Intermission 1

(Hey, I'm back. Very much alive. Just real quick, I will explain why I haven't updated for about three weeks at the end of the chapter but there is something I want to address first.

I decided to change who Sienna Khan is in the Star Wars universe. I went back and redid a bit of chapter one of the Mandalorian and changed Sienna from the Armorer, who will now be herself. Sienna Khan's new role will be that of Bo-Katan Kryze, I'm certain we can all agree that it's a fitting role for her.

With all this out of the way, let's get onto the chapter.)

It had been around fifteen minutes since the audience exited the theater room, each of them splitting off into groups. Ozpin, Glynda, Ironwood, Qrow, and Winter had gone into a separate area with Vortech as to question him about the demonic version of Beacon's headmaster. Vortech had directed Roman and Neo towards a bar section of the theater—per the former's request—with Sienna Khan quietly following the two, wanting to interrogate Roman about his dealings with her White Fang. Teams RWBY and JNPR, accompanied by Penny and Ilia—the latter only following because she was suspicious of Blake's friends, not trusting them since they were human—as Vortech had led the group towards the direction of a dining area within the theater. Taiyang, Oobleck, Port, and Pietro elected to stay with students and their friends so that they would be able to make sure that the children wouldn't lose themselves in the theater, should they try and wonder around and explore.

As of now Vortech was conversing with the Headmasters and their coworkers about the Radio Demon.

"How powerful is this version of Ozpin?" Ironwood asked with crossed arms. "From what we've all seen, only you can control how this place works. But now it seems that is no longer the case."

"I never said that only I could control what happens in Foundation Prime." Vortech said to the General. "I may be more versed with this area of existence, but individuals who are equally as powerful as I, or even greater so, can use their influence upon these very grounds."

"Well, is there any way to prevent such a thing from occurring again?" Winter asked her question to the Vortonian. "I would rather not have my younger reside in an area being haunted by a powerful demon, regardless if said demon is an alternate version of Ozpin."

"I think I speak for everyone here in that we agree with Winter." Glynda said as she looked towards Vortech. "I'm not comfortable with the students being somewhere where a demon could cause mayhem with a snap of his fingers."

Ozpin, Ironwood, Winter, and Qrow nodded in agreement with Glynda's statement.

"Oh, you needn't worry about this version of Ozpin laying harm to the children." Vortech waved them off. "Alastor doesn't have it in himself to harm or kill a child."

"A demon with morals?" Qrow asked with a raised brow. "You're kidding, right?"

"Alastor isn't like the average demon." Vortech said to Qrow. "And that goes for a few other individuals in Hell."

"Still, even if you say that my demonic counterpart won't harm the children, it is worrisome as to what potential trouble he might cause." Ozpin said to Vortech with a serious look.

"Relax, won't you? No one here, as of yet, is by any means someone that Alastor would have under his radar." Vortech tried to reassure Ozpin.

"What do you mean by radar?" Ironwood asked.

"Well, while I can't divulge too much about Alastor at the moment, in life he was a radio star from the 1920s, but led a double life as a serial killer." Vortech informed the General.

"Huh. Cheery." Qrow sarcastically spoke with an eye roll.

"A serial killer Ozpin?" Winter asked incredulously.

"I know that sounds bad, but Alastor Ozpin never harmed anyone that didn't deserve it." Vortech stated.

"What does that mean?" Glynda asked.

Before Vortech could answer the deputy headmistress, his eyes flashed a bright blue for a moment as he received a telepathic message.

"Uh, what was that?" Qrow asked.

"A call from one of my bosses." Vortech answered. "We'll have to put this discussion off for another time. I need to take this."

Vortech started to walk off but Glynda pursed him just in time to halt him.

"Wait a minute!" Glynda said as he took hold of Vortech's shoulder, halting him. "What do we do about the demon?"

Vortech looked to Glynda with a bored and slightly annoyed expression. "Don't get on Alastor's nerves, and he won't do anything rash." He said as he then looked back to the others. "I suggest you all either make your way towards the dining room or the bar. We will get back to the viewings upon my return."

With that, Vortech shrugged off Glynda's hand as he continued to walk on once more, opening a portal from which he walked through, closing it soon after.

Glynda crossed her arms as she held a scowl upon her face. "I'm starting to get annoyed with our dear host, and I use that term loosely."

"I'm afraid there's not much we can do about it now." Ozpin said as he walked up to Glynda, putting a hand on her shoulder. "The best we can do is stay with the children, and make sure they don't wonder off on their own."

"Ozpin is right." Ironwood said in agreement. "Better that we stick with each other and be on guard."

Glynda still looked in the direction Vortech had left, but eventually relented with a sigh as she put a hand to her forehead. "Vortech better be right about how this Alastor acts."

"Believe me, Glynda. None have more concern as to what may happen, that I. After all, this demon is meant to be an alternate version of myself." Ozpin said with a grim look.

No one noticed it, but when he spoke, Ozpin's shadow had shifted and moved ever so slightly, all by itself. The shadow formed a wide and open smile upon its face as a demonic aura ever slightly oozed from it. Ozpin started to sense this aura and turned to look behind him, missing how his shadow went back to normal.

The headmaster of Beacon wasn't able to see his shadow move, nor was he able to see the strange aura leave him, but Ozpin couldn't shake the feeling of that something was just behind him.

Meanwhile with the teams, teachers, and their respective friends, they were all conversing with one another or eating food that had been served to them by what they could only assume to be drones of some sort.

Their servers had a humanoid appearance, yet they were entirely faceless, and given the fact that they had no clothing whatsoever, everyone could see that they were also gender-less. Though like Vortech, their bodies were mainly blue-esq in color, with stars seeming to be inside each of them.

One of Vortech's minions had just handed Jaune a platted cheeseburger before walking off as the young Arc gave the minion a strange look.

"Why do all these guys look like blank-slatted Vortechs?" Jaune asked with a raised brow before taking a bite of his burger.

He was currently sitting at a rounded, ornate table with golden rims and legs, sitting with his team and team RWBY, along with Penny.

"I don't know." Yang said with a shrug as she took a sip of her soda, giving off her own strange look towards Vortech's minions. "Maybe Vortech has a vanity problem. Wouldn't be anything new for us."

"Why do I feel as if that statement was directed towards me?" Weiss asked Yang with a blank stare, her hand on a fork that was getting ready to dig into a bowl of spaghettini.

"Hey, you're the one dignifying it with a response." Yang said with a smirk as she took a bite into her pizza.

Weiss just furthered a scowl towards Yang's direction, but didn't say much else.

Though just right after that Nora had let out a loud belch, leaning back in her chair with one hand on her stomach and another hanging from the side as her plate had nothing left but a few syrup stains.

Weiss scrunched her face up in disgust towards Nora's action as she waved her hand in front of her nose.

"Oh, excuse you, Nora Valkyrie." Penny said with a bright smile as she sat in her seat, hands on her lap.

"Remember your table manners, Nora." Ren said kindly and plainly as he used a pair of chopsticks to bring a pork bao bun towards his mouth.

"Sorry. Heheheh." Nora said with a giggle. "I can't help it. Those pancakes were sooooo good! Just as good as Renny's. I think I may get seconds."

"Nora, you just had a stack of ten pancakes." Pyrrha said with a concerned look as she currently had a blt sandwich in hand.

"I can never have enough pancakes, Pyrrha. You should know that by now." Nora with a proud smirk.

Ruby was currently finishing up a chicken tender hoagie when she glanced off to the side to notice a certain chameleon faunus sitting by herself at another of the round tables, glancing toward their own table from time to time.

Ruby furrowed her eyes in slight concern before turning towards Blake, who was currently eating a platter Chilean sea bass.

"Hey, Blake." Ruby said, getting the cat faunus's attention. "Is your friend okay?"

Blake immediately knew what Ruby was talking about as she looked back towards Ilia, sighing a bit before looking towards her team leader. "Ilia... isn't as trusting around humans."

"Wait, she's a faunus?" Jaune asked in genuine confusion.

"Yes." Blake said slowly with a raised brow. "How did you not come to this conclusion sooner?"

"Well, I mean, she looks like a human with a freckles." Jaune voiced his reasoning. "I honestly couldn't tell."

"It wasn't all that too difficult though." Pyrrha said to Jaune. "Blake did say she was an old friend of hers, and Ilia did arrive in the theater at the same time as Sienna Khan."

"I figured her arriving with the White Fang High Leader was just a coincidence." Jaune said. "Besides, I didn't want to assume Blake only had faunus friends growing up. I thought she could have had some human friends too."

Jaune had looked over to Blake for confirmation, only to be met with Blake's blank stare and her shaking head.

"Never mind, then." Jaune said slowly before going to take a bite of his cheeseburger.

"What type of faunus is she, anyways?" Yang asked Blake. "It doesn't look like she has the usual physical appearance of a faunus."

"She's a chameleon faunus." Blake answered her partner. "Her skin changes color."

"Ooh. Fascinating." Penny said with clear interest.

"You know I could of sworn I saw her skin change different colors once or twice in the theater, but I really wasn't sure." Jaune admitted before taking another bite out of the burger.

"You said Ilia is an old friend of yours." Weiss started as she took a bite out of her spaghetti, swallowing before speaking once again. "Are we to assume that you met her during you time within the White Fang?"

Blake averted her eyes a bit, slightly lowering her head before answering the SDC heiress. "...Yes."

"Was she ever apart of the White Fang, with you?" Weiss asked seriously.

It was at this point that all eyes were on Blake and Weiss, waiting to see how this conversation might pan out.

Blake paused for a moment with a slightly cringed look before answering. "It's more like she still is apart of the White Fang."

"Hmph! Well that's just pleasant." Weiss said with an eye roll. "And you had her sit near us the entire time since she arrived here. I should have seen it right away when she was talking down about Atlas."

"Ilia isn't like the White Fang members we fought at the docks." Blake refuted. "She's one of the most understanding members within the Fang."

Blake then sighed a bit before speaking once more. "Besides, her distrust of humans isn't without warrant. When we were younger, she told me how her parents died in an SDC mining accident."

It at these words that Weiss widened her eyes a bit, before slightly looking down in shame.

"She didn't tell me much else about it, but since that day, she hasn't trusted humans since." Blake finished her explanation.

Everyone at the table was quite for a moment, pandering over their new found thoughts of Ilia Amitola, most particularly that of Ruby, Yang, Ren, and Nora, who all knew what it was like to lose to a parent, and in the instances of the latter two, knew what it was like to be orphaned.

Blake let out a small sigh once more as she looked around at her friends. "I want to show Ilia that there's a different path for faunus to take than to be violence, but she hasn't seen what I have seen happening to the White Fang. That, and I wouldn't even know where to start on how to get her to trust humans in the slightest."

"Well you trust us." Ruby said with a reassuring smile, motioning mainly to herself, Yang, and Weiss. "You can vouch for us, and maybe one of us can spend some time with Ilia and talk to her. You know, help her to see that we're good."

"That's easier said than done." Blake gave her rebuttal. "Yang's too wild, and Ilia wouldn't even try to have Weiss, a Schnee, as her friend."

"You say it like being fun is a bad thing." Yang crossed her arms, while Weiss looked off to the side in slight shame, the thought of Ilia's parents having died in an SDC mining accident still present.

"There's still me, though." Ruby said with a confident look. "I'm sure I can help out with Ilia."

"I don't know, Ruby." Blake said with an uncertain look. "I don't think you would make Ilia entirely uncomfortable, but I think you might too innocent."

"What's wrong with being innocent?" Ruby asked with a raised brow.

"Nothing whatsoever." Yang interjected before Blake could say anything.

Blake just rolled her eyes and groaned.

"Come on, Blake. You can trust me with this!" Ruby stated with a pleading look. "I know I can awkward sometimesbut this is about you helping your friendand since it's about helping your friendand since you're my friend as wellI want to help too, so please?"

Ruby spoke with speed in her voice while jumping in her seat, pleading look still present.

Blake still looked uncertain at the prospect, but couldn't think of anything else at the moment. Closing her eyes, Blake sighed heavily before looking back to Ruby. "I guess it couldn't hurt to give it a shot. Just as long as Yang is good with it."

Ruby looked to her older sister, giving her a bright and reassuring smile. Yang had a contemplative look, humming a bit as she cast a slight glance to Ilia, who had met the blonde's glance at the same time before quickly looking away.

"Hmm. I guess it's ok." Yang said after giving it some thought. "Just as long as Blake is with you the entire time. I know Ilia is Blake's friend, but since she's still apart of the White Fang, we can't be too care free around her. No offense, Blake."

"I understand." Blake said with a nod and a silent sigh.

"You know, this is probably one of the smartest reasons you've had, Yang." Weiss said with a raised brow. "As rare as those are."

"Hey, you said something that I said was smart, so I'm gonna take it while I can." Yang said with a shrug and a smirk.

Ruby, in the meantime, had a bright smile on her face which she showed to Blake, trying to reassure the cat faunus that things would go well. Blake just rolled her eyes, albeit with a small smile towards Ruby.

"Ooh, could I join friend Ruby on this mission to befriend Miss Ilia?" Penny questioned Blake with her own bright and innocent smile.

Blake looked like she was about to say something, but Ruby beat her to the punch.

"Sure, Penny. I don't see why not." Ruby said to her robotic friend, sharing in her smile.

Blake quietly sighed while pinching the bridge of her nose, shaking her head in the process. "Sure, why not? The more the merrier, I guess." She said in a lowered voice.

"Alright, but if we're going to do this, we're going to need plan on something fun to do with her while we're at it." Ruby said as she started to devise a plan. "Maybe we can get Ilia to walk with us around the theater, you know, explore a bit."

"That would probably help with what you're trying to do." Jaune said, after finishing his burger with a slight hiccup. "But, are you sure it's safe? We all heard Vortech. There's a demon Ozpin on the loose."

Yang shivered at the mention of Alastor Ozpin once more with an uncertain look. "God that smile was creepy. And Jaune's right." She said as she looked to Ruby. "It's good that you want to make friends with Ilia, but I don't want you hurt by some demon."

"Oh, relax. If this demon version of Ozpin wanted to hurt us, don't you think he would have done it already?" Ruby asked Yang and Jaune, unnerved by Alastor Ozpin, but not entirely afraid of him. "Beside, we can just ask one of the adults, like my dad or Penny's dad, to chaperone us."

Everyone at the table, save Ruby and Penny, all had varying looks of either concern or uncertainty.

"Ruby is right." Pyrrha said with an uncertain look. "As dangerous as it is to go exploring with a demon out and about, I'm very certain that this Alastor Ozpin would have attacked us right about now if he really wanted to."

"That still doesn't excuse the fact that a demon is someone in this place." Weiss said with crossed arms before looking towards Ruby. "Not to mention that in order for this plan to work, you not only need to get a willing adult onboard, but you also need Ilia to be willing to join you as well."

"I'm sure Blake can get Ilia to come with us. They are friends." Ruby countered.

"I can try. But I can't make any promises." Blake said to her team leader.

"Then that would just leave finding someone to chaperone us." Penny stated.

"Alright. We all know what to do." Ruby said with a confident look. "Me and Penny will go get an adult, and Blake will go get Ilia. We ready to begin?"

Ruby asked her question as she and Penny looked towards Blake expectantly, the cat faunus meeting both of their eyes before looking down to her Chilean sea bass—which was only half eaten—before sighing, knowing that helping Ilia was more important than fish, no matter how much she wanted the fish.

"Yeah. I'm ready." Blake said with a nod.

"Then let's get operation, help Ilia, underway." Ruby said with a bright smile as she stood up from her seat.

"Sensational!" Penny cheered as she stood up from the table as well, Blake soon following suit.

"Good luck with your plan." Jaune waved the three off as Ruby and Penny walked towards the table where Taiyang, Pietro, Oobleck, and Port were seated at while Blake walked over to the table that seated Ilia.

Taiyang was having a conversation with the three other adults before it looked back, noticing Ruby and Penny making their way to table, both having smiles on their faces with the former having a far brighter one.

"Oh, hey, girls." Taiyang said with a smile as Pietro, Oobleck, and Port now looked towards Ruby and Penny, who had now walked up to their table. "There something you need?"

"Why yes, actually." Penny said as she and Ruby still held their smiles.

Meanwhile with Blake, she took in a breath before putting on her best calming smile as she walked towards Ilia.

Speaking of the chameleon faunus, she was drinking a medium sized cup of cola before she glanced up at the approaching figure of Blake, noticing her smile.

"Ilia." Blake greeted as she sat at the round table with her old friend, sitting opposite of her.

"Blake." Ilia acknowledged with slightly furrowed eyes. "What do you want?"

"What do you mean?" Blake asked.

Ilia just furrowed her eyes further into a dull look. "Come on, Blake. I know there's something you want to say to me. I know you."

Blake sighed a bit as she lost her smile, soon looking up at Ilia as she got down to brass tax. "Me and some friends are going to try to explore a bit around this place. We think that it would be good if you come with us."

"You want to go exploring when there's a demon on the loose?" Ilia asked with a raised brow.

"Look, I know that there's a potential for risk as well, but I think if this demon wanted to attack us, Vortech would have been right on it." Blake reasoned with Ilia.

"Mmm." Ilia said with a hum, her look bland. "And what friends are you going with?"

"Well, there's one of my teammates and a student from Atlas Academy. They're getting an adult to go with us right now." Blake explained.

Ilia just silently scoffed before taking a sip of her soda. "I think I'll pass."

"Oh, come on Ilia." Blake said as she placed her hands on the table. "Believe me, you can trust these them. You even talked to a few of them in the theater."

"Did they know I was a faunus?" Ilia asked.

"No." Blake began. "But they do now. And they've know that I'm a faunus too, and that I was apart of the White Fang. Believe me, you can trust them."

"Please, they're humans." Ilia said with a slight scowl. "They're all the same. They're only pretending to be nice on the outside, but that's just to hide what they really think of us."

"You really think I'd be friends with humans like that?" Blake asked. "Come on, you can trust me on this. Ruby and Penny are the most innocent and kindest humans out there. The only thing they would willing hurt is a Grimm."

Ilia just scoffed as she rolled her eyes, crossing her arms.

Blake looked to Ilia with subtle, pleading gaze. "Ilia. If you won't yet trust them, then please trust me. You're my friend just as much they are to me. I care about you."

Ilia's eyes slightly lowered a bit, her face softening, her freckles slightly turning pink as she took in Blake's words.

With a heavy sigh, Ilia spoke. "Fine. I'll go with you. But don't expect to take a liking to your new friends."

"All I ask is that you don't try and ignore them." Blake said.

Ilia said nothing as she looked off to the side and took another sip of her soda.

Just then, Blake looked back to see that Ruby and Penny were making their way towards the two faunus, both smiling.

"Here they come now." Blake said as the two cheery girls made their way over.

"Hi there!" Ruby spoke to Ilia with a bright smile. "Uh, my name is Ruby. Ruby Rose."

"And my name is Penny Polendina. It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance." Penny said with and even brighter smile.

Ilia seemed slightly unnerved at how friendly and cheery Ruby and Penny started off as. "Ilia Amitola." She greeted.

"Ilia has agreed to come along with us." Blake explained to Ruby and Penny. "How did thing go on your end?"

"Well Ruby's father, along with my father, didn't seem too happy at first about us exploring with the demonic version of Headmaster Ozpin wandering about." Penny started to explain, while Ruby held a nervous smile. "However, after some words of reassurance, we were able to come to a compromise."

"Okay." Blake said with a small smile. "So, who else is coming with us?"

"Heh. Heh. Heh." Ruby laughed nervously. "Well..."

Ruby, Penny, Blake, and Ilia were now standing side by side each other as they looked towards the adult that would be joining them on their exploration.

Lo and behold, it was Doctor Oobleck, joined by two of Vortech's minions, that would be joining them.

"Come along girls." Oobleck speedily spoke. "Exploration awaits us!"

Ruby had a nervous smile as Blake looked on with a sweat dropped look, Ilia appearing confused, and Penny looking ecstatic.

Meanwhile, Vortech was outside of his grand theater, walking upon platforms he summoned he formed from the waters of Foundation Prime. Eventually he had reached a large platform with an ornate sigil upon it, the sigil glowing a brilliant blue as he stepped foot on it.

Looking around a bit towards the stary sky of Foundation Prime, Vortech spoke.

"Well? You summoned me here. Best to speak quick so I can get back to my guests." Vortech called out.

Just then an ethereal, feminine voice spoke out to him, the same one from three the primordial beings who had broken him free of his imprisonment.

"I summoned you so that I can inform you of the next set of people to bring to Foundation Prime." The female voice spoke.

"Who?" Vortech asked.

"Mercury Black, Emerald Sustrai, and Cinder Fall." She said to him.

"Ah." Vortech said with a small chuckle. "The assassin's son. The street rat with mommy issues. And dear little Cinderella. I had thought that you would have wanted me to bring the bad guys much later down the line. When everything started to settle."

"Fall will eventually become suspicious when she notices that Roman and Neo have gone missing." The female voice said. "Not only that, but we need to make sure they do not further in their plans to destroy Beacon Academy."

"A sound statement." Vortech started. "But where you speak of Cinder realizing that two of her pawns have gone missing, so too will Salem act the same with her's."

"We both know that Salem is as prideful as she is twisted and apathetic. She will not check in on her servant's progress for quite a while." The voice spoke her reasoning.

"On that we can agree upon." Vortech muttered aloud.

Just then, Vortech started to think upon something before speaking out once more. "If I am to bring in Cinder, Emerald, and Mercury, I will require aid." He said as he began to elaborate. "I can block their semblances, but I cannot block Cinder's maiden powers. I will require to manually extract the powers of the Fall maiden by hand, and Miss Fall will definitely not take too kind to that idea. I may be able to bring them to Foundation Prime, but as you have willed it, I cannot lay harm to any of my guests. Not to mention that restraints will not work on Cinder for long."

"Your point is valid." The female voice said in recognition towards Vortech. "Who do you have in mind to assist you?"

Vortech smirked beneath his helmet as he gave his answer. "I ask for a version of the Decepticon Soundwave. A version that isn't too apathetic, but isn't too kind and friendly. Not only will Soundwave be qualified for the task at hand, but he will also make good at crowd control. Wouldn't you agree?"

"I see you're point." The voice said. "I shall grant you a version of Soundwave that will not only serve your needs, but aid in helping the people of Remnant. The two of you will be partners, both of you answering to us when we beckon for it."

"Acceptable." Vortech nodded in agreement. "Is there anything else you have need of me to do?"

"No. You are dismissed." The female voice said before disappearing.

Once the female primordial had left, Vortech started to walk back towards his theater as he began to talk to himself.

"Time to fetch some bad guys." He said with a dark chuckle.

"You know, it's not nice to stare." Roman quipped as he drank a shot of tequila. "Might send the wrong impression."

Roman and Neo had made it their business to try and separate themselves from the main group, and after looking at a directory, made their way to bar within the theater. They pulled up a few chairs and sat themselves at by the bar countertop.

The bartender was another one of Vortech's minions, who had given Roman a shot of tequila along with a bowl of peanuts, while Neo had been served a glass bowl of neapolitan ice cream.

The two had originally thought that they were only two in the bar, save for the minion, but were proven wrong when Sienna Khan had slowly made her way in. Neo being the first to notice her.

The White Fang High Leader was currently leaning against a jukebox, intensely staring at Roman with a narrowed gaze.

"Is that so?" Sienna asked back in retort to Roman. "And what impression is it that you think I am sending?"

Roman looked back at Sienna from his seat, looking her up and down before smirking a bit. "Either you're looking to kill me, or you're looking because you like something you see."

Sienna just scoffed and rolled her eyes. "Keep dreaming, human."

Sienna then proceeded to walk towards Roman and Neo, standing to Roman's right as Neo sat on his left. With crossed arms, the White Fang High Leader glared in Roman's direction.

"I want to know why Adam Taurus and the Vale faction of the White Fang would even think of working with a human like you." Sienna demanded.

Roman on the other hand, decided to dodge her demand. "What is it with me and feline faunus lately? First it's kitty cat, and now it's you."

Letting out a growl of annoyance, Sienna narrowed her eyes. "Answer me now. Otherwise, you will find that I can be very persuasive."

"How do you know that your fellow faunus didn't join up with me because they like my charm?" Roman asked with a smug grin. "I have been told that I can be very charismatic."

"Don't flatter yourself." Sienna snarled. "No member of the White Fang would work with you willingly. Especially someone like Adam."

"I mean the animal's a nut job, so who knows." Roman said with a shrug.

Hearing Roman calling Adam an animal started to send Sienna off. Her pupils turned to slits as she proceeded to slam her palms onto the bar countertop.

"Do you have a death wish, human?" Sienna asked as her anger started to rise.

"Hey. I'm not the one running a terrorist grouping here." Roman said as he continued to change the subject. "I don't particularly have a positive or negative view on faunus, though there are a few that I like. I'm just saying that you really can't prove to humans that you're not savage animals by acting like savage animals."

It was at these words, the Sienna bared her fangs with rage.

"That does it!" She roared out.

Sienna was just about to pounce onto Roman and tear him a new one, only to be soon kicked back by Neo. Skidding back on the floor a bit from the kick, Sienna soon halted herself and stood back up, glaring at Neo. Neo herself was smirking at Sienna with killer intent as she held up a bar stool towards Sienna's direction, as if it were a weapon.

"Ooh. Using a stool against a faunus, Neo?" Roman asked with a small giggle. "Careful. She might find that racist."

Roman's words continued to add fuel to the fire as Sienna was getting ready to attack both Neo and Roman. But before a fight could ensue, everyone was halted by the sound of the jukebox coming to life.

They all turned their heads towards the direction of the music playing device. The jukebox coming to life in a series of whirring and distorted sounds, the neon bubble tubes starting to glow eerie shades of green and black. The whirring continued as the device cycled through songs until it landed one, going silent before playing the music.

"🎶Hey, hobo man, hey, Dapper Dan
You've both got you're style
But brother you're never fully dressed
Without a smile.🎶"

"Uh, I thought you were supposed to put cash into one of those things, for it to work." Roman said with a raised brow.

Just then, a cracking noise was heard, causing Sienna, Roman, and Neo to turn their heads towards Vortech's minion, who was behind the bar the entire time. The minion in question started to spasm and shake as it's body contorted and lengthened.

The three current occupants of the bar looked on with wide eyes as the music continued to play.

The minion was soon enveloped in a mass of shadows and green aura as more twisting and contorting was heard. And soon enough, it stopped.

The shadows and aura dissipated to reveal that Vortech's minion was no longer there, having been replaced with someone else. The person in question was a male that stood at seven feet in height, wearing a dark green bow tie and a green pinstriped coat that was slightly ragged at the bottom, atop with a lime green shirt with a black cross design upon it. Accompanying his his coat were hands covered with dark green, open gloves, that showed off the man's sharp, like green nails. For pants, he wore dark green dress pants with matching lime green cuffs, along with a pair of black dress shoes. His skin was bright khaki color, his hair like green and done up in mixture of a bob cut and cowlick, each side of the bob cut ending in dark green. He also had a set of lime green deer ears, tipped off with dark green much like his bob cut, his ears accompanied by two small deer antlers atop his head. His eyelids and sclera were dark green, his iris's lime green, his pupils black. And to finish things off his had a bright smile on his face, showing off a set of sharp, cyan colored teeth.

The man, if he could be called that, continued to smile as he crossed his hands behind his back, looking between Sienna, Roman, and Neo as he leaned forward ever so slightly.

The three of them looked at the man, and couldn't help but feel a sudden sense of imminent danger as concern and fear slowly started to rise in their stomachs, putting out any sense of fight that Sienna and Neo had.

And then, in voice that sounded reminiscent of a radio, the man spoke.

"Now. Now. Now. I'm certain we can all find a way to talk to each other in a civilized manner." The man said as his smile widened slightly. "After all. We would all like to go back to civilized times. Wouldn't we now?"

A dark and demonic aura surrounded the man as the doors to the bar slammed shut, furniture and glasses of alcohol shaking about. All Sienna, Roman, and Neo could do was look on in ever growing fear at the thing that stood before.

As of now, Oobleck co-lead Ruby, Penny, Blake, and Ilia with two of Vortech's minions as they went off to explore a different part of the theater.

The journey itself was bit quiet, Oobleck and Penny taking in the futuristic and otherworldly design of the theater—with the latter showing more outward enthusiasm—while Ilia continued to walk close beside Blake, not attempting to try and make any conversation. Ruby saw this as a bit of an issue, and thought that she should try to talk to the chameleon faunus.

Ruby slowed her pace down a bit so that she match with Ilia and Blake's pace. The two faunus noticed this, and while Blake knew that Ruby was about to try and communicate with Ilia, she couldn't think on what the outcome would be.

"Hi." Ruby started off with a smile towards Ilia. "You seemed a little gloomy and quiet back here, so I thought that maybe we could pass the time by talking about... stuff."

Ilia cast Ruby a glance combined with a raised brow before looking straight forward again. "And what exactly would we talk about?"

"Uh... well." Ruby started to trail off as she tried to thing of a topic. "Why don't we talk about something that you want to talk about?"

"I'd rather not talk about anything right now." Ilia said, giving Ruby the cold shoulder.

Blake already started to grow a slight look of concern towards how things were going. However, as awkward as the situation started to seem, Ruby wasn't going to let up so easily, and decided to fall back on one of her most favorite topics to talk about.

"I know! Why don't we talk about our weapons?" Ruby suggested with a smile.

"You want to talk about... weapons?" Ilia asked with a confused look, while Blake silently face-palmed at Ruby's question.

"I'll go first." Ruby immediately said with explanation to Ilia's question. "My weapons is high caliber sniper rifle that can transform into a scythe. I call her Crescent Rose, a weapon I made myself, and that I am proud to call my baby. When used by someone like me, I can take out rows of Grimm with my Dust rounds, and my baby's powerful recoil. I based Crescent Rose on my uncle's weapon, which was also scythe, but unlike mine, his turns into a shotgun."

Ruby was about to continue in her ramblings about her weapon, until she was stopped by Blake, who had subtly coughed in her balled hand to get Ruby's attention. The young Rose looked to see that Ilia was casting her an awkward look, Ruby quickly realizing that she went too far again.

Nervously chuckling while rubbing the back of her neck, Ruby started to apologize. "Sorry. My bad, I can get carried away a bit when it comes to weapons."

"I noticed..." Ilia trailed off as she still had an awkward look to her face.

"Yeah..." Ruby nervously chuckled once again before clearing her throat. "Well, what about you? What's your weapon?"

Ilia looked uncertain for a moment before deciding to relent to Ruby's question. "My weapon is called Lighting Lash... it's a blade that also functions as a whip and a gun."

"Ooh. I've never seen a lot of weapons that transform into whips." Ruby awed at the description of Lighting Lash. "How does it work?"

"Well... I think my weapon is a bit self-explanatory." Ilia started. "But I mainly use lighting Dust with it. With the Dust, I can fire out blasts of lighting from the tip of the blade, and the Lighting Dust can help Lighting Lash cut through metal."

"Woah." Ruby marveled with stars in her eyes. "That sounds awesome."

"Yeah. I guess." Ilia said with a shrug, finding it a bit unnerving at how sweet Ruby was being to her, yet she couldn't find any ulterior motive behind the young girl's words.

Blake looked on at the conversation that Ruby was having with Ilia, suddenly feeling as if that their plan might be going better than she thought.

"Okay. So, next topic." Ruby said as she tried to think of something else to talk about. "Uh, Blake told our friends that you're a chameleon faunus. What's that like?"

Ilia scoffed a bit at Ruby's question, Blake internally wincing at it. "What? Are you asking what it's like to be a faunus? Believe me, I can give you a list."

Ruby's pupils dilated a bit as she realized the miscommunication. "Oh! No no no no no. T-that's not what I meant, you see—."

"I believe what Friend Ruby meant was what it was like to specifically be a chameleon faunus." Penny said, suddenly appearing beside Blake, causing Ruby and the two faunus to jump a bit in surprise as Ilia continuously looked back and forth from where Penny was originally located, to where she was now.

"Y-yeah! What Penny said." Ruby confirmed Penny's assumption. "Blake said that your faunus trait was that your skin changes color. How does that work? Can you do it willingly, or...?"

Ilia actually seemed confused at Ruby's question. Weapons were one thing, but she's never had a human ask her about her faunus trait while seeming... genuinely intrigued by the subject. In her mind, she was thinking that either Ruby was being truly genuine, or was a really good liar, the latter seeming a little more tricky to uncover by each passing moment.

"My skin changes color based on my emotions, like an actual chameleon." Ilia answered Ruby. "For instance, if I'm feeling angry, my skin turns red, and my hair, eyes, and spots turn yellow."

"Cool." Ruby drawled out with an intrigued tone. "That's gotta be like having a second semblance."

"On this, Miss Rose is quiet correct." Oobleck said as he had swiftly moved beside Ruby, causing said girl, Blake, and Ilia to jump a bit, all three girls confused on how Oobleck got beside them so quickly while Penny didn't seem to mind. "You have quite the rare and unique faunus trait, Miss Amitola."

"Those wouldn't exactly be the words everyone would use to describe my trait." Ilia said bitterly as she cast a downward glance, her skin slightly turning red as her hair slightly turned yellow.

"Hmm, yes. I am quite aware of the undoubtable discrimination you've encountered in your life. A deplorable thing racism is, but in order for true change to occur, both humans and faunus would need to work together to get rid of such issues." Oobleck said as he adjusted his glasses. "Though that is dreadfully easier said than done."

"It definitely doesn't help when neither human nor faunus does nothing about it." Ilia said ruefully.

"Well, you needn't worry about any such thing within this little group, Miss Amitola." Oobleck said to Ilia. "I can safely say that you are currently among some of the most open minded and, in two instances, the most friendly people within this theater." He finished, directing the 'friendly' remark to Ruby and Penny.

Ilia glanced over to Ruby and Penny, both girls flashing her reassuring smiles. The chameleon faunus then looked over to Blake, who gave her small smile in return, nodding her head.

Just then, the two minions stopped in their tracks, turning to their left as they had halted in front of a pedestal like object that had a form of keypad upon it.

"Hmm? What's this?" Oobleck questioned as he walked up beside one of the still minions.

Oobleck looked at the strange keypad before decided to experiment and touch as few buttons. After which, a hologram popped up from the top of the pedestal, showing a holographic spiraling vortex.

"Huh." Ruby said in slight intrigue as she and the other girls walked up to the pedestal.

Curiosity getting the better of her, Ruby decided to touch the holographic vortex, from which the image then changed to a holographic list of words ranging from "Ghostbusters," "Star Wars," "Jurassic Park," "Godzilla," "Transformers," "The Adventures of Bartholomew Oobleck," "Supernatural," "Marvel," "DC," and many more.

"What the?" Ilia trailed off in her question as she looked at the list.

Penny looked at the list, recognizing some of the words upon it. "Is this perhaps a list of alternate universes?"

"Seems like it." Blake said as she continued to look at the holographic list.

"What would happen if...?" Ruby trailed off as she decided to tap on the hologram again, this time, tapping the universe "Star Wars."

After touching the name "Star Wars" the hologram changed again, zooming in on the word Star Wars as another list was shown, the hologram now reading "the history of Star Wars." The list now showing many other words.

"Fascinating." Oobleck said as he leaned closer to the hologram. "This device must entail the history of every universe that Vortech has recorded."

"This must be the universe where the Child and the Mandalorian version of Lie Ren is from." Penny observed as she read one of the sections of the list. "One of these sections is about the history of the Mandalorian culture."

"Yes, there seems to be quiet a bit of history in regards to this universe." Oobleck observed as he looked through the list. "History of the Old Republic, history of the Malachite Crime Family, History of the Zeffo, History of the Zillo Beast, History of Dathomir, History of the Jedi..."

Oobleck continued to list off the icons as everyone looked and listened. However, one part of the list seemed to catch Ilia's eye.

"History of the Sith?" Ilia muttered.

"Huh?" Ruby asked the chameleon faunus.

"There's a part here that reads "History of the Sith." Ilia said as she looked closely at the holographic icon. "What's a Sith?"

"Hmm. I suppose if we so wish to find out, we must simply tap the hologram once more." Oobleck said as he tapped upon the "History of the Sith" icon.

After do so however, the nearby wall glowed a brilliant blue before the wall shifted apart and transformed into that of a large doorway, from which the two minions proceeded to stand upon each side of the entrance. Just from where Oobleck and the girls were standing, the area to where the doorway lead to was alit with an eerie red glow.

"That looks inviting." Blake spoke sarcastically.

"Do we.. go in?" Ruby asked, glancing between Oobleck, Penny, Blake, and Ilia.

"Well, if we choose do so, it would be best that we stay close together." Oobleck said as he looked down the dark and red hallway. "Though the choice would have to be up you four."

The four girls in question looked between each other before Ruby decided to speak up. "I'll go if Ilia wants to check it out."

"Then so shall I." Penny agreed to Ruby's statement with a bright smile.

"Wait. You want this to be my decision?" Ilia asked.

Ruby and Penny just nodded in confirmation. Ilia looked over to Blake who, at first, was looking uncertain towards the dark hallway, but nodded to her old friend nonetheless.

"Then... I guess it wouldn't hurt to see what's there." Ilia said.

"Very well then." Oobleck said as he started to march through the doorway. "Come along girls."

Ilia was the first to follow through, with Ruby and Penny following close behind, Blake giving the hallway one last look of uncertainty before following in as well.

Meanwhile, back on Remnant.

Emerald and Mercury were currently walking through the halls of Beacon Academy, both dressed in their student uniforms as they made their way to their dorm room.

Once they had gotten to the dorm, Emerald opened the door, making sure to enter the room first while Mercury strolled in last, closing the door behind them.

The two looked to the person who was sitting on one of the beds, a woman, dressed in a student uniform much like them as she was currently going over files on her scroll as she went over the list of students at Beacon Academy. This was Cinder Fall, the woman who planned for Beacon to meet an untimely end.

"You called us, boss?" Mercury asked Cinder as he leaned against a wall with crossed arms.

"Right before I summoned you two, I had received a call from our White Fang friends at Mount Glenn." Cinder said as she continued to look through scroll before putting it away. "It would thus far seem that Roman and Neo have gone missing."

"When did this happen, ma'am?" Emerald asked Cinder.

"Apparently around half an hour ago." Cinder said as she got up from her position on the bed, walking towards the nearby window. "From they're saying, one minute Roman and Neo were there one moment, and then they were gone the next. No one having seen the two leave, nor having been informed as to where they went."

"Maybe Neo used her semblance to help the two sneak out." Mercury guessed with a shrug. "They probably wanted to go rob someone blind. That or Neo wanted ice cream."

"Perhaps, but I've tried to contact Roman and Neo several times already. Neither of them answered. It is far more prudent of us to confirm rather than to assume." Cinder as she looked out the window. "I want the two of you to go out and find them. We have a schedule to keep to, and I would hate it if our criminal accomplices loose sight of that."

"Understood ma'am." Emerald said with a nod. "We'll contact you as soon as we find them."

However, just before anyone could say or do anything, a spark of blue started to appear on their dorm room door.

"What the Hell?" Mercury muttered as he looked at the spark on the door, said spark starting to spiral and get larger by the second.

"Uh, Cinder." Emerald said with slight worry and confusion as she and Mercury backed away from the door as the blue spark spiraled out into a large vortex.

Cinder turned from the window to face the vortex along with her two lackeys. She widened her eyes a bit in shock of what was before the three of them.

"Anyone want to take any guesses on what we're looking at?" Mercury asked aloud as the vortex started to pull at them.

"What do we do?" Emerald asked Cinder.

Before Cinder could say anything, all three of them started to levitate off the ground.

"What the?!" Mercury yelled aloud before he was suddenly pulled into the vortex.

Right after Mercury, Emerald was next to pulled into the vortex, yelling out as she was pulled in. After which Cinder was pulled in herself, yelling in shock.

After the three of them were gone, the vortex closed, making it seem as if nothing had just transpired.

Back on Foundation Prime, a vortex opened up in a large and empty room within the theater, from which the yelling and screaming forms of Cinder, Emerald, and Mercury were thrown out of, and onto the floor.

"Ow." Mercury groaned as he rubbed his head as started to stand up.

"Where are we?" Emerald questioned as she got up and looked around a bit.

Cinder let out a small groan as she sat herself up, from which Emerald was quick to rush to aid and help her up.

"Ah!" Vortech voiced out as he made his way into the room. "Bad guys."

Cinder and her lackeys turned towards Vortech, widening their eyes in shock before Cinder narrowed her and summoned her glass bow, drawing back several fiery arrows.

"Who, and what are you?" Cinder demanded.

"You can put your toy away, Miss Fall." Vortech waved Cinder off. "They would be nothing more than a slight annoyance to me."

"Answer my question." Cinder narrowed her eyes further.

"If you wish." Vortech said as he walked closer to the group of three. "My name is Vortech. Lord Vortech. And you three are Cinder Fall, Mercury Black, and Emerald Sustrai. In which the three of you are planning to destroy Beacon Academy, and find the comatose Fall Maiden."

"What?" Cinder asked with widened eyes as she loosened her grip a bit on her weapon.

"H-how do you know—?" Emerald started to question before Vortech cut her off.

"Just assume that I know just about everything there is to your universe, among many other universes." Vortech was quick to answer.

"Uh, what?" Mercury asked with a raised brow.

"To explain, I've spent my eternal life exploring and documenting the vast multiverse we live in." Vortech answered Mercury.

"Why did you bring us to wherever this place is?" Cinder asked as she took firm grasp of her bow again.

"This place, is called Foundation Prime. The center of the multiverse. And I have brought you here to watch alternate universes unfold." Vortech answered her calmly. "To watch alternate version of yourselves live out their lives in entirely different and alien settings. You should also know that you are not the first three from Remnant to be brought here, nor will you be the last."

"What?" Cinder questioned.

Vortech just chuckled as he looked Cinder in the eye. "I'm the reason Roman and Neo up and vanished out of the blue."

"Wait, they're here?" Emerald asked.

"Yes." Vortech said. "As well as several others that I've brought along with them."

"What others?" Cinder inquired.

"Teams RWBY and JNPR, along with some of Beacons staff, including its Headmaster." Vortech started. "Then of course there's General Ironwood and a few his personnel, Sienna Khan and one of her followers, one Taiyang Xiao Long, and one Qrow Branwen."

At this Mercury widened his eyes. "Wait wait wait wait. The drunk guy with the scythe is here?"

"Don't worry. Your little plans for Beacon are safe with me." Vortech said. "With my efforts, Qrow Branwen will not recognize any of you three."

"That's under the assumption that we'll be staying here." Cinder said with narrowed eyes.

"None of you are leaving anytime soon, Miss Fall." Vortech said as he walked up to her. "Shoot at me, or set me aflame all you want, it will do you no good. I am the only one who can allow you all to leave, and I will not do so until my job is finished."

"And what job is that?" Cinder asked in a sickeningly sweet voice.

"To have my guests watch as many universes as I can show them." Vortech answered. "At least the more prominent ones."

Cinder continued to aim her bow at Vortech as she looked him in the eye as he did the same vice versa.

After a quiet moment, Cinder withdrew her bow. "Very well. I suppose we have no other choice but to go along with your little game."

"And they say those who seek power can't be reasoned with." Vortech commented. "However there are few slight thing that I'll need to do first before I send you three off to join with the others."

"And that is?" Emerald asked with a raised brow.

"Well, I you haven't noticed, I have designed this theater to dampen semblances and aura, and I have taken away everyone's weapons so that no one attempts to viciously maul each other." Vortech started off. "Though I will need Mr. Black to have his legs replaced with less violent ones."

Mercury glanced over to Cinder, who glanced back at him and nodded. Mercury then grunted with a shrug as he crossed his arms.

"That all?" Mercury asked.

"No." Vortech said. "While I have been able to dampen everyone's aura and semblances, the same cannot be said for Maiden powers." He said as he looked towards Cinder. "I'll need you hand over your half of the Fall Maiden powers."

A vortex then opened up above Vortech from which a canister like device fell from and directly into Vortech's hands.

"It will be safely kept in here for the time being." Vortech said as he motioned to the canister device.

Emerald and Mercury glanced at each before before glancing towards Cinder, who slightly narrowed her eyes at Vortech.

"I'm certain we can come to some agreement, Vortech." Cinder said sweetly, trying to work her charm. "I know how to keep my abilities a secret from everyone else. I'm more than qualified to hold onto the Maiden powers myself."

Vortech merely responded with a dark chuckle. "Oh, Cinder. You and I both know that you're lying. With everyone else nearly defenseless, you would have the power to topple them all down should there come a time when your intentions are discovered within this theater. Whether you keep your powers or not is nonnegotiable."

"Well then, if you know so much about me, you should also know that I won't give up the Fall maiden powers willingly." Cinder said with a small and cruel smile. "I took the power from the previous Maiden with my own hands. Only I deserve it."

As she said this, Mercury lowered his eyes in slight annoyance towards Cinder, noting how she made seem like she did all the work to get herself half of the Fall Maiden's powers.

"I knew you would proclaim as such." Vortech said with a shrug, before glancing over to his right. "That is why I put in a request to summon him."

Before Cinder could question him, she and her lackeys turned their heads to the sound of an engine revving. They looked to the right to see what appeared to be a dark blue armored truck slowly driving towards them, said truck having a few golden stripe decals and some form of cannon atop it.

Soon enough, the armored vehicle stopped a few feet away from Cinder's group and, before their eyes, started to shift its parts around and transform into large and menacing looking robot with a height close to around 30 feet.

"Ladies and Mercury." Vortech said as they looked at the Cybertronian in surprise. "Meet Soundwave."

Soundwave looked between Mercury, Emerald, and Cinder, scanning each one until he focused his targeting systems on Cinder.

"Target acquired." Soundwave spoke in a deep and robotic voice.

Bringing his arms together, Soundwave proceeded to raise his leg off the ground, from which he slammed his foot back down and spread his arms outward, shooting off a series of powerful sound waves toward Cinder.

"GaAAAaaAAah!" Cinder shrieked as she clutched her head in immense pain, falling to the ground as she tried to block out the sound waves. Key word on tried.

"Cinder!" Emerald shouted in worry for her boss as she tried to run to her aid.

Before she could do so though, Vortech slammed his staff on the ground, summoning blue chains that glowed red as they latched around tightly upon Emerald and Mercury, restraining them in the process.

As Emerald and Mercury struggled in their chains, Cinder struggled in pain as she continued to scream from the sound waves, not able to focus enough to use her Fall Maiden powers.

Vortech then proceeded to walk over to Cinder, canister in hand as he pressed the bottom of it against her shoulder. Vortech then proceeded to press against the top of the canister, causing several small needle like objects to shoot out from the bottom, and through Cinder's skin.

Cinder than proceeded to gasp in slight pain as she felt her half of the Fall Maiden powers being drained from her skin, the canister starting to be filled up with an orange essence.

Once the canister was halfway full, Vortech removed the canister from Cinder's shoulder, looking at Fall Maiden essence as he walked away. "That's enough, Soundwave."

Soundwave acknowledged Vortech by ceasing his blasts of sound waves towards Cinder, resuming a normal stance. Cinder proceeded to gasp as the pain subsided, grasping onto her shoulder as her pupils were dilated.

Vortech then proceeded to release Emerald and Mercury from their chains, allowing the two to run over to Cinder, the former kneeling down to see if Cinder was alright and the latter merely standing off to the side.

Cinder soon turned her gaze to Vortech, who was still eyeing the Fall Maiden essence in the canister. Glaring daggers towards Vortech, Cinder shrugged Emerald off as she slowly got up from the ground.

"What did you do?" Cinder growled out.

"You needn't worry, Miss Fall." Vortech said as he continued to eye the canister before opening up a portal beside him. "You will get this back upon the time you and every other guest are permitted to leave."

Vortech then proceeded to toss the canister through portal, closing it soon after as he looked towards Cinder's group. "Now, with that out of the way, we will need Mr. Black to swap out his legs. Unless we are to have more resistance."

Vortech motioned towards Soundwave when he spoke, Mercury glancing over to the blue Decepticon as Soundwave looked right back at him.

Mercury then rose his hands in a form of surrender. "No no. I-I'm good. Message received loud and clear."

"Good." Vortech said with a slight chuckle. "Now, if you will come with me, Mr. Black, we'll get you your rental legs. In the meantime, Cinder, Emerald, Soundwave is in charge."

Soundwave looked down towards Cinder and Emerald, the two of them slightly glaring at him as Mercury started to carefully walk towards Vortech as the Vortonian led the young assassin down a nearby hallway.

Back with Oobleck and the girls, they were currently wandering through the dark, red lit hallway, looking at various items that sat upon pedestals ranging from tablets, scripts, and various technological items.

"This place is like a museum." Ruby said as she looked as small, silver and black cylindrical device that was held on a pedestal, a plague below it reading "light saber."

"That definitely seems as much." Oobleck said as he looked at a specific form of text. "The Code of the Sith..."

Oobleck then proceeded to read the text aloud as Ruby, Penny, Blake, and Ilia listened in.

"'Peace is a lie. There is only Passion. Through Passion I gain Strength. Through Strength I gain Power. Through Power I gain Victory. Through Victory my chains are Broken. The Force shall free me.'" Oobleck read.

"Well that doesn't sound very nice." Penny said as she furrowed her eyes.

"Who would believe peace is a lie?" Ruby asked with a confused and almost horrified look.

Blake looked at the text Oobleck had read, and couldn't help but envision Adam reciting those words.

"Yes. This text is quite the morbid read." Oobleck said with a small scowl. "Whoever these Sith are, or were, they were clearly dark and twisted in their nature."

As Oobleck said this, Ruby and Blake looked over to Ilia, only to see continue to wander down the hallway.

"Hey, Ilia. Where are you going?" Ruby called out to the chameleon faunus.

Ilia chose to ignore Ruby's question for a moment as she squinted down the hallway, after which she spoke. "I think I see some statues down here."

Oobleck took his eyes off the text and looked towards Ilia's direction, Penny following suit as everyone started to walks towards the chameleon faunus as she continued down the hall.

The group eventually got a part of the hallway that was lit by red and yellow lighting, showing statues of dark and imposing figures on each side of the hall.

"Woah." Ruby said in controlled shock as she looked at the statues. "Who are these guys?"

Blake looked closely at the statues with a slight grimace. "I guess these must be Sith. Statues of them anyways."

Oobleck proceeded to walk up to one of the statues. The statue showed a male alien that was tall, pale, and humanoid in appearance. His head was elongated with small, yellow eyes and a shallow nose. The figure itself was dressed in black and maroon robes with a hood atop his head.

Oobleck then proceeded to read the plaque that was below the statue. "Darth Plagueis the Wise. Species: Muun. A meticulous planner and wise Dark Lord of the Sith, Darth Plagueis was obsessed over seeking the key to immortality."

Ilia had walked over to a statue of a Sith that was cloaked head to toe in black robes, his face seeming pitch black, while also being covered by a white skull-like mask with two red stripes, each above one of the eye holes of the mask.

"Darth Nihilus." Ilia read from the plaque below the statue. "Species: human. Home world: Malachor V. A Dark Lord of the Sith who eroded his body in his quest to feed off the Force to sustain his endless hunger."

Blake looked at the statue of Darth Nihilus before looking towards a statue to the left of the Sith Lord. This Sith was dressed in red and grey armor, cloaked in black as his face was obscured by a red and black mask with a slit visor, the shape reminding Blake of a Mandalorian helmet.

"Darth Revan." Blake read from the Smith's plaque. "Species: Human. A powerful Dark Lord of the Sith, and a masterful combatant. A Sith who sought victory at any cost, having no ideals of mercy or loyalty, seeking to turn his enemies into allies through manipulation and corruption."

Blake grimaced at what the plaque read about Darth Revan as she looked up at the statue. "All of these Sith have some very jaded and evil philosophies. They almost sound like Grimm in humanoid form."

Ruby nodded in agreement with her teammate as she looked at the statues of the Sith, widening her eyes a bit as she caught sight of statue that looked familiar to her.

Ruby walked up to a statue of a female Sith, one alien in appearance. The Sith was cloaked in black robes, though her face was all but obscured. The Sith's face was black with a red, tattoo-like skin pattern upon her face, along with horns atop her head. Her hair was ashen black, hanging down from the left side of her face. Her eyes were amber and red in color.

"This one looks like Cinder." Ruby said as she looked down at the plaque below the Sith statue. "Darth Maul... Huh."

"Some of these Sith appear to have cybernetics placed upon their bodies." Penny observed as she looked a two Sith statues in particular.

They were both covered in black, with similarly colored cybernetics. One male, one female. This male statue had his face shown, a black breathing mask covering his mouth and nose, while his face was shown to be grey, wrinkled, and scarred. The female Sith did not have her face shown, as it was covered with a black,
Grimm-like mask resembling the skull of a Nevermore; the mask itself having four red eyes and red decals upon it. Above the mask, a dome-shaped helmet sat upon the Sith's head; the bottom part spread out in a cone-like shape. Reading the plaques, Penny could see that the Sith's were respectively named "Darth Malgus" and "Darth Vader."

"Well from what we've seen with the Mandalorian version of Lie Ren, figures from this universe use advanced technology." Oobleck surmised as he continued to look at the other Sith statues.

"Their armature definitely looks as if they are meant to inspire fear." Penny said as she carefully analyzed the statues.

"Makes you wonder if we'll ever see one these guys when we watch more of Mando." Ruby said as continued to look around with everyone else.

"I guess we'll have to wait and see." Ilia muttered as she moved onto another Sith statue, this one male in shape, wearing orange armor with an ornate helmet that rested over a head with ornate, skull-like mask. The plaque below it read "Darth Bane. He who invented the Rule of Two."

Back at the bar Roman, Neo, and Sienna were currently sitting at the bar countertop, watching awkwardly as Alastor Ozpin hummed a song while pouring himself a glass of brandy.

Alastor soon ceased his humming as he looked between the tow thieves and the tiger faunus, ever smiling as he did so.

"So, are we all calm and collected now?" Alastor asked.

"Uh, y-yeah. I'd like to think so..." Roman stuttered and trailed off as he and Neo shared a glance.

"Ah! Very good!" Alastor Ozpin proclaimed. "Now, I know old Vortech has probably told you all my name by now, but I would like to start things off with proper formalities. The name's Alastor Ozpin. It's a pleasure to meeting you three. Quiet the pleasure! You see it's my first time meeting people from another universe, so I wanted to start things off with a surprise, and the looks on all your faces were definitely worth the price of admission."

"Uh-huh..." Sienna numbly nodded at what Alastor said. "So... you're the Raido Demon."

"A mere moniker given to me by the denizens of Hell. Personally I was never fond of nicknames." Alastor said, smile still present.

"Hmm." Roman hummed in acknowledgement.

"Something appearing to be the matter Mr. Torchwick?" Alastor asked.

"Oh. No. No no. Just-just wondering why you're smiling so much." Roman said as he tapped his fingers awkwardly on the countertop. "You don't have to answer me if you don't want to."

"Nonsense!" Alastor waved Roman off with a chuckle. "I'm perfectly fine with being social towards others. I smile all the time because a smile can be a powerful thing. To smile at everything that the world throws at you shows that you have more power than one would believe."

"That's an interesting way to look at things." Sienna muttered.

"Well I'm sure it's far more interesting than the way you look at the word, Sienna." Alastor Ozpin said with a sly grin.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Sienna said as her eyes furrowed slightly.

"Now, don't let my appearance fool any of you. Just because I have deer ears and antlers, I am not a faunus. Many people who die and go to Hell have many physical changes." Alastor said as he looked Sienna in the eye. "And while I'm all for, killing those who deserve it, you Miss Kahn, definitely seem to take things a bit too far."

"I don't think you answered my question." Sienna said as her eyes furrowed further.

"Ah, back a tiger in a cage, and it gets defensive." Alastor said with a small chuckle. "I'm merely insinuating how ironic it is for someone who seeks to save the faunus, ends up hurting them all the same."

Roman and Neo looked over to Sienna to see that her hands started to ball into fists.

"I don't know why you came all the way down here, demon, but if it's to berate me on my ways, you'll find that many have tried, and many have failed in trying to change my mind." Sienna said with a scowl.

"And that's apart of the beauty in life." Alastor Ozpin said with a sigh. "I always find it a joy to watching people go about their lives doing something wrong, thinking they're in right, when in reality, they are merely delusional to the effects of their actions."

Sienna started to let out a low growl towards the demonic Ozpin's direction, causing him to chuckle once more.

"Temper, temper." Alastor said in a sing-song voice, waving his finger about. "Even if you still had your aura and semblance here, you wouldn't be much of a match for me. Killing you would be as easy as duck season."

Sienna continued to glare at the Radio Demon before letting out a silent huff and looking away, crossing her arms as she leaned back slightly.

Roman and Neo had been watching the scene unfold with raised brows before the former spoke. "Well, this conversation just got way more awkward than it was to begin with."

"Well, if need be, I can gladly change the subject." Alastor said before widening his eyes with a bright smile as an idea popped into his head. "Ooh! I know. Who wants to here some dad jokes?"

Sienna rose a brow at Alastor while Roman and Neo looked at him with wide and blank eyes.

'Oh, Hell no.' Neo signed out.

Back with Cinder and Emerald, the two stood idly by in the large room that Vortech had summoned them at, Soundwave standing in place as he eyed the two carefully with his visor.

Cinder had her arms crossed while silently tapping her fingers on her elbow, eyes furrowed as she glanced up at the blue Decepticon.

"You know, watching us doesn't mean you have to stare at us the entire time." Cinder said to Soundwave.

"Acknowledged." Soundwave replied back to her.

"So why are you still eyeing us?" Cinder asked.

"Because I do not care for your opinion." Soundwave answered her.

"I can see that." Cinder said with an eye roll as Emerald gave Soundwave a slight glare.

Cinder glanced up at Soundwave again as she decided to ask him another question. "What exactly are you, anyways? I've seen nothing as advanced as you back on Remnant, and I know one individual that would be more than fascinating to see how you work."

Soundwave looked at Cinder as he spoke. "You are referring to the disgraced Atlas scientist, Arthur Watts. An individual that you quite despise from within your group of accomplices."

Cinder raised her brows a bit in surprise as she looked up at the Decepticon. "How did you—?"

"You cannot hide your thoughts from me, Cinder Fall." Soundwave made clear before looking towards Emerald. "None of you can."

Emerald and Cinder shared a glance, but before they could say anything else, Vortech called out to them.

"We have returned." Vortech said as he walked towards Cinder and Emerald, Mercury in tow.

Mercury was slight shaking he legs a bit as he was making sure that they were as functional as he shotgun legs.

"Well, seeing as how you've replaced Mercury's legs, what will you have us do now?" Cinder asked as Vortech looked at her.

Vortech then proceeded to tap his staff onto the floor, causing one of the walls to shift and pull back, forming a small doorway. Vortech then pointed his staff in the direction of the doorway as he spoke. "Go through that doorway, and you'll have a shortcut to the viewing room. I suggest that you three seat yourselves towards the middle rows, that way you won't have to be near anyone else. I'll be summoning everyone back to the viewing room shortly. Does anyone have any questions?"

Cinder still had her arms crossed as Mercury proceeded to raise his hand, causing Emerald to look at him with a raised brow.

"Yeah, Uh, can we at least get some popcorn?" Mercury asked. "Seeing as how we're gonna be stuck here for a while."

Vortech answered by raising his staff and aiming it above Mercury and Emerald, causing a large vortex to open up above them from which two large buckets of popcorn fell from. The two caught the buckets of popcorn, looking at the theater snack as Mercury looked back at Vortech.

"Huh. Neat." Mercury said as he proceeded to plop a kernel into his mouth.

"Right this way, please." Vortech said as he pointed his staff towards the doorway.

Cinder and her group started to make their way towards the doorway, with Cinder herself giving Vortech one last furrowed look before walking through the doorway with Mercury and Emerald.

Vortech then looked up towards Soundwave. "That went better than I expected."

"How do you intend to hide their identities from Qrow Branwen?" Soundwave asked him.

Vortech then opened up another vortex from which an ornate flask fell through and into Vortech's hand. "This flask has a tampered alcoholic substance that will cause Qrow to not recognize those three. He will be constantly nagging at the back of his skull in trying to remember them, but as long as he continues to drink this, he will not be able to remember."

"At least until the time comes for their plans to be revealed, that is." Soundwave surmised as he crossed his arms.

"In due time." Vortech replied. "Now. Time to assemble everyone back."

Back in the bar, Alastor continued to laugh at his own dad jokes as Sienna groaned in annoyance, Neo crossing her arms with a furrowed eyes, and Roman burying his face into the countertop.

"Now, who wants to hear a joke about paper?" Alastor Ozpin asked.

Just then, the mic on the intercom came to life as Vortech's voice spoke through.

"Attention." Vortech spoke to everyone in the theater. "Would you all please make your way back to the food court? Our next viewing is about to begin."

"Oh, thank God." Roman sighed in relief as he got up from his seat. "Saved by the bell."

He was soon followed by Neo and Sienna, but before they could leave, Alastor called out to them.

"Before you three go, I trust that you can keep our encounter a secret for now? I want to surprise everyone else when the time is right." Alastor said with a sharp smile.

"Tell you what, Smiles." Roman said as he looked back at Alastor, shivering slightly as he looked at the demon's wide smile. "You promise not to tell any dad jokes the next time you see me, my lips are sealed."

"Very well then." Alastor Ozpin spoke quickly. "Until then, I bid you all adieu."

After he spoke, Alastor disappeared in puff of black and green smoke, causing Sienna, Roman, and Neo to look around the bar to see where he went to.

"I am not going to get used to that." Roman muttered, slightly unnerved. "Come on Neo. Let's get out of here."

Neo followed her boss out of the bar while Sienna stayed behind to give the area one last clear look, scowling at the area where Alastor once stood before finally leaving as well.

Back with Oobleck and the girls, they were following the two minions back to the food court.

"That was certainly and experience." Ilia said in relation to the Sith statues.

"Well, at least we can't say that it wasn't interesting." Ruby said with a small smile towards Ilia.

"I concur with Miss Rose. It was quite informative." Oobleck stated. "As dark as those Sith were, I cannot say that I wasn't somewhat intrigued by their culture."

The group had finally made it back to the food court, from which they came back to not only the group they had left there, but Ozpin's group, Sienna, Roman, and Neo.

Ruby proceeded to walk over to her sister and father, from which Yang spoke to her.

"So how did it go with trying to make friends with Ilia?" Yang asked.

"Uh, I think it went fine." Ruby said as she looked over to Ilia, who had walked over to Sienna.

"You guys didn't run into that demon Ozpin, did you?" Tai asked in concern with crossed arms.

"No. Just some creepy statues." Ruby answered.

"Statues?" Yang asked.

"I'll tell you guys later." Ruby said.

Just then, Vortech had walked into the room, looking at everyone present before walking over to Qrow.

"Qrow." Vortech called out to the veteran huntsman, getting his attention. "Catch."

Vortech then tossed the ornate flask to Qrow, who caught it with both hands, after which he began to inspect it.

"You should be glad to find that the flask itself is literally bottomless." Vortech said to him. "That way you won't run out of your alcoholic beverages."

"I'll be the judge of that." Qrow said as he took the cap off the flask, smelling it a bit before taking a small swing, after which he smacked his lips a bit. "Huh. Fruity."

"Now, if I could have everyone's attention." Vortech called out to everyone in attendance. "We've received three new guests to our little group. Some of you already know these individuals. Three Mistral students visiting Vale for the Vytal Festival. Mercury Black, Emerald Sustrai, and Cinder Fall."

Roman slightly widened his eyes a bit upon hearing those names, but made sure to lose his shock immediately after so that none would get suspicious, he and Neo sharing a small glance.

"Oh, Emerald's here?" Ruby asked with a smile.

"Are you just going to kidnap just about everyone we know?" Weiss asked Vortech with crossed arms.

"You say kidnap. I say that I'm merely doing my job." Vortech replied to her. "Now, unless anyone has any questions, I suggest you all make your way back to the viewing room, unless you want to grab some popcorn and a carbonated beverage beforehand."

A few minutes later, everyone started to enter into the viewing room, all of them noticing Cinder and her group sitting in the far middle section of the of the room.

Roman and Neo gave the three a small glance before taking their seats once more in the back. Ruby, now holding a large bucket of popcorn, waved towards the three with a bright smile as she walked by them.

"Looks like you guys were brought here too." Ruby said to them.

"Yeah, it's been... weird to say the least." Emerald answered Ruby with a forced smile. "Definitely wasn't expecting this to happen to us today."

"You're preaching to the choir." Jaune said as he passed by with his own bucket of popcorn.

"Well, everything's gone fine here thus far." Ruby said to Emerald. "Though there was the demon..."

"Uh, a demon...?" Emerald trailed off in her question as she raised her brow at Ruby, Cinder glancing over to the young Rose as well.

"Nothing you all should be concerned with for the time being." Vortech called out to Cinder's group as he took a seat upon his throne.

"Besides that, I'm sure you'll like whatever Vortech shows us." Ruby said with a smile. "At least we get to watch stuff while we're being held in another universe."

"Well, I'm certain we'll have enjoy ourselves in some way or form." Cinder said to Ruby as she looked towards the large blank screen.

Ruby then proceeded to walk down towards where the rest of her team was seated, along with team JNPR and Ilia.

Qrow took a swing from his new flask as he and Tai took their seats, the latter holding a bucket of popcorn. Qrow then looked over to Cinder's group, and for a split second, thought he recognized them, but lost the thought a moment later.

Tai looked over to Qrow to see that he was eyeing Cinder's group, in which he proceeded to raise his brow in confusion as he spoke to Qrow.

"You alright dude?" Tai asked him.

Qrow took a moment to answer before rubbing his eyes and taking another swing of his flask. "It's nothing. Just thought I saw those three from somewhere before. Guess I was wrong."

"Eh. You probably saw them somewhere from one of your visits to Haven." Tai said with a shrug. "You shouldn't let it bother you too much."

"I guess." Qrow said with a shrug as he took another swing, and grabbed some popcorn from Tai's bucket.

Vortech saw that everyone was now seated, from which he spoke out to them. "Now, before this next viewing starts, it would be best to give a small explanation first. This universe we will be viewing will be a bit... humorously idiotic, to say the least. So don't expect anything sane to come from it."

"Anything else we should know?" Ironwood asked Vortech.

"The section from this universe that we will be viewing is a comedy tv program." Vortech said as the screen came to life.

The screen came to life to show a blue, brick wall that showed a large red warning sign on it as a narrator started to quickly read out white words that started to appear on the brick wall.

"Warning:
The following program contains scenes of graphic stupidity among four lifelong friends who compete to embarrass each other."

End chapter.

____________________________

Hey there everyone. Here's the intermission chapter. I hope you all like the thing I've written in the chapter, I'll admit that a bit of it might seemed rushed in some areas, but that's because I was trying to work on how this chapter would go, and the fact that I was trying to get it out.

I wanted to get this out a few days ago, but I got a little sidetracked. Next chapter will show the winners of the previous voting chapters, as well as include some explanation as to what I've been doing for the time being.

Next story I'll be working on is RWBY watches VanossGaming and Crew. I've been working on Team 6 in Selenus as well, but I'll have to put that on the back burner for the time being until I get the other story updated,

Until then, I hoped you all liked the chapter, and I'll see you all next time. And Merry Christmas.
