The main characters in the story are:-

Shraddha Kapoor as Shraddha only. She is a simple girl who want to become Fashion designer and wanted to open her own boutique. She has recently shifted to a college name as Hogwarts college.

Varun Dhawan as Raj Dhawan a son of the biggest business tyfoon. But his mother gave divorced to his father as his father cheated his mother and he was separated from his father. He wanted to become a successful man to give his mother a stress free life. He is also shifted to Hogwarts only.

Siddharth Malhotra as Rahul Malhotra who is guy who work in Hogwarts as a staff member he is very handsome and because in the lack of money he do not got chance to be educated.

Taapsee Pannu as Shruti Dhawan who is the small sis of Raj Dhawan. She is recently shifted in a new high school
