|four days later|

I woke up with a yawn and a stretch as the bright morning light passed through my blinds, waking me up. I sat up and rubbed my eyes then checked the clock. Once I had realized it was only 5:12am I groaned and laid back down again. Curse the bright morning light. I closed my eyes and tried to go back to sleep for a good twenty minutes or so before realizing that I wasn't going to get anymore blissful rest today.

I groggily sat up once more and decided to eat breakfast in my pyjamas. I slugged my way out of bed and walked down the stair to my kitchen, deciding upon making eggs with toast for breakfast. I put my meal on a plate and grabbed a fork, walking to the kitchen island and setting my meal down. I turned on the radio, then returned to eat my meal. The heavenly taste of the simple breakfast helped wake me up while the weather forecast and news played in the background.

After I finished I sighed in content. "Not too bad, but I am running out of food... Which means I need to visit the grocery store later.." I say and shrug to myself. I then walk to the sink putting my dishes in, cleaning and drying them before putting them away. I then grab a paper and jot down what I need to pick up later, placing it on the table.

I sprang up and ran to my room as the mildly chilly floor hit my feet. Once I made it to my room I put some jeans on with a (favourite coloured) long shirt that has cuts on the sides of it. It looked rather nice, especially with a (second favourite colour) jacket to top it off. I put a pair of black and (style colour) earphones into my pocket and fixed up my clothing. "This should suffice, the weather is mild today." I remarked. Once I plugged the earphones in they started to glow and play my "best music" playlist.

I hummed along as I pocketed some money, shopping list, keys and grabbed my bag. I then walked out of the house moving ever so slightly along with the music. I made my way to a grocery store I had seen, remembering the quaint shop from the day I explored. It didn't take me long to find it, much to my oblige the building was only a few streets away. I looked around, recognizing the Grand Highblood as he entered a car. I smiled, and as if he sensed my presence, he turned and greeted me through his open window. He waved curtly, keeping eye contact with me. His car looks awfully tall...

I wanted to chat with him for a bit, for some odd reason, but it seemed like he was busy anyways. So I just waved back kept walking. I put my head down and marched along, hoping to reach the store shortly. I was perfectly fine with how things were going until someone suddenly rammed into me.

I gasped in shock and yanked my hands out of my pockets trying to save myself from the fall when suddenly someone grabbed my upper arm and pulled me up seconds before I would have hit the cold cement. I looked at whoever bumped into me and helped me in shock only to recognize the troll from before, Sollux Captor.

"Oh my gog II am 2o 2o 2o 2o 2orr-... (Y/N)?" I smiled and steadied myself putting my earphones back in my pocket "Hey Sollux. Didn't see you there, sorry." He sighed in relief  "Oh thank gog iit wa2 you.. IIt'2 not your fault, I wa2n't lookiing where II wa2 goiing, II'm 2orry.. Were you by any chance en route to the grocery 2tore?" He put his hands in his pocket and looked at me raising a brow.

My smile widened as I replied with "Yeah, and you?" He nodded and gently tugged me along, then let go and started walking. "You 2hould come wiith me.." I nodded happily and matched his pace walking with him to the store. A short sigh of relief escaped bus throat as we entered the shop. We were quick to chat about anything that came to mind while wandering down the aisles together. We occasionally grabbed an item or two off the shelf, placing it into our baskets. After we got what we needed and payed he looked over, a very very faint yellow dusting his cheeks as he spoke saying "Hey... Do you wanna come vii2iit to our hiive?"

I thought about it for a moment then responded with "Yeah, sure! Can I just drop the groceries off quick?" He responded with a content "2ound2 good two me." And we started trudging back to my house. Once we got there I opened the door and made my way into my abode. He stood in the door way as I quickly put everything away and ran back to him.

"Done already?" He smiled and his double fangs poked out a bit. "Sure am!" I responded. He walked out standing and waiting "Well that wa2 fa2t. Now c'mon, let'2 go!" He began walking and I closed and locked the door flowing him. After following a familiar path, we arrived at his 'hive' in minutes. He pushed the door open walking in while motioned for me to follow.

I poked my head in the entrance as Sollux shouted "II'M BACK!" I sniffed the air noticing something sweet wafting in the oxygen, then I realized it was the scent of honey, which made me smile. Psiioniic came out of his respiteblock, the sound of feet padding on the floor echoed as he looked at Sollux quickly noticing me.

"Hey 2ollux diid you get all th-.. (Y/N)? The giirl from the park riight?" I nodded. "Hello Psiioniic." He smiled and walked over to Sollux taking the bags and bringing them into the food preparation room.

He put it away as me and Sollux stood and watched. Not a word was said during this short process. Abruptly, the front door burst open and Mituna fell inside. Once he looked up he looked really excited and tried for a good five minutes to get his helmet off. So I made my way to him and took it off and set the helmet on the floor beside him. I had been careful with my actions though, as I didn't want to hurt or startle Mituna.

"H1 (Y/N)!! 1 M1553D Y0U!! TUL4 W4NT5 T0 M33T Y0U L4T3R T00!" He brought me into a tight hug, Sollux standing a few feet behind me frowning slightly. I chuckled and patted his head smiling. "I missed you too Mituna!" He let go and raced to his room. Sollux rolled his eyes and leaned on the door frame. I heard a very light "tsk" come from Sollux but paid no mind to it.

Psiioniic walked over and smiled "2o.. How have you been?" I responded thinking "Well, things have certainty been interesting since I moved here." He hummed in response and looked at Sollux who began speaking. "Here, II can giive you a tour iif you would liike." I nodded and follows him around once  as he showed me everyone's respiteblocks and all the other rooms. Their house had personally, which I really do find appealing.

After that we went into the living room and sat. "Wanna play 21 que2tiion2?" Psiioniic said obviously not sure what to do. I nodded and started with a few simple questions. Sollux gave small answers, and asked questions when it was his turn. About ten minutes in, the middle captor came running down the stairs and joined once he heard what we were doing. After about two hours of asking and answering questions from the three captors questions I felt like I knew them a lot better. We laughed and became acquainted, quickly becoming familiar with each other. It felt natural; like a second home. Like it was meant to be.

I checked my phone and gasped realizing it was somehow already nine o'clock. "Hey, sorry to cut this short but I need to head home. I have stuff I need to do." They nodded and Mituna waved as Psiioniic walked me to the door. I elliptically said my goodbyes, quickly leaving to return to my residence. Once I left I shook my head thinking about the three captors. I think I could get used to them.
