Kagami sighed, her shoulders slumped forward as she kept the phone pressed to her ear.

She could feel her heart sink into the pits of her stomach the moment she heard Adrien's voicemail once more. She pressed her lips together, her finger pressing onto the end call button and she sighed.

Her brown eyes shifted up towards the sky, glancing at the darkness. Her pale freckled face was embraced by the moon and in that moment Kagami felt a sour taste brewing in the back of her mouth.

She knew she had fucked up badly, but what she had said before was true. Sure, Adrien wasn't the person she had intended to be with when they first got together, but over time she really did grow to like him - in fact, she was insanely in love with him. She wanted to be the one he married and she had every intention to until Marinette had stepped into the picture.

Kagami never had any intentions to hurt Adrien, but she was so impulsive when it came to her decisions that it always got her into trouble. She had a lack of thought when it came to thinking about the feelings of others, but sometimes the voids she felt within herself became too overwhelming.

Kagami chewed her bottom lip, her aching heart squeezing within the tight confines of her chest as she pressed her thumb onto the call button once more.
Damn it, she was going to call him as many times as she could until she finally got through to him, she didn’t care how annoying it got.

She ran her thumb across the inside of her lip as she pressed her phone to her ear once more. She shifted her weight, pacing back and forth as the phone continued to ring on the other end.
Kagami sighed, feeling her heart continue to ache relentlessly.
All she needed was another chance. If she could somehow talk to Adrien again, she would make him understand where she came from. She had every intention to change, she would do anything to get her relationship back.
She needed Adrien to see that she really did love him. She fucked up, and she learned. She wouldn't do the things she did again. He didn't need Marinette, she could give him everything he wanted and needed.

She was the one for him. She was the one supposed to be wearing his ring. She had spent so many years with him and they had a future planned together.

It was just incredibly hard for her to just forget all of that.
He just needed to hear her out.
She just needed that one last chance.
Kagami felt her lip quiver and she closed her eyes, listening to his voicemail once more.

She pressed her thumb onto the end call button and she clenched her phone.

It was frustrating.

She wished he would stop being so stubborn. All she needed was five minutes to talk to him.
If she had to, she'd leave a million and one voicemails.

Kagami sighed in defeat, her arms dropping to her sides as she glanced up at the moon once more with a grimace.

It wasn't too late, and because Kagami had been with him for so long she knew his schedule like the back of her hand. She was well aware how often it changed when the different seasons came around so she knew he wasn't at work.

He should've been done with his work schedule by now.
A small frown etched it's way onto her features as the thought of Adrien purposely ignoring her only shattered her heart even more so.
The frustration only grew more and more deep within her.

Kagami sucked her teeth, glancing at the time on her phone lock screen.
She wondered what he could be doing at this time of night. It was still only so young.

Marinette whimpered, her heart pounding inside her ribcage as Adrien's voice echoed hers.

She exhaled, her body incredibly warm as Adrien slowly relaxed on top of her.

She furrowed her brow, her fingers slowly moving up to play with his damp hair.

Adrien moaned softly, his hips growing still between Marinette's thighs as he remained buried inside of her. He blushed deeply, closing his eyes as he placed his head against her chest and listened to her racing heart.

Marinette continued to catch her breath, her body quivering beneath his as she was still growing used to the fact that she was making love to Adrien.
The room remained quiet as nothing could be heard but their breaths in perfect synchronization.

"You're not going to leave again, are you?" Adrien asked, her voice thrown off by his breath. "You know I won't let you get away this time-"

Marinette chuckled, kissing the top of his head as she slowly unraveled her legs from his hips.

"I've got nowhere to be," she replied, her hands slowly moving down towards his shoulders. "You know Alya likes to ask questions whenever I'm late. I didn't want to make things awkward."

Adrien hummed, lifting his head up so that his gaze could meet hers.
"Yeah yeah," he chuckled, lifting his body slightly from hers so that he could press his lips against her neck, "Excuses, excuses-"

Marinette bit her lip, a deep blush brewing from her cheeks all the way down to her chest the moment she felt his lips kiss her neck.

She whimpered softly, closing her eyes as she relished in the sensation of his lips.

Her brow furrowed and she tensed slightly the moment she felt his tongue slide along her skin. She gripped onto his shoulders, her legs quivering as Adrien sucked on the skin delicately before moving his lips down to kiss her clavicle.

Adrien hummed, carefully pulling away from her skin before he glanced up at her. He leaned down, kissing her cheeks delicately before he groaned with vexation.

He glanced down at the marks he had left behind on her neck and he carefully propped himself up on his elbows.

"You...didn't get too far with Luka back then, did you?" Adrien asked, his eyes moving up to her face as he recalled the one time he had seen hickeys on her neck from when she was with Luka so long ago.

Marinette widened her eyes, her blush only growing deeper as she even forgot that she had almost slept with Luka that night. Her heart pounded relentlessly inside of her chest as her blue eyes met his with complete perplexity.

"Adrien-- we just had sex!" She chuckled, reaching up to facepalm herself. "I know I'm not that experienced, but I don't think you're supposed to ask these things."

Adrien groaned placing his head back onto her chest with a playful smile.
"I know I have you now, but I can't help but think about the times I didn't have you and the marks he left on you when he had you." Adrien slowly wrapped his arms around her, holding her taut to his body.

Marinette pouted and she reciprocated the gesture. She wrapped her arms around his neck, keeping herself closer to him as she relaxed into the warmth of his body.

She closed her eyes and she kissed his hair delicately with a small blush.
"That stuff doesn't matter-- and no, I didn't go very far with Luka," she replied delicately. "What matters is that we are together now and we are happy. I think we are in a good place," Marinette explained, slowly running her fingers through his thick hair.
Adrien smiled, feeling completely content with the connection the two had shared.

While it’s true that they had a bumpy road to find their way to one another, they both made it out fine in the end.

"You think we are in a good place?" Adrien mused, a teasing lilt in his voice as his hands slowly moved over towards her hips. "Because I think the position we're in is quite compromising~"

Marinette shook her head, slowly untangling her arms from around him.
"Adrien, I swear you're like a hormonally stressed out teen- ngh!" Marinette grew stiff, her voice cutting short the moment Adrien lifted her hips against his.

Marinette barely had any time to speak before she had felt his lips move against hers. She furrowed her brow, her heart picking up the pace inside of her chest as she tried to keep up with the kiss.

They only made love twice and while working on their third time, Marinette learned that she could never get used to the sensation of him moving within her.

She held onto him, her eyes screwed shut as her fingers began to dig into his skin. Her body slowly moved alongside his and Marinette could feel the pleasure disperse relentlessly within the depth of her stomach. Her brow furrowed and her hands immediately began to search for purchase the moment Adrien grew more comfortable and began to move more viscerally within her.

Marinette concentrated on the kiss, small whimpers emanating from the back of her throat. Her breath grew rigid and the more Adrien moved the more she felt herself growing closer and closer to her orgasm.

Adrien only wrapped his arms tighter around her, his lips moving sloppily against hers with depravity.

Adrien withdrew his lips from hers, placing his face into the crook of her neck. His arms only grew tighter and tighter.

His intention was to simply get lost in her warmth. The feeling was riveting, this was something he knew that he couldn’t get used to. He knew this was a feeling he wanted to enjoy over and over again.

Adrien enjoyed her warmth, he enjoyed the way she held him when they made love. He loved the cute little moans she made, and he loved the way he was able to wind her up. Simply knowing that he made her lose control or lose her equilibrium when they were done gave him so much more pleasure than anyone could imagine.

Adrien gasped the moment he felt her nails dig into the sensitive skin of his back. Adrien whimpered, his legs trembling as he soon found himself only growing closer and closer to his release.

He knew Marinette was at her limit.
Adrien held her tighter, his hips moving between her thighs inpatient.
It was only in that moment, that Adrien's phone buzzed relentlessly against the bedside table.
Adrien groaned, his body leaning against Marinette as her disappointed sigh echoed his.

Marinette felt Adrien's arms grow loose from around her and her fingers slowly eased their way from his thick locks.

"You have to change your number," Marinette sighed. "Or else she'll be calling you at least fifty times a day. It's really starting to become annoying."

Adrien offered her a weak smile, knowing full well that he too was getting annoyed with the way his phone had been ringing off the hook lately. He knew that he could always just ignore the call or ignore the ringing, but knowing that it was Kagami rid any adrenaline that may have found its way into his veins.

"I'm working on it," Adrien murmured, placing a small kiss to her cheek as he slowly withdrew from her. "I'm having my father rearrange everything. Once I get a new number, it'll take centuries to give it out to the appropriate people again."

Marinette pouted, her heart continuing to race within her chest. Her blush continued to flare against her freckled skin and she watched as Adrien scooted to the edge of the bed to shut off his phone, but not before catching a glimpse of Kagami's unsaved number on the screen.

"Sounds monotonous..." Marinette murmured slowly, turning on her stomach so that she could rest her chin on her arms. She glanced up at him, her pout still evident. It went without a doubt that she had wanted him to return back to her and cuddle.
Despite the many times they made love, she was still too shy to ask him for small things like that.

Adrien sighed, his shoulders slumping forward as he could feel Marinette move closer from behind him.

"Speaking of monotonous..." Adrien mused, "My father was invited as a brand for fashion week." He pressed his lips together, feeling Marinette roll over against the bed so that she could sit up and place her hand on his shoulder.

"That's great! I'm not surprised that he was invited but I'm sure this would definitely get his fashion line out there, even across the world," Marinette piped, sliding her hand down from his shoulder to his chest so that she could hug him from behind.

"Yeah, but the problem is that I have to be there," Adrien continued, reaching up to touch her hand as it rested against his chest. "And that means I'm going to be working all day."

Marinette frowned and she leaned up, pressing a small kiss to the back of his neck. She leaned into him, closing her eyes as she rested against him. She then rested her cheek against the spot behind his shoulder.

Adrien pressed his cheek against hers, relishing in the quiet and stillness that rested between the both of them.
"You know my father doesn't make public appearances," Adrien elucidated. "That's kinda my job."

Marinette pursed her lips, feeling the blanket move down her midriff and pool at her hips. She remained silent, her heart syncopated with his as she listened to the deep base of his voice.

She knew without a doubt that Adrien was indeed a hard worker when it came to be a brand face for the Agreste name. Marinette would hate to have that sort of burden on her shoulders.
But her family was outgoing. Her parents never cooped themselves up in their homes.

In fact, Marinette may have been the only one who would rather sleep in bed all day and only leave when it came to eat or using the bathroom.

"You have to come with," Adrien murmured, his voice derailing Marinette from her train of thought.
And in that instant she felt her heart drop into her stomach acid.

A small pout formed its way onto her lips and she groaned.

"I was just thinking that I'd rather stay in bed and let you do all the hard work," Marinette sighed, falling backward onto the bed.

Adrien chuckled, lifting his leg back onto the bed so that he could awkwardly lay beside her. His arms immediately swathed their way around her and drew her taut to his body.

"You're my wife! You have to come," Adrien begged, pressing kisses against her neck delicately. "You of all people shouldn't miss fashion week. It's the place with enough publicity to get your designs out there."

Marinette bit her lip, a small blush brewing across her cheeks and chest as a small smile began to form through her lips.

"I'm only a student. I know I've got a few designs in mind..." her voice trailed off as she turned her head and captured his lips in a brief kiss. "Designs I'd be too modest to wear during fashion week."

Adrien hummed, brushing his lips against hers as his hands slowly made their way down to her hips.

"Don't be too modest," Adrien deadpanned, pulling back so he could look at her. "You're talented and your designs are great. I'd say they're definitely up to par with my father's fashion line. Student or not, you've got great potential."

Marinette closed her eyes, almost feeling like a teenager as she imagined herself wearing her own designs to a huge publicized event.

There would be photographers from all around the world who'd want to snap a picture of her and her husband.

Perhaps Adrien was really onto something.  Maybe this could be her chance to get her foot in the door.

"I...I think I may be interested..." Marinette stammered, suddenly feeling excited and nervous all at the same time.

"Trust me, it's a good idea," Adrien replied, moving his lips to her chin so that he could kiss her skin over and over again. "Plus, I would really love to have your company with me. It would make the days go by a lot more smoothly." Adrien leaned up, playfully biting Marinette's lip. "Plus, I have a feeling this year will be a lot more fun..."

Chloe glanced up at the sky, her blonde hair moving softly with the wind that surrounded her.

She had been contemplating this decision and it was hard, but she knew this was something she had to do.
Chloe was well aware that if she didn't, there was a huge possibility that she would die.

All her friends would lose her, her mother, her father and even the butlers that had worked under her for so many years would be incredibly distraught.
While it was true that Chloe simply didn't care about her life when it came to her overwhelming addiction, there was someone that had walked in her life and completely changed all of it.

Chloe stepped back, leaving her balcony and entering her suite. Her blue eyes moved around her surroundings and she took in the scenery for the last time.

It would be a matter of months before she'd ever see this place again.
Her money would definitely get her into the best that it could buy, but there was certainly no place like home.

She'd lose most contact from the outside world and before she took off for this new journey, she wanted to thank one special person that she knew wouldn't judge her and want the best of her.

"I guess this means I'm going to rehab for the spring..." Chloe murmured to herself as she closed the balcony doors behind her. "Let's just see how this goes."

Chloe bit her lip, sticking her hands into her pockets as she fished for her phone. There was one last call to Marinette before she would make the appointment.
Chloe was too scared to do it alone.
