The next day,

Third POV:

Everyone was in the clubroom waiting for practice to start. Tenma was talking to Aoi, Shinsuke, Tsurugi, and Midori. While Shindou and Kirino are talking. Shindou was still kinda worried about what happened yesterday. Coach Kudou then called the attention of the team, everyone looked at coach and he told them that there will be a match against Eito Academy tomorrow. Tenma and Shinsuke were excited because it's their first match. Everyone then got changed and went to the field to practice. Everyone was working hard so that they could win the match. Hours passed and it was now near afternoon, everyone then changed and went home.

Tenma, of course, practiced at the riverbank and brought Sasuke with him. He practiced his dribbling and fell sometimes, but he didn't give up. Aki was worried about him so she went to the riverbank and saw him practicing, she then decided to watch him. This reached until it was night time which caused Sasuke to fall asleep.

The next day,

Tenma's friends were surprised to see his face full of scratches.

"What happened?" Aoi asked worriedly, "it's full of scratches." She added as she went close to Tenma for further inspection.

"I'm alright," Tenma replied as he gently pushed Aoi away, "Aki-nee just made a big fuss and put these on me, I'm fine."

Midori then smirked and went to Tenma which made him confused. Midori then ripped off one of the bandages. It stung for a bit.

"Yup looks fine to me," Midori said.

"Hai," Tenma replied as he recovered.

"You've been practicing at the riverbank, aren't you?" Aoi asked feeling still worried for Tenma.

"Well, I didn't want to be a burden to the upper classmen. So I had to do something about it," Tenma replied, which surprised some of the team.

"So you practiced until your face becomes like that, you are a hard worker, Tenma," Shinsuke said in an amazed tone.

A few minutes later, they went outside to go to the caravan. The first years were surprised except for Tsurugi who has his usual expression. Everyone then went into the caravan and took their seats. During the ride, Tenma, Shinsuke, Aoi, and Midori talked to each other.

"It feels like we're going to have a match now," Tenma said.

"Tenma, aren't you nervous?" Shinsuke asked.

"I am!" Tenma replied with excitement in his tone but not too loud so that he doesn't disturb the others, "my heart is pounding like crazy."

Aoi then pops up from behind the chair and responded, "isn't that more like your just excited for a chance to play soccer?"

Midori then patted Tenma's shoulder.

"It's fine to just be a little nervous," she added.

"I said I am, though!" Tenma replied.

"Now, now..." Aoi cut in.

(A few minutes later)

They arrived at the place and went to the changing rooms. They then wore their soccer uniforms and went to the bench. They were then called on to the field and they went to their positions. Everyone was doing warm-ups so that they could prepare. Tenma then looked at the stadium and was surprised. Tenma then looked at the team they are facing, it had an equal amount of humans and okamimimis.

He wasn't that surprised. He then decided to focus cause the match was about to start.

"Both teams are in position," the announcer announced, "Raimon Jr. High has a new midfielder, Matsukaze Tenma, along with a new defender, Nishizono Shinsuke, and a new forward Tsurugi Kyousuke. What kind of plays will they show?"

(Match begins)

Minamisawa did a kick-off and pass to Kurama. He dribbles forth, Yomiya tried to block his way, so Kurama passed the ball to Shindou. Shindou successfully gets the ball and passes it to Hamano. Hamano then passes it to Minamisawa connecting the pass. Minamisawa dribbled forth and encountered with Mienai. Mienai tried to slide to get the ball, but Minamisawa dodges it and continued dribbling. Until Kakizaki went to him and uses his hissatsu 'Thief eye', he manages to steal the ball and dribbles towards Raimon's goal. he then passes it to Fukuro. Fukuro dribbles forth but Kirino manages to steal the ball from him. Kirino passes the ball to Tsurugi. He dribbles forth and dodges Honda and Hayato. Saewatari then stole the ball from Tsurugi and dribbles forth. He then passes the ball to Yomiya and he passes the ball to Yukiji. He dodges Kuramada and Amagi and reached the goal. Yukiji then uses his hissatsu 'Perfect Course' to shoot, but Sangoku uses his hissatsu 'Burning Catch' and successfully blocks the shot. He then throws the ball to Kurama and he passes it to Hamano. Hamano then sees that Tenma is open so he passes the ball to him.

Tenma dribbles forth and saw Fukuro trying to steal the ball from him. Tenma quickly passes the ball to Shindou. He dribbles forth and passes the ball to Minamisawa, but it was cut by Kindaichi. He dribbles forth, but the Tsurugi manages to steal the ball from him. He then passes the ball to Minamisawa and he does his hissatsu 'Sonic Shot'. Kageura then uses his hissatsu 'Moonsault Stamp' and successfully blocks the shot. He then throws the ball to Honda and then connects the pass to Saewatari. He dribbles forth and dodges Shindou and Minamisawa. Saewatari then passes the ball to Yukiji. He dribbles forth until he was near the goal. Yukiji then uses his hissatsu 'Perfect Course' to shoot. Sangoku uses his hissatsu 'Burning Catch', but for some reason, the shoot was stronger than before. It breaks Sangoku's hissatsu and scored a goal.

Raimon Jr. High: 0

Eito Academy: 1

"Goal! Eito Academy scores a point!" the announcer shouted.

Meanwhile in the audience. Three boys were wearing hoodies were looking at the field. A boy with purple eyes was staring at Yukiji. His eyes were glowing a bright purple until it turned back to his normal eye color. He smirked.

"I gave that guy a boost of power for a few seconds, it would wear off eventually," he said.

"Good, that would teach them a lesson for letting him join," A boy with blue eyes said.

"We should leave it as it is now," a boy with red eyes interrupted. The other two nodded and watched the rest of the match.

Back to the field,

Sangoku throws the ball to Kirino and he passes the ball to Hayami. He then passes the ball to Kuramada, he then connects the pass to Kurama. He dribbles forth and dodges Hayato. Kurama then passes the ball to Hamano. When Fukuro tried to steal the ball, Hamano used his hissatsu 'Naminori Piero' and avoids him. Just as Hamano was about to pass to Minamisawa, Saewatari steals the ball. He dribbles forth and kicked the ball to Yukiji, but Shinsuke jumped and did a cut. He then passes the ball to Kirino. He then passes the ball to Tenma and he dribbles forth. He manages to dodge Akutagawa and Hitofude. He then passes the ball to Tsurugi. When he got close to the goal, He did his hissatsu 'Death Sword' to shoot. Kageura used his hissatsu to try and block it, but the shoot was too strong so Raimon scored.

Raimon Jr. High: 1

Eito Academy: 1

"Goal! Raimon Jr. High scores a point!" the announcer said, and then the referee blew the whistle, "That's the end of the first half! with the scores of 1-1, who will win this match?"

Everyone went to the benches and grabbed a water bottle and a towel. Tenma was drinking some water when he heard the same voice.

"Ten..ma," is what he heard.

Tenma put down the water bottle and looked at where it came from. Still nothing. Aoi then patted his shoulder. Tenma looked at her in confusion.

"Tenma, what's wrong?" Aoi asked.

"It's nothing, don't worry," Tenma replied with a genuine smile.

They then heard the whistle blow and all the soccer players put down the water bottles and towels and went to their positions.

"The second half is about to start! Who is gonna win this match, Raimon Jr. High or Eito Academy?" The announcer said. The referee then blew the whistle again and the started again.

Minamisawa starts off with a kick-off and gives the ball to Kurama. He dribbles forth and passes the ball to Shindou. He dribbles forth and encounters with Yukiji. Shindou does a back pass to Tenma. He connects the pass with Tsurugi and he dribbles forth with Tenma by his side. As Tsurugi dribbled, Yomiya and Kizaki tried to block his way, but Tsurugi passes the ball to Tenma. He dribbles forth and avoids Mienai. He then passes the ball to Minamisawa. He successfully receives the ball and was about to dribble forth when Honda does a sliding and steals the ball. He passes the ball to Saewatari and dribbles forth. He dodges Tsurugi and Kurama. Then Amagi steals the ball and passes it to Shinsuke. He dribbles forth and then passes the ball to Kurama. He then connects the pass to Tsurugi and he dodges the defenders. When Akutagawa and Hayato blocked his way. Tsurugi smirked and passes the ball to Shindou. His path was open so he did his hissatsu 'Fortissimo' and shoot. Kageura failed to block it so Raimon gets another point.

"Goal! Raimon Jr. High scores another point!" The announcer said, and then the whistle blew, meaning the game is over. "And the match is over with Raimon Jr. High as the winners!"

Everyone in Raimon was happy that they won. Tenma and Shinsuke high fived and was happy that Raimon won.

Meanwhile in a different place.

Three okamimimis were watching the match on a large screen. It then turned off.

"No signs of The Chosen one yet," the third of the okamimimis leaders said as he crossed his arms.

"Sir, what makes you think that they would be in the high schools?" one of the generals in the asked, "they might already be an adult."

"Patience, their power must not have awoken yet," the second of the okamimimi leaders said. The first okamimimi leader then stood up from his seat.

"For now, send in spies to keep an eye on all the high schools," the first of the okamimimi leaders commanded as he faced the generals.

"Yes sir!" the generals replied as they bowed down, stood back up and left the meeting room.

The first okamimimi leader then smirked. "We will find you eventually... Chosen One," he said in his mind.
