After setting up her stuff, Sophie, Dex, Fitz, and Biana decided to go out for some fresh air. 

Suddenly, the 'burp' from the Slurps and Burps door sounded, and Dex quickly shushed us back to our rooms. 

"What?" Sophie sked Dex, confused.

"I haven't told my parents about you living here yet, Sophie. They don't even know about Fitz and Biana! I'm thinking of sitting them down and telling them in a comfortable place, because I don't know how they'll feel. It'll be pretty hectic," Dex explained.

Sophie nodded, then a realization came to her.

"But who was that? Kesler and Juline are in the back, and isn't the store closed today?" She asked.

"It is. It's probably Rainie Vacker, Alden's sister. Remember? Her and my mum are close friends, so she has the key," Dex reminded her.

Sophie couldn't recall a Rainie Vacker. She sent a confused look to Fitz and Biana, and they said,

"Alden doesn't talk about her much, since Rainie's husband and his twin sister were involved in a ... scandal of some sort- around 13 years ago." Fitz explained.

Sophie suddenly became a bit more interested in Rainie's past, "A scandal?" She asked.

"Nobody knows a lot about it, it's kind of a closed-off secret kept by the Council. All we know is that Rainie's husband, Alexander Kamson-Vacker and his twin were killed by a .. well, they were killed by a baby."
