Tenma's POV:

I awaited my death as I heard my father bring down his sword on me.

But something was weird, I felt the wind of it flew by my left side. I slowly opened my eyes and I looked to my left, there I saw the sword piercing through the ground.

"What?" I said in my head.

I looked at my father. But when I looked he was a few meters away from me and he had his back facing towards me with his head down.

"I'm sorry," he said, "I could've killed you."

I did my best to get up and when I did I clenched my left arm. I was shocked.

"I remember. I remember everything," he said.

"From the past until now," my father said, "Ever since I became general of Nemesis, I've done horrible things, I'm the reason your mother died, me and part of my group attacked our home town. Now, I even tried to kill you."

I slowly started walking towards him.

"Father," I said.

He turned towards me and I saw his eyes were back to their original color. I saw he had a sad smile.

"I don't think I deserve to be called your father, I tried to kill you. What kind of father tries to kill their own son?" my father said as he looked down, his bangs covering his eyes, "I understand that you hate me now."

I felt tears coming out of my eyes and I ran to him, I didn't care if I was injured or sore. I hugged him tight and cried tears of happiness. I was happy he was back.

"I'm so glad your back," I said as my tears flow down my eyes, "you're still my father, even if you tried to kill me. I will never hate you. You're a part of my family, nothing can change that."

I then felt him hug me back and I felt the warmth of it.

"You still forgive me after everything I've done?" my father asked.

I smiled and said, "Of course I do. I know it really wasn't you who did it, you weren't yourself. I will always love you."

"Thank you, son. I love you too," he said. 

A breeze then went by and then we separated from the hug. I saw his smile and I smiled back.

"Let's go back to Aki-nee, father," I said.

But when I said that, I saw my father's smile fade and he said, "I can't."

"Don't worry, if the military sees you, I will try to-" I was about to finish my sentence when my father interrupted.

"No that's not it. I just can't come with you," my father said.

I was confused and asked, "what do you mean you can't?" I asked.

My father sighed and then said, "cause... I'm already dead."

I was shocked by what he said and replied, "What do you mean, father?"

"Years ago, on the day I went missing. I was killed," my father said, "On my way home, a guy shot me and at that moment, my vision went black. And then I woke up and found myself in Nemesis' base. I couldn't remember anything, about my past or my family. I will fade away soon, so I can't come with you."

"I can't lose you again father," I said as I felt new tears started to form in my eyes, "not when you got back to normal."

I saw him smile and said, "I'm sorry son, my time is running out and soon I will be with your mother. But always remember, me and your mother will always be watching over you and that we will always love you and we will support you until the end."

I didn't respond, I just cried. But then I felt something wrap around me, I looked and it was his white jacket. He then hugged me again and said, "Son, can you please promise me something."

"H-hai," I stuttered as this reminded me of when my mother asked me to keep a promise before she passed away.

"Promise that you will stay strong until the end and that you will do your best to take down Nemesis and end this war once and for all. I know it's too much to carry, but your strong enough to surpass this, me, your mother, and those who care about you believe in you. Continue to fight and keep moving forward, never stop until the end of time," my father said with a smile and fire in his eyes as he looked at me.

"Hai, I will," I replied with a smile and was filled with determination.

Me and my father back up from the hug and I saw my father slightly glowing yellow and white. 

He then smiles and said, "Goodbye son, take care, I love you." Soon he faded away as yellow particles fly into the air.

I fell on my knees and slightly cried as I clenched the white jacket my father wrap around me. I then wiped my tears away with my arm and then looked up at the sky. I looked back at the good memories I had with my family and then smiled.

"I love you too, father," I said, "I will always remember you and mother, thank you, for everything."

Third POV:

The Nemesis minions retreated and some were caught. The military helped the people and soon left. Tenma's friends, the coaches, Otonashi-sensei, Riku, and his friends, and Aki-nee and Sasuke stayed at the soccer building, waiting for Tenma. (Shindou, Tsurugi, Kageyama, Shinsuke, and Aoi told them that Tenma left after Tenma left the building.)

"When is he coming back?" Aoi asked in a worried tone.

"Just wait, he will be back," Midori said.

"We've been waiting for hours, he still hasn't come back," Kuramada said, you can see the worry in his eyes.

"What if he," Shinsuke said as tears started to form in his eyes.

"Don't think that Shinsuke, he will be alright. I hope," Shindou said.

Aki-nee was worried sick about his relative and was looking around franticly until she saw someone in a distance. She squinted her eyes trying to see who it was. Then her eyes widened and tears were starting to form in her eyes. There, she saw Tenma walking while clenching his arm and the jacket around his waist. He had wounds around him.

"Tenma!" Aki-nee said, getting everyone's attention. Sasuke got up and ran to his owner and Aki-nee ran to her relative.

When Tenma saw everyone, he gave them a warm smile.

"Tenma!" Tenma's friends called out as they started running to him.

Sasuke reached his owner first and was jumping around him. Tenma petted Sasuke and it barked. Aki-nee then reached him and hugged him. Tenma slightly winced at the pain of some of his wounds, but he didn't show it and didn't care. He hugged her back and smiled.

"Tenma, thank goodness your alright," Aki-nee said, "I thought I would lose you."

"Don't worry Aki-nee, I'm here," Tenma replied with a smile.

They separated from the hug and then his friends came, Kuramada and Amagi hugged him and accidentally knocked him over. Aki-nee slightly chuckled.

"Were glad you're alright," Amagi said.

"H-hai," Tenma said, "but, I c-can't breathe"

"Gomenasai Tenma," Kuramada and Amagi said as they got off him and Kuramada helped Tenma get back up.

"Good thing Tenma is alright," Coach Endou said with a smile, and Kidou and Otonashi-sensei nodded in agreement.

The others were glad Tenma was alright and that Inazuma Town got saved.

One month later,

The town was getting repaired and that school would have to be canceled for a while cause of the damage. Tenma recovered quickly and is now playing soccer at the riverbank.

"Hey Tenma!" he heard someone call for him, he looked and it was Riku. He had a bag on his back and was waving at Tenma.

"Hey Riku!" Tenma replied.

Riku went down and ran to Tenma.

"What's up?" Tenma asked.

"I have something to show and tell you," Riku said with a smile as he grabbed something from his bag.

He handed me a flyer and it said 'Camp Senshi' I was surprised.

"What is Camp Senshi, Riku?" I asked.

"Camp Senshi is a large campsite with plenty of space and it has separate areas for Junior years, Senior years, and more and it also one of the best campsites yet. It has a very large camp space and separate areas for each," Riku said in an excited tone, "My father called in and said that me, my friends, and the entire soccer team are going to this camp. They have an area ready for us."

Tenma had his eyes lit up and were surprised, they are going camping.

"When are we going?" Tenma asked.

"In three days we are going," Riku said, "I already told the rest and were allowed to go."

"Alright, I'll go ask Aki-nee," Tenma said with a smile, "and thanks for telling me."

"No problem, bye Tenma," Riku said as Tenma ran off while waving goodbye to Riku.

Tenma went back to the manor and asked Aki-nee if he could go camping. Aki-nee allowed here but told him to be careful and Tenma agreed and thanked her. Tenma went to his room and packed his stuff.

"Camp Senshi, here I come," Tenma said in his mind.
