I've changed The baby's name from 'mallika' to 'Vanya'. It was kinda weird for me when I was describing the baby activities with the name Mallika because first thing that came to my mind after writing/reading Mallika is Surbhi Jyoti not a baby.

So the baby's name will be 'Vanya'. Do you like it?

After 3 days, Anika and Vanya was discharged from the hospital.

They reached home and Taai welcomed them with Aarti and the whole house was decorated with balloons and a 'Welcome' banner.

Anika handed Vanya to Taai and Taai caressed her little face and Taai' eyes turned glassy.

T- She's just like Mallika.

Taai said and Anika nodded her head with a smile. Shivaay was just admiring his wife and his baby.

Shivaay wrapped his arm around Anika's waist and she looked at him with a smile.

T- Come on. Let's cut the cake.

Taai said and handed over Vanya to Anika and Vanya snuggled more closer to Anika and she smiled.

Anika, Shivaay and Taai walked towards the centre table where the cake was arranged.

A- Wow! This is so beautiful.

T- I especially made it for you and Vanya.

Taai said and Anika smiled. Anika held Shivaay's hand and cut the cake with him. Anika fed the cake to Shivaay and Shivaay fed her. Anika then fed some cake to Taai.

S- Anika, is it fine that I organised a party tonight for the welcome of our daughter?

A- Yeah. It's absolutely fine by me.

Shivaay Smiled widely.

S- Great. There will be only a few guests and I want you to meet someone. He is very my school best friend. He would love to meet you.

Shivaay said excitedly and Anika chuckled at his excitement.

A- Okay.

S- Come. I'll take you to our room. You and our Vanya needs some rest.

Shivaay said and Anika nodded her head.

He took Vanya in his arms and wrapped Another arm around Anika's waist and helped her to climb the stairs.

Anika sighed when she settled down on the bed and smiled. At the same time, Vanya started crying. Shivaay got scared and started caressing her back to sooth her.

S- Vanya.. princes.. please stop crying. What happened? Did Dadda do something wrong?

Shivaay was trying to pacify her but Vanya was crying continuously and Anika chuckled at Shivaay's attempt to pacify their daughter.

Shivaay heard Anika's laugh and looked at her with a frown.

S- Why are you laughing? Look Vanya is crying.

Shivaay said worriedly and Anika just smiled at his concern.

A- Give her to me. She must be hungry.

Anika said and Shivaay's eyes widened in realisation.

S- Oh Yeah! I forgot that she's a real baby and she needs food.

Shivaay said while smiling sheepishly and Anika burst into laughter.

She took Vanya in her arms and Vanya immediately stopped crying in her mother's arms.

Anika looked at Shivaay and signed at the door. Shivaay looked at her in Confusion.

A- Shivaay, I've to feed her.

S- So, feed her.

Shivaay said casually but when Anika glared at him, his eyes widened in realisation.

S- Oh! yeah, right. I'll just go and look after the arrangements for the party.

Shivaay said hurriedly and ran outside the room like his tail was on fire and Anika burst into laughter.

Anika fed Vanya and made her lie down on the bed and admired her sleeping figure.

A- My baby. You know Mumma loves you and your Dadda is a little crazy but he loves you more than anything.

Anika caressed her chubby cheeks with a smile.

Suddenly, Anika felt a sudden pain in her head and she got some flashes of her past.

She clutched her head for a while and opened her blood shot teary eyes.

A- Reyansh!

Anika uttered this name and burst into tears.
