"And that's how I met Natsu", Lucy explains to Levy.

"Did he ever text or call you after that?" Levy asks. Lucy pulls out her phone and shows Levy the screen.

Natsu: Good morning sunshine! I'm sorry about dinner last night if you didn't like it. I hope you'll still talk to me...

"What's even worse is that he texted me" Lucy groans putting her phone at her side. Levy's eyes go wide. Her face in disappoint.

"You mean cheater boy Sting?" Levy puts a hand on her hip. Lucy nods and tilts her head.

"What's even worse is that he's stalking me. He knows I was with Natsu last night" Lucy sighs and puts a hand on her forehead. She didn't get sleep that night and she feels like everything that happen was a nightmare she couldn't wake up from. The sound of a bell goes off and both girls look to the door. A boy with pink hair walks in. As if this could get any worse. He walks up to the counter and rests his forearm on it. "Well if it isn't the one and only Lucy. Good morning" he smiles.

"Morning. What do you want?" She gives him a harsh tone. He turns and pulls out a chair from a table. "One caramel frappe please", he smirks at Lucy and she writes it down. Erza, her manger, comes out. She looks around and her eyes stop on Natsu.

"Hey Natsu!" She walks over and Natsu raises his eyes to meet hers. He smiles and stands up.

"Erza, what's up? How ya been?" He asks her.

"Working. And school starts tomorrow which is going to be more of a hassle. Senior year then we are done." She laughs, "what brings you here? I've never seen you here."

"Actually, I was here yesterday. Stopped by to get a coffee because I was running late and well I met someone", Natsu's face forms a soft smile.

"I can't believe I didn't recognize the pink hair... and no way. You're in love? What happen with you and Lisanna?" Erza questions him. Natsu gives her a nasty look.

"She cheated on me with some guy named Sting. After a while, I got over her and met someone who is worth my time. Even if she doesn't feel the same way back, yet." Natsu giggles and Erza tilts her head.

"Ah get on with it! Who is it?" Of course, Lucy has been listening this whole time even if she was helping out other costumers. She tries to avoid eye contact with Natsu at all cost.

"Her", she hears Natsu say. A shiver went down her spine and she glares up at him.

"She's gunna be a tough one. Trust me. But I'm here to help," Erza pats Natsu and walks over to Lucy.

"You have a table." She turns and smirks walking away. Lucy groans, she grabs Natsu's coffee and walks it over to him.
"Need anything else." It wasn't a question, more of a demand. Natsu nods and points to the chair across from him. "I'm sorry but I can't-"

"Lucy, go ahead! We will cover for you!" Erza tells her and winks at Natsu. Of course, Erza has Natsu's back. Lucy sits hesitantly and glares at him. Natsu smiles, "I'm sorry about last night."

Lucy sighs and her glare softens, "It's okay I don't care anymore.." Lucy hates to admit it but she enjoyed their dinner. Even if they didn't speak most of the time. Natsu grabs one of her hands and smiles, "Please, let's try over. Please go on another date with me.." Lucy sits there debating wether to go or not. After a second, she let's go of his hand.

"I will-"

"Lucy my love!" A blonde boy yells and runs over to her. "Lucy! I've come to be with you my lo- hey pinky, who do you think you are being with Lucy?"

"Pinky? Sorry but the name is Natsu and I came to see Lucy." Natsu hisses at the blonde.

Lucy stands up and rolls her eyes. "Sting after what you did. I no longer want to see you, nor be with you."

"But Lucy, I love you!"

Everyone was watching in the room at the scene. Every pair of eyes were on them.
"She said go away didn't she?" Asks Natsu.
Sting turns to him.

"Who do you think you are?!" Sting yells

Lucy slams her hands against the table, "Natsu is my boyfriend!!" A gasp came from everyone's mouth, even Natsu. "And we were about to head to my apartment to hang out sooo see ya later!" Lucy yells and grabs Natsu. Erza throws Lucy her bag. They run out and to Natsu's car.

"Lucy can you ex-"

"No time! Just go to my apartment and we will talk there!" She says quickly. Natsu turns the car on and speeds to her home. He brakes in front of her apartment. Lucy jumps out of the car, Natsu close behind her. They both get in the elevator. She presses the number 14, and the elevator raises. "Now can you tell me who that was?" Natsu pants. Lucy turns to him, breathing heavily from running.

"That is my crazy ex. He's the whole reason why I'm in Magnolia. He chased me out of my old town and I ended up here..." she sighs and puts her head down. The elevator dings and the doors open. Lucy walks out with Natsu's hand in hers. The blonde drags him to door 15. They let go and she grabs her keys. Unlocking the door, she pushes the boy in and slams it behind her, locking it. Lucy sighs and slides down and sits on the ground. Her hands on her head, tears threatening to fall. Soft whimpers come from her. Of course, Natsu walks over and takes one of her hands. Lucy looks up with puffy red eyes. Tears were now falling from them.

"Hey, everything will be alright I promise..." Natsu coos the blonde. She sniffles and stands up. Lucy wipes the tears, "Here, let's go sit down and I'll explain..."

They both walk over to her soft couch and sit down, with Lucy in Natsu's arms.

"Well it started 9 months ago..." Lucy begins

Lucy was walking home for Saber High with her best friend, Lisanna. They were laughing about how their friend Rouge argued with their history teacher about today's politics.

Lucy and Lisanna had been friends for a year now. Lisanna moved to Dragonal City a year and a half ago. She had a boyfriend who lived a town over. She never spoke of him much. Lisanna would tell Lucy how she wasn't happy with him and planned to break up with him soon. Their long distance relationship just wasn't working out. Even though Lucy knew Lisanna had a boyfriend, she never said his name once.

"Hey Lis, Sting wanted the three of us to hang out at his house later if you're up to it. He said he'd invite Rouge too!" Lucy said happily.

"Yea totally let's do it!" The girls high-fived and walked to Stings house.

Later at Stings, Lucy and the others were watching a scary movie.

"Babe, I'm going to go get more popcorn. I'll be right back" Sting said to his girlfriend.

Lucy moved and he got up. He went to the kitchen. They heard popping, "Hey, I'm going to the bathroom, let me know what happens, kay?" Lisanna says cheerfully to Lucy.

After a while, Lisanna nor Sting came back. Even after the sound of popping stopped.
"Where are those two? They are missing the best part!" Rouge complains, Lucy stands and looks around.

"I'm gunna go find them. Be right back!" She says.

Lucy goes to the kitchen but she didn't see Sting there. A bowl of popcorn was there and nothing else. She left the kitchen and goes up stairs. The blonde stops when she hears moaning down the hall. Her eyes grow wide and she walks down to the door where the sounds are coming from.

She opens the door to see Sting and Lisanna having sex on his bed. "WHAT THE HELL?!" Lucy screams.

"Lu-Lucy! It's not what it looks like!" They both yell in unison. Tears start falling from Lucy's eyes. She runs and bumps into Rouge. He stops, "Hey what's wrong??" He asks the blonde.

"LISANNA AND STING WERE HAVING SEX!" She yells and runs downstairs and out the door.

"After that... well I went home and cried the rest of the night. Throughout that week, Sting would text and call me. I'd ignore each call but I always seemed to read the text. They were always, 'I'm sorry' or 'I miss you'...he then started showing up to my house and bringing me gifts... I ended up moving because of it. I guess he found out where I went..." Lucy squeezes her arm. She feels Natsu grip onto her a little more.

"Natsu are yo-" she stops when she sees that he's crying. "Natsu... what's wrong??"

"I-I used to date her... we broke up because she cheated on me with a guy named Sting... small world huh?..."

Lucy's eyes widen and she embraces the boy in front of her. They comfort one another. They didn't let go or say a word. The two sat there feeling surprised how they got cheated on by their lover before.

"You know, we don't need them..." Lucy says softly. Natsu nods and hugs her more.

The two end up staying at Lucy's for the rest of the day. Lucy cooked then dinner and they watched some movies. When the Stars came out, it was time for a boy to leave.

"I got to get going Lucy, thank you for today. The good and bad" he smiles at her. Natsu heads towards the door and he feels someone grab his wrist.

"Please...please stay the n-night..." Lucy says softly. She was shaking and tears were falling from her eyes. Natsu pulls his wrist, making Lucy pull towards him. He embraces her, they let go and Lucy pulls him into her room.

"Do anything funny and I'll kill you." She says harshly. Natsu nods his head and takes his shirt off. "Pervert! What do you think you are doing?!" Lucy's yells.

Natsu sighs, "it's just my chest, I'm not bare naked calm down."  He tells her and proceeds to get under the covers. Lucy goes to the bathroom and puts in a baggy shirt and shorts and gets in her bed. She shuffles and ends up laying on Natsu's chest. Her heart pounds hard. Natsu pulls her and they cuddle for the rest of the night. In one another's comforting ora.
