A/n: I've committed an oopsy poopsy.

A/n: Worth it.

High above in the skies of Vacuo, within the early hours of the day, a large dreadnought soars through the clouds. Making its way towards the mobile station known as Old Rusty. The dreadnought making this journey going by the name of Minokawa, a battle class vessel sent from Atlas by Commander Joshua.

Within the crew quarters of the ship, inside a darkened room, a lone individual takes cover under a blanket in slumber. Napping in a bottom bunk as they snore the morning hours away.

*HOOOONK*

From the speakers comes a blaring horn that would wake the dead, echoing throughout the halls. The once sleeping individual, still covered in the blanket, shoots upward and smashes their head into the top bunk just above. Crashing back into the bed, the lone figure lets out a pained moan. A moment later, the blanket is pushed away and reveals a young woman with short red hair and dizzy amber eyes. An old faint scar just visible under her right eye. Small patches of red scales visible on her neck and forearms, implying she is a lizard faunus. This young warrior going by the name of Sara Valryn.

Grabbing a hold of her throbbing head, Sara runs the spot where she bashed against the top bunk with a gentle touch.

Speaker: Attention. This is Fallen reminding any slackers still sleeping away that we will be reaching our destination in an hour or so. Today's breakfast will be baked beans, musical program to follow... Who wrote this?

Shaking the pain from her cranium, Sara lets out an annoyed groan as she hops out of bed. A scaly red tail reaching down to her calves swishes from side to side... Her stature somewhat short at five feet. She lifts her arms up in a stretch as a few pops resonate from her bones.

Sara: "sigh" Man, that guy is an asshole.

Speaker: I heard that.

Sara lets out a small yelp as she just goes to get dressed for breakfast.

On the other side of the ship, most of the crew are in the cafeteria eating away as they prepare for arrival. Sitting at a table in the far corner, one of the followers that aided in the fall of Atlas, Victor Lavender Triumphantes scoops a spoonful of baked beans from his bowl and takes a bite out of it. Arsenal on his person as he's already prepared for arrival. Black shirt and shorts his only apparel for the moment.

There was really no point explaining that he's here and what he's doing, just to let you know that he's here in general.

Back to Sara, dressed in proper attire for the hot as fuck kingdom of Vacuo, she retrieves her bowl of baked beans and takes a seat at a table full of followers she's met before. Placed on her back are her weapons of choice. Two arm blades that look like the Fist of the Deity straight from WoW. (Which they are)

As the crew continues to mingle, Victor and Sara socializing in their own ways, members on the bridge of the ship work tirelessly to not crash the Minokawa. One tech savvy crew member fiddles around with a terminal. Checking ship status, camera feeds, septic tank levels, all that stuff. Flicking through the cameras, he comes across one outerveiw feed and suddenly notices something off. Abnormal small dots that look like dead pixels on the screen moving little by little. Adjusting a few dials and switches, the image zooms in on the anomalies to reveal several ships hurtling towards them. The faint sign of the Vacuo symbol plastered on the ships.

Crewmember: Ffffuck me! Enemies spotted!

Within an instant, with some conformation, every soul on the bridge goes into full red-alert-battle-stations mode. Sirens begin to blast throughout the ship as everyone is now made aware of an attack. Gun turrets on the outer hull warm up as they begin to come online. The Vacuo forces begin opening fire on the Minokawa as enemy fighters and other small ships quickly make their way.

As heavy artillery is quickly exchanged, bouncing off of each ships' shields, Vacuo boarding ships descend upon the follower's dreadnought. A few are shot down, others make it closer than they should. These ships appearing to have strange spearhead-like points in the front of their hulls.

While capable of deflecting enemy fire, The Minokawa's shields could not prevent the boarding ships from impregnating its defenses. Crashing head first into the hull, the small enemy ships bore into the dreadnought. Almost a dozen ships filled with Vacuo forces within the Children's ship now swarming the vessel.

Elsewhere in the Minokawa, Victor charges through the halls with several other soldiers by his side to fend off the offending invaders. Rifle in hand, he turns a corner and spots a large strange object lodged within the hall ahead of him. Along with a couple Vacuo soldiers pouring out of said strange object. No time is wasted as both parties quickly open fire on each other.

Victor quickly raises a dark wall of wind with his semblance to deflect oncoming enemy fire, pushing it forward to advance. His allies are able to shoot through the barrier and mow down most of the Vacuo soldiers. The few that weren't shot dead take cover as they return fire. One soldier, seeing the situation, removes their grenade belt and quickly start pulling pins. Jumping out of cover, the belt is tossed at Victor's wall of wind.

Before Victor can deflect the explosives, the grenades go off and tear through his defense as the initial shockwave launches him back. Wind wall of wonderous fourth-alliteration-not-found now taken down, and a few followers thrown back from the blast, Vacuo forces soon push back.

Shaking off the initial blast, Victor swiftly gets back up and soon sees his allies be gunned down. Thinking fast, he holsters his rifle and concentrates on his semblance. His whole form soon becomes engulfed in black wind as he now becomes a target for the soldiers. Bullets bounce off of his new barrier as he extends his arms out, more air whirling around his hands.

Bullets pelt Victor's protected form as he prepares to attack. Launching his hands forward, he suddenly rushes through the hall and between the soldiers in an instant. Every soldier he passes is quickly cut down by a torrent of cutting wind, save your fart jokes for later, most of the walls being sliced as well. Blood from the now diced bodies splatter all over the corridor as Victor finally comes to a stop near the invasive boarding ship.

Dispelling his semblance, Victor takes a breath and glances over his shoulder. The entire corridor is riddled with bullet holes, torn metal from his last attack, lots of blood, and minced meat just stuck to everywhere. Although with a cost of allies, the current enemies lie chopped and dead.

Admiring his pasty artwork, Victor's earpiece lets out a small static sound before a voice is heard.

Curt: This is Airman Curt calling for any backup to the hangar bay! These sand munchers are trying to push their way to the bombers and terra-bombs! You know, half the reason we're even here? *gunfire* Aurgh, fuck! Somebody man that turret!

Victor wastes no time to respond by hauling his silent ass over to the hangar to help. Somewhat fearful of what terra-bombs will do to a dreadnought if prematurely detonated.

[Location: Engine room]

Within the outer halls of the ship's engine room, Sara and several followers fend off several dozen soldiers trying to gain access.

Sara, transforming her right arm blade into a shield, slowly pushes forward as the enemy fire is easily deflected. Only being a few feet away from her foes now, she lowers her shield and dashes forward. Barely dodging a few shots. Now within killing distance, Sara starts slashing and dashing through her enemies to the best of her abilities.

Slashing a soldier in the throat, shield bashing another out of her way, and impaling one of them in the abdomen, Sara quickly dispatches most of the forces as her allies are able to gun down the rest. Reverting her shield back to its arm blade form, she transforms her left arm blade into a rifle and quickly moves forward with caution. Rounding a corner with posse in tow, the young warrior spots a heavily armored soldier with a grenade rifle.

That same grenade rifle being pointed right at her.

Sara: Oh balls...

As her allies open fire on the heavy soldier, their bullets doing nothing against his armor, Sara shifts her right blade back to a shield to try and see if that would actually help.

Coming from a side room close by, a tall dark haired muscular man steps into the middle of the hall. A faunus judging by the horns protruding from the top of his head. Sporting short baggy pants, a wifebeater, and fingerless gloves with strange spikes poking out from between the knuckles. This meaty specimen well known by others as Fallen. He spots Sara and others and notices them pointing their weapons at him. Not really at him, but in the direction he's standing. He hears an audible thump sound and quickly glances over to the other way.

*BOOM*

A grenade is launched and hits Fallen square in the chest, consuming him and a small section of the hall in a large explosion. Sara and others look on in horror as possibly the strongest man they've ever known just got blown up.

Sara: OH SHIT, HE'S DEAD!!!

As the smoke settles down, the same guy that should have been ground beef continues to stand there. No visible damage besides a ruined shirt. Still staring down the enemy.

Sara: Oh shit, he's alive.

Back to Fallen, he glares at the grenade rifle wielding foe as more soldiers soon appear for a fight. While the guy that shot the grenade is somewhat dumbstruck that this guy just ate the high grade explosive.

Fallen: "inhale" "exhale" Yep.

Grabbing a hold of his burnt shirt, he rips it clean off his well chiseled frame. Two tattoos are easily spotted on his back. On his left shoulder plate, a skeletal wing. While on the other, a pure white wing rests opposite from the first.

Setting aside the aesthetics, he charges the enemy in a full sprint. The heavy soldier launches another grenade at Fallen. The projectile is easily swatted aside by him as he continues to charge, detonating just behind him. Third times the charge, yet another grenade is launched at the charging faunus. This time, Fallen catches the grenade and makes a leap for the heavy soldier. Raising the arm with the caught explosive as he goes for a punch.

Fallen bashes the grenade into the heavy soldier's face, detonating the explosive and consuming them both as a few soldiers somewhat close by are launched back. Not two seconds later, Fallen launches from the smoke and goes for the closest enemy. He sends a fist towards the soldier's face, smashing the helmet and flinging him back into a group of more soldiers. Spinning around, he uppercuts another soldier. Causing the poor soul to launch up into the ceiling and leave a dent as he comes crashing back down.

One soldier gets his bearings and decides to start shooting. Fallen has none of it as he quickly dodges and grabs a hold of the soldier's rifle, ripping it out of his grasp and sucker punching him in the stomach. Several audible snaps are easily heard as the little bastard crumbles in pain and internal bleeding. Rifle in hand, he uses the firearm as a club as he starts beating the rest to a bloody pulp.

Sara and the others just look on in shock and awe as they just watch one of their commanding officers single handedly take down a whole squad of enemy soldiers with his bare hands... And a rifle... And a grenade that one time.

With the last soldier's head caved in, Fallen tosses the now broken rifle and looks over to his allies.

Fallen: The hell you lot standing around for? Half of you get back to protecting the engine room, the other half haul your sorry asses to the hangar bay! MOVE!

Not wanting to piss off the angry shirtless man, they do as he says as one half remains in the engine room while Sara and the other half follow Fallen to-

[Location: Hangar bay]

Hangar doors forcefully wide open, more Vacuo boarding ships land as the Children try to push them back. Curt, that one pilot from the early chapters, takes cover behind some crates with a rifle. Still fully decked out in his pilot suit from Atlas.

Next to him is a follower on a mounted turret shooting away. Curt looks over to the side and sees another follower behind an APC. As they poke out to open fire, a missile hits the vehicle and destroys it. Killing the follower using it for protection.

Curt: Well, shit.

He hears a splatter sound right behind him followed by something heavy hitting the floor. Looking back, he sees the gunner now dead with a hole in his head.

Curt: Well, shit!

Moving fast, he quickly takes control of the turret and starts mowing down enemy forces.

From the catwalks overhead, Victor uses his rifle to snipe incoming soldiers from below. He spots yet another boarding ship making its way to the hangar. Bringing a hand back, he focuses his aura and creates a ball of wind. Launching his hand out, he flings the ball at the ship and hits it in one of the engines. A large explosion decimates the engine as the ship soon veers off to the side, crashing down onto the hangar floor in a metallic ball of fire.

Fallen, Sara, and other followers come rushing in from a back entrance as they join the battle. Sara falls back as she just uses a rifle. While Fallen just goes balls to the wall and charges the enemy head on, screaming at the top of his lungs, "FOR RANTER", for whatever ungodly reason.

As the battle rages on, the tides seem to turn in favor for the Children. Outside of the hangar bay, a large Vacuo ship appears facing the whole battle. This catches everyone's attention as the firefight comes to a halt. Mounted on the ship is a large cannon pointing right at them. A low humming is heard as the dark barrel begins to glow green, signifying the cannon is charging up.

Fallen:... I should have taken that position in Vale.

Before the cannon can fire, some deus ex machina shit happens as what appears to be a high velocity projectile hits the side of the enemy ship. Than another. Than several more. Tearing through the shields and completely annihilating the ship itself with just a dozen shots. The ship explodes, sending out a shockwave that rocks the Minokawa and causing some of the followers inside to fall over.

The rest of the enemy ships appear to be under attack by the sudden strike as well. One or two more ships are destroyed before the rest decide to bail out and retreat. Followers that witnessed this in the Minokawa chear as they start taking remaining Vacuo forces prisoner. Back to Fallen, he lets out a sigh of relief as a communicator on his belt goes off. Reaching for it, he turns it on and speaks.

Fallen: Report?

Follower: Sir, we're getting hailed by an unknown connection.

Fallen:... Fuck it, why not? Patch them through.

A second later, the communicator lets out a beep. Signaling a new caller.

Fallen: This is Commander Fallen of the Minokawa. Who the hell is this?

Becky: First off, this is Becky. Second, you're welcome. Thirdly, you mind explaining to me why y'all were getting bukkaked by the Vacuo airforce up there?

A mile or so from the ship, Old Rusty comes rolling towards them as several of its cannons emit torrents of smoke. Obviously implying that the Ramal Bandits just saved the day.

----

Several miles off the coast of Mistral, a small ship housing our Tribunal Trio of 'Tards makes its way to the now lush hellhole of a continent.

Warlider: How much further until we get there? My decrepit dick quivers for tree blood!

p0zi0ner: Firstly, the fuck's wrong with you...? Second, how should I know? It's one of your guys flying the damn thing.

Pilot: ETA, three hours.

Warlider: I got soooooo many things I want to try out! First-

*beep*

Warlider: Whoop. Getting a text.... It's from Mod.

p0zi0ner: What's it say?

Warlider: It says, "Dear War. Here is a list of things I DON'T want you to do during your time in Mistral. Enslavement, civilian execution, civilian enslavement, exterminatus, virus bombing, cyclonic torpedoes, atmospheric incinerator torpedoes, or any other form of ship to planetary combat. Have fun!".......

Regret: Sucks to be you.

Warlider: WHY DOES HE DEPRIVE ME OF THESE JOYS!
