The current we were in started circling.

I could see we were above a sandy place and there was bits of rock and shingle that were gathering within the winds.

I got a bit scared but Athena looked like she had a plan. She held out her hand to me and i took it.

"I'm going to pop us out and fly us down safely okay?"

"Um okay," i gulped and she showed me a reassuring smile before she popped us out of the protective bubble. We were circling down as we were in the eye of the hurricane. Athena quickly pulled us out by flying swiftly through the walls. We landed on the sand and we realised how windy it really was.

"We need to hurry," Athena said, so we started walking through the sandstorm.

It felt like we were in the middle of a desert. There was nothing but sand and there was strong winds blowing us backwards. I could barely see since I didn't want anything getting into my eyes but Athena looked completely fine.

We fought through the violent, gusty storm. I kept spitting out sand and it tasted disgusting. I followed Athena's glow as the hurricane was building up. It was very hard to move when your being blown back by strong winds and it feels very suffocating. I began to feel as if I was lost.

I tried to keep up with Athena but her glow was fading from my eyes. I coughed out some sand and I desperately tried to keep her in my sight.

The storm got worse and I couldn't see her anymore. I began calling out her name as loud as I could but I didn't get anything back. I was scared, cold and in the middle of a blizzard that I couldn't even see through. My nose was a little runny and I strutted shivering. I coughed repeatedly and continued walking.

From the right, I heard a sound.

my eyes quickly went to the right but all I could see was more wind. This wasn't helping my anxiety, I don't have any time for mind games. I sniffed and continued walking. From all around me, feet kept shuffling so much that I couldn't take it anymore. I fell to the ground and started screaming. The beast then came out of nowhere, I was shocked and tried to move from my spot but I was stuck.

The beast was in the midst of the sand and wind. He smiled wickedly at me and started circling.

Look whose stuck in a pickle

"Get away from me," I spat at him. He barely touched his cheek. He started cackling and wiped the pathetic spit.

Where's your little fren?

"Shes coming and she'll have you running for your life!" I shouted.

Ooooh I'm so scared

"It's true!" I tried to put on the bravest face but I don't think it was working.

Yeah yeah whatever, time to eat you

He pounced upon me and I felt a sharp pain in my left arm. He had this teeth digging into my skin and I screeched. I tried to shake him off but he held me down with his beastly claws.

Is this going to be the end?

Suddenly, thunder and lightning came from the sky. The wind got worse and lightning bolts were seen from every direction. The beast stopped sucking on me and laughed in the wind, he looked truly frightening.

But then, a figure bursted through the clouds and shot fireballs and zapped the beast. He howled in pain and fell over. I saw that it was Athena! She raced around and kept shooting at the beast, letting out a cry. I saw that her wings were attached to the lightning bolts which must've increased her power.

I was watching in amazement as the beast got his punishment. I clapped for Athena as she taught the beast a lesson. She circled him so fast it created a mini tornado around him. She tossed him side to side in there and even managed to throw him up in the air.

I then saw her going towards the clouds and then disappeared out of sight.

Hmm I wonder where she went? I thought.

She suddenly made a lightning appearance as she flew down at a alerting speed while rapidly flapping her wings she struck the beast multiple times with her electrifying wings and bit him until he stopped moving.

She then landed on the ground and then turned to me. "You okay Bella?"

"Oh yes I am! Thank you so much Athena!"I hugged her tightly.

"How comes you weren't following me?" She asked confused.

"I tried to but the wind was too strong".

"Hmm alright, anyway come on and this time, I'm holding your hand". She held out her hand and I took it. We then started walking through the remains of the storm.
