Shivaay walked towards Anika's room furiously. His mind was in a whirlwind of emotions - sadness, anger and regret of not being able to save his sister.

In Anika's ward, a doctor was checking Anika's pulse. Anika slowly gained consciousness and looked at the doctor in confusion.

A- Wh...where ......am....I.....?

The doctor calmed her down.

D- You're at a hospital. You were involved in an accident but you're fine now. Your baby is fine too.

Anika immediately looked at her baby bump and caressed it softly.

A- I'm pregnant..

Anika said in Confusion.

D- Yes. Now do you remember what's the date today?

Anika tried to answer but he mind was blank.

D- Okay. Calm down. Do you remember your name?

A- I......

Anika's eyes got filled with tears. She was trying to remember but everything was a blur.

D- No worries. You are suffering from Amnesia. You'll be fine, okay. Your name is Anika. We have your ID. Let me check if any of your relative is here.

Anika nodded her head.

Anika sat on the bed slowly and started caressing her baby bump with a small smile.

A- Don't worry baby. I might have forgotten myself but I won't forget you.

Anika said with a smile. She rested her head on the back of the bed and closed her eyes.

Shivaay was standing in front of the ward and looking at the woman who was sitting on the bed with closed eyes and several wires attached to her body. Her pregnant belly can be noticed clearly as well. She was gently caressing her belly as if calming herself.

Shivaay took a deep breath and the doctor came out of the ward.

D- Who are you? Are you related to Ms. Anika?

Shivaay nodded stiffly.

S- Yes she is...my wife.

The doctor nodded his head with a smile.

D- That's good. Look there's nothing to worry. She is suffering from Amnesia but hers and baby's vitals are all good so you just have to take care that she doesn't stresses over something.

Shivaay nodded his head and the doctor left.

Shivaay entered the ward. Anika opened her eyes and looked at him with a frown

A- Who are you? Do I know you? I'm sorry but doctor said I've lost my memory so I don't remember you.

Shivaay nodded his head.

S- You're my wife. My baby's mother.

Anika's eyes widened in shock but then a small smile covered her lips.

A- I..... I....don't know what to say.

Shivaay walked towards her bed.

S- How are you feeling?

A- I'm fine. Just happy that our baby is alright.

Anika said with a wide smile.

Shivaay closed his eyes and clenched his teeth on the mention of 'our baby'.

A- Do you want to touch the baby?

Before Shivaay could say anything, Anika held his hand and put it on her stomach. Shivaay felt the baby flutter and an unknown feeling crossed his heart. He immediately pulled his hand away.

He angrily glared at her.

S- Don't ever touch me without my permission.

Shivaay said angrily and Anika was startled for a moment.

A- I... I....I'm sorry.

She said as tears started filling her eyes.

Shivaay closed his eyes and rubbed his forehead.

S- I've to go. I've something important to handle.

Shivaay came out of the room and his eyes were showing rage.

S- Mr. Abhay singhaniya, you might be dead but I will not forgive you for hurting my sister to the point where she thought that death was an easy way to escape the pain. Now your so called girlfriend and baby will suffer for those crimes which you did.

He turned to look at the Anika, who was talking with her baby bump.

He wiped a lone tear which escaped from his eyes and his eyes were red with fury.

He left to talk to the doctor.

Here Anika was talking to the baby.

A- Baby, you don't have to be angry with dad, okay. I know he got angry on us but maybe he was worried About us. I'm thankful to God that you're all fine but Mumma lost her memory and Dad must be tensed about Mumma. Don't worry, he'll come around. I'm sure he loves us very much. He'll never harm us.

Anika said while caressing her baby bump.  She slowly drifted into sleep due to the medication.

He did all the last rites of Mallika and Abhay's body as ve thought that his sister loved abhay very much and he knew that his sister's soul would never be at peace if Abhay's soul not.

After the last rites, Shivaay was glaring at Abhay's body which turned into ashes.

S- You were my best friend that's why I let you marry my sister, thinking that you'll never hurt her. You knew our sufferings, our pains but still you went behind my sister's back and cheated on her. You were planning your family with some other girl. That girl, she's equally responsible for my sister's death. She must have known about you, still she had an affair with you, made an family with you. You died an easy death according to your sins but That girl will die each and everyday for the sins you commited together. I'll take revenge for my sister's death. You both snatched my only family from me. Now that girl and your baby will suffer for your sins. I'm sorry Mallika that you had to suffer and I wasn't there for you but I'll take revenge for every tear you shed.

Shivaay said as his eyes were spitting fire and rage.

After the last rites, he directly went to the hospital.

He went directly into Anika's ward where doctor was checking her vitals.

Anika looked at him and smiled softly.

A- How was your day?

Shivaay looked at her with an unknown expression and sighed deeply. He didn't answer her and Anika frowned.

S- Doctor, when can you discharge her?

D- There's nothing to worry about. Her head injury is also healing and the baby is also fine but we might want to keep her under observation for a few days.

Shivaay sighed.

S- Look doctor, I can't visit her in hospital daily as I've a business to run. So it's better you discharge her tomorrow and send a nurse or doctor with her at home for observing her.

The doctor looked at Shivaay in shock but he nodded his head. The doctor left the room.

Anika was looking at him with a startled look. She was trying to say something to him but was scared to do so.

Shivaay noticed her actions.

S- What? Do you want to say something?

Shivaay asked her angrily.

A- Yo...your nam..name... You never told me your name.

Shivaay looked at her in surprise.

S- Shivaay.

Anika nodded her head and Shivaay left the room.

He dialled his housekeeper Martha's number.

S- Arrange a woman's stuff in my wardrobe. I want it all ready by tomorrow morning.

M- Yes sir.

Shivaay disconnected the call and looked at Anika through the glass in the door.

S- Get ready for your new life and I'll make sure it isn't pleasant.

Shivaay smirked and left the hospital.
