Unknown POV
"Where could that stupid pup be" I snarled to the other patrol members. "We don't know" a grey wolf called jumper replied.
"Well we could stop asking and hmmm I don't know get a move on and actually look for her" a brown and black wolf called mace growled.
"I am your beta mace don't question me"I snarled
"Molo calm down she's just trying to get a move on as beta you know the consequences better than any of us"jumper whimpered. I Shook myself a little.
"your right jumper but show respect next time mace"I said calmly adding a snarling tone at the end.  Jumper you go left mace go right I'll look in case she hid around here"I commanded raising my tail as a sign of dominance.
"Yes beta"jumper said cheerfully and bounded off you know I've always liked jumper despite the strict rules and harsh involvement she was always cheerful he thought to himself with a smile maybe she deserves a higher position he thought.
"Oh yes great and wonderful beta"mace cut into his thoughts in a mocking tone with a fake bow.
Mace well mace was the opposite of jumper pessimistic low energy no respect for authority I thought angrily while sniffing in a bush as I walked around she's probably planning to challenge me or get slaughtered challenging alpha he thought well I wish she would hurry up and do it although jumper liked her but jumper likes everyone it doesn't say much for her judgment or intelligence but she had a lot of faith in other wolves even though she shouldn't the poor thing was just born in the wrong pack. Jumper and mace walked back "any luck" I asked
"Dose it looks like were carrying a pup"Mace snarled
"Ok you're telling alpha then"I said smiling
"Your beta you do it"snarled mace
"Oh stop fighting you two I'll tell alpha"jumper barked
"I'll tell alpha"I devicly barked
By the time we were done arguing they had almost made it back to camp.  I padded in and went to alpha den crouched in respect. The large white wolf with the two different colored eyes gleaming in the darkness. "Beta report "we couldn't find her we lost the sent"I said shaking nervously.
"Not good enough you will go and you will find her"he snarled
"But there's no trace of her we have"I started
"No no you will go again" he said and lashed out at me with his grey paw it flashed silver in the late afternoon sun poring in from the dens entrance.
"But alpha please let us rest"I pleaded
"There will be no rest beta do you know why"
"No"I said shaking in fear
"Because I want my daughter back"he snarled and then sent me out of the den growling well let's just call them words he uses when he is angry.
