Tenma's POV:

I was running my way to school when I met up with Shinsuke and Aoi.

"Ohayo Aoi, Shinsuke!" I said.

They turned around and saw me.

"Ohayo Tenma," Shinsuke said.

"Ohayo," Aoi said.

I caught up to them and we walked to school together.

"I'm glad you can come to school, me and Shinsuke were worried that you wouldn't because of what happened," Aoi said.

"Well, I hope she is in a better place now. And also I don't want to have piles of homework," I replied.

"Yeah," Shinsuke said.

When we arrived at the school and we went past the gate. On our way to the soccer club, I stopped walking and looked at school. A lot of things have happened lately, starting from the first day. I looked back at all the things that happened lately. Riku and his friends changed for the better and they are very nice to others. I also have a lot of friends. I discovered I was the Chosen One and training begun last Monday. I met Nozomi in my dream and at least I saw my mother one last time in Okinawa. I sighed.

"I know you two are out there, I hope we meet again," I said in my mind.

"Tenma, are you alright?" I snapped out of my thoughts when I heard Shinsuke ask.

I looked at him and smile. "Yeah, just been thinking," I replied.

"A lot of things happened lately, who knows what happens next," Aoi said.

"Hai," I said.

The three of us continued to walk to the soccer club when we arrived, everyone got ready for soccer practice and then we went to the soccer field. Practice was going great as always, everyone is doing their best and having fun. The rest of the school day was the same as always, but I still had a great time. When I arrived at the manor, I immediately finished my homework and I decided to go to the river bank to go train in fighting. I wore my blue t-shirt and grayish-blue pants. I got ready to leave when Aki-nee called me.

"Hey, Tenma, you're going out, right?" Aki-nee asked.

"Hai, is there something I have to do Aki-nee?" I asked.

"Well, I ran out ingredients to cook dinner and I was hoping to ask if you could buy it at the store," Aki-nee said.

I smiled and replied, "I will don't worry Aki-nee."

"Arigato Tenma," Aki-nee said with a smile.

I got the list and said goodbye to Aki-nee, I left the manor and went to the store. When I arrived, I bought what Aki-nee needed and I went to the counter to get checked out. After that, I left and ran very fast to the manor. When I arrived, I went to the manor and gave the things to Aki-nee. She seemed kinda surprised that I was that fast.

"Arigato Tenma," Aki-nee said, "that was quick."

"Your welcome Aki-nee," I said with a smile.

I then realized I had to meet Riku at the riverbank. He might be wondering why I took so long.

"I got to go now Aki-nee, I have to meet up with Riku at the riverbank," I said.

"Alright Tenma, be careful," Aki-nee said.

"I will, bye Aki-nee," I said and then left the manor.

I started running as fast as I could to arrive at the riverbank. In a few minutes, I finally arrived. I saw Riku waiting for me and I ran down the field. I was taking a breathe since I ran too fast. He noticed and looked at me

"Sorry, I'm late," I said as I went to him.

"I can tell you had something to do," Riku said, "and you seem tired from running that fast."

"Tell me about it," I said and I was still huffing. I finally recovered and was ready for training.

"Let's begin shall we?" Riku said.

"Hai!" I replied.

I transformed and got ready, I was gonna do the offense and Riku will do defense. I was getting good at fighting, I still get beaten by Riku, he didn't that easy as before. He still helps me up though. After minutes of training, the two of us left to get home. I was walking and I was going to the path I always go. But this time, there has been a car crash while Riku and I trained, I couldn't go through there so I had no choice. I looked at an alley that also leads to where the manor was. I took a breath and got ready to go through here.

"Here goes nothing," I said in my mind.

I started walking into the alleyway, I was getting kinda scared, thinking that maybe something bad might happen. Like, someone might pop up from a corner and try to kidnap from behind or something like that. As I continued to walk, I was being aware of my surroundings. I may know how to fight but who knows, some people are better. I looked forward and saw a figure walking towards my direction. I stopped in my tracks, I was taking a few steps back. When I got to see the figure more, he didn't have weapons and he was an okamimimi. I don't see his face cause of the shadow and hood. He was in a distance and I was about to run when I suddenly heard something behind me. I looked behind and saw a forcefield, I couldn't run away. I faced the man and I was afraid. I decided to stay calm because panicking won't do any good.

"You won't run that easily," the man said in a cold and serious tone, "and calling for help won't do anything."

"Who are you and what do you want from me?" I asked, trying to hide my fear. For some reason, his voice sounds kinda familiar.

"That won't be necessary," the man said and then he went into a fighting stance, "cause I'll bring you to my masters."

In a blink of an eye, Aither was no longer in my view. Tenma swiftly look behind, but only to be kicked in the stomach, he was sent back and he landed on my feet. Tenma then transformed and his wolf ears and tail appeared. He went into a fighting stance and got ready to fight the guy. Aither dashed towards Tenma and Tenma got ready to counter. When Aither was close Tenma tried to kick, but Aither jumped high and landed behind Tenma. Aither tried to hit Tenma from behind, but Tenma blocks it and tried to punch Aither. But he uses his free hand and blocks it. Aither brought out his claws on his right hand and tried to scratch Tenma. But he jumped back, dodging the attack. Tenma made projectiles and fired at Aither. Aither dodges the projectiles while dashing towards Tenma. When Aither was close, he made his claws disappear and jumped up, making him go above Tenma. He then did a downward kick and Tenma uses his two arms to block. Aither does a backflip and lands on the ground. Without Tenma wasting any time, he dashes towards Aither and tried to punch him. But Aither blocks it and punched Tenma. Aither then throws Tenma hard and his back bumped against the wall. Tenma struggled to get up, but he didn't give up. Aither brought out his claws and it glowed red and gray. He then slashed and released a beam. Tenma dived to the right and dodged the attack. While Tenma was getting up from the ground, considering his back was aching from him bumping to the wall, Aither quickly released another beam and Tenma didn't have time to dodge. Tenma was sent flying to some boxes and then he got up. Tenma then created white projectiles in the air and fired. Aither continued to dodge while dashing towards Tenma. When Aither was close he was both of his claws glow and was about to slash Tenma, but he made a forcefield and blocked the attack. Aither's claws collided with the forcefield and suddenly the forcefield started to glow brighter. An energy blast released from the forcefield and it sent Aither back. He landed on his feet and Tenma's wasn't in his view. Aither looked up and saw Tenma with projectiles by his side. The projectiles fired and Aither dodged some of it but then got hit by some. Tenma landed on the ground and faced Aither. Aither's feet suddenly started to glow red and grey and suddenly, he disappeared on Tenma's view. Before Tenma could react, he felt some punch him in the stomach. Then another hit followed, this time, Tenma was punched on the back hard. Tenma didn't let this continue, so he made his hands glow and he released a shockwave. It blew Aither way back and his back hit the wall hard. Without wasting time, Tenma charged at Aither with his hand glowing white. When he was closed, Tenma punched but Aither moved his head to the side. When Tenma's hand collided with the wall, an explosion happened, sending the two boys far back. The two got up and charged at each other. Aither tried to punch Tenma in the face, but Tenma dodged Aither's attack and Tenma quickly punched Aither on the chest, sending Aither back. Aither then quickly made beams from his claws, while Tenma made more wind projectiles and fire. The two attacks collided and made a lot of smoke. When it cleared, Aither made his claws disappear and his right hand glowed red and gray. Tenma made his right hand glow white and the two of them charged and their fists collided, causing an explosion.

*Stop the music*

A lot of smoke appeared and when Aither landed on his feet, his hood went down.

Tenma's POV:

I got up from the ground and tried to see if the man was there. When the smoke cleared, my eyes widened.

"No way," I said in my mind.

The man looked at me with a serious look. I felt tears trying to come out from my eyes, but I held them back.

"Father?" I said.

I was shocked to see him. I then saw his claws glow red and gray and he slashed. I didn't have time to react so I got hit. My head banged against the wall hard and I lost consciousness.
