Narrator:Nikolai got separated from his squad again and met another Nikke from the surface, named Rapunzel. Now they are looking for his squad.

Nikolai:"Hello! Rapi! Anis! Neon!"

Rapunzel:"Forgive me, but I suggest you don't shout too loudly. In the case of a rapture attack, I won't be able to do much damage."

Nikolai:"Huh? Then what do you do?"

Rapunzel:"Well...you could say that I'm a medic of sorts."

Nikolai:"So you're skilled in medicine?"

Rapunzel:"I'm afraid not, I meant more unorthodox healing."

Nikolai:"No way...you can use magic?!"

Rapunzel:"W-Well...it's complicated."

Nikolai(mind):It's always complicated with these types of Nikke.

Rapunzel:"My staff is able to repair wounds for Nikke, as well as be create defensive shields."

Nikolai:"Huh...and the staff is only able to affect Nikke? What about humans?"

Rapunzel:"Sadly, I'm unable to heal a human's wounds."

Nikolai:"Still, that's really cool. You're able to heal a Nikke's wounds."

Rapunzel:"O-Only to a certain degree, my healing sometimes isn't enough."

Nikolai:"I see. Still, that's an amazing ability."

Nikolai(mind):I haven't stumbled upon a Nikke like her, one created solely for healing and support.

Rapunzel:"I beg your pardon, but are you positive that your squad is around here."

Nikolai:"Of course, they have to be."

*Nikolai and Rapunzel continued searching for the Counters squad*

Nikolai:"So you're a heretic? I remember the last time I met a Nikke from the surface, they said they were a Pilgrim.

Rapunzel:"The former is correct, I'm a pilgrim. If you don't mind, may I ask who else you've met?

Nikolai:"Hmm...I believe her was Snow White."

Rapunzel:"I see, how is she?"

Nikolai:"Good, she helped me navigate through the tundra."

Rapunzel:"I see, it's a relief to hear that she's doing well."

Nikolai:"Are you two friends?"

Rapunzel:"Well, yes. We were part of the same squad."

Nikolai:"Wait, so the Pilgrims have a squad?"

Rapunzel:"Yes, we were the first squad created to save humanity at the start of the rapture invasions, but as you can see...we've failed."

Nikolai:"The first squad to save humanity?"

Rapunzel:"Indeed, I...don't remember much about the time we spent together, but we were a great team."

Nikolai:"I see. Huh..."

Nikolai(mind):So I'm talking to one of the first Nikke ever created then, huh...all my life, I never knew about the Raptures. I can't even imagine a time before the invasions. Just how long has humanity been underground?

Rapunzel:"A-Anyway, enough about me. If you don't mind, I'd like to know more about you."

Nikolai:"Huh? Well, I'm still a relatively new commander, I've only been on 4 missions in total, and I've almost died multiple times."

Rapunzel:"W-Wow, you must be pretty strong then...h-huh...I-I mean, it sounds like you've been through a lot."

Nikolai:"Hmm, I guess you can say that. I never thought of myself as strong though."

*Nikolai tried to flex his muscles, and his arms doubled in size*

Nikolai:"I guess there's a little something there."

Nikolai(mind):Maybe it was from Rumani's workout. No, I would need to do more than just one day.

Rapunzel:"..."

Nikolai:"Huh? Uh...Rapunzel?"

Rapunzel:"...M-My apologies, were you saying something?"

Nikolai:"Um...not really, you were just staring."

Rapunzel:"Ah! I'm so sorry, please forgive me!"

*Rapunzel suddenly awkwardly bowed to Nikolai."

Nikolai:"Whoa! I-It's fine, really."

Rapunzel:"Must I need punishment, o-or something worse...what should I do..."

Nikolai:"Uh..."

Nikolai(mind):What is wrong with her?

Nikolai:"I'm just gonna...go now."

Rapunzel:"Ah, wait. I need you to punish me, please!"

*Nikolai continued to search for his squad, as Rapunzel repeatedly tried to get him to pleas-I mean punish her.*

Nikolai(mind):Jeez, where are they?!

Rapunzel:"Um...Nikolai?"

Nikolai:"For the last time, I'm not going to do that!"

Rapunzel:"Actually, I was going to say that I found your squad."

Nikolai:"Wait, what?! Where?!"

Rapunzel:"Just up ahead, I was worried you were going to walk right past them."

Nikolai:"S-Sorry, I wasn't aware."

*Nikolai and Rapunzel walked forward, and he found Rapi searching around*

Nikolai:"Rapi!"

Rapi:"Nikolai? You're alright."

*Nikolai hugged Rapi*

Nikolai:"I was worried when I couldn't find you."

Rapi:"I was too, I'm glad you're ok."

*Rapi hugged him back, and they both let go after a couple seconds*

Rapi:"Wait, is that-"

Rapunzel:"It's nice to see you again, Rapi."

Nikolai:"You two know each other."

Rapunzel:"Indeed, I've saved them while they were on a mission before."

Nikolai:"I see."

Rapi:"Hold on, I'll shoot off a flare so Neon and Anis can meet back up with us."

Rapunzel:"Ah, Anis and Neon are here as well? I'd love to catch up with all of you."

Rapi:"Sorry, we're on a mission."

Rapunzel:"O-Oh, well...figured as much."

Nikolai:"How about this, you two can catch up now while we wait for Anis and Neon? If you'd like we can spare a few moments for a chat."

Rapunzel:"Really? That would be wonderful."

Rapi:"Nikolai, I don't think that's-"

Nikolai:"What's so bad about meet up with an old friend?"

Rapi:"It's not that, it's just..."

Nikolai:"Hmm?"

Rapi:"...Never mind."

Nikolai:"Alright, now then. I'll leave the both of you alone. While I wait for Anis and Neon."

*Nikolai turned and walked a couple steps away to leave Rapi and Rapunzel to chat*

Nikolai(mind):I didn't know that Rapi met the Pilgrims. Well, I guess Y/N made that happen.

*Nikolai waited for a few minutes, until he saw Anis and Neon searching through the sandstorm. They were reunited with Nikolai, and they noticed Rapi talking to Rapunzel*

Anis:"When did she get here?"

Nikolai:"Well, she's probably been here longer than we have."

Neon:"Do you think she has something to do with the mission."

Nikolai:"I doubt it, we ran into a rapture when she saved me."

Anis:"I see, I guess I'll say hi then."

*Anis greeted Rapunzel, and she greeted her back. The group chatted for a while, until Rapi suddenly heard a noise*

Rapi:"Everyone, shh!"

*Everyone went quiet, as they heard a distant mechanical roar*

Nikolai:"Oh god, it's back."

Rapi:"We have to take it down."

Nikolai:"Oh yeah, the mission I guess that's what we're looking for."

Rapunzel:"May I assist in protecting to commander?"

Anis:"Yes please, and thank you!"

Neon:"Alright, ready to go!"

*The rapture could be seen in the distance, running towards them*

Rapi:"Engaging."

Narrator:And this 'epic fight' will happen in the next episode, so stay tuned!
