So... after power reading in Chemistry and trying to pay attention to two things at once, I have come up with a winner! And I want to thank everyone who participated in our third contest, even with a couple of pushbacks on the time because of no submissions on January 30th. But, all is well now that we got at least three submissions!

The person I chose had two great OCs (Original Characters) and followed the prompt really well. This person had the tenth doctor. They had a great storyline and I anticipated for more.

The winner is DeathsKittens with their story Motive. It took a lot of thinking, but I finally decided!
