Lucy's POV

  I slowly turned around and saw the last person i would expected to dance with. Well, not exactly. The only reason why i said that was because i don't really know the guy. Hebjust randomly walked up to me and offered me his hand. Here, standing infront of me is a blonde guy with striking blue eyes, a scar on his left eyebrow. His hand was outstretch to me, waiting for me to take it.

  "I'm Sting by the way, and can you be my first dance?" He asked me. 'Will i?' I thought. I was about to answer but a masculine voice beat me to it.

  "Sorry but she'll be dancing with me." Someone said from my right. I glanced at the man who spoke with wide eyes. It's Natsu. The last man i was expecting to be with tonight.

  "But i asked her first. " Sting asked, narrowing his eyes at the newly arrived 'rival'.

  "And so? She's my girlfriend. Meaning, i have the right to dance her before anyone else." Natsu said smirking at the growling Sting. He looked taken back by his remark, can't blame him though. I, myself, can't believe he actually said that. I mean, how about Lisanna?

  ''Whatever." Sting muttered while leaving. He gave me a quick wave and left. I feel pity for him since he just asked to dance me but got a rival instead. I turned to Natsu and glared at him.

  "What?" He asked rather innocently.

  "Why did you do that?" Massaging my temple, i tried to control my anger.

  "Do what?" He asked once again which irritated me even more.

  "Why did you told that to Sting? He was just being nice." Glaring at him once again, i pointed an accusing finger at him. Though, he doesn't seem affected at all. Instead, he was giving me one of his boyish smiles.

  "It's the truth." He simply said before shrugging. Sighing, i decided to let it go. No use on trying to argue with an idiot.

  "Why are you here anyways? You can't leave your prom date alone, you know!" I narrowed my eyes at him.

  "You gone deaf or something? I already said earlier, i came here to dance with you." Natsu said while running a hand through his spiky hair.

  "You were serious?"

  "Of course i'am!"

  "But Lisanna's your prom date! You should dance with her and not me."

  "And you're my girlfriend. More of a reasom why i should dance with you. And besides, i want you to be my first dance and i want to be yours." He said smirking. With those simple words, i felt my face heat up. 'D*mn you Dragneel! Your making me blush!' I thought.

  "Your first dance?"

  "Yeah. So come on!" He said while grabbing my wrist and dragging me to the dance floor. 'What a proper way to ask me to dance.' I thought sarcastically. The music started to play.

Take my hand, take a breath

  He offered his hand which i hesitantly took.

Pull me close and take one step

  He pulled me closer to him. Our hands infront of our chest.

Keep your eyes locked on mine

  I bravely looked at him in the eyes. His onxy eyes that made me lost for so many times.

And let the music be your guide

  He gently put my hand around his neck. When my hands was settled, he put his hands on my waist gently pulling me closer. He put his forehead on mine, our eye contact not breaking apart.

  We swayed rhythmically with the music. Still not breaking our eye contact.

We'll keep dancing (To keep dancing)

Wherever we go next

  I felt like time slowed down. Like it was in slow motion. I wanted this to last forever. But i know it won't. Just like Cinderella, it will end tonight. Just not on midnight, maybe a little earlier than that.

  Finding someone like Natsu is really impossible. He's one of a kind. He's arrogant, stubborn and rude but he's also gentle, childish and an idiot. And that made him special and one of a kind. God, i'm gonna miss him when all of this is over.

Awwwwwww.. that's so sweet.. i wonder, when will i experience dancing and searching for my real feelings for someone.. well anywho, i hope you all liked it..
