*Nikolai got ready for his date, and headed over to the concert area*

Nikolai(mind):Wait, how am I supposed to meet with my date? I should've asked Mustang about where I could meet up with this girl. Now I don't know if she'll even find me.

???:"Nikolai!"

Nikolai:"Huh?"

Nikolai(mind):I know that voice.

*Nikolai turned around, and saw Rupee approaching him*

Nikolai:"So it was you, Rupee?"

Rupee:"Yep. I'm like so glad you showed up."

Nikolai:"My only question is why didn't you ask me? I would've said yes either way."

Rupee:"I'm so sorry. I was like super busy today."

Nikolai:"Oh, that's fine then."

Rupee:"Are you excited for this concert? It's going to be like crazy good! The girl who's performing is amazing!"

Nikolai:"Really? Alright, let's go then."

Rupee:"I can't wait!"

Nikolai(mind):I've never been to a concert, so hopefully this goes well for me.

*Nikolai and Rupee entered the venue, and waited for the concert to start*

Rupee:"Sorry I couldn't get us VIP tickets. They were only available for limited time and were sold out instantly."

Nikolai:"Really? Who's performing?"

Rupee:"Have you not heard of her?"

Nikolai:"Heard of who?"

Rupee:"Noise, the greatest pop artist to like ever exist."

Nikolai:"Her name is Noise?"

Rupee:"Yes, and she's been knocking out top hits for the past 5 years."

Nikolai:"Really? Huh..."

Nikolai(mind):I don't really get it, but I guess the music is going to be really good.

*The area goes dark, and the stage lights up. A tanned girl with dark blue eyes and black and blonde hair appears on stage. However, Nikolai couldn't see her perfectly because of far away they were from the stage*

Nikolai(mind):Man...I wish I could see what she looked like at least.

*The performance starts, and immediately the audience goes wild*

Nikolai:"Wow..."

Nikolai(mind):She's amazing. She makes these songs all by herself? With no help or assistance, that's incredible.

Rupee:"Are you having fun Nikolai?"

*Nikolai was too entranced by Noise's performance to notice Rupee*

Rupee:"I guess you are. That's great!"

*The hour-long performance ends, Noise says her goodbyes to the audience, and the everyone clears out of the area*

Nikolai:"Wow..."

Rupee:"So Nikolai? What did you think?"

Nikolai:"I still can't believe it's over. That was amazing!"

Rupee:"I know, right? Noise is absolutely amazing. Wanna meet her?"

Nikolai:"She really is ama-...wait, what?"

Rupee:"I asked if you wanted to meet her?"

Nikolai:"W-Wait, seriously? You can just do that?"

Rupee:"Yeah, believe it or not. She's a Nikke from Tetra Line.

Nikolai:"Really? That's so cool!"

Rupee:" Yeah, she's part of a squad that's full of vocal musicians."

Nikolai:"You're kidding? Mustang made an entire squad for performing music?"

Rupee:"Yep."

Nikolai(mind):Now that I say that, it doesn't sound too surprising to me. I mean, he made his top squad into managers of a coffee shop.

Nikolai:"Still, is it really ok for me to meet with her?"

Rupee:"Of course, why wouldn't it?"

Nikolai:"Because she doesn't even know about me, I would seem like a weird fanboy to her."

Rupee:"You wouldn't be the weirdest."

Nikolai:"Huh?"

Rupee:"Nothing. Anyway, are you sure you don't want to meet her?"

Nikolai:"Well, if it's fine with Noise, then I wouldn't mind."

Rupee:"Great, let's go meet her then!"

*Rupee rushed towards the backstage, and security let them through after recognizing Rupee. They then stopped at a door labelled 'Noise'*

Rupee:"She's in this room. Go in there!"

Nikolai:"I-I can't just enter the room, give me a minute to prepare."

Rupee:"What are you so worried about?"

Nikolai:"It's just getting to meet someone with talent is nerve racking."

Rupee:"You met me pretty easily, what's different about Noise?"

Nikolai:"You're making me initiate it, you took control of the conversation when we met."

Rupee:"Oh please, I'm sure it's fine-"

???:"Uh...you know I can hear from in here, right?"

Rupee:"Ah..."

Nikolai:"Huh?!"

Noise:"Is that you, Rupee? Did Mustang send you?"

Rupee:"Y-Yeah, it's me. I've actually got a friend here who wants to meet you."

Noise:"Really? A fan?"

Nikolai:"K-Kind of..."

Rupee:"This was his first concert, so I'd really appreciate it if you two become friends ok?"

Nikolai:"Wait, what?!"

Nikolai(mind):I never thought she would make me become friends with her. There's no way she'll say yes.

*Nikolai heard the door open, and saw Noise up-close*

Nikolai:"Ah!"

Noise:"Nice to meet you. I'm Noise, the singer you heard at the concert."

Nikolai:"N-Nice to meet you too, you performed really well during the concert."

Nikolai(mind):So this is what it's like meeting a celebrity?

Noise:"Want a picture? Or something else?"

Nikolai:"Oh, uh..."

*Nikolai looks over at Rupee*

Nikolai(mind):Help me!

Rupee:"This is Nikolai. The new famous commander who cares about Nikke."

Noise:"I see, so you were on Rupee's show."

Nikolai:"Y-Yes, I was."

Rupee:"I didn't know you watched my show."

Noise:"I watch it whenever I'm browsing the latest news."

Rupee:"Thank you for watching! Well, that's all I've planned out for this."

Nikolai:"I-I thought you were going to help me talk with her?"

Noise:"If you don't mind, I have to get ready to leave. I'm sorry."

Nikolai:"Oh, that's fine."

Rupee:"Aw man..."

Noise:"It was nice meeting you, Nikolai. I hope to see you again."

Nikolai:"Likewise."

*Nikolai and Rupee walk away, as Noise goes back into her room*

Rupee:"Aw man...there goes my meet-and-greet strategy."

Nikolai:"You're strategy worked out though."

Rupee:"Yeah, but I wanted you two to be friends."

Nikolai:"It's not like I'll never be her friend. In fact, I want to be her friend too."

Rupee:"Really? Awesome! Well, I'll invite you to another concert then."

Nikolai:"I'd love that."

Rupee:"!...W-Well, I guess this is where we say goodbye."

Nikolai:"Oh, goodbye then. I had a fun time Rupee. Thank for inviting me."

Rupee:"Jeez, you're just too nice, Nikolai. I had a lot of fun too. Goodbye!"

*Nikolai and Rupee walk in opposite directions, and Nikolai heads back his dorm to sleep*
