisoner to shield himself as a guard shoots rubber bullets at them. Once close enough Deckard grabs the gun before hitting two guards with it, taking them down. Deckard shoots a guard before throwing the gun at a second guard causing him to fall. Hobbs takes out all of the guards around his cell before looking for Deckard, who jumps to an even lower level. Deckard takes out another guard as Hobbs jumps to a lower level where a prisoner tries to shank him. Hobbs twists the prisoner's hand before slamming the cell door on the prisoner's arm. Deckard takes out two more guards.
"Hobbs!" A prisoner yells as he makes his way over to Hobbs. "I've been waiting a long time for this." The prisoner goes to shank Hobbs, who grabs his arm before stabbing the prisoner in the chest.
"Keep waiting, bitch," Hobbs tells him before pushing the prisoner away, then taking out a guard. Another guard shoots Hobbs twice. "Rubber bullets. Big mistake." Hobbs throws the guard that he was taking out, which takes out another guard before he walks towards the guard that was shooting him. The guard shoots Hobbs again before Hobbs grabs the gun, shooting the guard in the foot. Hobbs grabs the guard before resting the gun on him, shooting at other guards. Hobbs slings the guard out of the way before using the gun to take out another guard. Another guard shoots him causing Hobbs to yell before rushing over to the guard. Hobbs knocks the gun out of the way before throwing the guard at two other guards. Deckard jumps over a prisoner and a rail before slamming a guards head on the rail. Hobbs and Deckard see the doors start to lock before looking at each other with a glare. Deckard starts running through the prisoners and guards while Hobbs follows from above. Hobbs slides down to the level that Deckard is on before taking out a prisoner. Deckard used the fence to jump over several guards and prisoners. Hobbs takes out two prisoners before head butting a guard that is wearing a helmet. Three guards stand between Hobbs and the door before Hobbs tackles all three of them into a wall. Deckard is taking out three guards before Hobbs tackles him outside as the door closes. They both quickly stand up ready to fight as they are surrounded by guards with actual guns. Hobbs and Deckard both turn to find Mr. Nobody.
"Well, that took longer than I expected," Mr. Nobody says as he looks at his watch.

UNDISCLOSED LOCATION

"Three questions," Hobbs says as he walks with Mr. Nobody at a new location.
"Yeah," Mr. Nobody states.
"My daughter?" Hobbs asks as they enter a room.
"With your sister-in-law," Mr. Nobody answers him.
"My sister?" Hobbs asks his next question causing Mr. Nobody to chuckle. "Toretto?"
"It's interesting you ask," Mr. Nobody says as they go to enter another room. "This is my new base. Welcome to Nowhere."
"It's a little sterile for you," Hobbs says causing Mr. Nobody to chuckle again.
"Listen there's something that I want to talk to you about," Mr. Nobody says as he enters the room where the Toretto team is. "Hey, listen, guys. Thanks..." Mr. Nobody sees that they are all cuffed. "Whoa, whoa, whoa. What? Handcuffs? What is this?"
"It's called abuse of power," Rome says as he glares at Little Nobody.
"You told me to round them up," Little Nobody defends as he looks at Mr. Nobody.
"I didn't tell you to hand..." Mr. Nobody says as he shakes his head. "Cut em loose. Oh, man. This is embarrassing."
"So, this is how you treat your old friends?" Letty asks with a smirk as she holds up her cuffs that she had taken off without a key.
"Friends?" Tej asks her. "We don't even really know who the hell this guy is." Little Nobody takes Rome's cuffs off.
"Doesn't matter who I am, Tej. I'm, like, nobody, okay?" Mr. Nobody says as Little Nobody takes off Ramsey's cuffs.
"Nobody. So, then, who is he?" Tej asks as he looks at Little Nobody.
"Him? He's nothing. He's like, less than me," Mr. Nobody answers him as Little Nobody starts taking Tej's cuffs off.
"Clearly, we're getting nowhere with nobody," Rome says as he leans on the table. "I've been in here for four hours, and my ribs are showing." Rome stands up as Little Nobody walks around the table. "I don't know about y'all but I'm out."
"I wouldn't recommend that," Little Nobody says as Rome walks over to the door.
"What?" Rome asks as he turns to glare at Little Nobody.
"Well, thanks to your botched Berlin job, you all made Interpol's Top 10 Most Wanted list," Mr. Nobody explains as he looks at Rome.
"Top 10," Rome says with an impressed nod.
"Mmm-hmm," Mr. Nobody says in agreement.
"That's all right," Rome says with a smirk.
"Well, not you, Roman," Mr. Nobody says.
"What do you mean?" Rome asks him confused.
"You just missed the cut. You're number 11, so..." Mr. Nobody explains to him.
"I'm... I missed?" Rome asks offended and still confused. "That's impossible! What number did they come in at?"
"Six," Little Nobody says as he points at Hobbs before pointing at Letty. "Eight." He then points at Tej then Ramsey. "Nine, Ten."
"She's ten?" Rome asks Mr. Nobody, who nods. "That's impossible. There's no way she's a 10."
"Oh, she's definitely a 10," Tej says as he takes a chance to flirt with Ramsey, who rolls her eyes.
"How about we focus on someone who were not gonna find on anybody's list," Mr. Nobody says as he turns his attention on the screens in the room. Mr. Nobody pulls up a picture of a woman before looking at Ramsey. "We're awaiting hard confirmation, but I believe that's the cyber terrorist known as Cipher."
"Wait, no," Ramsey starts correcting. "Cipher's an organization. Not a person."
"Not according to our sources," Little Nobody tells her.
"What does she want?" Letty says, ready to go find Dom.
"No one knows," Ramsey answers as she leans on the table. "Cipher is like a digital act of God. They... well, she can manipulate world systems from the shadows. Anything that can be hacked is hers to play with."
"And here's the kicker. You'll never find her linked to any of it," Little Nobody explains as he looks at the team. "Her digital identity is scrubbed every few seconds, worldwide."
"So, basically, she's the boogeyman," Tej states with a shrug.
"Damn," Rome says as he sits down again. "She's one of the hottest boogeymans I've ever seen." Ramsey rolls her eyes at Rome. "I mean, if y'all know her, tell her to get at your boy." Rome laughs as Little Nobody walks over to him, kicking his shin.
"What are you 12?" Little Nobody asks him with a glare.
"That was my shin, mother..." Rome starts before he is interrupted by Ramsey.
"Let's just say, people are scared of the hacker group Anonymous," Ramsey explains to them. "But even Anonymous won't mess with her."
"What the hell does any of this have to do with us?" Letty asks as she hits the table, growing impatient because she just wants to find Dom.
"Probably nothing, Letty," Mr. Nobody says as he walks over to her. "But I do find it interesting that, apparently, for some reason, she's now working with these two people." Mr. Nobody hits a button causing Dom's and Gabby's profiles to appear on the screen. The team looks at the screen in shock before Letty looks over at Hobbs, who sighs with a shrug. "They've already delivered a fully operational EMP into her hands. Detonate that, they can turn any city in the world into a war zone."
"So, then, what is it you're suggesting we do?" Tej asks as he looks at Mr. Nobody.
"Maybe we find Dom and Gabby, huh?" Mr. Nobody suggests as he starts to pace. "Well, first, let's catch them, and then figure out why they've turned."
"So, y'all want us to track Dom and Gabby," Rome states as he lightly shakes his head.
"Yeah, I know, Roman, it's kind of a big job," Mr. Nobody says in agreement.
"It's impossible," Rome tells him.
"Which is why I'm bringing in an extra pair of hands," Mr. Nobody says as he hits a button to unlock the door before Deckard enters the room, causing the team to quickly stand up.
"Ah, my day just got a whole hell of a lot better," Hobbs says as he glares at Deckard. "Mr. Nobody you wanna tell me why you just put me in a room with this tea and crumpets eating, criminal sumbitch?"
"What a big mouth on a small head, coming from Prisoner 6753," Deckard taunts him as he glances at the screen where Gabby's profile is.
"Don't think we've forgotten everything that you've done," Letty says as she glares at him.
"We are not teaming up with this guy," Tej says as he also glares at Deckard.
"Let's get one thing clear. I ain't on your team," Deckard says as he looks at Tej. "I don't care about you, your crew, or your little family. I'm here for Cipher."
"What are you gonna do, apply for a job?" Hobbs asks him. "Head Asshole?"
"You know, I think that tight T-shirt is cutting off the circulation to your brain. You should get a bigger size," Deckard taunts Hobbs once again. "Cipher came to me first. Wanted me to steal Nightshade for her. When I said no, she went after my brother." Deckard walks around the table where Hobbs meets him at the end of it.
"Ah, yes, brother Owen," Mr. Nobody says as he quickly steps between the two. "Who could forget him, huh?" Mr. Nobody hits a button bringing up Owen's profile. "Former hell-raiser before he had a run in with Gabby and now is a current guest at a nasty little black site prison."
"Cipher corrupted him and left him for dead," Deckard says as he holds in his anger. "So, if I get a shot to take her down, believe me, Flex, I'm taking it." Deckard walks around Mr. Nobody causing Little Nobody to grab his gun.
"You're taking my boot right up your ass, is what you're taking," Hobbs says as he also steps around Mr. Nobody.
"Guys, guys. The fastest way to find Cipher is through Toretto," Mr. Nobody says as he turns to face them. Little Nobody adjusts his tie to cover up the fact that he grabbed for his gun before Rome mimics him. "Now, aside from myself, there's only two men in the world that have ever managed to actually track him down with any success. And guess what. They're both standing in front of me right now. So, like it or not, you two are gonna work together. You got that?" Hobbs and Deckard look at Mr. Nobody. "I'm gonna take that as a yes."
"Am I the only one seeing this?" Rome asks as he turns to face the team.
"Oh, this ought to be good," Little Nobody says with a slight eye roll before Rome shushes him.
"Use God's Eye," Rome says as he looks back at the team. "We put our lives on the line, running around the world trying to figure this thing out. It can find anybody, right? Let's use it to find Dom."
"Roman, that is a great idea," Mr. Nobody says as he puts his remote in his pocket.
"Did you hear that?" Rome asks as he looks at Ramsey. "Great idea. No, no, no, don't tune it out. Huh?"
"Mr. Nobody, let's fire it up, huh?" Hobbs says as he looks at Mr. Nobody with a nod.
