I feel so alone,
distressed on my own,

Looking and waiting,
while life passes on,

I am still thinking of you,
can't believe I am,

I am waiting and waiting,
for you to come home,

But you never did,
you left me in pieces,

You went far away,
and left me to tend myself,
all on my own,

I ached and ached,
the more I thought of you,

I bled through my bones,
while I was stoned,

You left me,
for someone who hated you,

You cursed me,
when I told you, I love you,

You broke me harder,
then a mirror,

And now you will never know,
how it feels to be loved,
with someone, whose heart you captivated.
