"(Y/N).... 'Tuna.... P2ii... P2ii won't be up for another few hour2.. He need2 tiime two rest.. I'm not entirely 2ure he'll be okay, but II diid all that II could.." I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding, wiping the corners of my eyes. (Y/N) almost looked like she was about to pass out and I felt my heart clench seeing her so distressed. "Let'2.... Let'2 go watch a 2how down2taiir2..." I said as I made my way towards the stairs slowly. Before I could reach the stairs, a (strong/weak/soft/etc) pair of arms wrapped themselves around me. I spun around in the embrace to see (Y/N) holding onto me tightly.

I hugged back burying my face into her soft, (F/S) smelling (H/L) hair. I rubbed circles into her back and let out a relieved sigh. She mumbled quietly into my chest, but even I couldn't hear her. "What wa2 that (N/N)?" I asked while pulling back just enough to see her face. She looked up at me and gave me a weak smile while repeating; "I've never felt so stressed and torn for any other people in my life, you guys have no idea how much you all mean to me." My eyes widened as I heard her words.

A warm an fuzzy feeling spread across my chest and I blushed a bright mustard. She gave a cheeky smile, pink tinting her beautiful face. Mituna suddenly yelled while running to the top of the stairs where were situated "4R3 70U GU75 G0NN4 K155?!" I blushed and let go of her backing up while stuttering "2-2hut up we were not." (Y/N) just started laughing, to the point where she was holding her stomach. Mituna ran back into the living room, this time with me and a giggly (Y/N) following not too far behind.

~Three hours later~

Psiioniic's P.O.V.
I groaned holding my head and sitting up. This bed doesn't feel like my own... I opened my eyes only to be met with searing pain and soreness. Feeling slightly nauseated and sick, I put a hand over my mouth and took a few minutes to breathe through my nose. I slowly removed my hand and took a few deep breaths clearing my head. Slowly moving one limb at a time, I made my way to the edge of the bed then got up. Observing my surroundings I see that I'm in the dusty and unused spare bedroom upstairs. Next task; getting out to the hallway. It took me a shameful and gruelling seven minutes.

You'd think I, the helmsman, would be a better fighter at this moment, but no. I guess all those years as a slave really did wear me to the bone. Anyways, now to try and get downstairs. Oh boy.

(Y/N)'s P.O.V
We were just sitting downstairs with some beverages in hand when all of a sudden there was a thud and a small scream. Sollux was the first to react, he sprung up and booked it straight to where the noise was produced. I was there a few seconds later, but it took lil 'Tuna a few seconds to catch on. I looked up the stairs only to see a flying Helmsman. A confused look ran across my features as I just stared at the event playing before me.

"Does someone care to explain what in the world is happening?"  Sollux looked at me, then it all clicked. Psiioniic fell down the stairs and Sollux caught him. Of course. "Ooooohhhh.. Never mind." I hummed for a second before asking; "But this aura looks different? Why is it yellow?" I took mental note of the colour, just incase something important happened in the future, and this information was dire.

Sollux looked at me while looking physically strained, he said "Thii2 ii2 core energy. IIt take2 a lot of energy two u2e and iit can be harmful iif two much ii2 u2ed. IIt'2 al2o kiinda liike a la2t re2ort energy 2ta2h." Sollux then brought Psiioniic down to the floor quickly and I ran over hastily, lightly hugging him. "I was so worried!" I was holding back tears at this point, as he weakly wrapped his arms around me returning the embrace. Mituna jumped in while squealing "1 7H0UHG7 Y0U W3R3 D34D!!! WH0 W45 1 G0NN4 H4V3 T1CKL3 W4R5 W17H?!?" I smiled fondly and pulled Sollux into the group hug. He looked unsure and hesitant at first, but then wrapped his arms around everyone sharing a sweet moment.

"Now that you're awake, is there anything I can get you Psii?" I asked. He shook his head 'yes' and hoarsely said "A cup of water would be great." Mituna ran off to go get some water, and I made my way into the kitchen as well. I'm gonna make some soup for Psii. Looking through the cupboards I found some broth, as well as a pot and pan.  After a little searching through the fridge I found some vegetables and chicken. I took the chicken and minced it, putting into a ban that was buttered over the stove. I added a tiny bit of salt, and voila! I then filled the big pot with water and put it on a different element on the stove.

While the water was heating up, I was taking my time chopping all the vegetables I wanted in the soup. I next put in the broth, hence the water was just right, and dumped in all the carrots, celery, and other vegetables. The kitchen was starting to smell really good... The chicken is done! I took my spoon spatula and added about twelve chicken cubes to the medium pot of soup. I just put the rest of the chicken into a container in the fridge for later. I smiled and stood leaning on the counter, stirring occasionally. After yet another ten minutes, the soup was done.

I filled three bowls, added spoons, and walked down to the living room where everyone was currently situated. Handing everyone a bowl, I warned "Don't eat too fast or you'll choke, and this is right off the stove so it's hot. Be careful." Psii nodded and gave a small thank you. He took a large gulp of his water, then slowly eating the soup. Sollux simply said "Kay." and Mituna. He didn't even try. He slurped down the whole bowl in under two minutes whilst we all just sat there gawking at him. Well, at least everything is back to normal now.

I sat down on the sofa and leaned on the arm rest. I pulled out my phone to check the time, only to see that I'd received a text from an unknown number. The only part of the text that I could read without unlocking my phone was "Remember me? Well, I just wanted to say I need your....." Curiosity started to bubble up in my stomach so I decided to open it. The rest of the text read "help. There's been some issues and there's something that I can't to, because of clear physical restrictions. So I need you to pitch in. Text me if you can, I'll pick you up tomorrow at 5:00pm if you can. "

I stared at my phone for a moment before closing the message to read the others left by friends and family. Man, it sure has been a while since I've seen any of them. There was a text from my mom asking how life was, and a few from different friends asking about going out some time for lunch to catch up. That actually doesn't sound like a half bad idea. I texted them back with some details, maybe we can all get together as a group just like we used to when we went to school together?

I smiled at the thought of being reunited with my friends. After a simple while of deciding, we ended up planning to go to a nice caffe down town near the edge of the tree infested park. Looking up from my phone, I saw a sleeping Psiioniic, an exhausted Sollux and a bored Mituna. "Hey Sollux?" I asked. "Yeah? What do you need bumblebee?" I smiled at the cute nickname and responded with "You seem tired. Perhaps you should go take a nap or rest? I can put on a movie for us if you'd like?" He smiled and nodded "2ure. That 2ound2 liike a good iidea, ii'm iin." I nodded in acknowledgement and walked to the movie cabinet beside the tv and began looking for a good show.

"Any requests?" I asked while looking back at the two boys. Sollux thought for a moment then replied "How about E2cape?" I nodded and pulled out the movie. I set it up then returned to my spot, but I was motioned over by the two younger captors. I shrugged and sat in between the two. Mituna snaked an arm around my waist, and rested his head on my shoulder. Sollux on the other hand laid his head on my lap, resting his body on the couch. The movie began and I raked my fingers through Sollux's hair mindlessly. He closed his eyes in bliss and fought himself as to not purr.

I continued petting his short, soft black locks while watching the movie. It didn't really seem too interesting at the start, so I looked down at Sollux only to meet with half lidded multicoloured eyes. I smiled softly at him and scratched the back of his head. He purred happily as a flush of embarrassed mustard blush made it's way to his face. I looked back at the movie once more, continuing to pet and massage Sollux's head. It didn't take him long to fall asleep, he passed out halfway through the movie.  Mituna on the other hand, was up long after the movie.

~time skip to 6:00pm, one hour after the movie~

I looked up and Mituna and smiled. "P3RF3C7!" He said excitedly. "What?" I asked slightly confused. He started scribbling on a new piece of paper, using a wide variety of colours. "17'5 4 53CR37!!" He said. I hummed in response, then continued to sketch in my big notebook. I was currently working on (Favourite/Art/Project). The pencil glided across the paper elegantly, creating a beautiful picture. We worked on art for a while longer, until Mituna lifted up a medium sized white paper with four messily drawn figures. Upon closer inspection, I concluded that they were us!

"That's adorable 'Tuna!" I smiled at him, and he gave me a look similar to one of a proud child. (Which I might add is adorable on teen 'Tuna.) He got up and ran around the table, then proceeding to hug me giggling and I hugged back. "Wanna go take a walk?" I asked pulling back. He nodded happily. "WH3R3 T0 PR1NC355?" I thought for a second before replying "How about we go take a walk down town?" He nodded and ran to the front door, throwing on a black sweater and his yellow running sneakers. I put on my (F/C) coat and my comfortable (F/S) shoes.

He took my hand in his own and began to skip out the door, which I had to rush to close before he dragged me off. The walk was surprisingly serene and lovely. There was a slight breeze, and just enough clouds in the sky. It wasn't too sunny, and it wasn't too dark. It's perfect! We eventually made our way closer to the downtown area, with quaint little shops littered all over the place. I hummed with uncontrollable happiness lacing my every noise. I began to skip, feeling the rush of air and new pride. It only took a little bit for Mituna to be dragging me again. He pulled me off to a store with the logo of "The Music Box". (I love this store so much!!) Looks interesting enough, I thought.

The second we got into the store, my eyes widened. There were beautiful instruments lining the walls. Guitars, ukuleles, basses, violins, there were even pianos and drums on display! I even see some instruments I can't name! Feeling the most excited I've felt in a long time I rushed over to the instruments. They're glorious! Amazing! I looked over to the clerk, and asked if I could play the drums. He nodded and told me how to play without damaging the instrument. I played for a little bit then looks around. Big golden stars practically forming in my eyes at this point. I heard a the strum of a guitar, so I turned around.

"Mituna?" He only smirked knowing I was watching, and he played an impressively hard song. I stood there with my jaw hanging low as I watched in amazement. Once he finished the song, both me and the clerk applauded. "I'll take that one." I said pointing at the guitar Mituna used, then I grabbed a base that was practically calling me. I placed it on the counter with the guitar, then decided to grab some picks and an amp with cords. I payed and the whole time Mituna was jumping around like a spoiled little child getting new toys.

Technically, that's exactly what we were. I chuckled at the thought and grabbed my bass case. I put the backpack side of the case on, and Mituna did the same for the guitar part. We visited a few more shops before heading home, not knowing there'd be something new waiting for us.
