It's been days since I left home, I was running low on supplies, and with each passing day I continued to hike the nearest trail in the direction that the Volcoronas flew. Combating obstacles in my way as I went. I had no idea if at some point, the Volcoronas veered off the trail, I meerly relied on my hunch. I would find him just past the path. Nevertheless​, I kept a smile on my face and told myself that I was on an epic adventure. That was until my stomach growled and I realized I only had one half of a sandwich left. I reassured myself "I just have to find a local market! There's probably ingredients for more food there!" So I started a merry skip on the dirt path through a woodland area. But as I ambled my way along the trail, a berry fell from the sky. It was an oran berry! In ancient history, oran berries were used for healing​. I eagerly picked up the fantastic find, and put it in my backpack. When I did, a mischievous Aipom swung onto a branch and took it! But then something happened.The Aipom fell flat on his face, thus dropping the oran berry. Startled, I gave a tiny yelp. "Aipom? What are you doing?!" A voice called from the trees. I looked up in surprise to see a preteen boy. "Hey, girl, get back to camp! It's dangerous this side of the woods!" I looked at him, and I couldn't believe my eyes. Another child! All this time I thought I was the only one left in Nuzlocke! The boy jumped down from the tree, landing perfectly on his feet. "Hey girl, you shouldn't be out here unless Sarge appointed you into my group, and i haven't ever seen you in the meetings" Sarge, group, meetings, camp... "THERE ARE MORE OF YOU?" I asked in a cheery voice. The boy gave me a confused look. "More of me?..." He thought... "Wait, your new?!!!" A sudden spark of joy appeared on his face. I nodded. "Well you have to join our camp, the others would love to meet you!!!" I jumped for joy, I was finally going to meet a group of children refugees! The boy wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled out his grappling gun. "Hang on!" he told me. "Up and Away!" He yelled to Aipom. Immediately, we soared up into the air. "Let's go Skarmory!" he yelled, and we landed safely onto the pokemon's back . Once we were on, Aipon rushed behind us. "Agility!" The boy cheered! And Aipom pushed off a branch causing him to zoom through the air with a giant gust of wind following him. The winds were blowing so fast, my hat blew off. "By the way, you can call me Captain, I'm the head of the guards, and second to Sarge" Skarmory landed on on a man made wooden perch. Captain helped me off and apologized for losing my hat. I assured him it was alright, but he sent out Aipom for it anyway. "Welcome to Camp Magnolia, named after the savior and true ruler of Nuzlocke, Queen Magnolia Moon." I was so amazed, I loved Magnolia blossoms, and in the center of the woods, in a small clearing, was a rare Moonlight Magnolia tree. I walked on the rope bridges that connected the treetop civilization. As I passed by, I saw other kids! They were all giggling and saying "The Veggie man brought in the produce!" "The Veggie man?" I asked. He rolled his eyes and gave a tiny grin, "It's a long story" Captain said. He showed me a free tent of which I could lay down my stuff, and reminded me not to miss dinner and announcements. Apparently, I'm going to be the talk of the camp! I tour the camp all day and I make it to dinner in time. I go to the dinner line where everyone is grabbing a plate full of whatever the buffet had to offer. I looked around to find a spot, and I see a group of girls with flowers in their hair. I say hi to them and they say hi back! They seem really nice and I asked to sit with them. Although they seemed a little confused. "Yes, I suppose you could sit with us, although we are used to everyone sitting in their own groups." A boy younger than I am turned around. "In Camp Magnolia, everyone has their own task that they perform in camp in order to secure safety and make sure everything runs smoothly. What Miss Violet was saying, is that people enjoy segregating themselves into their own clique" "He's a nerd, the head of tech and secret services." Violet said."Charmed to meet you, the name is Bolt." Violet introduced herself as the head of handcrafters. A bell rang and then I heard Captain's voice. "I'd be honored to introduce the new girl of our camp, her Naming Ceremony will be after dinner, so gather around the Magnolia when you finish eating. Time passes and we finish our food. Then Violet and Bolt, along with a few other people, lead me to the trunk of the beautiful Magnolia. Under the tree, was Captain and Sarge. Captain asked me to cup my hands. I did as he said, and he placed a magnolia blossom in my hands "Magnolias are the link to the queen Moon." She knows everyone in every dimension, and with this ceremony we can call upon her hand in fate to place you somewhere where you can flourish. The leaders of each group earned their spot as head by allowing their magnolia to glow the brightest in their own special color. Based on these conditions, you may proceed..." I gazed at the beautiful petals of the flower. Midnight magnolias were and will always will be my favorite flower. Then, the petals started to glow. The petals seemed to turn holographic, because millions of colors reflected off them. Everyone in the camp looked in awe. Sarge stepped forward, "I have never seen this before, my flower never even glowed like that..." Then all of a sudden, the whole magnolia tree glowed with millions of colors. Petals flew off the tree, danced in the air, and shot up to the sky like a shining dagger. From the cold floors of her prison, she woke. "She's alive..." Captain whispered to Sarge. "You think she was meant to take your place?" He asked. "Either that, or she's the spawn of Queen Magnolia Moon herself..." Captain approached me and asked for my real name. "Luna" I said. Captain looked at Sarge and he nodded. Captain got down on one knee. "I hail Princess Luna Moon..." Everyone bowed to me. I just gave a smile and curtsied. I had no idea I was royalty, and to be honest, I didn't want to be.
