You headed down stairs to see if Jin was done with the food. Once you entered the kitchen, a mixture of wonderful smelling food filled your nose. Your stomach growled and your mouth watered.

"Oh my! Jin these look so good!" You complemented him as you see so many different foods.

"Thank you Your Highness!" He bowed and you giggled.

Jin told some servants to help bring the food out to the picnic spot and you thank him once again.

"Thank you so much Jin!" You smiled sweetly at him and he rubbed his neck.

"It's nothing really. You're welcome." He said and laughed.

You bid him farewell and went to set up the little picnic up.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN HE FOUND OUT ABOUT HER?!" Yoongi's angry voice echoed through out the throne room. The whole Palace must have probably heard the angry king shouting. It's been almost 1 and a half hours since the King recieved that letter.

"W-well word went around the kingdom and that's how he found out." A guard said, afraid of yoongi.

Yoongi clenched his fists and his stare was hard.

"This is bad. He'll target her and try to kill her." Hoseok says. Yoongi was pacing back and forth. He finally sat down on his throne and sighed.

Namjoon cleared his throat and spoke. "What would you like to do Your Majesty?"

Yoongi thought for a few minutes and spoke. "Keep security tight. Also, keep secret guards watching her so that he don't attack her." He said with a hard icy cold glare at the guard and the guard trembled in fear.

"Y-yes Your Majesty!" With that, the guard bowed and left the throne room.

"Your Majesty, i believe it's time for the picnic that Princess (Y/n) had planned out." Namjoon said reminding Yoongi.

"Yes. I'll be going. Namjoon you're off until I get back." Namjoon bowed and nodded.

"Thank you, You're Majesty."

Yoongi got up and made his way to the spot of the picnic. Maids bowed to him as he passed by and he nodded at them. His mind kept on going back to the letter.

Is he also going to kill the only person who Yoongi felt attached to? Just like what he did to his parents? He sighed through his nose and tried to brush off those thoughts.

He entered the garden and headed to the destination of the picnic. As he neared the picnic, he saw (Y/n) sitting on the blanket. The sun was shinning on her hair, making her look like a godess. Her eyes sparkled beneath her lashes. Her skin looked so smooth making Yoongi gulp.

A twig that was under Yoongi's foot snapped making him flinch and making (Y/n) snap her head in his direction. She smiled and quickly got up and bowed abit.

"Your Majesty! You're here! I'm glad you could make it." She smiled sweetly at him making the king stare at her. He nodded and sat in front of her as she placed a couple of snacks infront of him and did the same for her.

Thoughts of his mother came into his mind and he looked around with a sad frown. He didn't come her for a really long time.

"Your Majesty? Are you alright?"

Yoongi snapped out of his thoughts and nodded. "Yes, I'm...fine. I'm fine." (Y/n) nodded hesitantly and she spoke.

"What would you like to know about me, Your Majesty?"

"Yoongi."

"H-huh?"

Yoongi looked at her. "Call me Yoongi when we're alone." She nodded.

"Then you can call me (Y/n) when we're alone."

They both started to eat and they got to know their likes and dislike and hobbies and things like that.

"Oh!" (Y/n) suddenly said and reached into the picnic basket. "Jin said that you really liked these so these are for you!" Yoongi's eyes widened when he saw his favourite fruit. Tangerines.

She placed them in front of him and smiled. "I heard you love tangerines." She giggled and I nodded and looked at the delicious fruit.

Yoongi took one a placed it in his mouth. He savoured the taste and closed his eyes. (Y/n) smiled and took one herself.

While chewing on the tangerine. (Y/n) looked over at her soon to be husband and admired his handsomeness. His blue hair shining in the sun and his smooth skin. He looked so handsome. A blush appeared on her cheeks and she looked away before he could notice. Luckly he didn't. It was quite and the only thing you could hear was a little fountain splashing water.

"My mother used to bring me here for picnic's just like this when I was little..." Yoongi's voice broke the silence and (Y/n) looked at him.

"I haven't been here in a while." He smiled sadly.

Her eyes widened and apologised immedialy. "Oh my! I'm so sorry! I didn't know that it would remind you of your mother! I am so sorr-" she was cut off with a hand over her mouth and a face close to her's.

"It's alright damn women. Don't apologise. You did nothing wrong." He said and stared into her eyes. (Y/n) gulped from the closeness of them. Yoongi then realized and pulled away while rubbing his neck.

"S-sorry."

"It's okay.."

They both had a red hue on their cheeks.

"You're mother, she must have been an amazing women." (Y/n) said and tucked a stand on hair behind her ear.

"She was. If she was still alive, then she would have loved you." Yoongi said and (Y/n)'s head shot up and looked at him with wide eyes.

She smiled widely and bit her lip. Yoongi again smiled lightly. As the day went on they walked around the garden and got used to each other. (Y/n) even convinced Yoongi into playing a game! The maids were shocked to see their king playing a game. Yoongi admits that he was having fun with (Y/n) and hoped for more happy times like these in the future.

But what they didn't know if that that pair of eyes were watching their every move.
