Natsu's POV

  I looked at Lucy who was climbing down the grand staircase. She looked so beautiful, wait—no perfect. She's like a princess. Once our eyes met, i saw a hint of sadness in her eyes. Why though? I can't help but wonder, am i the reason of that sadness?

  I want to ran to her and hug her tell her it's alright. That i would be there with her. I want to know why she looks quite sad. I want to know if she's alright. And to top, that, i want to be with her.

  I felt someone tapped my shoulder, dragging me out of my thoughts. I looked back to the owner of the hand and saw Lisanna. Oh yeah right, i'm with Lisanna so i can't be with Lucy. I gave her a smile, though it came out sad and quite fake, but she just frowned at me.

  "Go." She simply said while nudging me towards Lucy. I can see a hint of guilt and disappointment on her eyes.

  "W-What?" I asked her, rather confused.

  "Go with her. I know you want to be with Lucy. I enjoyed our time together, by the way." She stated with a sad smile. Then left. I looked at her retreating figure but i managed to surpress a smile. I then set off to look for Lucy.

  I saw her but she's with a blonde haired guy and for some odd and unknown reason, it made my blood boil. I heard him asked Lucy to dance. Hell, like i'll let her dance with another guy. Before Lucy could even answer, i stepped in the picture and shood the guy away. Lucy got mad but alteast she's not dancing with some random guy out there. And seeing her irrritated is somewhat nice. She looks cute when she's mad. After some time, i managed to make her agree to dance with me.

  While dancing, i can't take my eyes off her's. She looks so beautiful. With her shiny blonde hair, brown mesmerizing eyes, soft red lips, and her perfect petite body. Having her in my arms simply made me happy inside. I wanted this time to last forever. But of course, everything has an ending. Me and Lucy slowly parted. She smiled at me then went to the others.

~Timeskip~ 3 HOURS LATER (10 PM)

  Me and my friends were having fun. Eating, chatting and joking around. We kept on dancing for the past hours. Well that reminds me, Mirajane came by our table earlier. She asked us to vote our bet for Prom King and Queen. Of course, we can't blurt out who ours is, so we whispered to her instead. And guess who i voted. Of course, Lucy as Queen and me as King. Such a cliche right?

  "It's time to announce the prom king and queen!" Master Makarov announced happily, catching everyone's attention. He was standing on stage, an envelope in hand. Everyone started to cheer really loudly.

  "Shh, quiet down, brats. Let the old man finish." Master Makarov chuckled, though it was enough to quiet down the crowd.

  "So, our prom queens is.." Master trailed off causing suspense on the air.

  "Lucy Heartfilia!" He finished. I saw Lucy's eyes widened who was beside me, by the way.

  "Go, weirdo." I whispered to her. She looked at me then smile. I returned it with a grin. She then went to stage. Master put a crown on her head. No doubt, she deserved the title. She looks like a princess. My princess.

  "Ok, the prom king is non other than..." he said which made everyone lean closer in suspense.

  "Natsu Dragneel!" Master Makarov added. I clapped. Hmm, that lucky bastar -wait a minute. I'm Natsu Dragneel.

  "It's you, idiot" i heard Gray mumbled. I glared at him then went to stage. Master put a crown on my head which i find to childish. I gave the crowd a heartfelt grinned which made some girls faint.

  "Congratulations, Natsu and Lucy or NaLu." Master said while giving us both a hand shake. I'm the king while Lucy's my Queen. Hmm, i like that....
