It's been a month since you moved into the Min Kingdom. You and Yoongi have gotten even closer and so did his friends. They adored you and you adored them. They were fun to be around with. Yoongi was extremely protective of you so he had Jungkook follow you around.

You found it weird but you were glad that it was someone you knew as was comfortable with.

"Jungkook? Why did Yoongi tell you to follow me around?" You asked as you both walked around the palace.

"I don't know. He didn't tell me. He just told me to follow you around and not to keep my eyes off you." He said and you nodded.

"Oh..."

It was silent and the hallways in the castle too was silent. That was unusual. Normally the hallways were busy.

'Weird.' You thought and saw Yoongi walking towards you with Namjoon. Jungkook bowed and you questioned. "What's wrong yoongi?" You asked and he pulled you towards his bedroom. Namjoon and Jungkook didn't follow you two.

He closed the door and he sat you down on his bed. "Sorry...I just wanted to talk to you about something." He sat on a chair from his study desk and you nodded.

"It's alright. What is it?"

"I..want to have a small ball..introduce you to the other royal people as you'll be seeing them around all the time." He rubbed his neck and looked to the side.

You thought about it and nodded. "Yeah, i don't mind. I'd love too."

He nodded and you got up and walked up him. "Are you okay with that?" He nodded hesitantly. "I have to...it's a rule that a kingdom has to have a ball if there's a new king or queen that's gonna rule the kingdom." He explained and you nodded.

"When is it?" You raised a brow.

"In three days," He then stepped closer making you gasped abit. He held your waist and you felt his breath on your neck. "I'll be picking your dress for you princess. Hope you like it." He said in your ear and your eyes widened. He let go and left the room with you standing there alone.

You snapped out of your throughts and shook your head. 'Stop it (Y/n)!' You exited the room and suddenly you let out a small scream when you saw Jungkook suddenly besides you.

"Oops! Sorry!" He bowed and you placed a hand over your heart. "It's alright. Just don't do that again." He nodded and smiled sheepishly.

"What did hyung want from you?" The bunny asked. "He said he's having a ball for me as I'm becoming queen and introduce me to the other royals." You explained while walking.

"Oh."

"What's wrong?" You asked as you noticed his short answer. He shook his head and patted your head.

"Nothing is wrong."

With that, you knew that something was wrong. Yoongi had been alot more busy and had some how suspiciously increased the guards around the castle and he had assigned two guards outside your bedroom door.

You were going to talk to yoongi later and ask him what's going on.

(Later at night)

You were standing outside of yoongi's study room and knocked.

"Come in!" A gruff, tired voice said and you peeked your head inside and saw yoongi writing on some papers with a frown on his face and a crease on his forhead.

He looked up and his expression softened. "Oh? (Y/n), is something the matter?" He asked and you closed the door behind you.

"I actually wanted to talk to you about something." You say and he nodded.

"What is it?"

You bit your lip as you suddenly felt nervous.

"Why...why did you increse the guards? Why did you assign Jungkook to follow me around? Why are there two guards infront of my room? Is there something wrong?" You questioned and he sighed out of tiredness.

"No, there's nothing wrong. I can't explain it to you now (Y/n). You won't understand."

You suddenly started to feel angry so you stood up and rose your voice abit.

"Why? Why can't you tell me? What are you hiding from me? Make me understand-!" You got cut off as Yoongi slammed his hands on his desk and glared daggers at you.

"Enough (Y/n)!!"

Your eyes widened and tears welled in your eyes. This is the first time you've seen and heard him like this. He looked different. His eyes were cold and his glare was like daggers. Your heart started to beat fast and the adrenaline running in your veins. You started to shake abit and Yoongi realised what he did.

His eyes widened too and tried to reach out for you but you backed away from him.

"P-please! Don't come near me!" You sobbed and his heart broke.

"I didn't mean too-" he tried to explain but you already ran out the door leaving him alone with his thoughts and regret.

'Did I really show her my real side? I hurt her.' Yoongi clenched his fists and ran a hand through his hair.

'What did I do?"

You ran to your room and collapsed on the bed. Your tears didn't stop flowing from your eyes. Was this the real Min Yoongi? The one that everyone was afraid of? The rude, cold heartless king? You've never been so scared in your life. He didn't look like the Min Yoongi that you knew for a month. That sweet, king who's been kind to you.

You cuddled into your duvet and fell asleep with your tear stained cheeks hoping that this all was a dream.

Yoongi could hear your sobs from outside your bedroom door. He so badly wanted to hold you and apologise to you but he knew that you needed time to calm down. He left and headed to his room to finally sleep as it was late.

'I'll make it up to her. I have too...but I can't tell her exactly why the guards increased. She'll get scared. It's for her own safety.' He thought and didn't sleep the night.
