Ashley POV

As I headed out the door I started to run making it quicker to get to professor oak's lab. Outside his lab I saw Jasmine, the person I hated the most. We had been rivals ever since we met and we always had competitions on pointless things. She was so boastful and mean but she was gorgeous! She hard brown hair and brown eyes, she wore a black top and blue shorts. Her face was beautiful and she wore pink lipstick. She seemed to notice me and then started walking over to me. She held out a Pokeball and threw it in the air.
"Piplup! I choose you!" She shouted
"Cool you got a piplup!" I said
"Yeah but you don't have a Pokemon do you? Ha!"
I clenched my fist in anger but soon got over it. I was just about to get my Pokemon so it doesn't matter!
"Wait here! I'll get a Pokemon and then we can battle!" I shouted
Then I quickly ran off to the lab going to get my new starter.
