I arrived home feeling.. Well wierd. Scott was different from all the other boys I had met. He was.. Kind, I guess. He was so cute and pushed me out of my comfort zone. I loved his sister Poppy, she was kind and so outgoing.

It was a Friday so I was very excited to go to school, and have finished (Two days) of school.

I went into the brick building and immediately saw Poppy, but not Scott.

"Hey Ruby!" She said as she came over and hugged me.

" Hey Poppy. Have you seen Scott? "

"Oh uh yeah I have, You might not want to see him right now." She looked worried like something bad had happened I stared at her and playfully shoved her shoulder.

" Ha funny Poppy, but i'm serious, where is he? "

"Fine ill show you, but dont get into it ok?" She asked and nibbled on her hair nervously. I shrugged as she led me to a group of people. We shoved through the crowd and ended up in the middle where Scott and a boy were in fighting positions.

"whats going on here?" I whispered to Lilly.

" They are in a fight, but I dont know what they are fighting about. "

I stood there, staring at Scott. He eventually saw me and his face went from hard and scary to Sweet and kind.

"Hey excuse me for a second Nick I need to go settle this fight." Scott grinned and went over to me. He kissed me on the cheek and put his arm around me.

" Oh no you dont. " Nick glared at Scott and came over, and pushed Scott to the ground. I screamed and rushed to Scotts side. He got up and slapped Nick.

"She is mine!" Nick yelled and grabbed my waist.

" Let go! " I screamed and shuffled my way out of his stone hard grip. Scott obviously got angry and pushed Nick to the ground and grabbed my waist tighter than Nick did.

"Whats going on with you two!" I yelled but Scott just put his finger to my mouth.

" Go to the janitors closet, ill meet you there ok? " He whispered to me as Nick grabbed Scott and pulled him to the ground. Nick immediately got up and grabbed me by the waist, lifted me onto his shoulders, and carried me away to the lunch room.

"Let go of me you butt head!" I screamed as I hit his shoulders. He squeezed me even tighter than before. I felt like I was gonna pass out he was squeezing so hard.

When we got to the lunch room he sat me down on a chair. He turned around and saw Scott running for the lunch room doors, in a panicky look. Nick casually closed the doors, ripped off a piece of the table, and pushed it against the doors. The lunch table made it impossible to open from the outside. I was stuck, alone, with a maniac guy, super confused.

He walked over to me and smirked.

"What do you want with me you ugly pig." I glared at him. His eyes went wide with excitement.

"Well your feisty to!" He explained , like it was a good thing.

"Whats going on here?"

" Well Scott was bragging about how cute you were and how innocent you were, so I decided that you would be better with me, since i'm such a good kisser. " He slightly smiled at me and winked. I glared at him and stood up from where he sat me down on the chair.

"Gross. I could barely handle Scott, I dont want to deal with another guy." I walked over to the lunch table piece dangling on the latch. I tried to get it off of the door but it wouldn't move. I tried harder but it was resilient. I tried a third time but before I could get a good grip on the board, Nick came up to me and shoved me into the door. I screamed as he started beating me senseless with his stone hard fists.

He wouldnt stop and I was starting to bleed from my face to my chest.

"I will keep punching you until you cooperate." He said and took another punch to my face.

" Never, I will never give up. " I said as I punched his chest. He stood back and smirked.

"You want to fight little girl?" He smiled and punched me, harder than ever before, in the chest. It felt like the wind was knocked out of me. I fell to the floor holding my wound. Through a little crack in the door I could see Scott. I could hear Scott screaming and scrambling trying to get the door open.

Nick started to kick me. He picked me up by my arms and threw me over to the wall. I grunted and immediately got up, walked over to him, and slapped him cold hard in the nose.

"Just cooperate!" He screamed as he rammed me against the wall. I screamed and started to cry cold, angry tears as I fell to the floor. Why was he doing this to me? I never did anything to him before, Never!

Nick got ready to take another punch at me but before he could do that, I held up my hand in front of my face.

"Please stop, I will do anything you want just leave me alone." I cried. Hot tears ran down my face as I knew what was coming next. I heard Scott start screaming my name telling me not to give up, but I couldnt fight anymore. I would end up in the hospital if I continued to fight.

" There we go Ruby, thats a good girl. " He smiled at me and casually sat down on a chair and watched me struggle to get up from the floor. I cried but he didnt care at all, he liked seeing me struggle. He finally came over to me and picked me up, by my waist, and shoved me onto a chair.

"Ok since you have agreed to do anything I say, I want you to become my girlfriend." He smiled smugly .

"Never!" I yelled at him and saw Scott in the corner of my eye almost gonna pass out.

" He is going to torture you Ruby dont agree to it dont! Fight if you have to just dont! " He yelled at me through the crack of the door. I looked at him solemnly.

"He would kill me Scott."

" Just, please I know what he is going to do to you, you dont deserve such a jurk. " He said as his eyes went soft. I had never seen this from Scott before, he was being sweet, and thoughtful. I got up from the chair and ran over to the crack where Scott was.

"Forget about the Janitors closest, just get out of there ok?" He asked as he shoved the door to try to get it open. Nick came up to me and he smiled at Scott.

"You are a jurk you know that." I said as he put on a sarcastic smile. From the corner of my eye I could see that Scott had unlocked the door and managed a place for the lunch table to go, all he needed was a distraction so that he could burst through the doors and get me out of there. I nodded and knew exactly what distraction I should do.

I gently put my arms around Nick, and hugged him tight. He was surprised but I think I tricked him because he hugged me even tighter.

Scott was having some trouble opening the door so I had to keep my distraction up, sadly.

I looked at the crack where Scott was. But He wasnt there.

When I saw he wasnt there I literally pushed Nick away and ran over to the crack where I last saw Scott. I cried when I realized that what I saw wasnt an illusion, it was real, Scott was gone.

"What are you doing babe?" Nick asked as he came over to me. My eyes were flaming red as I turned around to his eye level. I had gone through that whole " distraction" Thinking that Scott would save me from this nightmare of Nick. He left me to die, ok well maybe thats an exaggeration but Nick literally was torturing me.

"About to punch you in the face you jurk!" I screamed as I punched his nose. Blood started trickling down from his nostril. His eyes went evil as he pushed me against the wall.

" Why did you do that!? " He yelled at me as he threw me to the floor. I immediately got up and grabbed his chest, threw it against the wall, and slapped him in the mouth.

"Its for torturing me you pig!" I yelled and started slapping him multiple times in the face on the floor. Nick then grabbed my hand mid-slap and smirked.

"You will regret this little Ruby." He smiled with blood in between his teeth. I am done for. Nick immediately got up and picked up my head my his hands. He cupped my head in his dirty hands and slammed my head against the door. I could feel my skull crack. He did this three times and each time my life flashed before my eyes like a movie theater casually playing a movie. When he slammed my head the fourth time, even harder and more painful than before, I passed out from blood loss.

A/N Ok I know when this comes out (is published) it will be late.. I AM SO SORRY XD. I was in Twin Falls, Idaho, and away from Wifi for TWO DAYS! IT WAS TORTURE. Anyway sorry this is coming out soo late. Btw sorry this chapter was kinda cheesy.. Well I think it was a little cheesy. Anyway Baiii!!
