Tenma's POV:

I was walking my way to school with Aoi when we saw someone at the gate. It was an okamimimi with dull teal hair, wolf ears, and tail, and has brownish-gold eyes. He looks at us and smiles. He then enters the gate.

"Now there's a new face, " Aoi said as she faces me.

"Hai, " I replied, "Who is he?" I mumbled.

The two of us went to the gate. We went to our class and met up with Shinsuke and Tsurugi.

Me and Aoi took our seats and prepared our things. I was getting my stuff when I heard the door open, I thought it was just the teacher.

"Tenma, " Aoi whispered but enough for me to hear. I looked at her in confusion, she then looked at the front. I looked and saw the same okamimimi at the gate. I was surprised. The teacher wrote his name on the board, which read 'Kariya Masaki'.

"It's that guy," I mumbled without anyone hearing me.

"Starting from today, Kariya Masaki will be joining our class," the teacher said, "make him feel welcome okay?"

"I'm Kariya Masaki. Nice to meet you," Kariya said.

"Your seat is the open one over there," the teacher added, "Matsukaze!"

I stood up and raised my hand, "Hai!" I responded and pointed to the seat to the top right near mine, "Here!" I said. Kariya walks to his seat.

"Thanks!" Kariya said with a smile.

(Time skip, after class)

I packed my things and went to talk to Kariya. Aoi, Shinsuke, and Tsurugi.

"Hey, Kariya-kun," I said and he looked at me.

"What?" Kariya asked.

"Are you joining a club?" I asked. He then put his things in his bag.

"I was thinking of joining the soccer club," Kariya replied.

"Really?" I asked feeling excited, "We're in the soccer club! You play?"

"Yeah," Kariya replied.

"What's your position?" Shinsuke asked.

"Defender," Kariya replied.

"Then your the same as me!" Shinsuke said and I can see the excitement in his eyes, "I'm Shinsuke. Nishizono Shinsuke."

"I'm Matsukaze Tenma. Nice to meet you!" I introduced myself.

"My name is Sorano Aoi, nice to meet you Kariya-kun!" Aoi said.

"Tsurugi Kyousuke, nice to meet you," Tsurugi said.

"Yeah, nice to meet you," Kariya replied as he smiled.

"Isn't that good news? we've got another member, " Aoi said as she elbowed me softly.

"Hai!" I replied with a smile while looking at her.

"Tenma-kun, " Kariya said and I looked at him in confusion, "are you the only human here? Because when I entered the school I didn't see other humans other than you."

"Hai, " I replied, "well that's a long story," I said as I rubbed the back of my head. I then put my hand down and said, "have you seen the soccer building? Let's go there together after school!"

"Hai!" Kariya said.

(Time skip, after school)

We were on our way to the soccer club when we encountered with Riku and his friend. I have a feeling this won't go well. They blocked our way so we stopped walking.

"Heh, look who we have here. The pathetic human and his okamimimi friends," Riku said.

"Ohayo Riku, could you please move out of the way," I asked. Though I knew what he they would say.

"Heh, as we would," Kura said.

"Uh, sorry to interrupt but who are they?" Kariya whispered to me.

"Riku is the alpha of this school, on the left is Kura he the beta and the one on the right is Gin, he is the delta," I whispered back in response.

"Hey! we don't like it when you whisper, if you got something to say, say it!" Gin said.

"Could you please leave us alone," Aoi asked.

"Sorry little girl, we won't until we finish some business with you human friend," Riku said and then he glared at me.

"Oh no," I said in my thoughts. I then looked at my friends and said, "you guys go ahead, I will handle them."

I then felt someone grab my arm and then I got dragged in a different direction. I looked and it was Tsurugi. my other friends ran with us.

"No your not," Aoi said.

"I know a different way to go to the soccer club other than that way," Tsurugi said.

The five of us hid and Tsurugi let go of my arm. We then heard Riku pass by us. I peeked out of the corner and it was clear. I sighed.

"This way," Tsurugi said and the five walked down the hall.

A few minutes later, we reached the soccer club. We went in and I saw two familiar students, one of them has dark-brownish hair, wolf ears, and tail, while the other had gray short hair, wolf ears, and tail.

They looked at us and coach Endou noticed us too.

"And this is...?" Shindou asked.

"I'd like to join the soccer club," Kariya said.

"A new member?" Shindou asked.

"He's a transfer student," I replied, "Kariya Masaki-kun."

"It's nice to meet you," Kariya said as he bowed and then straighten back up.

Hamano-senpai then raised his hand and said, "then are we gonna start practice with the entrance exam?"

I then remembered the entrance exam.

"Exam?" Kariya asked.

"Oh, right!" I said as I looked at Shinsuke.

"I forgot about the entrance exam," Shinsuke added.

Coach Endou then walked over to Kariya.

"Kariya, do you like soccer?" Coach Endou asked.

"Yes, sir," Kariya replied. I saw coach Endou smile.

"Okay," coach Endou said, "you can join."

I saw that the seniors were surprised.

"What about the exam?" Hamano-senpai asked.

Coach Endou then faced him and said, "that was the test just now. The point of the soccer club is that its for people who like playing soccer, after all."

I smiled at what coach Endou said.

"That's true," I heard Hamano-senpai said.

"Excuse me," I heard someone said, I looked and saw the two students. (Keep in mind that Aoyama and Ichino asked coach Endou if they could join the soccer club, and after what coach Endou said. That means they were accepted.)

"Hai," I replied.

"Thanks for helping us with Riku before," the boy with gray short hair, wolf ears, and tail said.

"Uh, you welcome," I replied.

"We didn't get your name last time. So what's yours?" the boy with dark-brownish hair, wolf ears, and tail asked.

"Matsukaze Tenma, nice to meet you!" I replied with a smile.

"I'm Aoyama Shunsuke, nice to meet you too," he said.

"I'm Ichino Nanasuke, nice to meet you," the boy with gray short hair, wolf ears, and tail said.

"Hai!" I replied with a smile.

From that day, we had new members and friends, everything was going great. I hope everything will work out somehow.
