Prelouge

This great connection of caves has not always been where the human race of North America lived. We used to live above ground in a breathtaking city with stone, metal, and glass woven together into grand towers that would glitter in the sunlight like diamonds under a light in a jewelers parlors and shine like newly polished silver. The city was a magnificent sight, the towers in the center of the city were prominent over the smaller buildings below. The smaller buildings had glass balconies with elaborate vines, herbs, and flowers growing so that they would flow over the edge of balcony creating a natural canopy over the  streets and passer byes  below. The shops that were located under the beautiful balconies had stunning windows that let in great amounts of natural light. the walls of the shops were made out of a  jam red brick that made the green of the  balcony stand out even more.  The larger buildings were a beautiful work of art, spiraling and sprouting into the blue sky.

Children would be seen running down the streets laughing with each other with their parents in tow behind them. Teenagers would be  leisurely moving from shop to shop sometimes leaving with a bag of goods from the store. adults could be seen sitting outside of a cafe sipping on  a drink of some kind and enjoying the outside during their work break. Sorceresses could be seen with their robes billowing out behind them as they hurry into a tall tower that can be seen down the main boulevard  that connected the rest of the city to its main hub.

The four tallest towers all had different styles the shortest one was built in a cylindrical style but as the tower grew in hight the floors would begin to stack in a way that resembles a wedding cake. The next tower was built in the traditional cube style but on each side there was a triangle of sorts that would climb the side of the building and would narrow as the floors increased leaving the final floor with only the tip of the triangle. The third spire had the simplest design simply rising into the sky in a cylinder but at the top there was as a antenna that was so powerful that it could transmit any where else in the world in less than half a second. The final sky scraper really lived up to its name doubling the hight of the third tallest tower, it twisted towards the sky like the horn of a unicorn, but unlike the other towers it had a triangle base.

All of these towers housed the most important people and documents of their respected category. The shortest tower held the Textile and Farming Headquarters (TFH) for the city and outside of it had murals and sculptures of bundles of wheat and grains covering the vast country side that surrounded the city. The next spire housed the headquarters of metalwork and engineering; they were the ones responsible for the creation for these magnificent towers design and construction. Like the center for TFH the building for construction and engineering had art work that corresponded with its specialty but instead of murals and statues it had an elaborate clockwork style entrance that begun to rise out of the ground slowly appearing to construct itself together the closer you walked to he main doors to the building. The third skyscraper houses the center for energy conservation and distribution. Unlike the other cloud- busters this building did not have that elaborate exterior but it was the interior that would captivate the onlooker. The interior was almost completely walled by windows letting in as much natural light as possible and had large fountains in the center which doubled as part of the many different creative ways that the building created and harvested energy. The last and tallest tower of the four is what housed the government; the government was in three parts the Circle which was the organization of the highest and most powerful sorceresses, the Judicial branch , the people Court. This grand spire had the three entrances that lead to the branches in which the tower held, the judicial branch had a simple and elegant entrance with a high arching entrance and potted shrubbery that framed the door way. The circles wnterance Had large dark wood doors that had glass windows going down the middle, and the doors had great bronze handles that resembled sticks to open the door.

The All Knower is a title passed down from generation to generation and it is their job to record all of the important history in his lifetime from the day that the title is given to him or her. The All Knower is said to be the wisest and most important person in all of the land that the great city is located on.

This city was great. It had more power in all forms than some of the greatest countries and empires the earth has ever seen. But this all changed. This great Utopian like country came crashing down so to speak when they arrived. These great beasts flew faster than we were prepared for. They flew overhead and with them they brought a sheet of destruction and thick darkness that covered them like a thick woolen blanket. This was the fall of the greatest city mankind has ever known and the begining of the underground  empire known as the Caveships.
