GhostBusters(1984) part 3
The viewing lit up to show Glynda interviewing the Komodo dragon faunus variant of Taiyang at her desk on the first floor of the Ghostbusters' Firehouse.
"Do you believe in UFOs, astral projections, mental telepathy, ESP, clairvoyance, spirit photography, telekinetic movement, full-trance mediums, the Loch-Ness monster, and the theory of Atlantis?" Glynda asked Taiyang in a monotone voice that matched the bored look of her face.
__________________________
"Uh... what did we just walk into?" Emerald found herself asking aloud.
"Is this an induction into a cult?" Mercury asked, easing his hand for emphasis. "I thought we'd be seeing ghosts."
"Mr. Black does have a point." Glynda stated. "It does indeed sound as if I'm giving Taiyang anything but a job interview."
"Yeah, is this really the type of interview needed to be a Ghostbuster?" Tai asked with a raised brow.
"Hey, don't look at me. I'm not the kind of person to come up with something like this." Qrow told Tai with a shake of his head.
"Well, I mean, Ruby and Yang's dad has to be informed of what he's getting himself into." Nora reasoned with a shrug. "Quite frankly, I expected more out of the job interview."
"What more could you possibly be expecting?" Blake asked Nora with furrowed brows of confusion. "That all sounded pretty much the gist of everything paranormal."
Nora looked at Blake for a moment before replying. "It's called the supernatural for a reason, Blake. Just when you think you know everything about it, you soon realize you're only scratching the surface."
"Ooh, that is very perceptive of you, Nora." Penny said while nodding in thought.
"Thanks. I have my moments." Nora replied with a sweet smile.
__________________________
Tai seemed somewhat confused by everything Glynda had asked him, but replied nonetheless. "Uh, if there's a steady paycheck in it, I'll believe anything you say."
__________________________
"Heh. Yeah, that's pretty much the only response you could give to that." Tai said with a small chuckle. "You know, if you actually want the job."
"Also, it almost slipped my mind that you were a faunus in this universe." Yang told her father as she eyed the scales on the Ghostbuster Taiyang.
"Yeah. I wonder if you actually have poisonous saliva, like an actual Komodo dragon." Ruby said as she began to think of her father taking out Grimm with nothing but his spit.
"Well, semblances aren't a thing in this universe, so it would be hard to tell without further knowledge of how everything really works there." Ilia pointed out.
__________________________
Qrow and Oobleck were then shown exiting the Ecto-1, both of them in their jumpsuits with cigarettes in their mouths, and both them dirtied with spots of slime as Oobleck held several steaming ghost traps while Qrow held a paper in his hand.
"Oh, I gotta get some sleep." Oobleck said in an exhausted tone. "I'm dying."
"You don't look good." Qrow told Oobleck after turning his head to his colleague.
"I don't?" Oobleck asked in return.
"Well, you've looked better." Qrow answered Oobleck as they started to walk passed Glynda and Tai. "You didn't used to look like this."
__________________________
"Wow. I never thought I'd hear the day when Oobleck said he needed sleep." Qrow said with a mildly surprised expression on his face. "Is the world ending? Do pigs fly now?"
"Well, who knows how much overtime we all have from chasing ghosts." Ozpin pointed out. "It also depends on the rate of ghost sightings that occur every day."
"Add that with low staff, and you'll need more than your average cup of coffee." Ironwood added.
Meanwhile, Emerald's face contorted a bit in disgust towards the substances on Qrow and Oobleck's jumpsuits. "What are they covered in?"
"Ectoplasm." Ruby replied instantly.
"Slime." Yang said in simpler terms.
"Ghost goo." Nora added in at the same time.
Cinder unassumingly raised her brow at the three Beacon students before making her comment. "I suppose we can add all of the above to that ongoing list."
__________________________
"Yes. Can you hold, please?" Glynda asked a customer over the phone as she stood up with papers in her left hand.
"Here's the paper on the Brooklyn." Qrow told Glynda as he placed the paper on her desk. "She paid in Visa."
"Here's tonight's worksheet." Glynda told the two as Oobleck was handed the worksheet.
"Oh, great. Two more free repeaters." Oobleck said in a tired and annoyed tone.
__________________________
"Free repeaters?" Sienna asked with a raised brow.
"Well, if I had to take a guess, my counterpart is referring to ghosts that are not tied to a specific area." Oobleck observed. "If this universe follows a few of the concepts created by our own."
"That would also explain why Doctor Oobleck sounded annoyed towards the prospect of chasing these free repeaters." Pyrrha said with a thoughtful look. "Since they're not tied to one place, they can have a better chance at fleeing from the Ghostbusters."
"Yeah. It's one thing when you're chasing Grimm or criminals, but it's another thing when you're chasing something that can go through walls and floors." Ruby said with an unpleasant look towards the thought of having to chase around a ghost that can go anywhere it wanted to.
__________________________
Before Oobleck could walk off, Glynda pointed her hand towards Tai as to introduce him to Oobleck and Qrow. "This is Taiyang Xiao Long. He's here about the job."
At this, Taiyang stood up while holding his resume in his hands.
"Beautiful. You're hired." Oobleck told Tai as he pointed to himself and Qrow. "Barty Oobleck, Qrow Branwen."
"Congratulations." Qrow said as Tai shook his hand before walking over to Oobleck.
__________________________
"Well that was shortest job interview I've ever seen." Jaune said with a surprised look. "I thought job interviews were more in depth than that."
"They usually are, Mr. Arc, but it given our counterparts' lack of numbers, I'm very much certain we'd be welcome to whatever help we could get." Ozpin told Jaune before taking a sip of his mug.
"Yeah. Three guys chasing around ghosts and bumped up our numbers by one." Qrow dryly commented. "It's still gonna be hell."
"Well at least I finally joined you guys." Tai said with a shrug and a smile. "Though I can't say how things are gonna go with Qrow as my boss."
"Eh, I'm sure it's gonna fun for you guys." Yang said with a shrug. "Though I could never do something like being a Ghostbuster. I don't want any of that slime near my hair. No, sir."
"I don't think any woman would want ectoplasm gunking up their hair." Weiss said with a shiver of disgust.
"Well, if the slime's green it'll probably match with Em's hair. Maybe even brighten up her complexion." Mercury muttered with a small chuckle while getting Emerald to narrow her eyes at him in annoyance.
__________________________
"Can you help me, please?" Oobleck asked Taiyang.
As Tai walked over to Oobleck, the green haired man smiled at Tai as he handed him the ghost traps that were in his hand. Tai, in return, gave an odd look towards Oobleck but accepted the traps nonetheless, albeit with some hesitation.
"Welcome aboard." Oobleck told Taiyang.
__________________________
"Rookie always gets the brunt of the labor." Winter spoke with a hint of sympathy in her voice towards the faunus Taiyang, knowing what it was like when she first joined the Atlas military. "But in the end, it will help him get a better understanding of the work."
"Are you really giving 'Mr. Fixit' a ghost trap?" Qrow asked Oobleck. "With a ghost inside."
"Hey. I'm not that bad with tech." Tai tried to deny. However, bland looks from the Beacon staff, Ironwood, and his own daughters slowly told him otherwise.
"Tai... don't even start." Ozpin told the single father of two with a dry look and tone.
__________________________
The viewing then cut to Willow walking out of a crowded building with brown haired man walking beside her.
"I don't know where they get these guest conductors." Willow said to the man as they were both shown to be carrying instrument cases. "I mean, someone should tell him it's not gonna do him much good to scream at us in German."
__________________________
"Wait... mother is a musician here?" Weiss asked with a surprised yet intrigued look.
"Huh. Whaddaya know. All the Schnees really do look alike." Mercury to Cinder and Emerald as he looked between the on screen Willow before glancing at Winter and Weiss in the audience.
"Your mother is a violinist in this universe." Vortech told Weiss, and by proxy, Winter as well.
"Can mother actually play the violin?" Weiss asked as she faced her sister, thinking that given Winter's age, she would know a few more things about their mother than she did.
"Hmm. Not that I can recall." Winter said with some thought. "If she ever did play an instrument, I never saw it."
"I see." Weiss evenly replied as she looked back at the viewing screen, what it would be like for her to sing on stage with her mother beside her, playing the violin.
__________________________
"Well, I don't think that the man is competent to conduct a major symphony orchestra." The man replied to Willow.
However, Willow found herself halting in her steps as she stared out towards the open where she spotted Qrow, who was in his jumpsuit with an open, orange button-up shirt over it, as he skipped and hopped on one leg with his hands in his pocket.
__________________________
"And now we get back to our uncle flirting with your mother." Ruby told Weiss with an awkward tone.
"Don't actively try to remind me." Weiss replied to her partner with a bland tone.
"What's going on?" Cinder decided to ask. In truth, she didn't really care what was happening between Qrow Branwen and the wife of Jacques Schnee, but she decided that being more talkative would better help keep up appearances.
"Our uncle went head over heels for Weiss's mom in this universe." Yang explained. "Straight up declared he was, and I quote, "madly in love" with Weiss's mom the first time they met."
"Talk about balls." Mercury commented before popping a popcorn kernel into his mouth.
"No... that's just uncle Qrow." Ruby said as she and her sister shared a sigh.
__________________________
"Um, could you wait here a minute?" Willow asked her friend with a small and humored smile before she walked over towards Qrow, her smile still on her face.
"Huh? Uh, sure." The man replied to her as she walked off.
"Dr. Branwen, this is a surprise." Willow said to Qrow with a smile as she walked up to him.
"That was a wonderful rehearsal." Qrow complimented Willow.
"You heard that?" Willow asked him.
"Yes. You're the best one in your row." Qrow stated to her.
"Oh, thank you. You're good." Willow told Qrow with a smile, spotting what he was playing at. "Most people can't here me with the whole orchestra playing."
__________________________
"Well she's not falling for sucking up anytime soon." Tai commented with a small smirk as he looked at Qrow. "What's your next tactic?"
"Why you asking me?" Qrow asked his old teammate.
"Hey, your the one with the thing for Willow Schnee." Tai replied with a shrug.
"No matter how much as disagree with it." Winter muttered lowly with crossed arms.
At this, Qrow merely replied to Tai with a shrug. "You know me. I may flirt here and there, but I don't know squat about true love or anything sappy like that."
Qrow then looked off to the side with his cheek in his hand before glancing at on screen Willow. "Besides, it's easier that way."
__________________________
"Aw, I don't have to take this abuse from you." Qrow replied to her with his own humored smile. "I got hundreds of people dying to abuse me."
"I know. You're a big celebrity now." Willow said as she and Qrow started to walk a bit. "Do you have some information for me on my case?"
Qrow and Willow stopped in their tracks as Qrow spotted the man Willow was talking to earlier, who was standing by the water fountain in the plaza as he sniffled his nose as he cleared it with a suction bulb.
"Who's the stiff?" Qrow asked Willow as he nodded his head towards the man.
__________________________
"Someone's looks a little jealous." Emerald muttered off to the side.
"A little possessive, much?" Roman asked with a raised brow before taking a glance at Willow and muttered to Neo. "Though I probably couldn't blame him."
"Oh, come on, dude." Qrow spoke out towards his Ghostbuster variant. "You've only just met Willow. And that guy's not even doing anything other than cleaning his nose."
At this, Tai couldn't help but give out a nostalgic sigh. "I remember when Raven was like that with any other women I hung out with as just friends."
"I remember that." Glynda commented with crossed arms as she recalled a time from when they were students at Beacon. Glynda needed to talk with Tai about something off to the side, somewhat putting Raven on a high-alert mode.
__________________________
Willow looked to see that Qrow was talking about her friend and then decided to reply to Qrow. "The stiff happens to be one of the finest musicians in the world. I mean, do you have some information for me, please?"
"Well sure, but I prefer to give it to you in private." Qrow told Willow as they walked by the water fountain.
"Why don't you tell me now?" Willow asked Qrow, clearly not in the mood for anything other option.
__________________________
"If only mother was more thorough with this kind of no-nonsense attitude, maybe then that prick wouldn't still be in our lives." Winter thought to herself, taking into regard how this version of Willow wasn't so easily charmed, and how if the Willow she knew was anything like this one then maybe she and her siblings would have never had to deal with their father.
__________________________
"Well, okay, I found the name Zuul for you." Qrow told Willow as he showed her some papers. "Well, the name Zuul refers to a demigod worshipped around 6000 B.C. by the... what's that word?"
Willow looked down towards the word that Qrow was having trouble saying before she said it for him. "Hittites."
"Hittites..." Qrow said after Willow clarified it. "The Mesopotamians, and the Sumerians."
__________________________
"Wait, so it's name is actually Zuul?" Jaune asked.
"And it is a she." Vortech stated.
"Well I must say, it's quite fascinating for how many ancient societies worshipped Zuul." Oobleck said as he jotted down the names of the alternate ancient races of man that worshipped Zuul, in his notes.
"Yeah, well their demigod was a literal bitch. So those ancient societies probably weren't all that sane." Roman commented before taking a hit out of his bubble blowing cigar.
"Who is this Zuul?" Cinder questioned with some intrigue.
"It was this large and ugly grey dog with horns and glowing red eyes." Ruby said, shivering a bit as she remembered the way Zuul first showed up in this universe.
"And she appeared inside a ghostly void, inside of my mother's fridge." Weiss said with a grimace, still concerned for her mother's safety in regards to the situation with Zuul.
"Wait, how does a large dog fit inside a fridge?" Mercury asked.
"We just chalked it down that the Ghost World, from which Zuul came from, somehow opened a window for Willow Schnee to peer into." Ren stated.
"That, or it was Zuul who opened the window." Pyrrha suggested.
"I see." Cinder said as she looked towards the viewing screen in thought, her interest crowning in this universe by the minute.
__________________________
Willow then decided to further look through the paper as she took in her hand. "Zuul was the minion of Gozer." What's Gozer?"
"Gozer was very big in Sumeria. Big guy." Qrow told Willow.
__________________________
"Gozer?" Ozpin questioned as he gave some thought towards the name.
"Looks like the big bad pooch is on a leash." Qrow commented. "And it's being held by whoever this Gozer guy is."
"The existence of this Gozer does sound troubling." Ironwood said as he clasped his hand together in thought. "We know Zuul seems to have an interest in Willow, but with the new information that she is just a minion to a greater power, things might only get more dangerous from here."
__________________________
"Well, what's he doing in my icebox?" Willow demanded to know.
"I'm working on that." Qrow told Willow as she sighed. "If we could get together Thursday night, I'm thinking 9-ish, you know, we could exchange information."
At this, Willow couldn't help but show a small smile. "I can't see you Thursday. I'm—I'm—I'm busy."
"Miss Schnee, you seem to think there is something wrong up here that says, in your mind, "He enjoys taking his evenings off and spending it with his clients." Qrow told Willow as his pointed to side of his head for emphasis. "No. I'm making a special exception in your case"
At this Willow nodded with a smile as she looked towards Qrow.
"Because... I respect you." Qrow told Willow with some thought. "It's corny, but I respect you as an artist. And as a dresser too. This is a magnificent coordination you have going here today."
__________________________
"Wow. You are crushing on her hard, dude." Tai commented towards Qrow. "I have never seen you this interested in a girl before."
Qrow looked towards his counterpart on screen before taking a look at Willow. After a moment, Qrow numbly shrugged in return towards Tai's comment.
"Well, Weiss, looks like Qrow's not giving up on your mom anytime soon." Yang told her white-haired teammate while putting her arms behind her head. "If this keeps going I may end up having to call you cousin."
"That is not funny." Weiss told Yang with a glowering face.
"It's a little funny." Yang replied with a small shrug.
__________________________
"Okay, I'll, uh, I'll see you Thursday." Willow cut their conversation short as she was starting to get slightly embarrassed.
"I'll bring the Roylance Guide and we'll eat and read." Qrow told Willow as she walked away from him, giving him one last look as she walked over to her friend.
Willow's friend got up from his seat at the water fountain, Qrow waving towards the two a bit as Willow and her friend walked off.
"So who the hell is that?" The man asked Willow.
"He's just a friend." Willow replied to her friend with a small smile.
"A friend?" The man asked.
"An old friend." Willow clarified.
"Goodbye! Well, I'll see you Thursday." Qrow called out towards Willow. "I'm sorry I didn't get to meet you, sir, and I'm glad you're feeling much better. You're still very pale, though. A little sun!"
"Well, what does he do?" The man asked Willow.
"Oh, he's a scientist." Willow replied to him.
__________________________
"Which is still hard to believe." Winter said with an eye roll.
"Well, not entirely." Pietro said to Winter. "If I recall correctly, ol' Watts had a few similar personality traits in comparison to this Doctor Branwen. Granted, it's more so the sarcasm and snarky attitude, but the similarities are there."
"Oh, he's snarky alright." Cinder thought to herself after listening in to Pietro, remembering all the times Watts told her off as nothing more than a little girl.
__________________________
As Willow and her friend walked off, Qrow started to go off on his own, a small look of accomplishment on his face as he did so. As he started to walk off, Qrow noticed a man figure-skating in the plaza, twirling around as Qrow decided to mimic the man a bit as he too twirled around.
__________________________
"Aw, he looks so happy." Ruby swooned a bit towards the Ghostbuster version of her uncle's love for Willow Schnee.
"I don't think I've ever seen Qrow do a twirl out out of joy." Yang said with a small chuckle. "It's so strange, yet almost heartwarming."
"Now all he needs is a skirt to go along with that twirling." Port muttered in between himself, Oobleck, and Tai as they three of them snickered.
Qrow merely responded to them by giving them the birdie as he took a swing of his flask.
__________________________
The viewing cut back to the Firehouse as Ozpin, Oobleck, and Taiyang were shown in the basement of the building as Oobleck was showing Taiyang a few of the ropes.
"This is where we store all the vapors and entities and slimers that we trap." Oobleck told Tai as they stood in front of a large, red device embedded in the wall. "Very simple, really."
"A loaded trap here. Open, unlock the system." Oobleck explained as he opened up the red compartment, revealing a slot that was large enough to slide in a ghost trap. "Insert the trap."
As Oobleck continued to explain, the moment he inserted the trap, the green light above the red storage unit turned off as the red one turned on. "Release. Close, lock the system. Set your entry grid. Neutronize your field."
After closing the compartment door with the trap inside, Oobleck pressed several buttons before pulling a level on the side. "And... When the light is green, the trap is clean. The ghost is incarcerated here in our custom-made storage facility."
__________________________
"Astounding how something seemingly so rudimentary could contain all those spirits and specters." Pietro said as he gave the containment unit an awed look.
"Trust me, it gets bigger and more tricked out over time." Vortech told Pietro.
"I wonder how they get all those ghosts in that thing." Ruby said in thought. "Given how many jobs they've taken, and at the rate they're receiving them, there must be quite a bit of ghosts in there."
"I would hazard a guess in that it has something to do with the Ghostbusters developing the storage facility to lock onto ghosts the same way they did for the traps." Penny started to theorize after some analysis. "As to how all the ghosts can fit in there, it must have something to do with a form of energy conversion."
"Oh, so like how you can download a bunch of files onto a flash drive." Ruby said in understanding.
"That pretty much the gist of it, yes." Vortech said towards Ruby and Penny.
"So, question, how did they trap the ghosts?" Emerald decided to ask out of curiosity.
"They used these awesome devices call proton packs that run on something called nuclear energy." Ruby told Emerald with a hint of giddish glee. "There's these wand-like guns attached to the packs that allow for the Ghostbusters to shoot out this heavy stream of glowing electricity that wrangles in ghosts until they can direct them towards a trap. We saw them use it to capture Slimer earlier, and the whole thing was awesome."
"Okay then..." Emerald replied to Ruby while giving her an unusual look.
__________________________
Back on the first floor, Qrow was shown in his dirtied jumpsuit with a cigarette in his mouth as Glynda walked up to him. "There's a man from the EPA here to see you. He's waiting in your office."
"EPA? What's he want?" Qrow asked her.
"I don't know." Glynda replied to Qrow with a deadpan look. "All I do know is that I've been working two weeks without a break, and you promised me you'd hire more help."
"Glynda, someone with your qualifications..." Qrow started as the dial-up scroll rang. "...would have no trouble finding a top-flight job in either the food service or housekeeping industries."
Qrow then started to walk off towards his office, but not before looking back at Glynda one more time. "Are you gonna answer that?"
__________________________
At this, several audience members from Beacon and Atlas Academy winced at Ghostbuster Qrow's attitude towards Glynda just now.
"Our uncle has a death wish." Yang said as she stared at the screen, gobsmacked by Qrow's actions.
"I... don't think I've seen anyone act that ways towards Miss Goodwitch." Pyrrha said with wide eyes. "And if they did, I doubt it ended well."
"I'm a little scared right now, to be honest." Jaune said with a gulp of fear as he glanced over to Glynda, noticing the cold and angry look she gave towards Ghostbuster Qrow.
Glynda slowly turned her head towards Qrow's direction, leveling a cold glare at him before she spoke. "Do you wish to repeat that, prick?"
Qrow owlishly blinked for a moment as he tried to come up with the right reply. "Uh... in my defense, it was the Ghostbuster me who said it."
"Yes, I know that, but I can't have a chat with that version of you, now can I?" Glynda said as she continued to glare at Qrow.
Seeing as how nothing he would say would get him out of this situation, Qrow looked towards Tai, Ironwood, Ozpin, Oobleck, and Port. "A little help here, guys?"
"I think I'm good." Ironwood replied with crossed arms as he set his attention towards the viewing screen.
"I would help you out, Qrow... but I fear this out if my hands." Ozpin said to Qrow, though not before giving him a mental prayer.
"You know the rules, dude. You piss off Glynda, you have to deal with her yourself." Tai said as he, Oobleck, and Port turned their attention away from Qrow and Glynda.
"Backstabbers." Qrow said to colleagues with a lower-eyed look, before they widened upon the sound of Glynda cracking her knuckles.
"Well, it looks like we probably won't need to worry about Qrow anytime soon." Mercury muttered between himself, Cinder, and Emerald.
"My lien's on Goodwitch." Sienna commented towards the situation.
"No fisticuffs in the theater." Vortech plainly spoke aloud before a brawl could erupt.
At this, Qrow let out a small sigh of relief while Glynda still held her glare.
"However, I can set up an area later on, if that will suffice." Vortech added with an obvious smile under his helmet. He did enjoy watching a good fight every now and then.
Immediately Qrow found himself mentally cursing Vortech while Glynda grew the ever so slightest smile on her lips before she went back to looking towards the viewing screen.
__________________________
"I've quite better jobs than this." Glynda stated as she walked over to her desk, picking up the dial-up scroll and snapping at whoever was on the other line of the scroll. "Ghostbusters. What do you want?"
"Can I help you?" Qrow asked a ginger-haired man with an equally ginger beard in a suit that sat to the side of Qrow's office.
"I'm Walter Peck." Peck introduced himself as he shook Qrow's hand. "I represent the Environmental Protections Agency, the third district..."
__________________________
"Environmental Protection Agency?" Ilia repeated in question.
"Judging from the sound of it, are we to assume this universe had environmental problems?" Sienna asked Vortech.
"Quite so, yes." Vortech replied with a nod. "With Dust or Aura, most other universe, similar to the one we see now, tend to rely more on fuel sources that can cause... certain issues that affect the environment."
"I guess it's a good thing we use Dust instead of whatever resources theses other universe use." Blake commented.
"I still want to know the fuel source that Mando Ren uses for the Razor Crest to travel through space." Ruby said with an eager look.
__________________________
After shaking hands, Peck gave a weird look as he felt some of the grim from Qrow's hand, looking at his own to see some of the grim got on him.
"Great." Qrow patted Peck on the shoulder. "How's it going down there?"
Qrow then went to sit at his office desk as Peck cleaned off his hand.
"Are you Qrow Branwen?" Peck asked Qrow.
"Yes. I'm... Dr.Branwen." Qrow answered Peck.
"Exactly what are you a doctor of, Mr. Branwen?" Peck asked Qrow.
"Well, I have PhDs in parapsychology and psychology." Qrow replied back.
__________________________
At this, Cinder raised a brow of disbelief at, though she did so with a calm look. "Ozpin's drunk errand boy, the little birdie, has PhDs in psychology, in another universe? That sounds more preposterous than the notion of ghosts."
__________________________
"I see." Peck slowly spoke as he started to walk around. "And now you catch ghosts."
"Yeah. You can say that." Qrow said.
After pacing a bit, Walter Peck turned around to face Qrow. "And how many ghosts have you caught, Mr. Branwen?"
"I'm not at liberty to say." Qrow replied with a bit of a smile.
"And where do you put these ghosts once you catch them?" Peck questioned further as he went back to pacing.
"Into a storage facility." Was Qrow's straight reply.
"And would this storage facility be located on these premises?" Peck asked with his back turned as Glynda peeked in into their conversation.
__________________________
"Okay, where is this going?" Weiss decided to ask. "This is starting to sound more and more like an interrogation, and from my knowledge, and slight experience, when a government agency comes knocking on the door of a business, it tends to mean trouble."
"For a company like the SDC, it should automatically be warranted." Ilia thought with a frown.
"My question is why an agency that deals with things that affect the environment have an interest with a business that catches ghosts." Ironwood spoke with a thoughtful look. "I mean, it may have something to do with that nuclear energy they use for the proton packs, but unless that's known to the public, I wonder what the potential issue is here."
__________________________
"Yes." Qrow curtly replied.
"And may I see this storage facility?" Peck asked.
"No." Qrow answered.
"And why not, Mr. Branwen?" Peck asked as he turned to face Qrow.
"Because you did not use the magic word." Qrow told Peck as the EPA representative took a seat in one of the chairs by Qrow's desk.
"What is the magic word, Mr. Branwen?" Peck asked slowly.
Qrow blinked for a bit, making it seem as if the answer was obvious before replying. "Please."
__________________________
"Ah, same old uncle Qrow." Yang said as she and Ruby shared a chuckle. "Always full of snark."
"I think I'm starting to like this Qrow guy." Roman said to Neo with a smirk, enjoying how Ghostbuster Qrow was messing with a governmental official.
"I fear you may be treading into Grimm infested water here, Qrow." Ozpin told his old friend with a small look of worry.
"Hey, you know I do this all this stuff all the time with government yuppies." Qrow replied to Ozpin before pointing his thumb back at Ironwood and Winter. "Just ask our friends from the Atlas military. This isn't anything new."
"Annoyingly so." Winter said in begrudging agreement with Qrow's statement. "But unlike in our own dimension, you don't have any ties to people well respected in any government. You're all businessmen in this situation, and your government has the power to shut down your business if they find a justifiable reason to do so. Irking the representative of a governmental agency isn't going to do you, of your colleagues from this universe any favors."
"That maybe so, but like you said, this Peck guy would have to find a justifiable reason to try and shut us down." Qrow replied to Winter before looking back at the viewing screen. "And like Ironwood said, we catch ghosts. Can't see how that might hurt the environment."
__________________________
"May I please see the storage facility, Mr. Branwen?" Peck asked with a chuckle that leaned towards impatience.
"Why do you want to see the storage facility?" Qrow asked Peck.
"Well, because I'm curious." Peck said with a more straight face, indicating play time was over. "I want to know more about what you do here. Frankly, there've been a lot of wild stories in the media, and we want to assess any possible environmental impact from your operation. For instance, the presence of noxious, possibly hazardous waste chemicals in your basement."
__________________________
"Well, there's your justifiable reason." Winter pointed out to Qrow.
"Again, we catch ghosts. His reason's bull." Qrow replied as he gave Peck a crossed look.
"Maybe their reasons are from this nuclear energy the Ghostbusters use." Pietro suggested. "Though like the General said, that depends on if knowledge of what fuels the proton packs became public."
"It should be noted that the amount of waste generated by nuclear energy is relatively small. Not to mention that the waste generated from nuclear power isn't particularly hazardous. Of course, so long as it's properly contained." Vortech told the audience
"Well, then that begs the question on how this EPA came to the possible conclusion of the Ghostbusters having hazardous waste chemicals in their basement." Penny said as she gave a questioning look towards Walter Peck.
"It also doesn't help that, given Peck's questioning tone, he doesn't seem to believe the Ghostbusters actually capture ghosts." Blake pointed out.

As Peck said all this, Qrow merely continued to look at him with a more even face.
"Now, you either show me what is down there, or I come back with a court order." Peck threatened towards Qrow.
"You get court order." Qrow told Peck as he stood up and leaned towards him, his face not too pleased. "And I'll sue your ass for wrongful prosecution."
At this, Peck stood up to meet Qrow's face. "You can have it your way, Mr. Branwen."
__________________________
"I think I know how we ended up in jail, in the preview." Tai muttered as he cast Qrow an unamused look.
"The Preck started this conversation." Qrow said in defense for his counterpart as he was obliviously in agreement with him. "If he wants to play hard ball, I'm gonna play hard ball."
"Uh, yeah, and you're gonna drag us along with you." Tai said as he motioned to himself, Ozpin, and Oobleck.
__________________________
Back in the basement, Oobleck sat at a desk as he handed Taiyang a cigarette, Ozpin standing off to the side with clipboard and pen in his hands.
"I'm worried, Barty." Ozpin told Oobleck. "It's getting crowded in there, and all my recent data points to something big on the horizon."
__________________________
"Oh. So it can actually get crowded in that thing." Ruby said with a nod of understanding, before she did a double-take on what Ghostbuster Ozpin said. "Wait, what about something big?"
At this, Cinder raised her brow in interest as she leaned forward in her seat a bit.
"I have a bad feeling about this." Glynda said as she stared at the screen with crossed arms.
__________________________
"What do you mean by "big"?" Tai asked as he leaned down for Oobleck to light the cigarette in his mouth.
"Well, let's say this Twinkie represents the normal amount of psychokinetic energy in the New York area." Ozpin said as he picked up the small, cream-filled sponge cake desert, holding it up for Tai to see.
Ozpin took a glance at the Twinkie before speaking. "According to this morning's sample, it would be a Twinkie 35-feet long, weighing approximately 600 pounds."
At this, Oobleck started to cough in surprise after taking a swing of his cigarette.
"That's a big Twinkie." Tai commented with cigarette smoke coming out of his nose and mouth.
__________________________
"That sounds both equally dangerous and equally delicious." Nora said with wide eyes. "And I still don't fully understand what Ghostbuster Ozpin said."
"If I had to take it guess, he's referring to how many ghosts are appearing in the city." Ren told his partner.
"And given what my counterpart said the first time we saw this universe, this Twinkie comparison would be the equivalent of a constant energy building up in New York." Oobleck analyzed as he pushed up his glasses a bit.
"In other words there's soon going to be too many ghosts for the Ghostbusters to effectively handle." Sienna added as she had her chin rested upon the back of her wrist.
__________________________
Ozpin gave a very light nod towards Tai before taking a bite out of the Twinkie.
"We could be on the verge of a four-fold cross-rip, a PKE surge of incredible, even dangerous proportions." Oobleck said in a concerned tone.
__________________________
"Was that English?" Mercury asked with a raised brow.
"Yeah, I don't think I got that either." Ilia said as she furrowed her eyes in confusion towards the viewing screen.
However, Pietro stared at the viewing screen with wide eyes. "I think Doctor Oobleck means that another dimension could be crossing into theirs."
"The Ghost World." Ozpin said in realization.
"If this is truly the case, this could be more dangerous than it already sounds." Penny said with a wide eyed look. "Theoretically speaking, two universes cannot exist in the same plane of existence without causing catastrophe."
"Hmph. So says you." Vortech muttered to himself and himself alone as he looked to the side with a grudge-filled look. "If those heroes hadn't stopped me, I could have created the perfect dimension, but no. They can't have Lord Vortech winning."
"Hopefully the Ghostbusters can stop that before it happens." Ruby replied to Penny's analyzation of the issue at hand.
__________________________
Upon saying this, Qrow started to walk down the stairs to the basement. "We just had a visit from the Environmental Protection Agency. How's the grid holding up?"
"Not good." Ozpin told Qrow before taking another bite out of his snack.
"Tell him about the Twinkie." Tai said to Ozpin as he pointed his thumb at Qrow.
With a confused look, Qrow looked towards Ozpin. "What about the Twinkie?"
The viewing cut to the outside as Willow's apartment complex was shown. The sky was dark and cloudy with lightning and thunder striking the top of the complex.
As thunder rumbled and lighting clapped, the top of the apartment complex was shown, in which two stone statues, both oddly in the shape of Terror Dogs, were shown.
__________________________
"Hey, don't those look like..." Jaune trailed off as everyone looked at the statues on screen. Everyone who was in the theater for the beginning of the Ghostbuster's universe slowly widened their eyes as they recognized what the statues looked like.
__________________________
As electricity continued to zap, the front left paw of the left-most Terror Dog statue started to break away, showing moving, clawed paws underneath the stone. More stone started to break away from the statue, particularly near the eye. When the stone was broke away from the eye, another eye was shown underneath it, and eye that glowed a demonic red.
__________________________
"What the hell?" Emerald asked with wide eyes and a raised brow. "What is that thing?"
"Zuul." Ruby uttered with dilated pupils.
"So, I take it this the demigod we've heard about." Sienna said as she eyed the statue that came to life with some apprehension.
"Yep." Qrow replied while popping the 'P.'
"It seems Zuul is making her move." Ozpin said with a grim look.
As Ozpin said this, Weiss and Winter couldn't help but giving the viewing screen a worrying look, fearing for their mother.
__________________________
Inside the apartment complex, Willow had just arrived on her building floor, exiting the elevator as party music could be heard.
As Willow made her way to her room, she noticed that the music was coming from Louis's room, and decided to try and tip-toe towards her door. However, just as she got halfway, Louis opened his door.
"Oh, Willow, it's you." Louis said with a smile as Willow inwardly sighed.
"Hello, Louis." Willow said with annoyed smile, her back turned to him.
__________________________
"Oh, it's Louis, again." Pyrrha pointed out.
"Well, that's the most generic loser I've ever seen." Mercury muttered to himself before grabbing a fistful of popcorn and chowing down.
"Huh. You know, I didn't think we'd see this guy again." Yang admitted. "The guy seems more awkward and geeky than Jaune. No offense, Jaune."
"None taken. I know I can be geeky and awkward sometimes." Jaune replied to Yang with a shrug.
"And there's nothing wrong with that." Pyrrha told Jaune with a smile, placing her hand on his shoulder.
Emerald cast Pyrrha and Jaune a lower eyed gaze as she thought to herself. "Gag."
__________________________
"You gotta come in here." Louis told Willow as she turned to look at him. "You're missing a classic party."
"Yes, well, I would, Louis, but I have a date coming over." Willow informed her neighbor, though she most likely didn't want to go to Louis's party.
At this, Louis grew a saddened and slightly shocked look as he exited his room and walked towards Willow, his door closing behind him. "You made a date... tonight?"
"Well, I—I—I'm sorry, Louis. I forgot." Willow told Louis before she started to walk away.
Louis looked down for a bit as Willow continued to walk away, before his mood did a 180. "Oh, that's okay. You can bring him along."
__________________________
"Wow. That guy does not know how to take a hint, does he?" Qrow rhetorically asked.
"Have you seen the way your Ghostbuster counterpart is whenever he's near Willow Schnee?" Port asked Qrow.
"Hey, at least I do that with style." Qrow replied with a shrug. "That Louis guy does it like he's a lost puppy. Not to mention that my counterpart actually succeeded."
__________________________
At this, Willow paused in her footsteps, giving a small smile as she replied to him. "All right, maybe we'll stop by, okay?"
"That's great." Louis said with a smile as Willow walked off. "I'll tell everybody you're coming. We're gonna play Twister, and we're gonna do some break-dancing."
Louis then walked back towards his door, reaching for the knob. "Hey, ev—."
As Louis started to speak, his found that he couldn't open his door, as it had apparently locked. "Hey... let me in! It's Louis. Somebody let me in!"
__________________________
"Locked out of your party. That's gotta suck." Yang commented off to the side.
"How does he keep getting locked out of his own apartment?" Ruby questioned as she motioned her hand towards the screen.
__________________________
As Willow got to her apartment room, she walked through her door, closing it behind her as Louis continued to scream for someone. As she made her way towards her darkened living room, she applied some lip balm to her lips before setting her back down and taking off her scarf and coat as thunder rumbled in the distance.
Setting her things down, Willow went over to turn on one of the lamps before she went to take off her shoes. She was able to get one off before her dial-up scroll started to ring.
Walking over to the scroll, Willow picked it up and placed it to her ear. "Hello? Oh, hi, Mom."
__________________________
"Grandmother?" Weiss questioned towards the viewing screen.
"What was she like?" Ruby asked Weiss.
"I... don't know." Weiss said with a furrowed look. "Mother never really talked about her that much. All I know is that died from illness."
"Oh. Well, I'm sorry." Ruby replied to Weiss, if a little awkwardly.
__________________________
As Willow spoke to her mother over the scroll, she went to take off her other shoe. "Um, I've been busy. Well, uh, no, everything is fine. Yeah, I know, just that, um, that one time."
As Willow continued to speak with her mother, she started to pull down her pants, revealing that she was wearing light blue leggings underneath.
"Oh, I am." Willow told her mother as she went to sit down on a light pink chair. "I will. I won't. Mom, um, I have to go. I have a date. Yes. No, uh, no one you know. It's, uh, well, he's, uh, he's a Ghostbuster. Those guys on TV. Yes, well, I'll have to let you know. Okay. Love to dad. Right. Bye. Bye."
With that, Willow hung up her scroll, relaxing into her chair with a sigh and her eyes closed. However, as she did so, the door to her kitchen was trimmed in an eerie, and bright white glow as a rumbling sound came from it. It caused Willow to slowly open her eyes and glance over to the kitchen door.
Tapping was heard and the door creaked as paws indents lightly pushing through the door, causing the creaking to intensify.
__________________________
At this, everyone widened their eyes towards the viewing screen.
"Well... that's something new." Cinder said as she looked towards the screen with a tilted head.
"That is not right." Emerald uttered while lightly shaking her head, eyeing the supernatural occurrence with a look of apprehension.
"Get out of there, now." Winter muttered in regards to her mother as she gripped the arm of her chair in ever growing concern.
__________________________
"Oh, shit." Willow quietly swore as she looked towards the paranormal occurrence.
Immediately after speaking, a demonic hand tore through, and popped out from the arm of Willow's chair. Willow widened her eyes at the hand's appearance as it grasped her mouth. All Willow could do was give out muffled screams as even more demonic hands popped out from the chair, grasping her chest and leg, preventing her from breaking free.
The chair was then suddenly turned towards the kitchen door as the door itself opened to reveal none other than the Terror Dog Zuul, who growled at Willow. Willow continued to scream through the hand that grasped her face as Zuul growled at her, baring her fangs.
__________________________
"Oh, hell no." Emerald said with wide eyes of disturbance and fear.
""Mother!!"" Weiss and Winter shouted towards the screen in concern for their mother's safety.
"That is so not right." Ilia stated as she shared a disturbed look with Blake, the latter of whom had dilated pupils.
"This. Is. Why. I. Don't. Watch. Ghost movies!" Ruby shouted towards the screen in fear.
"That is one horrifyingly ugly dog." Sienna said as she actually found her feline instincts acting up around the Terror Dog.
"Shit is going down." Roman said as he and Neo looked at the screen with wide eyes.
As everyone had their own thoughts and opinions as to what was going on, Mercury continued to shove popcorn into his mouth, treating the scene like an actual horror movie.
__________________________
"No!" Willow cried out as she struggled to break free. But it was for not. Willow screamed as the chair she was sitting was dragged towards Zuul, the carpet under it being crinkled up and dragged with her.
Willow continued to scream as she was dragged into the bright light that surrounded her kitchen, before the door slammed shut behind her, trapping her inside. Soon enough, all was silent.
__________________________
Weiss stared towards the screen with a blank look of horror and disbelief on her face. Winter, who was just as horrified as her sister, tried to keep her features more steady and organized, something she was finding difficult to do.
Even Qrow found himself staring at the screen with wide eyes. He may not have actually met Willow back on Remnant, but he saw the connection and feelings his counterpart had for this version of Nicholas Schnee's daughter. And at that, he couldn't help but feel a small connection.
In fact, quite a many people in the audience were affected in some way by the scene. The majority of the audience could agree that it was something pretty terrifying to behold.
Even the more twisted likes of Cinder couldn't help but feel a chill run down her spine towards what had just happened to Willow Schnee. It almost reminded her of the powers Salem had, and she remembered the few times she was on the end of those powers. Suffice to say, it wasn't anything nice.
"Winter... are you all right?" Ironwood asked as he turned to look at his top specialist.
"I'm... I'm fine." Winter stuttered a reply to Ironwood, her hands on her lap as they tightened into fists. "This is... it's just another universe."
Ironwood gave a solemn nod to Winter, but knew that deep done, she was not doing so well after seeing an alternate version of her mother taken by wicked spirits.
"Well, that was an experience." Roman uttered with wide eyes.
"Is she...?" Ilia trailed off in question towards what just happened.
"N-no. That can't be true." Ruby replied to Ilia before looking at Weiss. "We saw it, well most of us saw there was different stuff in this universe that involved Weiss's mom. She can't be dead."
"Than what exactly do you explain that to be?" Weiss asked Ruby with a look mixed between sadness and anger as she pointed at the screen.
"Eh. Probably a possession thing." Mercury said to a shrug as he continued to munch on his popcorn.
At this, everyone looked at the grey-themed young man, prompting him to raise his brow in confusion.
"How did you come to that conclusion?" Blake asked Mercury.
"Yeah, and how you not in the least bit bothered by what we just saw?" Emerald questioned her 'partner.'
"What can I say? I like a good ghost story." Mercury answered Emerald with a shrug before pointing at Blake. "But for the previous question, this is a classic ghost possession move. Granted, a little more extreme than anything I've seen in a movie, but it's there. Not to mention that if this Zuul thing wanted her dead, we would have already seen a killing."
"Hmm. I suppose that would make sense." Ren spoke in regards to Mercury's statement. "Especially considering what most of us saw in the preview for this universe."
At what Mercury said, Weiss and Winter couldn't help but give out inward sighs of relief in the hopes that they hadn't just seen their mother killed. However, Winter then started to furrow her eyes as she thought back to the preview.
"Suddenly, I think I have an answer for mother's more uncouth behavior in the preview." Winter muttered.
"Is her right?" Weiss asked Vortech in regards to what Mercury said.
"Well, while I don't like spoiling things..." Vortech started off with a small grumble before sighing. "I suppose it doesn't really count if you actually figure it out. So yes, Mr. Black is right."
"Also, what's with this whole preview thing you guys are talking about?" Mercury asked.
"Before we started watching the Ghostbusters' universe, Vortech showed us previews for universe we would mainly be focusing on." Pyrrha said as she motioned towards Vortech, prompting Cinder, Mercury, and Emerald to look at him.
"Hello." Vortech waved at Cinder and her two cronies.
Cinder raised her brow at Vortech before facing forward again. "So, I take it we've missed quite a bit then."
"I wouldn't say you guys missed too much." Ruby waved off in response to Cinder, the young blood-crowned girl finally starting to cool off from the ordeal of watching Willow taken away by Zuul. "Though the previews for the universes were definitely... uh, what's the right word? Does unique count?"
"Unique?" Cinder questioned as she shared a glance with Emerald.
"Four words." Yang told Cinder while raising up four fingers, folding a finger down for each word. "Teenage. Mutant. Ninja. Turtles."
"Uh... what?" Emerald asked with an owlish look as Cinder blinked her eyes in confusion.
__________________________
The viewing showed the roof top of the apartment complex once more, revealing that both of the Terror Dog statues had broken apart, leaving nothing but the rubble in their place as the Dogs themselves were nowhere to be seen.
__________________________
"Shit. I forgot there were two of them." Qrow swore with a snap of his fingers.
"Where'd the other one go?" Ironwood question with a look of concern.
"Well, we know Zuul went after the Schnee." Sienna said with a small grimace towards the destroyed statues. "Perhaps her friend found its own person to possess as well."
"Who though?" Blake questioned. "We haven't seen anyone else that would be in the vicinity for that second Terror Dog other than..."
As Blake realized what she said, she started to connect the dots as to who the other Terror Dog would go after. "...You have got to be kidding me."
The look of shock and disbelief on Blake's face drew Yang's attention. "What'd you figure out?"
Blake merely looked at Yang and pointed towards the screen. "It'll be easier to believe if you see it for yourself."
At this, Yang rose a brow in confusion, but relented to what Blake said. "Okay then..."
__________________________
Back with Louis, he was shown to have finally gotten back inside his apartment as he was currently cleaning a few dishes.
"Do you happen to have any Excedrin or Extra Strength Tylenol?" A bespectacled brown hair woman asked Louis.
"Gee, I think all I got is the acetylsalicylic acid, generic." Louis replied to the woman as he grabbed a pill bottle from the cabinet above him, handing it to her. "See, I can get 600 tablets of that for the same price as 300 of the name-brand."
As Louis continued to speak, he pulled something out of his fridge. "It makes good financial sense. Good advice."
__________________________
"Why are we back with this schmuck?" Roman asked as he pointed his hand towards the screen.
"You'll see." Vortech replied to the crook in a bored tone.
"I don't see the significance of why we're viewing into Louis's party." Sienna said with a raised brow.
"What does Louis even do?" Winter decided to question.
"He's an accountant." Was Vortech's simple answer.
"Lame!" Mercury called out as he looked towards the screen.
"There's nothing lame about accountants." Weiss replied to Mercury with crossed arms. "It's their jobs handle finances that most regular people can't, or don't have the time to do. I'm certain you wouldn't want to make any financial errors that would put a dent in your wallet."
"Knowing Mercury, he'd spend most of his money on boots, comics, and action movies." Emerald told Weiss while giving a snide smirk towards Mercury.
"Cause they're fun." Mercury shot back at Emerald. "Besides, I'd be able to make back any money I lose. No big deal."
"You say that now..." Weiss muttered before looking back at the viewing screen.
__________________________
Louis then walked over to a snack table, setting down what he had gotten out of the fridge. "Hey, this is real smoked salmon from Nova Scotia, Canada—$24.95 a pound."
As Louis talked about the salmon to his guests, he walked over to a balding man who was eating a carrot. "Only cost me $14.12 after tax, though. I'm giving this whole thing as a promotional expense. That's why I invited clients instead of friends. You having a good time, Art?"
"How you doing? Why don't you have some of the brie? It's a room temperature." Louis suggested to some of his other guests.
Louis then walked over to a blonde woman in a pink shirt, who obviously didn't look like she belonged at a party run by Louis. "You think it's too warm in here for the brie?"
"Louis, I'm going home." The blonde woman told Louis as she started to walk off.
__________________________
"Okay." Yang said with a chuckle in regards to the blonde on screen. "She obviously does not belong at that party. At all."
"How'd a nerd like him even get a blonde bimbo to go to his party?" Mercury questioned with a look of disbelief.
"She probably thought it would be a fun party with dancing, and all that." Nora said with a shrug.
"And Louis said that everyone at the party were his clients, so she probably thought going to his party would be a way to thank him." Ren hazarded a guess.
"From her looks, I'd wager she's needs a lot of financial advice." Ilia commented towards the blonde woman with some snark in her voice.
"Heh. Nice." Emerald complimented Ilia's crack at the blonde bimbo with a small chuckle before putting a popcorn kernel in her mouth.
__________________________
"Oh, don't leave yet." Louis tried to stop her. "Listen, maybe if we start dancing, other people will join in."
The blonde woman turned to face Louis before deciding to listen to him with a smile. "Okay."
At that, Louis and the blonde woman started dancing a bit to the music of "Disco Inferno." While the blonde woman was putting more effort in her dancing, Louis's was definitely more awkward.
At that moment, the doorbell rang, prompting Louis to go towards it. "Oh, don't move. I just gotta get the door."
Louis walked away from the blonde woman and towards his door, opening it up to reveal a middle-aged couple.
"Ted, Annette." Louis called out to the couple.
"Hi!" Annette greeted Louis with a smile.
"I'm glad you could come. How are you doing? Give me your coats." Louis said as Ted and Annette handed him their coats. "Everybody, this is Ted and Annette Fleming."
"How are you?" Annette asked everyone who greeted her and her husband as they walked away from the door, Louis closing it for them.
"Ted has a small carpet-cleaning business in receivership. Annette's drawing a salary from a deferred bonus from two years ago. They've got $15,000 left on the house at 8%." Louis explained to his guests as he walked towards another door, opening it to reveal a dark room.
Inside the dark room was the other Terror Dog, unknown to everyone, though unlike Zuul, this Terror Dog had longer horns. The Terror Dog sat at a desk in the room, it's paws on the table as it looked at Louis with its red eyes. However, Louis proceeded to toss the coats into the room, and onto the Terror Dog without even looking, prompting the evil dog to growl as it tried to shake off the clothing.
__________________________
'I found it.' Neo signed while pointing towards the second Terror Dog.
"Oh, my God." Yang said with wide eyes of disbelief. "Is that Terror Dog after Louis, of all people?"
"I told you, you wouldn't believe it unless you saw it for yourself." Blake told Yang with crossed arms as she looked down and shook her head.
"Aw. But Louis seemed so nice, and friendly." Ruby said with a frown.
"Well, he's about to be possessed like Weiss's mom." Nora said with a small grimace.
"Please, don't remind me." Weiss said with a saddened and tired sigh.
__________________________
"So they're okay." Louis said as he closed the door behind him, a smile as his face as he walked away. "So does anybody want to play Parcheesi?"
Immediately loud growling came from within the office room, drawing everyone's attention towards it.
"Okay, who brought the dog?" Louis asked with a smile.
__________________________
"Yeah, you're about to find out that is quite far from any normal canine." Port spoke with a grim look.
"You know, I'm pretty sure this is the first time a dog brought itself to the party." Tai commented.
"I don't think now is the time for jokes, Taiyang." Glynda told Tai with a bland look.
__________________________
After that, the Terror Dog lunged out of the room, breaking down the door with great strength as everyone started to panic and scream as the Terror Dog landed onto the snack table, breaking it.
Everyone screamed as they moved away or tried to hide from the demonic beast as it continued to growl, moving its gaze towards Louis and growling at him.
Seeing the Terror Dog growl at him, Louis ran away in terror.
"Help!" Louis yelled as he ran out of his apartment.
Louis was running down the hallway as he fled. However, the Terror Dog was adamant in following Louis as the demonic creature burst out the door to Louis's apartment, using its head like a battering ram.
Louis looked at the creature in frozen fear as he rapidly pressed the buttons to the nearby elevator. The Terror Dog growled as Louis ran into the elevator. The commotion had caused one of the other tenants to open their door, revealing an elderly lady in a nightgown. The elderly lady gasped at the Terror Dog growled, just as the elevator doors closed behind Louis, with the elderly woman retreating back into her room.
__________________________
"At least he was smart enough to use the elevator." Mercury shrugged. "That'll buy him a bit of time to run."
"Yeah, I never got why they always have people make the dumbest mistakes in horror movies." Yang said with crossed arms.
"Movie executives tend to think that by having people in an easier position to be killed in horror movies, they'll be able to get viewers to be more afraid of ghosts, killers, or monsters." Blake stated to her partner. "Personally, if they really want to make the movie monster's horrifyingly, they have them outsmart the people who don't do anything dumb."
"I'm fine with it either way." Mercury admitted. "Just as long as they don't overuse jumpscares."
"And there's another horror movie cliche." Blake said while easing a finger.
"How did this go from someone fleeing for their lives from a demonic dog, to a conversation about what's bad in horror movies?" Ilia asked in bewilderment.
The chameleon faunus found herself receiving her answer in the form of Blake, Yang, and Mercury easing their eyebrows and pointing their hands towards the viewing screen.
"...Never mind." Ilia slowly said with a sigh before looking back at the viewing screen.
__________________________
Down in the streets in front of the apartment complex, Louis was now seen running out through the front doors.
"Help! There's a bear loose in my apartment." Louis cried out as he ran, causing several nearby people to give him looks of bewilderment. "Help. Help!"
__________________________
"How could you confuse that with a bear?" Nora asked with a raised brow.
"Fear can cause people to become delirious at times, Nora." Ren told his partner.
"Well. Given what we've seen out of these Terror Dogs, Louis might wish he was being chased by a bear." Jaune said as he gave the screen a hazarded look.
__________________________
Louis ran screaming across the street, prompting someone in their car to honk their horn at him. The terrified man ran all the way a wall, with the park just on the other side. Louis continued to scream for help as he climbed over that wall and into the park area.
"What?" One of the confused bystanders asked the bellhop faunus that stood in front of the apartment entrance.
"A bear in his apartment." The faunus bellhop said in disbelief.
Just then, the Terror Dog came lunging out from the building, knocking down the faunus bellhop and causing people to scream at it in surprise and fear. The Terror Dog ran across the street, and straight towards where Louis had run to, hopping over the wall towards the park.
__________________________
"Damn, that dog is fast." Yang said with a whistle.
"And probably relentless, too." Ilia added. "That Terror Dog thing must have a nose stronger than a bloodhound to know where Louis ran off to without actually seeing him."
"Never thought I'd prefer being chased by a Grimm." Ruby said with a shiver of fear down her spine. "At least with them, you could eventually try to calm down and mask where you are."
Upon hearing the words of Yang, Ilia, and Ruby, Cinder couldn't help but think to herself while glancing up. "Perhaps my Mistress would be open to the aspect of a Terror Dog Grimm. First I would have to understand everything they can do before I can get back to her with this idea. That and to be released from this place."
__________________________
Louis continued to run through the park as he fled from the Terror Dog. "I'm gonna bring this up at the next tenants' meeting. There's not supposed to be any pets in the building."
Louis continued to run until he found himself just outside a high-class restaurant where many a people sat and ate. Louis looked back behind him, as to see if the Terror Dog was still chasing him before he ran towards the restaurant.
Running up towards the window-walled restaurant, Louis placed his hands on one of the windows, prompting a few of the wealthy people inside to look towards him. Louis then ran towards the door to the restaurant, trying to open it up, only to find it was locked.
__________________________
"Louis does not seem to have the best of luck with locked doors." Penny said with a finger to her chin in thought.
"Which really doesn't help when he's being chased by Zuul's friend." Ruby said with a small cringe.
__________________________
"Let me in." Louis said in fear as he ran back around to find another way in. "There's gotta be a way in here. I gotta get—."
In his fear-driven state, Louis accidentally knocking down come chairs he ran by before he opted to hop over to the one of the large windows again.
"Please, somebody, let me in!" Louis shouted as he banged on the glass, his voice muffled to from the window.
__________________________
"They're not going let you in when you're banging on the glass and shouting like a mad man." Weiss pointed out to Louis. "At the very least, try to communicate that you're being chased."
"Given the looks of the people in the restaurant, they probably wouldn't even let him if being chased was his excuse." Emerald said.
"Not to mention that he's hardly up to dress code for a restaurant, like this." Roman said, taking a crack at the situation.
"Now, I know this restaurant is for the more... wealthy of people." Weiss replied to Emerald's statement. "But surely they all wouldn't just ignore someone being chased by dangerous creature."
"You clearly underestimate your fellow elites." Ilia thought to herself as she looked at Weiss.
"I don't know..." Emerald trailed off with a tone that said she knew Weiss would be wrong in this instance.
__________________________
Romantic dinner music played in the restaurant as the wealthy people gave Louis no mind. Louis, on the other hand, must have heard something behind him as the moment he turned around he jumped back a bit onto the glass wall.
The Terror Dog growled as it stalked its way over to Louis, all the while Louis tried to plead with the beast. "Nice doggie. Cut little pooch. Maybe I got a Milk-Bone."
However, the pleading was for not as the Terror Dog loudly snarled at Louis, prompting the terrified man to scream.
The people inside the restaurant watched as Louis have out muffled screams before he slid down against the window, causing it to squeak. Eventually the people in the restaurant went back to talking with each other, acting as if nothing had just happened.
__________________________
"You were saying?" Ilia asked Weiss with a boringly raised brow.
"Are you serious?!" Weiss nearly shouted at the screen in disbelief. "There's a man outside getting attacked by demon, and you're just choosing to ignore it?!"
"Not only ignore it, but apparently they don't even care about it all together." Yang commented with a face that was a mix of disapproval and being slightly impressed. "You'd think these people would have run away screaming from just seeing the Terror Dog."
"This is why barely associate myself with the Atlas elite, anymore." Winter scowled towards the screen with crossed arms.
"Why is it though, that they won't help Louis?" Penny questioned with a concerned, furrow eyed look.
"Well, Penny, I'm afraid that there are just some people in the world that are bad, without having to be criminals." Pietro told his daughter with a solemn look.
"Oh... I see." Penny said with a thoughtful look, though one could tell that she wasn't accustomed to the aspect of the world being full of grays."
Ruby cast a concerned glance towards Penny before she decided to bring up her bucket of popcorn towards her friend. "Popcorn?"
"Oh, why yes. Thank you, friend Ruby." Penny said with a smile before grabbing some popcorn from Ruby's bucket and placing them into her mouth.
Ruby smiled in return towards Penny, looking back to the screen as she started to eat some popcorn as well. However, just as Ruby was eating her popcorn, she froze in confusion as she started to think to herself. "Wait. Penny's an android. How can she eat?"

Back by the apartment complex, Qrow, dressed up for the occasion of a date, exited a taxi cab with a bouquet of flowers in his hand. He walked towards the entrance of the building as he was quick to notice the surrounding police officers and a cop car, the officers questioning the bystanders.
"Hey, what happened?" Qrow asked one of the officers.
"Some moron brought a cougar to to a party, and it went berserk." The cop answered Qrow.
__________________________
"The bellhop is right next to the police officer." Pyrrha said. "I'm certain he, let alone anyone in the apartment complex, would have seen if someone brought a man-sized animal to a party."
"You'd think this would have been easier to figure out." Ilia said with a bored look.
"Well, at least it does seem that they're looking into what happened and how the Terror Dog got there." Ruby said with some optimism before her face twisted a bit with an annoyed look as she thought back to the Dust robberies. "Unlike some officers."
__________________________
Qrow then walked towards the faunus bellhop, who was now using a crutch after the Terror Dog incident.
"Hi, I'm going up to Willow Schnee's." Qrow informed the bellhop. "Okay?"
__________________________
"Oh, no." Ruby said with a worried look.
At this, Weiss and Winter shared looks of concern with each other as to what state they would find their mother in.
__________________________
The faunus bellhop nodded his head towards the entrance of the building, allowing Qrow to enter.
Eventually Qrow made his way to to Willow's floor, walking down the hallways while giving questioning looks towards the broken pieces of wood that littered the floor.
Qrow eventually found himself slowing down as he passed by Louis's apartment, where he noticed police officers questioning the people inside the room.
"Tully, how do you spell that?" A police officer asked one of the party-goers from Louis's party.
"T-u-l-l-y." A woman told the officer.
"Owner here?" The cop asked.
"No." The woman replied.
"No. He ran out." A man told the officer as Qrow walked towards Willow's apartment.
Walking up to her door, Qrow knocked on it with a rhythmic beat before he waited for Willow to answer.
Eventually the door opened up to reveal Willow, who was now in sparkly orange dress with eye-shadow above her eyes. Her overall vibe seemed relaxed and slightly seductive.
"Hello?" Qrow asked Willow as she looked at him in a strange way. "That's a different look for you, isn't it?"
"Are you the Keymaster?" Willow asked in a sexy and seductive tone.
__________________________
"So she was possessed in the preview." Weiss muttered to herself.
"Keymaster?" Cinder inquired.
"Perhaps she's referring to her fellow Terror Dog." Ozpin theorized.
"Whatever the case, she's definitely been possessed by Zuul." Sienna said. "No Schnee would pose themselves in a provocative manner such as this."
"Is... that meant to be a compliment?" Winter asked Sienna with a confused look.
Sienna merely replied with a shrug. "It's not an insult, so take it as you will."
__________________________
Qrow looked at Willow for a moment before answering her. "Not that I know of."
With a somewhat annoyed look, Willow closed the door on Qrow.
Qrow, confused, opted to look through the front side of the peephole on the door before knocking again.
Willow opened it up once more, speaking in the same seductive tone as before. "Are you the Keymaster?"
"Yes." Qrow opted to answer this time, prompting Willow to let him in. "I'm a friend of his. He told me to meet him here."
__________________________
"Seems I'm going on for the more subtle approach." Qrow observed before taking a swing from his flask.
"A wise decision, even coming from you." Winter admitted to her rival. "Though your counterpart better have a plan when Zuul inevitably figures you out."
__________________________
Willow walked away from Qrow as he closed the door to her apartment.
"I didn't get your name." Qrow said to Willow as she continued to walk about.
"I am Zuul." Willow, otherwise the now named Zuul, answered Qrow. "I am the Gatekeeper."
__________________________
"So I think this does confirm that the Terror Dog that went after Mr. Tully is this Keymaster." Oobleck said.
"The Keymaster is the other Terror Dog, and Zuul is the Gatekeeper." Ironwood said as he gave the screen an analyzing look. "But this still begs the question of what their intentions are."
"Well, one things for sure." Qrow said as he looked at Ironwood. "Demons don't possess people without a reason."
"Technically, they're demigods." Oobleck corrected Qrow.
"Yeah, demigods that look like demons." Qrow shot back at the green haired man.
"Regardless of what they are, their presence undoubtedly alludes to something extraordinarily bad happening." Ozpin said with a grim look. "Most likely this big thing on the horizon my Ghostbuster counterpart is worrying about."
__________________________
"Oh." Qrow said before looking around Willow's apartment, noticing that her kitchen door was rimmed in blackened soot and some slime. Qrow's face showed that he had just realized what was going on before speaking again. "What are we doing today, Zuul?"
__________________________
Upon seeing the state of the entrance to Willow's kitchen, Weiss and Winter grew grim looks, fearing as to what happened to their mother in there.
__________________________
"We must prepare for the coming of Gozer." Zuul said as she entered Willow's bedroom, getting on top of the bed.
"Gozer, huh?" Qrow asked her as he continued to look around the living room.
"The Destructor." Zuul added as she looked back at Qrow.
__________________________
"Gozer, the Destructor?" Cinder mused with a thoughtful look, finding a nice ring to the title.
"That explains it then." Ruby said with a look of worry. "That Gozer person is behind all this."
"Now that just begs the question of what Gozer's plans are." Jaune said as he shared in his fellow leader's look of worry.
__________________________
Qrow then decided to walk towards Willow's bedroom, standing in the doorway as he stared at the possessed Willow Schnee. "Are we still going out?"
__________________________
"Heh. Asking the important questions, I see." Roman rhetorically stated with a small chuckle.
"I think I might be in a state of denial right now." Qrow said as he observed his other self. "Taking cracks at serious situations can sometimes be a fallback defense mechanism I use for coping."
"Who can blame him? The woman he fell in love with just got possessed by a wicked demigod." Glynda said with a look of sympathy.
Even though Winter didn't want to admit out loud, she too sympathized with Ghostbuster Qrow. If something ever happened to Weiss, Willow, or even Whitely, she wouldn't know what she would do. She would most likely put up a calm front, but deep down, she would be a mess. Though in her mind, she couldn't help but to give a small and quiet laugh at how it seemed the alternate version of Qrow actually loved her mother, more so than Jacques ever did.
__________________________
"You know, you could pick up the place if you're expecting someone." Qrow opted for a snarking tactic as he walked towards the bed.
"Do you want this body?" Zuul asked as she flexed about seductively.
"Is this a trick question?" Qrow asked Zuul as he looked down at her.
__________________________
And just like that, Winter went back to being annoyed with this version of Qrow. "I forgot we saw this in the preview. I wish I could forget it again."
"Yeah. This isn't one of Qrow's best aspects." Tai shook his head with sigh.
"Wait, then what do you think are my best aspects?" Qrow asked Tai with a raised brow.
Tai looked to the ceiling in thought before looking back at Qrow. "You're a great fighter, and you're not always an asshole."
"Oh, really?" Qrow asked Tai with an unimpressed look. "Thanks."
"You're welcome." Tai replied with a smile.
__________________________
Zuul arose up from the bed as Qrow continued to speak. "I guess the roses worked, huh?"
"Take me now..." Zuul told Qrow in a huskily voice. "Sub-creature."
__________________________
'Kinky.' Neo signed with a smirk.
"I take it Zuul likes being on top." Sienna commented with an even tone.
"Oh, yeah. She's horny." Mercury said.
"Oh, dear God." Weiss sighed, her face turning red from embarrassment as she placed it in her hands.
"It'll probably be best to vent an issues you have with this, right now." Blake told Weiss.
Weiss slowly removed her face from her hands as she looked at the cat faunus. "Believe me. I would. But there are some words best spoken when one is alone."
__________________________
"We never talk anymore." Qrow commented.
Zuul then opted to pull Qrow down onto the bed, getting on top of him as it appeared she was starting to try and have sex with him. "Woah! Easy. I made it a rule never to get involved with possessed people."
Zuul then used Willow's body to kiss Qrow, Zuul moaning as she did so.
__________________________
Almost everyone in the audience widened their eyes towards Zuul's lustful advances towards Qrow.
"It would seem Zuul has a strong desire to mate with friend Ruby's uncle." Penny said in observation.
"Oh, dear." Pietro said with wide eyes of surprise.
"I just gets worse..." Weiss said with eyes of filled with horror.
"Please don't tell me we're not actually gonna watch uncle Qrow have sex with Weiss's mom." Yang said as she and Ruby shared faces of uncomfortableness. "Who's also possessed."
"It did seem that Zuul was acting sex-craved." Pyrrha said with a blush of embarrassment on her face.
"Frankly, I'm surprised it took her this long." Cinder added in as she took some popcorn from Mercury's bucket.
"I need someone to hit me in the head. Really hard." Winter said as she gave the viewing screen a deadpan stare.
"She's quite literally a bitch in heat." Sienna muttered as she rose her brow at the scene.
"So... how does it feel to watch yourself get molested by a possessed Willow Schnee?" Tai asked as he, Ozpin, Oobleck, Port, and Ironwood looked at the bad luck huntsman.
"No comment." Qrow said with his hands raised a bit.
"Please tell me this isn't going where I think it's going." Glynda said as she turned to face Vortech.
"Just watch." Vortech replied to her while pointing his staff at the screen.
__________________________
When Qrow was able to separate his lips from Zuul's, he spoke. "Actually, it's more of a guideline than a rule. You know, I can flip..."
Qrow then proceeded to flip Zuul over so that she was on the bottom, and he was on top.
"I want you inside me." Zuul told Qrow, making it obvious she was done with foreplay.
__________________________
"Mother of God!" Winter shouted. "I don't need to see this!"
"I really shouldn't care that much, but I almost pity the prissy and rich one and two." Roman told Neo with a shake of his head. "No person should have to suffer watching their parent have sex."
"This is starting to sound more and more like a porno with each passing second." Emerald bluntly commented.
All Weiss could do at the moment was groan into the palms of her hands in embarrassment.
__________________________
Qrow couldn't help but chuckle as Zuul tried to have sex with him. "Go ahead. No, I can't. Sounds like you got at least two people in there already. Might be a little crowded."
Qrow then got off from Zuul and off of the bed, trying to keep her from getting on him again. "Come on, I... I... Why don't you just quit trying to upset and disturb Dr. Branwen and just relax?"
Qrow then placed Zuul's arms on her chest as she started to breath heavily. "Lie down there. Relax. Put your hands on your chest. What is really like to do is talk to Willow. I want to talk to Willow. Willow? It's Qrow."
"There is no Willow. There is only Zuul." Zuul told Qrow as she tried to get up.
__________________________
As concerning as Zuul's words currently were, Winter couldn't help but let out an inward sigh of relief. "Hard to believe it was Qrow that stopped all of that."
"What? You saying I have no self-control when it comes to beautiful women?" Qrow asked Winter.
""Well..."" The combination of Tai, Oobleck, and Port said as they trailed off.
"No one asked for the peanut gallery to speak." Qrow said as he shot his friends a glare.
"Hey, Weiss. Did my uncle just call your mom beautiful?" Yang asked her teammate with a smirk.
"What? No, he said beautiful women. Plural." Weiss responded to Yang's smirking comment.
"But, technically, Qrow roped your mom into that mix." Yang said as her smirk stayed, soon looking at Blake. "Blake, you heard it too, right?"
"I heard it all right." Blake replied with a small smile, joining in on Yang's teasing of Weiss.
"Awe. Uncle Qrow has a crush on Weiss's mom." Ruby swooned a bit before eating some more popcorn.
"You all are taking one sentence and delving way too deep into it." Weiss told off the rest of her team.
"The media in a nutshell." Nora commented off to the side.
"I don't know, Weiss." Ruby said to her partner with a smirk. "I think you might be in denial."
"Denial? You're accusing me of being in denial?" Weiss asked Ruby, only to find her entire team smirking at the heiress. "...This is why I can never fully tolerate all of you."
"Awe. We never fully tolerate you too." Yang said as gave Weiss a bright smile.
__________________________
"Oh, Zuulie, you nut. Now, come on." Qrow told the possessed Willow as he set her down again. "Come on. I want to talk to Willow. Willow. Just relax. Come on. Willow. Willow. Can I talk to Willow?"
Zuul's bared her teeth at Qrow as she growled in a deep a and demonic voice. "ThErE iS nO wIlLoW, oNlY zUuL."
__________________________
Once again, a majority of the audience couldn't help but freeze in shock and slight fear.
"Okay. Now might be a good time to leave." Roman said as he found himself extremely disturbed by Zuul's demonic voice.
'It's time to get the hell out of Vacuo.' Neo signed with wide eyes of fear.
"I was not expecting that to come out of Zuul's mouth." Ilia said in equal shock.
"I... don't think any of us were." Ren slowly said as he found himself being clung into by Nora, while Jaune clung onto Pyrrha, not that she complained.
"I kind of was." Mercury admitted while munching on some popcorn.
"How are not fazed by this?" Emerald asked Mercury as she was starting to get freaked out with this universe. Even Cinder was taken aback a bit by Zuul's sudden demonic voice, but was quick to recover.
"Watch enough horror movies, and you slowly lose your sense of fearing anything horror-related." Mercury replied to Emerald without looking at her.
"You okay, Weiss?" Yang asked her ebony-haired teammate.
"My mother is possessed by a demon. A demon who spoke in a horrific tone that my mother is gone." Weiss told Yang as she stared wide eyed towards the viewing screen. "Quite frankly, I'm a little too terrified to form the proper words to describe my feelings towards the situation."
At this, Yang decided to be a good friend and pay Weiss on the shoulder. "Hang in there, Weiss. I'm sure everything is gonna turn out okay in the end. By the way, Ruby, how you holding up."
Upon looking at her little sister, Yang found Ruby shaking a bit in her seat as she clutched her popcorn bucket. "Not... good..."
__________________________
"What a lovely singing voice you must have." Qrow commented to Willow. "Now I'm gonna count to three, Zuulie. And if I don't get to talk to Willow, there's gonna be some real trouble in this apartment,I think."
Qrow then got off from Zuul, his hand still on her chest as he started to count down. "One..."
Immediately the possessed Willow's eyes rolled in the back of her head as Zuul growled.
Qrow gave Zuul a concerned look as he continued to count down. "Two..."
Zuul started to breath heavily in a demonic tone as she thrashed her head left a land right.
"Two-and-a-half..." Qrow warned with a face of apprehension.
Zuul then started to growl and roar as Qrow watched her slowly float off of the bed, her hands roaming over her body as she did so.
As Zuul continued to float up and growl, Qrow slowly stood up from his crouching position, watching as Zuul slowly turned over until she was look at the bed, her dress hanging down.
__________________________
"Huh..." Was all Qrow could comment towards the scene.
"I was expecting her to explode in rage, given her angered roars." Port said as she stared towards the levitating spectacle. "I was not expecting this."
"That's taking sleeping above the covers to whole 'nother level." Tai said with a surprised look.
"I know we've seen ghosts levitate and fly, but we've thus far never seen a more physical entity do such a thing." Oobleck pointed out as he adjusted his glasses while also jotting down in his notebook.
"This might be your counterpart's warning that talking with Zuul isn't going to cut it." Ozpin stated as he looked at Qrow.
__________________________
Qrow looked at Zuul by getting on the bed below her. "Please come down."
After inspecting Qrow's face for a moment, Zuul roared at Qrow, causing Qrow to jump back a bit in surprise.
__________________________
"Jeez!" Ruby shouted a bit as she jumped back in her chair in equal surprise.
"Someone's cranky." Mercury commented towards the scene.
"Ah, there's the rage I was expecting." Port said with a nod.
"A Schnee roaring like an animal." Sienna muttered to herself, the irony of scene not lost to her. "Talk about a Freaky Friday."
__________________________
Back near the park, a disheveled Louis Tully ran about.
"I am the Keymaster." Louis said in a crazed state as he ran about, scaring a woman before she and her husband ran off. "The Destructor will come!"
Louis panted as he ran, passing by a few faunus street performers who were dancing and playin instruments. "I must seek out the Destroyer."
__________________________
"Well, here's ugly number two." Qrow commented as everyone watched the possessed Louis Tully move about in a crazed-like state.
"The Terror Dog that possessed Mr. Tully seems a bit more reckless and wild compared to its counterpart." Oobleck observed.
__________________________
Louis then started sniffing around a bit in the area he was drawn the whining of a horse. "Gatekeeper."
The crazed Louis then walked up in a strange fashion towards a horse that attached to a carriage. The carriage driver was currently talking to someone as Louis starting speaking to the horse.
"I am Vinz." Louis, otherwise known as the now named Vinz spoke to the horse. "Vinz Clortho, Keymaster of Gozer—Volguus Zildrohar, Lord of the Sebouillia. Are you the Gatekeeper?"
__________________________
"No. That's a horse." Ren said with a deadpan tone.
"How can he confuse a demon dog with a horse?" Nora questioned.
"Well, besides his... obvious confusion, we at least know his name." Pyrrha said after giving Vinz a strange look. "Vinz Clortho."
"That sounds like a guy's name." Jaune pointed out.
"That's because Vinz is male." Vortech said from his throne.
"Well, that definitely explains why he seems more wild than Zuul." Blake said. "If we're going off the assumption that Terror Dogs share a few similarities with regular dogs, the males tend to be a bit more anxious than the females."
"We can attest to that." Yang said, raising her hand slightly as Ruby nodded in agreement. "Zwei's had his wild moments."
"The dog from the Gremlins preview, right?" Weiss asked the two sisters.
"Wait, those things are real?" Emerald decided to cut into the conversation with a raised brow.
"In one of the previews for the other universes we saw, yes." Weiss answered the mint-haired girl.
"Yeah, that was Zwei." Ruby said, answering Weiss's question.
Weiss nodded in return to Ruby as she gave a thought towards the corgi they had seen in the Gremlins preview.
"It also seems that we know more about Gozer." Cinder pitched into the conversation. "Gozer's titles, anyways."
"Yeah, I have no idea what they mean, but they sound intimidating and important." Yang through in her two cents.
"It definitely looks like things are moving towards something big and bad." Ruby said with a look of worry. "I don't know what Gozer wants, but it can't mean anything good."
__________________________
"Hey, he pulls the wagon. I make the deals." The carriage driver called out to Vinz, noticing that he was talking to the horse. "You want a ride?"
At this, Vinz narrowed his eyes at the carriage driver before snarling at him, casting the driver a pink-eyed demonic glare. This prompted the driver to widen his eyes a bit at Vinz.
__________________________
"That's a sign of demonic possession if I've ever seen one." Mercury commented with moldy wide eyes.
"Like any wild animal, Vinz seems quick to agitate." Cinder mused to herself as she looked at the demonic eyes Vinz was flashing off.
__________________________
Vinz then turned his attention back to the horse after glaring at the driver. "Wait for the sign. Then all prisoners will be released."
Vinz then started to run off while yelling. "You will perish in flame, you and all your kind. Gatekeeper!"
__________________________
"It seems Vinz isn't too fond of humanity." Winter said.
"Can't blame him." Ilia muttered to herself, though Blake had heard as she cast her a disapproving yet sympathetic look.
"I'm more concerned with what Vinz said about prisoners being released." Ozpin said as he furrowed his eyes towards the screen. "What prisoners could he be referring to?"
"Well these prisoners must be supernatural related." Pietro said as a thought came to him. "Perhaps he's talking about all the ghosts the Ghostbusters have caught."
"Given everything that's transpiring at the moment, that seems like a high probability." Ironwood said as he placed his chin on his knuckles, worry etched into his face.
__________________________
While running off, Vinz ran over a homeless woman's bag of food, causing her yell at him in anger. The carriage driver watched as Vinz ran off before commenting. "What an asshole."
__________________________
"You can say that again." Roman said with aight chuckle before looking at towards his partner in crime. "You know, Neo, I'm starting to like this New York place."
__________________________
The viewing made a quick cut to show a police officer knocking on the front door of the Ghostbusters' Firehouse, in which Glynda was soon to answer.
"Dropping off or picking up?" Glynda asked the officer.
"Dropping off." The cop replied.
"Just a moment." Glynda said as she went back inside.
__________________________
"Who could they be dropping off at this hour?" Glynda questioned with a raised brow, while Ozpin shrugged in response.
__________________________
It was shown that officer had arrived in a prisoner transport truck, the faint chatter of police over the radio could be heard as the officer waited patiently for Glynda to return.
Soon enough, Glynda came back out with Ozpin at her side.
"You a Ghostbuster?" The officer asked Ozpin.
"Yes." Ozpin answered.
"We picked up this guy. Now we don't know what to do with him." The officer started to explain as he led Ozpin towards the transport truck. "Bellevue doesn't want him, and I'm afraid to put him in lock-up. And I know you guys are into this stuff, so I'd figure we'd check with you."
"All right." Ozpin complied as he walked towards the transport truck.
Inside the truck, Vinz was shown strapped in a straight jacket with a police officer at his side as he looked at Ozpin. "Are you the Gatekeeper?"
__________________________
"Huh. That was quick." Yang commented with a surprised look.
"Even got him in the ol' straight jacket." Roman said.
"It makes sense." Glynda said. "Vinz has been going around like a raving lunatic. People would have called the police on him for certain."
"It was also a good idea to bring him to Ghostbusters." Ruby said, commending the police officer. "Now the Ghostbusters can try and figure out Gozer's plans."
"The Firehouse was practically the only place the office could have sent Vinz to." Weiss said. "With all the cultish babble he's talking about, who else to try and take him to other than people who deal with the supernatural."
__________________________
Ozpin said nothing as he brought up his PKE meter, the device humming quickly, indicating the paranormal relation Vinz had.
"You'd better bring him inside." Ozpin told the police officer, who nodded in return.
As the officer went to being out Vinz, Ozpin walked away with Glynda walking up to him.
"You are so kind to take care of that man." Glynda complimented her boss. "You know, you are a real humanitarian."
"I don't think he's human." Ozpin replied to Glynda as they walked back to the Firehouse.
__________________________
"There goes that compliment out the window." Qrow said with a small smirk.
"This version of you, Glynda, is really doing her best to get into Ozpin's graces here." Tai told the platinum blonde with a teasing tone. "You sure there's nothing really going on between you two?"
Ironwood narrowed his eyes at Tai as Glynda responded to the father of two. "I'm sorry. Do you want to join in what I'm going to do to Qrow?"
Immediately Tai widened his eyes before he shook his head at Glynda.
"You're still mad about that?" Qrow asked Glynda. "Again, it wasn't me me who said it."
Glynda merely raised her brow at Qrow in responses.
At this, Qrow sighed with a lowered head. "Right. I'm the closest Qrow near you."
__________________________
The sound of keyboard clicking was heard as Vinz was shown hooked up to the Aura video-analyzer, the computer screen showing the image of Vinz's true Terror Dog face as Ozpin observed him.
__________________________
"So that's what the device does at its full potential." Pietro said with an intrigued look.
"It's fascinating that for people who's technology is robust compared to that of our Remnant, that it's able to accomplish something this advanced." Penny said in equal intrigue.
__________________________
"What did you say your name was?" Ozpin asked Vinz.
"Vinz Clortho, Keymaster of Gozer." Vinz said.
"Well, according to this, his name's Louis Tully." Glynda said after looking up from a notepad handed to her by one of the officers from before as she gave it to Ozpin. "He lives on Central Park West."
As Ozpin looked over the notepad, Glynda spoke to Vinz. "Do you want some, uh, coffee, Mr. Tully?"
"Do I?" Vinz asked Ozpin.
"Yes, have some." Ozpin told Vinz.
"Yes, have some." Vinz relayed back to Glynda with a goofy smile.
Glynda gave Vinz an odd look before walking off.
__________________________
"For an evil demigod he's... certainly slow-minded." Cinder said as she rose her brow at Vinz.
"Just like regular dogs." Blake added towards the sentiment given by her fellow raven-head.
"For something as gruesome as Vinz, he's acts a lot like a lost puppy." Ruby commented as she too gave Vinz an odd look. "It would almost be cute if, you know, he wasn't evil."
__________________________
"Vinz, you said before you were waiting for a sign." Ozpin spoke to Vinz as he sat down beside him. "What sign are you waiting for?"
"Gozer the Traveler." Vinz answered Ozpin. "He will come in one of the pre-chosen forms. During the rectification of the Vuldronaii, the Traveler came as the large and moving Torb. Then, during the third reconciliation of the last of the Meketrex supplicants, they chose a new form for him, that of a giant Sloar!"
As Vinz explained to Ozpin, Ozpin and Glynda shared with each other concerned looks as Vinz continued to speak. "Many Shubs and Zulls knew what it was to be roasted in the depths of the Sloar that day, I can tell you."
__________________________
"So, from the sound of things, if Gozer arrives, he'll destroy Remnant." Winter said with a furrowed gaze.
"Gods being the end of civilization. Where have I heard that one before?" Ozpin rhetorically questioned in his mind as he reminded what the Brothers would if he should fail in his task.
"Given the names Vinz has listed off, as strange as they sound, it seems Gozer has the destruction of many an ancient civilization." Oobleck observed. "Fitting for one named the Destructor, yet nevertheless worrisome."
"What I wanna know is what kind of creature is called a Sloar?" Nora asked in curiosity. "It sounds close to a sloth. Is it a sloth? Does it look like a sloth?"
"No, it does not look like a sloth." Vortech told the ginger-haired bomber with deadpanned annoyance. "Think of Sloars as massive, bipedal, humanoid figures with dark skin and a reptilian like head. They generally exist in hell dimensions."
"Well that's a fun thought." Yang's voice dropped with sarcasm.
"Hey, she asked." Vortech replied to Yang as he pointed his staff at Nora.
__________________________
"Ozpin?" Glynda called over to Ozpin with a smile, motioning him to come to her.
"Excuse me." Ozpin told Vinz as he got and walked over to Glynda.
"There's something very strange about that man." Glynda told Ozpin with a concerned look before she looked over to see Vinz sniffing a large jar of popcorn.
__________________________
"What was your first hint?" Glynda gave her counterpart an incredulous look.
__________________________
"Listen, I'm usually very psychic, and I have a terrible feeling that something awful's gonna happen to you." Glynda told Ozpin as Vinz went over to pick up and sniff a pizza. "I'm afraid you're gonna die."
Glynda then leaned onto Ozpin as he nervously, yet calmly, wrapped one hand around her in a hug.
__________________________
"Awe. That's so sweet." Ruby swooned at the Ghostbuster variants of Glynda and Ozpin hugging, or at least Ozpin attempting a hug.
"The psychic part is definitely bull, but it's obvious that she does care for him." Sienna commented. "Very painfully so."
At this, Glynda couldn't help but sigh with her head in her hand. A small blush of embarrassment on her face.
__________________________
Just then the dial-up scroll rang, prompting Vinz to get up.
"I'll get it." Ozpin said, quickly moving away from Glynda as he went to answer the scroll.
__________________________
"Heh. That was quick." Qrow said with a chuckle.
"Yeah, I don't think this Ozpin is the kind that's comfortable with being intimate with other people." Tai said, agreeing with Qrow's comment.
"I don't think that's going to deter this Glynda though." Ironwood said with a small frown of jealousy.
__________________________
"Hello?" Ozpin asked over the scroll as he sat down, Vinz walking over to pick up the other end of it.
"Ozpin, it's Qrow." Qrow said over the line.
"Thanks, I've got it." Ozpin told Vinz as he took the other end of the dial-up scroll from him.
"I have some news from the world of Gozer." Qrow said as she was shown in Willow's room, where Zuul was shown sleeping on the bed.
__________________________
"How the heck did he knock out Zuul?" Jaune asked with a befuddled look.
"Cause I'm just that awesome." Qrow plainly said with a shrug.
"Well, I doubt your counterpart could have knocked her out on his own." Glynda replied to Qrow with a roll of her eyes. "He didn't have his pack with him, and Zuul clearly has shown to possess great supernatural powers."
"Like I said. I'm awesome." Qrow shot back at Glynda as he took a swing of his flask.
"I'm just glad uncle Qrow's okay." Ruby said with a sigh of relief. "Without any aura or huntsmen training, I was really doubting his odds."
"Wow. So much for confidence." Qrow said to his youngest niece with an almost betrayed look.
__________________________
"What is it, Qrow?" Ozpin asked him.
"I'm here with Willow Schnee." Qrow told Ozpin. "It seems the Goze has been putting some moves on my would-be girlfriend."
"How is she?" Ozpin asked as it was shown that clothes were scattered on the bedroom floor with other various items.
"I think we can get her a guest shot on Wild Kingdom." Qrow commented as he was shown sitting by a dresser, his coat having been removed. "I just whacked her up with about 300 cc's of Thorazine. She's gonna take a little nap now, but, uh... she says she's the Gatekeeper. Does that make any sense to you?"
__________________________
"Thorazine?" Weiss asked, though she had widened her eyes as the name immediately caused her to think it was some form of medication.
"Anxiety medication." Vortech stated.
"Huh. Apparently demigods can get drugged." Yang said with an impressed look.
"Looks like your uncle had a bit of trouble drugging her though." Blake pointed out.
"Pretty impressive for a guy without any weapons." Mercury complimented Ghostbuster Qrow.
As everyone else talked, Winter stared at the screen for a moment, not removing her eyes as she started to speak with Qrow. "You just drugged my mother. I should be crossed beyond measure, but considering that she was also possessed by a demon, I also can't help but commend you."
At this, Qrow couldn't help but raise his brow towards Winter. "So... you going somewhere with this?"
"I'm merely saying that I won't join Glynda in kicking your ass." Winter replied to Qrow with a deadpan.
"Oh. Well, much obliged." Qrow nodded to Winter before looking back at the screen.
__________________________
"Some." Ozpin answered over the line before the viewing went back to the Firehouse where Ozpin and Glynda were shown sitting together, watching as Vinz was messing with some stuff towards the side, grabbing the coffee pot and drinking the water that was in it. "I just met the Keymaster. He's here with me now."
"Oh, wonderful." Qrow commented as the viewing switched back to him. "We have to get these two together."
Vinz was shown drinking the water from the coffee pot with a smile as Ozpin replied to Qrow's comment. "I think that would be extraordinarily dangerous."
__________________________
"No kidding." Qrow said before taking a swing of his flask.
"The very fact alone that Zuul and Vinz are looking for each other says that in doing so, chaos will ensue." Ozpin agreed with Qrow and his counterpart's sentiment.
__________________________
"Okay, well, hold onto him." Qrow told Ozpin. "I'll be over there in a little while."
"Good." Ozpin said as he hung up the scroll.
Vinz walked over to Ozpin and Glynda with a pan in his hand, handing it over to Ozpin.
"Thank you, Vinz." Ozpin told Vinz speaking towards Glynda. "We have to find Barty. I need him here immediately."
After saying this, Vinz handed Ozpin the nearby lamp.
Back at Willow's apartment, Qrow was shown leaning down towards the sleeping Zuul, grabbing her hand as he looked at his watch. "Bad news, honey. I gotta go to work."
Qrow then kissed the possessed Willow's hand before continuing to speak. "Hey, will you stay here in bed until I get back?"
Qrow then proceeded to kiss Zuul right below the neck before walking away.
__________________________
At this, Weiss and Winter couldn't help but twitch their eyes in annoyance.
"Keep pushing it, drunk." Winter muttered quietly.
In return, Qrow couldn't help but shake his head. "My counterpart's playboy attitude is gonna be the death of me.
"Come on, Weiss. This isn't all that bad." Ruby tried to alleviate her partner's feeling. "I mean, you told us how you dad is. Is my uncle really that much worse of an option."
"Look, I know that. And I'm sure your uncle is a... tolerable person." Weiss said as she glanced at Qrow. "But are you telling me that you wouldn't be the least bit skeptical if someone starting hitting on your father?"
"No, not really." Ruby replied with a shake of her head. "I think my dad would do good with a girlfriend."
Weiss responded with a look of mild disbelief. "I will never truly understand the way you think, Ruby Rose."
"And that is fine." Ruby replied with a straight face before eating some more popcorn.
__________________________
The viewing then showed the Ecto-1 roaming through the highways at night, Tai and Oobleck inside of the vehicle with the former as the driver.
"Hey, Barty, do you believe in God?" Tai asked Oobleck.
"Never met him." Oobleck said as he wa shown analyzing some blueprints.
"Yeah, well, I do." Tai said with a smile. "I love Jesus's style, you know."
__________________________
"So, you're a praying man." Qrow commented towards Tai.
"I've had my moments." Tai admitted with a shrug. "But, uh, who's Jesus?"
"In this universe, alongside many, many others, he the son of God, a high celestial being that has existed in many universes." Vortech told Taiyang. "Sometimes, Jesus is viewed as God's incarnation. Adored and worshipped by trillions."
"Interesting." Oobleck said as he jotted down in his notes.
"If he's more tolerable than the Brothers, he's good in my book." Ozpin thought to himself.
__________________________
"This roofcap is made of a magnesium-tungsten alloy." Oobleck said as he continued to look over the blueprints, a cigarette in his mouth before he took it out.
"What are you so involved with there?" Tai asked Oobleck.
"These are the blueprints for the structural ironwork in Willow Schnee's apartment building, and they're very, very strange." Oobleck told Taiyang as he observed the blueprints.
__________________________
"What does the building have to do with it?" Jaune asked.
"Well... we know the Terror Dogs were statues on the rooftop, and someone had to have put them there, so I guess that's a reason." Ruby theorized with an unsure look.
"Yeah, but they wouldn't know that the Terror Dogs were up there." Jaune reminded Ruby.
"Yeah, okay. But my point still stands that there is reason to look into the blueprints." Ruby said with a raised finger.
__________________________
As Oobleck continued to look over the blueprints, Tai glanced at him for a moment. "Hey, Barty... do you remember something in the Bible about the last days, when the dead would rise from the grave?"
__________________________
"The Bible?" Oobleck questioned. "Is this perhaps some form of religious text relating to this Jesus individual?"
"Correct." Vortech told the bespectacled teacher. "It's quite widely known."
"It sounds like it has some interesting subjects." Ren commented. "I can't say I've ever heard of a religion where the last days of the world would result in the dead rising from the grave."
"Uh, Ren, I know that you have seen zombie apocalypse movies." Nora told her partner with a straight look.
"I mean religious-wise." Ren replied to Nora.
"Well, most people think the Grimm will be the end of the world." Ozpin stated.
"Yes. Not many people rationalize any other ending other than the Grimm." Oobleck said as he looked towards the screen.
"Hmph. The end for all of you, perhaps." Cinder thought to herself as she glanced around. "But only the beginning for what my Mistress envisions."
__________________________
After taking a sip from a can of beer, Oobleck thought on Tai's question. "I remember Revelations 7:12. "And I looked as he opened the sixth seal. And, behold, there was a great earthquake. And the sun became as black as sackcloth. And the moon became as blood."
"And the seas boiled, and the skies fell." Tai finished the quote.
"Judgement Day." Oobleck said.
"Judgement Day." Tai repeated while pointing at Oobleck.
__________________________
"That... does not sound pretty." Emerald said with furrowed eyes as she shook her head.
"Sounds like a pretty dark religion." Mercury commented.
"Yeah. The sun turning black and the moon becoming blood-red?" Yang asked with disturbed look. "Sounds like hell."
"It is a little interesting to hear what the end of the world would be for a different religion." Blake said. "As bleak as this judgment day sounds."
"Bleak's definitely a word for it." Qrow said with a grim look.
"The end of the world in this Bible sounds like absolute chaos." Ironwood said in agreement with Qrow.
"Hmm. I wonder if that might have been anything close to what the Brothers did to exterminate the first age of humanity." Ozpin thought to himself. He wouldn't put it past them, but given that all he had to go on as to the fate of the first age of mankind was his ex-wife, he couldn't be too sure.
__________________________
"Every ancient religion has its own myth about the end of the world." Oobleck told Tai before putting his cigarette back in his mouth.
"Myth?" Tai asked Oobleck. "Barty, has it ever occurred to you that maybe the reason we've been so busy lately is because the dead have been rising from the grave?"
__________________________
"That's... a probability." Pyrrha said with a perturbed look. "What with Gozer's plans and all."
"I hope that isn't the case, though." Ruby said, sharing in Pyrrha's concern. "Otherwise their world is going to be overrun by ghosts."
__________________________
Oobleck slowly glanced at Tai, his face showing that he was unnerved by the prospect. "How about a little music."
"Yeah." Tai added in agreement, letting out a small and scoffing bitter chuckle as he put a cigarette to his mouth.
__________________________
"Huh." Tai uttered as he looked towards the screen. "Talk about a change of subject. I don't think I've ever seen you this shook up other then whenever Goliaths were brought into the conversation."
"Well, our counterparts are discussing the potential end of their world." Oobleck replied to Taiyang with a serious look. "I doubt anyone wouldn't be disturbed about such a subject. Especially in the manner in which their world might end."
"Yeah. That's for sure." Tai quietly said as he crossed his arms.
__________________________
Morning had started to come as Tai and Oobleck continued to drive the Ecto-1 across the highways and bridges of New York.
The viewing went back to the Firehouse, where two vehicles were shown pulling up to. One of a police car while the other was a technician's van. A third, red car pulled up as well before Walter Peck was shown walking towards the Firehouse with a brow face in hand. A man in a beige suit stepped out of the red car, walking over to Peck as he handed him a file. Peck nodded to the man as the technician exited his van, and a cop exited his car.
__________________________
"Guess who's back." Sienna said with a bland look.
"And most likely with a court order." Ironwood said with a sigh.
"This is why you don't deny a government official when they're doing an investigation." Winter told Qrow.
"Peck had nothing on us." Qrow shot back. "Vortech said it himself, the stuff we use could hardly cause an environmental mishap."
"But the fact that you denied him entry would tell Peck you're hiding something." Ozpin said to Qrow.
"In other words, were about reap what you sowed." Tai said to his old friend with a deadpan look.
"Oh, come on. It's not my fault Peck's being a jackass." Qrow said before he took a swing of his flask.
"But it is your fault for pushing him to do so." Glynda told Qrow with a stern look.
__________________________
Inside the Firehouse, Glynda was currently making some coffee as Peck, tailed by the cop and the technician, entered the building.
"This way." Peck said as he led the technician and the police officer inside the Firehouse.
Glynda soon noticed that the trio were walking into the Firehouse and tried to stop them. "Excuse me. Excuse me! Just where do you think you're going?"
"Step aside, miss, or I'll have you arrested for interfering with a police officer." Peck warned Glynda.
"Oh, no." Glynda snapped at Peck. "Hold on. I've seen TV. I know you can't come in here without a warrant or a writ or something."
"Cease and desist all commerce order, seizure of premises and chattels, ban of the use of public utilities for non-licensed waste-handlers, and a federal entry and inspection order." Peck sternly told Glynda while holding up the file he was handed earlier before moving past her with the cop and technician in tow.
__________________________
"Yep. They have a warrant." Ironwood said.
"Wow. I've never seen anyone push past Miss Goodwitch like that." Yang said with surprised look.
"I know, right?" Nora said with equal shock.
"It is a different universe." Pyrrha said. "And this version of Miss Goodwitch hasn't been shown to have the same sternness as ours."
"One thing is for certain, though. The Ghostbusters are about to be out of the job." Cinder pointed out as she looked towards the screen.
"He pulled the no license card on you guys." Roman said with a tsk. "Really should have been more prepared."
"Oh, come on. We're a legitimate business." Qrow stated. "We're famous across the entire city. Peck's full of nothing but bull."
__________________________
Down in the basement, Ozpin was searching through a shelf with Vinz at his side.
"Vinz, there's one more test I'd like to perform, if—." Ozpin started to say before the sound of shoes walking down the stairs were heard.
"Ozpin!" Glynda called out to her boss as she came down the steps with Peck, the technician, and the cop. "I tried to stop them. He says they have a warrant."
"Excuse me, this is private property." Ozpin tried to halt Peck.
"Shut this off. Shut these all off." Peck told the technician in regards to the containment unit, ignoring Ozpin.
__________________________
"He wants to shut off the machines keeping the ghosts inside?" Pietro asked with a horrified look.
"The sigh Vinz was waiting for." Ruby said in equal horror.
"All prisoners will be released." Ozpin quoted as his eyes slowly widened.
"Shit." Glynda quietly cursed in a rare moment.
"This... is very troublesome." Penny said, coming up with the best words she could think of to describe the situation.
__________________________
"I'm warning you, turning off these machines would be extremely hazardous." Ozpin stated.
"I'll tell you what's hazardous." Peck pointed at Ozpin, with Vinz mimicking his pointing posture. "You're facing federal prosecution for at least a half a dozen environmental violations. Now, either you shut off these beams or we shut them off for you."
__________________________
"Again, what violations, you jackass?!" Qrow shouted towards the screen.
"Now I'm slowly starting to agree with Qrow." Tai said. "The only crime actually committed here was denying a federal official access to inspect the containment unit."
"It's the government." Sienna said with crossed arms. "They always find a way to half-ass the system."
"Like terrorism isn't half-assing it either." Winter muttered as she looked off to the side with a scowl.
__________________________
Back outside, Qrow exited a taxi cab, paying the driver as he walked towards the Firehouse, quick to notice the vehicles pulled up towards the building with a few police officers.
Back in the basement, Ozpin was shown trying to guard the switch that would turn off the containment unit with Glynda and Vinz behind him. "Try to understand. This is a high-voltage laser-containment system. Simply turning it off would be like dropping a bomb in the city."
"Don't patronize me." Peck snapped at Ozpin. "I'm not grotesquely stupid, like the people you bilk."
__________________________
"They're not bilking you, though!" Weiss shouted out. "If you shut off that machine, all hell is going to break loose!"
"Yeah, and those people aren't stupid." Ruby added alongside Weiss as she gave Peck a disapproving look. "They actually see ghosts."
"Non-believer!" Nora shouted at the screen.
"Well, dumbass government yuppie aside, we at least get to see the climax of the situation." Mercury commented as he intently watched the viewing.
"Oh, yeah. He's definitely about to screw over the city." Emerald voiced her agreement. "Very hard."
__________________________
Qrow was then shown walking down the stairs to the basement as he then spoke to the police officer. "At ease, officer. I'm Qrow Branwen. I think there's just been a slight misunderstanding, and I want to cooperate any in way I can."
"Forget it, Branwen." Peck pointed at Qrow before walking up to him. "You had your chance to cooperate, but you thought it'd be more fun to insult me. Well, now it is my turn, wise-ass."
__________________________
"Better a wise-ass than a dumbass." Qrow shot towards Peck as he high-fived Taiyang.
"Witty comebacks aside, I don't I've ever seen Qrow try and comply with law enforcement." Winter commented with a mildly surprised look.
"It probably helps that he knows he'll get thrown in jail for doing the opposite." Tai replied to her. "He's not a huntsmen here, and entrepreneurs aren't exactly above the law."
"I'd wager that it's more so my counterpart still wants to tick off Preck." Qrow said with a small smirk.
__________________________
"He wants to shut down the protection grid, Qrow." Ozpin informed his friend.
"You shut that thing down, and we are not gonna be held responsible for whatever happens." Qrow warned Peck.
"You'll be held responsible." Peck told Qrow.
"No, we won't be." Qrow denied.
__________________________
"If something dangerous does actually happen from Peck shutting off the grid, the blame will be more so placed onto him." Ironwood said.
"Unless he makes up some bat-shit lie that people end up believing." Roman said with his hands behind his head.
"We'll see how he gets through his excuse though." Qrow said as he cracked his knuckles.
"Hey, I'm routing for you guys here. And that's surprising coming from me." Roman said to Qrow before looking towards the screen with a smile. "I'd love nothing more than to see a government pansy get the boot."
__________________________
"Shut it off." Peck ordered the technician.
"Don't shut it off." Qrow warned the technician while pointing at him. "I'm warning you."
The technician gave an awkward and unsure look between Qrow and Peck. "Um, I... I've never seen anything like this before. I don't know—."
"Yeah, I'm not interested in your opinion." Peck interrupted the technician. "Just shut it off."
__________________________
"You could be nicer to the man." Penny pouted at Peck's actions. "It's not like you brought in an individual with a higher understanding of these machines. What are you expecting?"
"I think he's too pissed with uncle Qrow to cafe about much else, right now." Yang told Penny.
__________________________
With a slight movement of his eyes, the technician started to walk over to where Ozpin stood before Qrow stopped in from of him. "My friend, don't be a jerk."
"Step aside." The cop pulled Qrow back.
"If he does that again, you can shoot him." Peck told the police officer while pointing at him.
__________________________
"Oh, I'll give you something to shoot." Qrow muttered as he glared daggers in Peck's direction.
__________________________
"You do your job, pencil-neck." The cop pointed back at Peck. "Don't tell me how to do mine."
"Thank you, officer." Qrow nodded towards the cop.
"Shut it off!" Peck barked out with an angry look.
The technician then walked over towards where Ozpin stood as Ozpin and Glynda walked away, Ozpin using his hands and mouth to mimic an explosion as to inform Qrow what would happen.
__________________________
"We're doomed." Glynda commented with a deadpan look.
"Looks like Vinz is about to get his sign." Blake said with a grimace.
"Welcome to Judgement Day." Ruby said as she gave Peck a bland look of annoyance.
"It's almost ironic. Peck represents an agency that's meant to protect the environment, and yet he himself is about to cause an environmental violation." Cinder commented as the corner of her mouth twitched ever so slightly upwards.
"Still, this could have been avoided if Qrow hadn't ticked off Peck." Oobleck reminded everyone as he looked towards hi colleague.
"Look, I'll admit my counterpart was a bit of a douche with Peck, but I can't be blamed for the guy blowing this thing out of proportion." Qrow told Oobleck.
"On that, I can concede to." Oobleck replied with a nod. "Peck is quite the vindictive fellow."
__________________________
Seeing this, Qrow started to walk up the stairs with Ozpin and Glynda in tow. The technician walked up to the power grid, giving an odd look towards Vinz who sniffed him before the technician pulled down the lever.
Just then, the alarm signal for the containment unit went off, blaring as the red repeatedly blinked red.
The viewing made a quick cut to the sleeping Zuul, showing that she was panting in her sleep.
Back at the Firehouse basement, the alarm continued to glare as the room turned red, the system starting to power down.
"Oh, shit..." The technician winced as a low rumbling was heard, getting louder by the second.
Peck looked towards the wall where the containment unit was held with apprehension before moving away from it. Soon enough, cracks in the wall appeared as steam came hissing out. Everyone, save Vinz who dumbly smiled, started running up the stairs in an attempt to flee. Soon bricks came flying out of the wall, revealing bright white lights.
__________________________
"You've done it now, Pecker." Yang said with a deadpan stare.
"They need to get out of the Firehouse right now." Ruby said with a look of immense concern.
__________________________
"Clear the building!" Ozpin shouted as everyone ran out of the Firehouse, soon followed by Vinz.
Loud rumbling continued to occur as everyone exited the Firehouse. After everyone was out, and explosion occurred inside the building the rooftop of the Firehouse broke apart, allowing for a large stream of light to flood out towards the sky.
Back at Willow's apartment, Zuul's eyes shot wide open.
As everyone panicked around the Firehouse, Vinz couldn't help but look up in awe as peopled screamed.
Soon enough, a pink explosion blew up more of the rooftop of the Firehouse before spirit orbs started flying out of it.
__________________________
"Holy shit." Qrow uttered with wide eyes.
"All hell breaks loose." Ozpin said as he righted his grip on the arm of his chair.
"I've never seen an explosion like that." Nora said with an almost awed look.
"It most likely has something to do with all the ghosts that were trapped inside the containment unit." Pyrrha said as she looked towards the screen with equal shock.
"Man. All those ghosts they've caught." Jaune said eyes filled with horror. "And they're all breaking out, back into the city."
"It's be like blowing up one of Vale's walls that protect it from the Grimm." Ruby said with a panicked look.
"Not to mention that Zuul's awake." Weiss said. "If she and Vinz find each other... I fear what may come."
"Meaning there's much more chaos soon to be had." Cinder commented while smirking on the inside, thinking towards her plan in destroying one of Vale's said walls.
__________________________
"Woah!" Qrow called out as he and Ozpin blocked their eyes from the dirt and debris that built up around them, watching the explosion happen.
"This is it!" Vinz called out as he walked around. "This is the sign."
"Yeah, it's a sign, all right." Glynda called out as he hair flew about from the gusts of wind from the explosion. "We're going out of business."
__________________________
"That's an understatement." Glynda told her counterpart with a look of concern.
__________________________
Tai and Oobleck pulled up in the Ecto-1 as people crowded the area both of them having confused looks towards the scene.
Meanwhile, Vinz started to wander off into the streets of Manhattan as more people and police came up to the scene.
__________________________
"Oh, dear." Penny said with an alarmed look as she pointed towards Vinz.
"If they don't catch up to Vinz he's going to wander off and find Zuul." Weiss said with a look of trepidation.
"And then Gozer will be able to start living up to his title." Blake said as she shared in Weiss's worry, along with the worry the majority of the audience had.
__________________________
"Hey, look up there." A police officer pointed out as he and his partner ran towards the Firehouse. "What happened? What's going on?"
"What happened?" Oobleck asked as he and Tai ran up to Qrow and Ozpin, who were covered in moisture from the steam and heat.
"The storage facility blew." Ozpin said before pointing at Peck. "He shut off the protection grid."
"Oh, great." Oobleck sarcastically commented while putting his hand to his forehead.
"That's bad, isn't it?" Tai asked.m
"Yeah." Oobleck answered while combing his hair back with his hand with a sigh.
Just then, Qrow realized that something, or rather someone, important had gone missing, causing him to look around in alarm. "Where's the Keymaster?"
"Oh, shit." Ozpin swore as he looked around for Vinz.
__________________________
"You know it's end times when Ozpin swears." Qrow commented with a chuckle.
"Not only are the ghosts loose, but they just lost an individual that could bring about the apocalypse." Ironwood summarized the dire situation. "I think he's obligated to swearing."
"Still. It's kind of surprising." Tai said. "I mean, I know a lot of people swear, but I've never seen Ozpin say anything close to a curse."
"I've had my... rare moments." Ozpin told Taiyang. "Though mostly when I'm alone."
__________________________
"Who's the Keymaster?" Oobleck asked while looking towards Tai.
"Come on." Ozpin told Oobleck and Tai as he and Qrow already started to run off in search of Vinz.
Just before they could truly begin their search though, a very angry Walter Peck blocked their path. "Hold it! I want this man arrested."
Peck was shown standing alongside several police officers as he accusingly pointed at Qrow and the other Ghostbusters. "Captain, these men are in criminal violation of the Environmental Protection Act. And this explosion is a direct result of it."
"Your mother—!" Ozpin started to fire back at Peck as he lunged at him.
"Come on, hold it." One of the cops warned Ozpin as he and fellow officers, alongside Qrow, Oobleck, and Taiyang tried to prevent Ozpin from trying to strangle Peck.
__________________________
"Woah!" Yang said with shocked eyes.
"Ozpin was about to pull a your mother insult." Nora said with an awed look.
"I would have said worse." Ilia muttered as she gave Peck a dirty look.
"I never thought he had it in him." Emerald said with an almost impressed look.
"It is a little surprising." Cinder admitted with a shrug.
"Whew. Ozpin's pissed." Qrow whistled with a chuckle. "I like it."
"Don't stop the man. I want to hear more!" Roman shouted at the screen, smiling as Ghostbuster Ozpin went to try and tear Peck a new one.
Neo clapped in agreement with her boss, sharing in his smile.
"I must be extremely mad at Peck." Ozpin said with mild surprise as he could somewhat agree with his counterpart's rage.
"Who could blame him? Peck just inadvertently kick-started the end of the world." Glynda told Ozpin before her face morphed a bit into a frown. "Though I wouldn't go so far as to say his mother was the direct result of it."
__________________________
As everyone shouted about, pink spirit orbs started to flow out from the top of the Ghostbusters' Firehouse, heading towards the sky, slowly spreading out across New York once more. Every spirit flooding outward as if they were a swarm.
🎶Please🎶
🎶Please🎶
🎶Please, let's make some🎶
🎶I believe it's magic, magic
I believe it's magic🎶
🎶I believe it's magic, Magic🎶
Zuul was shown slowly arising from Willow's bed.
Vinz was shown wandering the streets near a subways station entrance, brushing my a faunus in a beanie as he aimlessly looked to the sky.
🎶I believe it's magic
I believe it's magic🎶
🎶I believe it's magic, Magic🎶
After Vinz walked away, papers started flying about from a heavy gust of wind, people screaming as they ran from the subway. The cause of their terror was in due to a shrieking blue ghost, otherwise known as the Latcher Poltergeist, who had spindly arms, a hairy chin, and a fish-shaped head that flew out of the subway, chasing people.
__________________________
"Oh, shi—." Ruby was about swear with wide eyes of surprise before she stopped herself. "Sugar, honey, ice, and tea!"
"Nice save." Yang blandly complimented her sister.
"Already, the spirits the Ghostbusters have caught are causing mayhem again." Pyrrha said with a perturbed look.
Blake nodded as she shared in her fellow students' looks. "It's just like the Ghostbuster variant of Ruby's dad said. The dead rise from the grave."
"But in this case, they're rising from containment." Ren added.
Meanwhile, Emerald looked at the screen with wide eyes, swallowing back a bit of saliva in slight fear. "An... actual ghost."
"What? We've already seen those Terror Dogs." Mercury said as he seemed a little more intrigued with the Latcher Poltergeist than afraid of it. "You scared or something?"
"Well, I wouldn't exactly say I'm fond of the undead." Emerald said with a grimace.
"Well, I doubt the ghost can get you from here, Emerald." Cinder calmly told her subordinate, unbothered by the ghost and the people it chased.
__________________________
A spirit orb was then shown exiting a sewer grate and into the exhaust pipe of a taxi cab.
A business man was shown entering into the back of said taxi cab as he spoke to the driver. "Columbia Building, 57th Street. I'm in a hurry, so let's not dawdle."
However, unknown to the business man was that the cab driver was in fact a zombie dressed in a cab driver attire. The zombie cab drive glanced at the business man before wordlessly starting up the cab, driving recklessly on the road and nearly hitting a man, who ducked out of the way.
__________________________
"Oh, great. There's even zombies." Ruby said with a fear-driven scowl.
"That businessman is not gonna like who he has to tip when he gets to his destination." Weiss shook her head with a grimace.
"Though, I guess the zombie cab driver only accepts the death toll." Yang said with a hollow chuckle, trying to lighten up the situation a bit.
A few people in the audience either groaned or ignored Yang's joke. Taiyang, on the hand, was laughing at what his daughter said, though he was quick to find that he wasn't alone in laughing at the joke.
"Hehehehehe." Vortech chuckled, lightly slapping his knee a bit. "Okay. I'll admit, I like that one."
"What are you doing?" Blake asked Vortech with wide eyes as Yang sported an invigorated grin. "Don't encourage her."
__________________________
Vinz was shown continuing to wander the streets of New York, looking to the sky.
A hot dog vendor was shown getting ready to serve a customer a hot dog, only gasp in shock as Slimer came out from the vendor's cart, munching on as many hot dogs as he could in his wide mouth as everyone surrounding the hot dog stand ran away in fear.

"Him..." Qrow trailed off as he glared at the gluttonous, green spud.
"That is one fat and ugly ghost." Emerald said with a deadpan tone.
"Figures Slimer got out too." Yang said as she shook her head at the green ghost's diet.
"So that's this Slimer your sister was talking about earlier." Cinder said as she gave a look of disgust towards the ghost. "I think I preferred the look of the fat man in the suit."
"Yep. Got uncle Qrow real good last time we saw him." Ruby commented. "Slimed him all over."
"That must have been fun." Mercury gave his sarcastic comment.
"It wasn't for Qrow." Yang said with a half-hearted chuckle.

Zuul was shown walking through Willow's apartment, looking up through the windows as she watched more and more of the captured spirits fly freely across New York.
__________________________
"So many ghosts." Jaune said with wide eyes. "All released at the same time."
"It's almost a beautiful sight if it didn't mean terrible tidings." Penny said as she almost awed at the spectacle.
"The supernatural tends to have that affect." Ozpin muttered as everyone watched the spirit orbs fly out in streams of brilliant pink light.
__________________________
As Zuul neared the window, a rumbling sound came from the area as she used her powers to blow up that section of the apartment, allowing her to get a better look at the overall scene.
Back with the Ghostbusters, they were currently just placed into a large holding cell, surrounded by other inmates.
"Hey, guard." Tai called out to the faunus police officer who started to leave the cell, closing the cell door behind him. "Look, I want to make a phone call. Hey, I just work with these guys. I mean, I wasn't even there."
Tai grew an annoyed look as the guard ignored him, walking about a bit as Ozpin started to speak.
__________________________
"And here we are. Jail at last." Tai said with a bland look.
"Technically it's a holding cell." Winter told the Signal teacher.
"My comment still stands." Taiyang replied to the specialist before glancing at Qrow. "Figures something involving you would be the reason we're behind bars."
"They ain't gonna hold in there for long." Qrow reassured his friend. "Not with all those ghosts flying around."
"You know, I gotta say, usually it's me looking at huntsmen from inside the cell. Not the other way around." Roman claimed with a small smirk. "A little nice to see a change of pace."
__________________________
"The structure of this roofcap is exactly like the kind of telemetry tracker that NASA uses to identify dead pulsars in deep space." Ozpin told Oobleck and Qrow as he was seated at a table in the middle of the room, looking towards a set of blueprints on said table. As Ozpin spoke, he slowly gain the attention and interest of the other convicts in the holding cell.
"Cold-riveted girders with cores of pure selenium." Oobleck added as he pulled out the pair of blueprints for the apartment complex Willow lived at, unfolding it and placing it upon the table, everyone leaning in to get a look at it.
Qrow was quick to notice this as he looked at the other convicts. "Everybody getting this so far?"
__________________________
"It would never have occurred to me that a discussion we would hold about the fate of the world would ever attract the attention of jailbirds." Oobleck said to Ozpin.
"They probably think you're analyzing blueprints for a heist." Winter rationalized from the scene.
"Don't be too quick to judge. You'd be surprised how boring it is in jail." Roman pointed out to the specialist. "Besides... I'm kind of getting into this little breakdown myself."
"Well, back on topic, what Ghostbuster Ozpin said about the building is intriguing, to say the least." Pietro said as he stretched his chin in thought. "Telemetry trackers are used for finding fine-scale movement."
"Fine-scale?" Jaune asked with a raised brow. "Is that like, small movement, or something?"
"Correct." Penny told Jaune with a nod before she gave an analytical look at the blueprints. "Though what use could an apartment building have for telemetry tracking?"
"Maybe... it's has something to do with Zuul and Vinz?" Ilia hazarded a guess.
"That does seem like a possibility." Penny said with a thoughtful nod.
__________________________
After Qrow spoke, Ozpin noticed that the other convicts had gained a small interest for what they were discussing.
"So what? I guess they just don't make 'em like they used to, huh?" Qrow asked Oobleck with a humored smile.
"No!" Oobleck snapped at Qrow, slapping him upside the head and causing Qrow to look down a bit. "Nobody ever made them like this!"
__________________________
"Rude." Qrow plainly said with slightly furrowed eyes.
"Hah! You got slapped by Bart of all people." Tai said with a hearty laugh.
"After everything that's happened, it's safe to say I needed to see that." Winter said with a humored smile.
"Hah. Hah." Qrow gave a bland and fake laugh. "I get it. I'm not genius-level smart."
"Well, I wouldn't call you below average intelligence." Oobleck told his colleague. "Though there is a time and place for witty remarks."
__________________________
"I mean, the architect was either a certified genius or an authentic wacko." Oobleck shook his head while putting his hands on his hips.
"Barty, for a moment, pretend that I don't know anything about metallurgy, engineering, or physics, and just tell me what the hell is going on." Qrow told Oobleck as he looked him in the eye.
"You never studied." Oobleck shook his head at Qrow before going towards the blue prints as Qrow took a seat with Tai standing behind Ozpin. "The whole building is a huge super-conductive antenna that was designed and built expressly for the purpose of pulling in and concentrating spiritual turbulence."
Oobleck then removed his blueprints and pointed towards Ozpin's as he continued to explain to Qrow. "Your girlfriend lives in the corner penthouse of Spook Central."
__________________________
"So the building is a like a supernatural antenna." Ruby said in realization.
"It draws in ghosts and other supernatural entities." Weiss added as everyone started to understand that Willow's apartment wasn't any ordinary building. "That must be how Zuul and Vinz found their way to mother and Louis."
"I must say, whoever designed that apartment building knew what they were doing." Cinder said a finger to her chin as she looked towards the screen. "It's quite obvious, now, that this had been planned for quite some time."
"It should sound like absolute madness, yet here we are." Ironwood said with a mix of dread and astonishment.
"I'd say that I would like to meet the architect of this building, but I fear that may not be the sanest of decisions." Oobleck said with an unsure look.
__________________________
Getting up from his seat, Qrow cast a look towards Oobleck before walking around him. "She's not my girlfriend. I find her interesting because she's a client and because she sleeps above her covers. Four feet above her covers."
Everyone watched as Qrow continued to rant about the Zuul-possessed Willow Schnee. "She barks, she drools, she claws."
__________________________
"Looks like I'm still not doing too well with Willow being possessed." Qrow said as he gave his counterpart a calm and sympathetic look.
"I wouldn't blame him." Winter said in equal calmness. "He's still trying to rationalize a situation that wasn't in his control."
"I just hope the Ghostbusters wil be able to expel Zuul from mother." Weiss said with saddened yet hopeful look. "And Louis too, of course."
__________________________
"It's not the girl, Qrow. It's the building." Ozpin told Qrow as Oobleck placed down his blueprints again. "Something terrible is about to enter our world, and this building is obviously the door."
Ozpin the looked up at Qrow and Oobleck as he continued to explain. "The architect's name was Ivo Merlot. I found it in Tobin's Spirit Guide. He was also a doctor. He performed a lot of unnecessary surgery. And then, in 1920, he started a secret society."
__________________________
"Now there's a ghost of a name of I've heard one." Ironwood muttered to himself.
"Merlot... where have I heard of that name before?" Port questioned as he put his hand to his chin in thought.
"Merlot Industries. The research and development corporation that was once run by Dr. Merlot, before it fell in the disaster of Mountain Glenn." Oobleck reminded his colleague.
"By God, you're right, Barty!" Port exclaimed to Oobleck. "It's been so long since Merlot's company fell apart that I had almost forgotten it."
"Wait, so this Merlot guy is in our universe too?" Ruby asked as she looked over to the professors. "What was he like?"
"Merlot was a renowned scientist who majored in artificial intelligence and genetics." Pietro answered her. "The man was considered a bit zany at times, but there was no doubt he was determined to his work."
"He and I were once classmates back when I was just a student at Beacon. He was both courteous and confident. Sometimes too confident." Ozpin gave his take. "But above all, he had always claimed his goal was to make the world better for humanity. Even when some of the risks he took were too high."
__________________________
"Let me guess." Qrow said to Ozpin, getting Oobleck to look at him. "Gozer worshippers."
"Right." Ozpin told Qrow.
Qrow then looked towards Oobleck. "No studying." He said with a roll of his eyeballs.
"After the First Great War, Merlot decided that society was too sick to survive." Ozpin continued to inform his colleagues noticing that the inmates went silent as they became further interested in what he had to say. "And he wasn't alone. He had close to a thousand followers when he died. They conducted rituals up on the roof, bizarre rituals intended to bring about the end of the world. And now it looks like it may actually happen."
__________________________
"Well apparently Dr. "Make the world a better place" wants to destroy this version of Remnant." Yang remarked.
"From renowned scientist in one world, to a genocidal cultist in another." Blake spoke as she began to frown in thought. "Seeing different people from Remnant with counterparts that have contrasting goals and personalities from the versions we know concerns me for future viewings."
"We have Torchwick as a seemingly decent individual in the Middle-Earth universe, and we have you and Jaune as demons in a universe centered around hell." Weiss said to her Faunus teammate. "I do believe that ship has already sailed, Blake."
"Actually... the actions of Merlot's counterpart in the Ghostbusters' universe may not be too dissimilar from the Merlot I knew." Ozpin spoke up with a steely gaze.
"What do you mean by that, Professor?" Pyrrha asked.
Ozpin glanced over at his students and colleagues before he began to elaborate. "It was the last conversation I ever had with Merlot. He came to my office to discuss an experiment he wished to conduct. It here that I had found Merlot had grown an unhealthy fascination with the creatures of Grimm. He rambled on about mutating them, hybridizing them, and being able to control them for humanity's use. We fell into a heated argument as a result. Afterwards, we broke off all contact with each other."
"What... what could have possibly gone through Merlot's head to think such experiments on Grimm could be beneficial to the world?" Pietro asked in flabbergasted shock.
"Leave it to humans to violate the natural law." Sienna regarded with an eye roll.
"Oz, why is it you never told team STRQ about this?" Qrow asked as he and Tai looked to Ozpin with confused expressions.
"Because even though Merlot had become erratic in his thinking, there had yet to have been physical proof of his ideas made reality." Ozpin answered back. "I had asked the Vale council for approval to launch an investigation into Merlot Industries. It took some convincing, but eventually I was able to assemble a team of detectives and police that could infiltrate Merlot Industries and discover if Merlot was going through with his designs. It was a subtle and long play, but I believed Merlot would have expected a huntsmen team. But before we could start looking into Merlot... the Mountain Glenn settlement fell."
"Then... does that mean Merlot was responsible for Mount Glenn's disaster?" Glynda asked with widened eyes.
"Did I know for certain? No. There was nothing we could find in the rubble of Merlot's main facility to prove my thoughts. And Merlot was assumed dead. But even now, I still have my suspicions that Merlot had no small part in what happened that ill-fated day." Ozpin said with a shake of his head.
"Well, since the other version of the science quack is messing with ghosts in another universe, your assumption might be a safe bet." Roman remarked to Ozpin as he held a stunned expression.
"Perhaps." Ozpin shrugged. "Or perhaps it was terrible circumstance. We may never know."
"I, for one, do know." Vortech thought to himself. "But who says I have to tell them Merlot's still alive and working on his experiments?"
"To think that a genius such as Merlot was probably responsible for Mountain Glenn's tragedy..." Winter said with a frozen face of shock. "It's almost unfathomable."
"It just goes to show how an ambitious mindset can lead to both great good, and great evil." Ironwood sighed. "A man like Merlot could have truly been a boon to Remnant if his ideas didn't go off the rails."
"He's practically a modern day ghost story." Mercury commented.
"Indeed. Merlot's ideas are quite the haunting thought." Cinder agreed. "Haunting for anyone who can't handle taking risks, that is. Though I must wonder... what fruit could Merlot's experiments have bore if they succeeded?"
"I'm not someone who likes to speak badly about people, but it's probably a good thing Merlot died in Mount Glenn." Ruby said with a grimacing frown. "Grimm are already bad enough. Now you want to make mutant Grimm? That's asking for way too much trouble."
"Yeah... I probably won't be sleeping with thoughts about Merlot." Jaune said as he winced a bit.
"Let us just pray the Ghostbusters can stop the plan their Merlot set in place." Pyrrha said as she looked to the screen in concern. "Before their world ends up destroyed."

Everyone was silent after Ozpin spoke, Oobleck looked down as Qrow looked at Ozpin.
Qrow then immediately pointed at a faunus inmate who was behind him. "🎶So be good. For goodness' sake.🎶"
Oobleck cast Ozpin a look as Qrow continued to sing and weird out the other inmates. "🎶Woah! Somebody's coming. Somebody's coming. Somebody's coming to town.🎶"
__________________________
"Now Qrow's singing?" Tai scoffed a bit with half a look of disbelief. "Well, I guess it kind of offsets the mood in here from all that Merlot talk."
"I fully welcome it." Winter revealed. "It's a terrible tone, but it's better than thinking about what truly caused Mountain Glenn's disaster."
"I personally see it as another sign of the end." Qrow commented in regards to himself as he took a swing of his flask.
__________________________
"We have to get out of here." Oobleck told Ozpin. "We've gotta find a judge or something."
"Hey, wait a minute." Tai started to try and speak, getting everyone's attention. "Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey! Hold it! Now, are we actually gonna go before a federal judge and say that some moldy Babylonian god is gonna drop in on Central Park West and start tearing up the city?"
"Sumerian, not Babylonian." Ozpin corrected Tai.
"Yeah, big difference." Qrow added, though without much care in his tone.
Tai merely sighed as he looked towards Ozpin and Qrow. "No offense, but I gotta get my own lawyer."
__________________________
"Wow. Trying to bail out on us?" Qrow asked Tai with a raised brow.
Tai was not only met by a look from Qrow, but from Oobleck and Ozpin as well. "Well, can you blame the other me? You guys aren't exactly giving him confidence right now."
"Aw, don't be like that, dad." Yang called out to her father.
"Yeah. Ghostbusters don't quit on each other." Ruby added in her reply. "Well... at least I think they don't."
__________________________
"Okay, Ghostbusters." The Faunus police officer from earlier spoke to the from outside the cell, getting their attention. "The mayor wants to see you guys. The whole island's going crazy. Let's go."
"I gotta split!" Qrow told the other inmates as Ozpin folded up his blueprints. "The mayor wants to rap with me about some things."
__________________________
"Good. It seems none of will no longer require a lawyer for our predicament." Oobleck commented with a relieved nod.
"Told you we'd be out soon." Qrow told Tai.
"I just hope we won't be too late in stopping the catastrophe that is to come." Ozpin said with a furrowed look. "I couldn't live with the thought of Merlot causing another calamity. The cost of failure is too great this time."

Back on the streets below the apartment complex, sirens were blaring with police chatter over the radio as people ran about and looked up at the building.
Just then, Vinz walked by before he widened his eyes, slowly turning his head towards the apartment complex and looking up.
__________________________
"Yeah, about that..." Roman trailed off.
"Vinz has found her." Weiss said with a harrowed look.
"The Ghostbusters really need to hurry." Ruby said as she shared in Weiss's concern, munching on some more popcorn.
"And now we get to see Merlot's plan come to fruition." Cinder said as she looked on with a calm, yet invested look. "This should certainly be eventful."

With Willow's destroyed apartment building, Zuul lazily lied down on the couch before lifting her head up at the sound of a door opening, the wind blowing about through the apartment.
Vinz was shown as the one who opened up the door to the apartment as he spoke to Zuul. "I am the Keymaster."
"I am the Gatekeeper." Zuul told Vinz in a seductive tone.
Vinz then slowly walked over towards Zuul as the door automatically shut behind him. Zuul then got up, sauntering towards Vinz before aggressively leaning down, wrapping her arms around him, and bringing him into a lustful and ravenous kiss.
The two soon slowly separated from each other, Vinz with a dumb look on his face as Zuul was more relaxed. They turned towards a large whole in the wall of Willow's apartment that led to another whole in a wall, where a stairway was shown with mist coming off of it. As thunder rumbled, the two made their way towards the stairs.
And with that, the viewing ended.
__________________________
"Well that's very concerning." Glynda said as she gave an unsettled glance towards he stair well Zuul and Vinz were walking towards.
"Despite everything we tried to do, those two hell hound lovebirds found their way to each other." Qrow said.
"Here's to hoping the mayor of their city will listen to them." Ironwood said, trying to calm his nerves as to what will come of Zuul and Vinz's meeting.
"I gotta say, that was a pretty good ghost universe." Mercury commented in approval.
"It was intriguing, to say the least." Cinder said with a calm smile. "I do wonder how it will end for the Ghostbusters."
"You guys should have been here when the Ghostbusters were shown actually trapping ghosts." Ruby told the grey-themed 'Haven student.'
"I'm sure we'll get to see more action next time." Yang said as she patted her sister on the shoulder.
"So, with that cliffhanger, what are we gonna watch now?" Jaune asked Vortech.
"We'll now be returning to the lands of Middle-Earth." Vortech stated as he looked over the audience. "To continue on with Roman Torchwick's adventure."
"Yes! More dwarves!" Nora cheered in her seat.
"And more of wizard-beard Ozpin." Pyrrha said with a small giggle.
Roman sighed a bit at the thought of seeing himself as a midget again, but relented with a small smile. "Eh. At least the spotlight will be back on me."
"The road goes ever on." Vortech said as he started up the next part of an Unexpected Journey.

Authors notes:
I hope you all enjoyed this chapter. Still trying to work on a good balance between audience commentaries, but I'm getting there.
Anyways, with this done, I'll be working on a new chapter for each of my Kuroinu crossover stories. After that, the rest of the summer will be The Cast of RWBY watches alternate dimensions, with maybe one or two chapters of RWBY watches VanossGaming and Crew. It's something new I'm trying out just so you guys can get to see more chapters. Granted, I'll also be working on some revisions for the story as well, but you guys should get the point.
Anyways, next thing of note is that we have a new voting poll here. What it is, is that you guys are gonna vote for the next preview movie that I focus on. I originally decided to do this by the end of Ghosbusters, but I thought to myself that second-to last chapter would do as well. So get right to it.
VOTING
What previewed movie should I do next:
A) Gremlins
B) Jurassic Park
C) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1990)
Anyways, with all that said, I'll see you guys next time.
Allons-y Rule Breakers.
