Venus was sat in her office wearing a dark purple suit with a white undershirt and light purple tie. She had her sketch pad in front of her and was drawing out a dress. She smiled down at the drawing then moved away to look at it properly.
There was a quiet knock on the door. Venus closed the sketch book then looked up over at the door where Strawberry was stood in the doorway in just a bra, knickers and tights.
"Strawberry... What... what are you doing?" Venus asked standing up
"I need some help with my corset..." Strawberry whispered
"Hun you don't need a corset" she walked around her desk and over to Strawberry
"I know but... I want my first performance to be great... I want to make a good first impression... which is why..." she placed her hand on her hair and pulled on it to reveal she was wearing a wig "I dyed my hair back to its natural colour..."
"Oh my god..." she placed a hand in Strawberry's hair, tracing her fingers through it "Strawberry you look amazing..."
"Thank you..." she smiled leaning into Venus's hand
"Is That why your parents called you Strawberry? Because your hair is Strawberry blonde?"
"Yeah it is..." she gave a wide smile "but... can I get some help with my corset now? The limo will be here in half an hour"
"Oh yeah... yeah of course"
They left the office and walked up to the bedroom. Strawberry picked up the corset and wiggles into it before turning her back to Venus. Venus grabbed the strings and pulled on them, tightening the corset around Strawberry's waist. She pulled until Strawberry let out a slight gasp.
"It's not too tight is it?" Venus asked
"No it's fine. But we probably shouldn't make it any tighter if I'm going to sing later" Strawberry muttered
"Hmm... yeah. I can't wait for everyone to hear your beautiful voice" she tied a bow with the ribbon
"Well... tonight is about you. You're the one who's been nominated for three awards" she turned to face Venus
"Yeah I know but... the best part of the night will definitely be hearing your voice"
They both smiled as they leant to share a kiss. Strawberry then sat on the edge of the bed as Venus walked over to the wardrobe, pulling out a dress in a cover up bag. Strawberry stood up as Venus handed it to her. Venus pulled off the bag making Strawberry's smile widen and tears form in her eyes.
"Venus... oh my god..." Strawberry gasped, getting a proper look at the dress
"I didn't want you showing up in just some random dress so... I made one for you myself" Venus explained
The dress was a light blue colour, matching Strawberry's eyes. It had no sleeves with a heart shaped top. There was a slit down the left side. The blue colour got darker further down the dress, a slight sparkle at the bottom. Venus then pulled out a pair of blue heals.
Strawberry placed the dress down on the bed and threw her arms around Venus in a hug, tightly squeezing her. Venus smiled gently rubbing Strawberry's back.
"Thank you... thank you so much..." Strawberry whispered
"It's okay baby... but... you should probably get ready. I'm getting a quick drink then going over my speech" Venus smiled, pressing a kiss to Strawberry's lips
"Okay. I'll be down in around 15 to 20 minutes. I'm only doing minimal makeup"

Venus was sat in the kitchen going through her notes. She had won two awards before but this time was different. This year she was nominated for THREE awards. She had been nominated for designer of the year, business leader and outstanding achievement.
Venus heard the sound effects of Strawberry entering the room, her heals clicking on the floor. Venus turned to look at her, standing at the sight of Strawberry. The dress was a perfect fit. Strawberry had curled her hair.
"Strawberry... you look beautiful..." Venus whispered
"And so do you"
They went to share a kiss when the sound of a knock on the front door was heard. They looked at each other then shared a quick kiss before walking to the front door. There was a tall man in all black stood there. He was their security for the night. He guided the couple to the limo. Strawberry looked up, the warm evening air hitting her skin, the sky was turning a red colour as the sun slowly started to set. They both then climbed inside the limo.
The car started as they began heading to the awards. Venus's leg started bouncing up and down. Strawberry placed a hand on Venus's lap and gently rubbed it to soothe her. She then placed a kiss on Venus's cheek.
"Don't worry... it'll be fine" Strawberry smiled
"Yeah... Yeah you're right" Venus whispered
