Andersen:"...Fair enough, I was ordered to release you."

Nikolai:"Really?! I've never seen you take orders from someone. Who wanted me out?"

Andersen:"Enikk."

Nikolai:"Huh, sounds important. I'm sorry, but who's that?"

Andersen:"Enikk is an A.I. that maintains order and stability throughout the entire Ark. She asked me to bring you to her. This is the second time a commander has caught her interest."

Nikolai(mind):Crap, if she thinks of me the same way as the Central Government thinks about me, I don't think this will end well for me.

Nikolai:"Got it. I'll get ready, and go see her immediately."

*Andersen nodded, and Nikolai walked away. He exited the prison, and went back to his dorm*

Nikolai(mind):I don't know how long I was inside that cell, but my clothes look dirty.

*Nikolai changed his clothes, and head out of his dorm*

Nikolai:"Wait, Andersen never gave me the location of where this A.I. called Enikk is...crap.

*Nikolai searched around the entire Ark, but couldn't find where Enikk would be*

Nikolai(mind):Ugh...where's a map of this place when you need one?!

???:"Oh, hey! Nikolai, right?"

Nikolai:"Huh?"

*Nikolai looked to who was calling him*

Nikolai:"The Counters squad's commander?"

???:"Call me Y/N. Are you lost again?"

Nikolai(mind):Y/N? Weird name, but I guess I shouldn't judge.

Nikolai:"Yep, do you know where to find Enikk, commander Y/N?"

Y/N:"It's a few floors above, it should be the only door in that hallway."

Nikolai:"Well, that doesn't make it ominous at all..."

Y/N:"Good luck, commander Nikolai."

Nikolai:"T-Thanks."

Nikolai(mind):Is something bad going to happen, is that why he's wishing me luck?!

*Commander Y/N walked away, while Nikolai went into an elevator. He made it to the floor, and scarily walked towards the only door in the hallway*

Nikolai(mind):This is it, whoever this Enikk person is, I need to be mentally ready.

*Nikolai took a deep breath*

Nikolai(mind):Screw it!

*Nikolai opened the door, and saw a line girl in a big room. The girl had long white hair, but Nikolai couldn't see her eyes*

Enikk:"State your name."

Nikolai:"Um...Nikolai Rolan."

Enikk:"I see, son of Charles and Olivia Rolan."

Nikolai(mind):She knows my parents?! Andersen said she was an A.I., but seriously?!

Nikolai:"N-Nice to meet you."

*Nikolai started to sweat, as he looked around the large room*

Enikk:"Commander Rolan."

Nikolai:"Y-Yes."

Enikk:"You've caught my attention after your previous mission to bring Syuen's Matis squad back to the Ark."

Nikolai(mind):Oh yeah...that was a week or so ago.

Nikolai:"May I ask why you asked to see me?"

Enikk:"I asked merely to ask a few questions. Judging by your answer, you could be kicked out of the military and sent back to the cell you were in earlier."

Nikolai:"How di-"

Nikolai(mind):Right, she oversees the entire Ark. It makes sense that she knows about the central government arresting me.

Enikk:"How much do you know about the Raptures?"

Nikolai:"Huh?"

Nikolai(mind):That's a weird one, but I guess I'll be honest.

Nikolai:"Raptures are the enemy, they shouldn't be underestimated."

Enikk:"Noted, what would you do if one of your Nikkes gets corrupted."

Nikolai:"Huh? Corrupted, can you please explain that to me?"

Enikk:"Corruption is when a Nikke gets under the control of the Raptures. Causing them to betray their allies."

Nikolai(mind):A Nikke...could do that?

*Nikolai's eyes widened at the thought*

Nikolai:"I guess...I would restrain them and try to bring them back from their corruption."

Enikk:"Noted. Lastly, what do you think of me?"

Nikolai(mind):I barely know you! However, for an A.I. to be this self-conscious about itself, then...

Nikolai:"I believe you to be sentient."

Enikk:"Noted. Interesting."

Nikolai:"Did...I pass your test?"

Enikk:"You will stay as a commander."

Nikolai:"Phew."

Nikolai(mind):That would've been really bad for me.

Enikk:"You remind me of how Commander Y/N used to be."

Nikolai(mind):Here we go again.

Nikolai:"Thanks?"

Enikk:"You both resulted as too pure-hearted for battle, yet have succeeded in missions anyway."

Nikolai:"Uh-huh..."

Enikk:"However, one detail that was reported in your mission to rescue Matis is that you were able to drag the Matis squad's leader, Laplace, for approximately five miles."

Nikolai(mind):Oh yeah, she was heavy as hell!

Nikolai:"How heavy is Laplace exactly?"

Enikk:"I'm sorry, details about Laplace is classified at the moment."

Nikolai(mind):Figures. That brat would never let me know anything about anyone in Matis.

Enikk:"Would you like me to answer some of your questions?"

Nikolai:"My questions?"

Nikolai(mind):Come to think of it, there's a lot that I don't know.

Nikolai:"Everyone keeps saying I'm similar to how commander Y/N 'used' to be. What happened to him?"

Enikk:"Commander Y/N's reports are classified, my apologies."

Nikolai:"Huh...ok then."

Nikolai(mind):What else could I ask? Maybe I can just rephrase my previous question?

Nikolai:"Why do people relate me to commander Y/N?"

Enikk:"Commander Y/N and commander Rolan had very similar views on Nikke, raptures, and even the higher ups."

Nikolai(mind):Really? I think Ingrid, Mustang, and Andersen are pretty cool. I just hate Syuen with a lot of passion.

Enikk:"Appearance-wise, Y/N and Nikolai share the same hair and eye color. however, Y/N has a visibly muscular body."

Nikolai(mind):Yeah, I don't really work out so...wait, then how was I able to carry Laplace back then?

Enikk:"Nikolai on the other hand, due to my inability to fully understand his skills, he still has hidden potential."

Nikolai(mind):I wouldn't get your hopes up.

Enikk:"Over the past 5 years, commander Y/N has been renowned as the commander who will save humanity. However, there's more than one savior for us."

Nikolai:"Huh?"

Enikk:"Your first two successful missions have already surpassed the majority of newbie commanders. Due to this and your similarities to commander Y/N, I believe you will follow in his shoes and join him in saving humanity."

Nikolai:"Two saviors? Me and commander Y/N?"

Enikk:"Correct."

Nikolai:"No way..."

Nikolai(mind):I'm going to help save humanity?! You're kidding right? I'm just a nobody who become a commander from complete luck, there's no way I can be more than that.

Nikolai:"...May I leave, Enikk?"

Enikk:"Yes. Farewell, commander Nikolai Rolan."

*Nikolai bowed, and left the room. He went into the elevator, and fell into a seating position*

Nikolai(mind):Nikkes can become corrupted, I have some kind of hidden abilities, and I'm going to help commander Y/N save humanity...what?! This is all just...too much.

*Nikolai crawled out of the elevator, and managed to stumble his way back to his dorm. He immediately laid on his bed, trying to process the information he was given*
