These are the departments under the community. Every position taken shall fall under this.

1) Founder

These people are in charge of the community. They are the ones who developed the community and manage the account. They hire and train or give permission to hire and train the individuals in each department. They assign duties to each staff and with the help of the admin they ensure all tasks/duties are carried out smoothly.

2) Admins

They are basically contests and the community managers. They assist the planners and founders in the events the community holds. This set of individuals are in charge of managing awards, contests, and writing challenges. They are the ones who would accept awards entries, post results, assign judges to each genre, etc. They will assist the founder.

3)Graphic Designers 

This includes set of personnel in charge of creating quality graphics for the community and others who are interested. Graphics ranging from book covers, character aesthetics, banners, headers, vectors, icons, profile pictures, and so on, would be available in our community's graphic shop, and people in this position are expected to be able to produce most of these. A graphic designer must have to be active to apply.

4)Watchers

They are the ones who will check if people are following the rules or not. They will look into if anyone's bullying, spreading hate, commenting harshly, being rude, advertising, and report it.

5) Reviewers

Reviewers have the responsibility to identify strengths and provide constructive comments to help authors resolve or become aware of the weaknesses in their works. They provide feedback, suggest improvements and recommendation to authors for the betterment of their writings/books. In a nutshell, reviewers are people who judge the quality of books and are critics who give constructive criticisms about flaws noticed while still respecting the style of the author. A reviewer must be able to meet deadlines and must enjoy giving feedbacks on books they have read. They can keep any sort of payment.

6) Interviewers 

These people would work in interview shop, they'll interview winners from our awards and contests and also others who are interested. An interviewer's job isn't that hectic, they just have to be nice when asking questions and patient during the interview process no matter how long it takes. If you like to talk, ask questions and are usually curious about books and their origins then this position is for you. They can keep any sort of payment.

7) Planners/ Advertisers 

As they name implies, they promote the community and its activities through advertisement. They are the ones to create awareness that such a community exists so others would be given an opportunity to be part of it. This position should to be taken by those who are social, with a 250+ followers and lots of friends who they can advertise our community to.

8) Judges

These fixed set of judges will help in processing results in our community's contests, mini awards, monthly writing challenges and so on. They would work alongside the admins, since they're the ones making the prompts for the contests and challenges. These set of people would also help in the community's award platform if the judges applied are not enough. This position should be taken by those who won't go AWOL on us and are able to meet deadlines.

9) Planners/ contest managers

In simple words, planners are award and event planners and would work alongside the admin and graphic designers to make our awards and contests a success. They'll also brainstorm with the founders to bring up new ideas to the keep the community going and jolly. As their name implies they help in planning whatever event the community hosts. For this position, you must be active, responsible and co-operative. Hosting an award/contest is not easy thing so they need to be highly responsible and cooperative.

NOTE: don't choose a role if you're not capable to handle it because it will bring stress to you and a free ticket out of the club when you can't perform your duties.
