When I walk through the double doors at Aldam high, the smell of sweat and perfume surrounded my nose like a vacuum.

People have been avoiding me my whole life basically. Why? Because I'm a outcast, nobody, and a loser. I feel people staring at me, burning a hole into my soul. I thought I was in the clear after the bell rang and the students scurried like little rabbits to their classes.

I was completely wrong. "Omph!" was all that came out of my mouth when I ran right into Kelly Deen, the captain of our school's cheer leading squad. It sounds so cliche, but it's true.

She looked at me with hatred. "Are you blind?!" she screamed then turned and started walking away when I stopped her by saying,

"Well clearly I am, or your ugliness would offend me!" She stopped dead in her tracks and I realized I had made a big mistake.

She walked back over to me and hovered over my body as if I am a small child. "What did you just call me?" she spoke through her teeth.

"I said -" She cut me off and created a ball of fire with her hand.

Before I knew it, the flaming ball was headed towards my hands when I covered my face in protection. I can't fight back without fire powers. Is this where I die?

But all I heard was a sizzling noise before she gasped and backed up a little, choosing whether to run or not. I looked at my hands and saw the fire slowly dissolving on my hands, and I couldn't feel a thing.

"H-how? What?" she uttered in complete silence.

"I-i-don't k-know.." I stammered back to her questions.

"Look, I'm sorry for saying that about you," I began to apologise, even though I didn't mean it. I put my hands up in defeat. "But it's not my fault you--"

Suddenly, a cold gush of icy wind came out of my mouth as I spoke the word 'you', and traveled to Kelly, causing her to freeze solid.

Oh my god! What have I done?
