The days go by,
as I am crushing inside,
the hours are ticking,
as the minutes fly by

Never in my life,
have I wondered,
what I will be doing,
in the next few hours

Through the shallow days,
when life was fun and easy,
I knew what I wanted to do,
I knew what I had to be

But after the ghettos,
we're implanted around,
in the city were I grew up,
I became lost in time

I didn't know how to rewind,
the clock to go back,
and fix the days,
before they were gone for good

I am now lost in space,
with no hook to grapple me,
no hand to hold me down,
I am just left wandering the open space

The days go flying,
while I sit and wait,
for a miracle to appear,
and save my soul and I,
from the dear destruction,
of death

But one thing I never knew,
which I was blinded by,
was that I was the miracle,
waiting to be lifted by my own soul

The pressure got me,
while the stranded left me,
the cold crushed me,
while the heat cursed me

But I am not alone,
I got my back against the wall,
and my head set back,
and I am waiting to begin
my destiny
