Ju/Lee: ALRIGHT I'LL SEE YOU LATER DUDE!

Y/N: GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR BRACKET ON TOP 64

Ju and Lee all ran away to their stations as Y/M walks to the main set up on stage.

Y/N: Alright...

Shouko: *smile* Y-You can do it Y/N.

Y/N: Watch over Rover at the front row seat alright? I'll be beating ZD so hard he'll be malding hard mid set.

Shouko nods her head, Rover letting out a soft bark as he walks with his backpack that held all his gaming equipment.

HB: Oh there we go!

TK: JohnJimmy has just arrived and oh wait! He's with a girl!

Charles: Looks like his girlfriend has arrived!

Shouko's face turns red as everyone stares at her as she walks to the first row and sits down with Rover besides her. On the stage Y/N plugs his GameCube controller in, setting everything up before he and ZD were discussing the map choice.

Y/N: Yeah yeah...PS2 then.

ZD nods his head as they lock in their choice before heading to their seat and putting their headphones on.

HB: Alright they picked PS2 now let's see what characters are picked.

TK: You cannot predict which character JohnJimmy picks. Like I've been watching many of his sets and I've seen him use characters like Lucina, Roy, Chrom, Byleth, Meta Knight and all kinds of characters.

HB: *chuckle* And there's just Mac, K Rool....

Charles: This guy literally has a plethora of characters he can pick from his bag and surprisingly, they all have been really effective.

HB: Like in last round of pools he went DK....DK out of everything against Ling and won.

TK: And Ling's one of the best peaches in the US too.

HB: The pocket DK go crazy though so-

???: FOX
???: GANON

The entire audience was startled as they all jumped, cheering while the commentators flip out of their minds.

HB: WHAT THE FUCK?! HE'S GOING GANON!

TK: Oh I was not expecting this!

???: HOLY FUCK!

ZD's face twists into a frown as the two characters appear on the screen.z

3....2....1....GO!

Later 2 minutes

HB: *jump* HE WON! HE FUCKING WON WITH GANON!

Charles: Well...that was quite the surprise! JohnJimmy takes first game despite going Ganon.

HB: Charles you can't sleep on the Ganon.

TK: Not a close game though surprisingly...2 stocked with the finishing up smash.

While the announcers were talking, ZD's face was deep in thought, a furrow appearing on his face as he was thinking after picking Town and City.

Y/N: 'Boi there's no thinking....ONLY GAMING!'

???: FOX
???: STEVE

The crowd immediately stops cheering, looking at the screen confused as they announcers stop talking.

HB: No.....HE HAS A STEVE?!

TK: I..haven't seen his Steve before.

ZD rolls his eyes, a serious expression on Y/N's face as he grips his controller.

Y/N: 'LET'S FUCKING DO THIS!'

???:....3.....2...1.....GO!

Later

???: GAME!

The crowd roars in applause as ZD rolls his eyes, frustrated as he puts down his controller while the announcers were yelling.

TK: And JohnJimmy takes game two...Man and a two stock with the Steve.

HB: His Steve is actually...pretty good.

Charles: Most Steves would just build a wall and craft better weapons but wow...John never crafted any tools at all. He's much more aggressive than the other Steves too.

HB: He's scrapping and it works.

They all talked with one another as Y/N ponders, thinking of which character to pick as Shouko looks at the screen.

Shouko: 'Hmmm...Y/N's good.'

???: WOLF
???: LITTLE MAC

HB: No....HE'S GOING LITTLE MAC?!

Peanut: LET'S GO!

Several people were cheering loudly as Y/N chooses Little Mac. His face was entirely serious, his hands gripping his controller tightly as he prepares to play.

???: 3.....2......1....GO!

Later

???: TIME!

Everyone begins yelling happily as Y/N gets up from the ground after the last KO punch. ZD's controller was on the floor though after he rages. Y/N watches his opponent pick up his controller and such before quickly walking down, not even giving him the fist bump.

Y/N: Oh....

HB: John come talk to us for a bit!

Y/N turns, seeing the 3 announcers gesturing to him as he gets his stuff and jogs over to them.

TK: We have some questions about your character picks right now.

HB: What...were you cooking?

Y/N: I only wanted to tilt him so that he'll mald harder after I 3-0 him.

They all began laughing at his comment as twitch comments were exploding, saying things like LMAO and such.

TK: I mean *laugh* I have to say this guy is just different. He picked Ganon and won..against MD's 2nd best.

HB: But why the Steve?

Y/N: I have watched him a lot of times in Xanadus and majors like he doesn't do very well against the top Steves and he doesn't do very well under pressure.

HB: But...the Little Mac.

Y/N: I was channeling my inner Peanut.

A loud cheer can be heard behind them all s they talked some more.

Charles: I mean...you've been playing phenomenal for the past touraments. How far do you think you might go?

Y/N: Hmm...I'm hoping Top 8 or at least 7th.

Charles: Very well then...I hope you enjoy your time here!

He heads off the stage to his next opponent as Shouko follows him with Rover.

Later

Ju: *depressed* I got 17th....

Lee: *grin* Hey! I made it to losers top 8 on my side!

They both forgot about one thing though.

Ju/Lee: Y/N?

Everyone: YYYYYYEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!

They all turn to the big stage as Y/N pops off after beating Onin 3-1 with the K Rool.

Ju/Lee: LET'S GO!

Y/N hops down from the stage as his game friends give him a hug.

HB: That...is K Rool really the Steve counter?

TK: Statistics wise no but you can't count out the k Rool though.

Charles: Man he played really patient and waited for Onin to make the wrong move after dodging his crown.

HB: He did use the blunderbuss really well.

While they were talking Y/N heads with his friends head over to the restaurant nearby to eat a meal before top 8. They sat down, ordering some steak and vegetables and ate as they talked with each other.

Y/N: Man...that was fun!

???: EVERYONE GET DOWN!

Y/N covers Shouko's ears, preventing her from hearing anything as they talked with each other while 3 robbers enter the restaurant and made everyone get down.

???: YOU THERE!

Y/N: Hmmm...yeah that'll do. Kirby's your best bet against Olimar but as for Pyrrha Mythra.....yeah that's a hard character to beat considering its Shuton using him.

Lee: Like that's hard. You have to fight Sonix out of everyone.

Y/N: *sigh* Yeah...that's gonna be really hard.

???: HEY KID!

The gunman points his gun at Y/N as he gets up.

???: STOP RIGHT THE-

*CREAK*

Y/N grabs his gun before he could fire, crushing it into a mesh of metal before letting go of it.

Rover: *growl* Grrrrrr

Rover grows to the size of a grizzly bear, growling loudly as Y/N walks to them menacingly.

Y/N: YOU'RE ALL DEAD!

Robbers: LET'S GET OUT OF HER-

*TWACK*

Later

TK: There apparently has been an attempted robbery just across the street guys but I assure you the matter is now handled.

*THUD*

He turns around only for Rover to lay on he floor, a Papa John's pizza on its back as it happily pants.

HB: And a word from our sponsor Papa Johns....

Charles: Not everyday we see a dog that can grow to the size of a bear.

The twitch comments all awed at how happy Rover was as he was being petted before running away as they got to their pizza. Meanwhile Y/N walks onto the stage, setting everything up before walking over to Sonix.

Y/N: I'll be fine with any map.

Sonix: You sure?

Y/N nods his head as he shrugs before picking his stage. They both fist bump before heading to their seats, Y/N concentrating and thinking as hard as he could as PS2 was picked.

Y/N: Alright....best luck to you man.

Sonix: You too.

???: SONIC
???: K ROOL

He nods his head, the whole crowd erupting in applause as he sits there.

Y/N: 'LET'S DO THIS!'

???:.....3.....2.....1.....GO!

Later

HB:......Am I dreaming?

TK: No Hungrybox you are not dreaming....

They stare at the screen, the score 2-3 as they all get up and fist bump

Y/N: GGs man. Almost got you there with Roy.

Sonix: You were tough I had to admit..but GGs.

Y/N stays on stage though as Lee gets on and plugs his controller in. Sonix sits down on the front row, prepared to watch the two play as Lee grins.

Lee: *grin* Ready for the ditto?

Y/N: *grin* Born ready.

They all prepare themselves, everyone cheering them on as the commentators are talking.

Charles: We got MrSoren and JohnJimmy, two of the low tier heroes and the players with...surprisingly the most characters up their sleeves.

TK: And I received word that these two are really good friends. Who knows if they do something like a ditt-

???: DK
???: DK

HB: Wait WHAT THE FUCK?! WE GOT A DK DITTO?!

TK: IT'S MONKEY MONDAY IN EASTERN TIMES GUYS!

The whole crowd erupts in a roaring cheer as Rover barks with Shouko smiling by his side, seeing Lee and Y/N having fun.

Lee/Y/N: READY NOW!

Crowd: DK BK! DK BK! DK BK!

???: 3....2..1.....GO!

Later

The next 15 minutes could be considered a symphony of chaos and comedy. Lee and Y/N first did the DK ditto which Y/N won. Next they did the Doc ditto which Lee won. And then there was the Mac ditto which Y/N won before losing the Belmont ditto. Now they were doing the Ganon ditto, everyone cheering them on as they warlock punch each other on the last stock, their super armor preventing them from delivering the final blow as they butt heads off their chairs.

Y/N: I GOT THE HIGH GROUND NOW! YOU CAN'T STAND A CHANCE WITH THOSE WIMPY HANDS!

Lee: You may have powers BUT I'VE BEEN A GAMER FOR A YEAR LONGER THAN YOU! MY FINGERS CAN SPAM THIS B BUTTON FOR HOURS!

Offstage people were laughing their ass off at their conversation along with the commentators.

HB: *laugh* W-WHAT ARE THEY DOING?!

TK: These guys aren't playing to win they're here for the content! I mean the entirety of this match can literally be on Yeet Smash!

Charles: We got the DK ditto, we got the Belmont ditto, we got the Mac ditto, the Doc ditto, and now we got the Ganon ditto with both players spamming warlock punches at last stoc-

???: GAME!

The whole crowd roars in laughter and applause as all the commentators flipped out of their minds.

Lee: FUCK!

Y/N: LET'S GO!

Y/N pops off, yelling to the crowd and nearly about fling his chair though he quickly turns to give Lee a hug.

Lee: Ah GGs man...*grin* I'll get you next time.

Y/N: I look forward to it.

TK: AYO COME OVER HERE!

Y/N and Lee walk over to the commentators as HB was rambling on and on.

HB: John...you were cooking at your set with ZD and Onin...and now you just cooked a whole feast with that set.

L4st: What were you thinking?

TK: What were you cooking?

Lee: You know...I was hoping to run into my friend in bracket and we have played a lot with each other.

Y/N: We're just built different so we did the 5 dittos.

Lee: We played to win but we also played for glory.

They both talked about their set with the commentators, the next people preparing their match as Shouko held a present given to her by one of the staff there.

Shouko: 'What can this be?'

Later

Y/N: How was it?

Shouko: It was fun.

Y/N: 4th place isn't too bad...Light got me 3-1 but at least I got $2250 for investments....

They all sat on the top of Y/N's home, the time being 12:30 PM. Everyone already is either sleeping or went home after the tourament as they stared into the sky.

Y/N: Shoka....did you open your gift yet?

Shoka shakes her head as Y/N gestures to the box in her hand.

Y/N: Open it.

She slowly takes off the top of the box...and lets out a gasp.

Shouko: Iz dis for me?

She held a bracelet, the beads complex in pattern and color while a metal sigil was adorned on the top. She puts it on, letting out an ooo at the comfortable feeling as she turns to Y/N.

Y/N: *smile* Think of this as a gift for the two months you spent here and helped around the house. I enjoyed our time together really....and thanks for coming with me. I'm a professional gamer as they say but....I don't mind taking a break to do my job as a Caretaker.

Shouko: Oh......

Shouko: *smile* T-Thank you...

Y/N sighs, loving the adorable smile she lets out as they talked with one another. After a few more minutes though, Y/N picks her up before they both head into the house, got changed and went to bed though when he was about to pull the covers up, Shouko hops onto the bed with him, laying stomach first on his chest.

Shouko: Y-You don mine do you?

Y/N: Nope...

He rubs her hair, hearing her sigh tiredly as she cuddles against his chest. Immediately all the girls ran into his room, jumping onto the bed besides Yuzuru who was hugging Mayu like a protective sister while Rover cuddled with them both.

Y/N: Goodnight girls.

Shouko/Shoka/Kaede/Yuzuru/Mayu: Good night....

They all slept peacefully, same position like last night and the same position tonight as the house becomes quiet with Tippy and Wanta sleeping on Rover's head.

Y/N: *sigh* 'I love this life....'
