We shouted simultaneously. What is he doing here? Why is he here? What the heck is happening?

Oh man, Aiden's gonna kill me for not telling him about the gang. God why!

I was so annoyed with myself. I shouldn't have hidden it from him. Man!!

He looked at me, confused.

I mouthed him that I'll tell him later.

David cleared his throat, clearing the silence up.

"So now that my lovely children have arrived, let's start the negotiation"

David gestured one of his men. His gang member quickly went to do something which left all of us curious.

Soon his gang member arrived, he inserted a pen drive and a map came. The map of Jared's base camp

"I know that you, Aiden are here for protection and you, my precious flower, Ashley, my favorite student are here for revenge. I'll help you both but I won't do it for free of course"

Aiden looked at me curiously, I avoided any further eye contact. I don't know how I'll explain it to him.

"We all have the same enemy, my dearest son, Jared. I want both of your support and team work. Jared needs to be taken down but before that we need to take someone else down"

Man, David need to stop making everything so suspicious. We were again curious.

David cleared his throat

"Ashley dear", David eyed a guy from Aiden's gang. He didn't need to say anything more.

I walked to that guy, everyone's eyes were on me. With a swift move, he was on ground, I shot his legs and puched him unconscious.

Aiden's gang looked me with disbelief. I was fast, I guess.

"What the fuck, Ashley", Aiden roared.

Before Aiden could take a step towards me, "He was an ally of Jared", David told everyone.

"As you see, Aiden, Ashley, my dear is taught well by me, she's the beast, I created"

I guess it was time for me to talk.

"Aww, David, now now, I wouldn't say you created me, you just gave me an opportunity to prove myself"

"Look at this, my little Ashley is all grown up", David truly loved me. He was like a fatherly figure to me. Between our sarcastic remarks there was love, lots of it.

We both chuckled and David pulled me into a hug, I missed him.

David pulled away and went ahead to take care of Dylan, I got to know his name later.

David told us to get familiar with each other because we'll need each other now.

David left. Nobody made a single sound. Everyone was frozen in their place.

I cleared my throat.

"Aiden, so.. "

"Are you finally gonna tell me what the heck is happening, you're a gang member, and that too a gang leader and that too David's favorite, do you think we don't know about David's favorite? Everybody knows about you, but nobody know your true identity, David's favorite, the invincible, Lee, Ugh, Ashley, Lee, it makes sense now"

Aiden threw his head back, closed his eyes and took deep breaths. He is angry, I guess.

"I can explain"

"You better explain everything"

That voice didn't belong to Aiden, it belonged to RV, it was towards Annie.

Wait a minute, what the actual duck is Annie doing here.

Oh man, don't tell me this is the gang she was with. Oh my freaking lord.

A loud thud was heard. Charlie fainted. I guess it was too much for her to take in.

Aiden and I were sitting together, the silence was making it hard for me to breath.

"Aiden, I"

"I what Ash, I like you so much and you didn't even tell me about this"

"I'm sorry, I didn't want you to know about my past, I killed people, Aiden, I was ruthless, why do you think nobody knew who Lee actually is? That's because I killed them before they told anyone. I'm a killer, Aiden, I don't deserve you", I broke down, tears rolled down my face, I finally took it all out.

Aiden looked at me, his gaze softened, he hugged me, he whispered sweet nothings to me.

I think I have fallen for him, hard.

Nat entered the room, "Charlie woke up", she informed us and quickly went away, not before giving me a sad smile.

I guess she doesn't hate me.

"Aiden, baby"

"Ash, I need time please, can we maintain some distance for now", with that he left me.

A single tear rolled down my face, I wiped it off. I realized it's not the time to be crying. I need to get my shiz together.

I went to see Charlie.

I expected her to get angry, be cruel and throw disgusted looks. But she smiled.

She smiled lovingly and I ran to hug her.

"You don't hate me?", I asked the question whose answer I was afraid to receive.

"I truly don't, Ash. You are my best friend, you hid things but I know you must have a solid reason"

The world doesn't deserve this girl.

The door opened, it was Nat.

I couldn't look into her eyes. I was scared.

"Ash, there isn't Aiden's face on the floor, so you can look up", Charlie and Nat chuckled.

"You aren't mad at me?"

"No, silly, I heard Charlie, she's right, when you're ready you can tell us, we won't force you"

Charlie shouted group hug. Man I love these girls.

We decided to have a sleepover to get to know each other better.

We were laughing and thinking about things to do at the sleepover. Suddenly I felt the familiar vibration, my phone.

I excused myself and went out to answer the call because it was noisy inside.

"My my, dear Ashy-Bear, you took your sweet time answering the call"

The sickening voice made my stomach churn. Jared.

"What do you want?"

"Is that the way you talk to someone? Where are your manners, you dumb b*tch. Now listen carefully, meet me at the place we used to meet, if you don't then I don't know what will happen to Chloe, you know Annie's best friend"

I knew exactly what he was capable of, he was a beast. He was anyone's worst nightmare.

I knew that I had to meet him, he won't kill me, yet. He loved to have some fun.

I told everyone I'm hungry and need to eat asap and went out.

I drove faster than I've ever.

"My dear, Ashley, you really came, still as brave and beautiful as ever"

"Cut the crap, Jared, where's Chloe and what do you want"

"Aww Ashley, I didn't want to hurt you this fast, but I guess b*tches don't learn when to shut up"

His eyes darkened, it scared me so much.

He gestured his men. I knew exactly what was gonna happen, my moves are still as good as they were before. All his men were down.

He laughed, he was enjoying it a lot.

"That's all you got, huh, Jared"

"You really don't know when to stop talking, do you"

Jared stood up and suddenly I felt heavy. I collapsed.

Aiden's POV

Ash wasn't home yet. Where the heck is that girl.

Everyone was waiting for her. Tyler was scared to death for some reason. RV looked restless. Everyone was restless.

The bell rang. I ran towards the door. I opened the door wide and Chloe was standing there, but not alone.

The sight in front of us made all of us furious. My blood was boiling.

This is our turn now. Better watch your back Jared.
