**Flashback**

Ugh groaned a young woman, slowly opening her eyes and turning them to the alarm clock while it blared out loud music, groaning as she hit the button to turn off the alarm, as she sat up to stretch and yawn, just as another 'older' woman came into her room looking right at her as she sat on the edge of the bed.

"How did you sleep last night honey?" she said quietly as too not disturb the sleeping boy in the room next door.

"Same as it has been for the past few weeks mom" replied the younger woman with sleep eyes.

The mother sighed as she got up to open the window "Well come on and get ready June, your friends are here to take you to the airport" the sorrow in her voice could be heard, that much was clear to June, but before she could say anything her mother had walked out of the room out of her view.

June just sat there trying to get used to the sun light coming threw the now open window, after awhile she got up to get ready to leave for the airport.

As she stood at the top of the stairs she looked over to her brother's closed door and sighed "I'm sorry Jim" whispering she descended downwards...

**End Flashback**

June was glad to be back from collage, it had been a nerve racking six years but it was her choice so she couldn't really be mad at anyone besides herself.

She had wanted a Doctoral Degree and she had gotten it.

Her dream job was to become a surgeon.

When came graduation day her mother and Jim couldn't make it, but it wasn't their fault since she was half way across the country so she wasn't upset at them since they did call to congratulate her, but as for her father she was quite upset at.

He hadn't even sent a best wishes card or anything, she hadn't seen him since the day he decided to leave off the face of the earth, which in her opinion was a unforgivable act. He didn't even say goodbye, didn't tell them where he was going, all they had to go off was the rumors about another woman.

But that didn't matter now, now was the time for happiness and to forget the past for it was history.

She had arrived at her old home around 11:30am too make sure no one was home to interrupt her little surprise party that she had planned since the day she left.
