I wake up in someone's arms, bridal style. After looking up, I see it's Shawn's.

"Oh, hey. You slept the whole plane ride, and I didn't want to wake you up. We are walking to Burger King," Shawn explains.

"Thanks! And yay, I'm really hungry," I laugh.

"Me too."

"Hey, your actually awake, sleepy head?" Nash interjects while walking next to Shawn and I.

"Yeah. And are we going anywhere today?" I ask.

"I don't think so. Why?" Nash responds.

"Because we are in New York City. We have to at least do one cool thing!" I exclaim and then Carter comes to my rescue.

"Ya! There's tons of fun things to do here," he insists and I nod.

"We should go ice skating! And then after that, we can look around! Iv heard the lights are really pretty at night," I claim and then Lauren starts freaking out.

"Yes! I love ice skating!" she fangirls while walking into Burger King.

"Then it's final! We are going ice skating!" Brent laughs.

"Here, you wanna order?" Shawn asks while putting me down.

"Yeah. Can I please have a strawberry banana smoothie, a medium French fries, and a cheese burger?" I ask the cashier person and she nods.

After ordering and eating, we walk to the ice skating rink. "I'll get the skates," Taylor offers and then leaves to get them.

When he gets back, we put on our shoes and then go out to the rink.

"Honestly, I can't ice skate," I admit to Shawn while stepping onto the ice.

"Don't worry, I'm a pro," he brags while skating in a small circle. I try to skate but I fall on my butt.

"Need some help?" Shawn asks while offering me a hand.

"Yeah," I say while grabbing it, but I pull him to the ground.

"You rebel!" he chuckles while getting up, but this time I get up my self.

"Look," Shawn says while showing me how to skate. I try and I almost fall again. "It's kinda difficult at first, but it gets easier."

"I hope!" I smile and then I try again. I skate a few feet before falling.

"Try skating by the wall so you can grab onto it if you fall," Shawn offers and I try the method.

I skate the whole rink, by the wall of course, without falling.

"New record!" I scream happily.

"Good job! Now do you want to try to skate a little father from the wall? I know you can do it!" Shawn encourages me.

"Okay, but you better catch me if I fall," I laugh.

"No, why would I do that? I would just let you fall on your butt again," he teases.

"Whatever," I smile while slowly moving away from the railing.

"Good, now just keep moving your feet like I showed you!" he says and I repeat what I was taught.

"This is a lot easier than it was before!" I admit while skating gracefully and adding a twirl to the skating pattern.

"See, I told you so! Your a pro!" Shawn decides and I smile.

"I'm defiantly not a pro yet, but I could be some day," I giggle.

"Well you learn from the best," he jokes.

"Who do I learn from? Because I defiantly didn't from you then," I laugh and he pouts.

"That's not nice," Shawn frowns playfully.

"Nether are you!" I shoot back at him.

"So are you pumped for Magcon?" he asks, changing the subject.

"Yes! Seriously we have the best fans in the world. They pay to see eleven idiots on the stage," I laugh and then Shawn pouts again.

"Hey, did you take a mean pill today?" he jokes. "I'm not an idiot!"

"I was joking!" I insist while playfully punching him.

"But it's true. We do have the best fans ever," he agrees while I do a spin on the ice again.

"Yep!" I laugh and then my pocket vibrates. I pull out my phone and see I was mentioned by Nash. It was a video.

"Look," I say while showing Shawn. It was a video of me pulling Shawn onto the ice, from earlier. We both start laughing and I put my phone away.

"You guys ready to leave? It's already seven thirty," Brent explains while skating over to us.

"It's already seven thirty!? Wow that time went by fast! And sure," I say while skating towards the exit.

Someone bumps into me and I almost fall but Shawn catches me.

"Thanks," I blush and then take off my skates.

"TAYLOR!" I yell and then he walks over.

"What?"

"Here," I say while giving him my skates. He rolls his eyes and walks away with my skates.

"Thanks!" I shout at him and he just nods.

After we leave, its pretty dark outside, but the city light brightened our paths.

"This is so pretty!" Lox exclaims and I nod.

A few moments later I hear a loud,
ear piercing scream. A small group of girls walk up to us.

"Oh my gosh! You guys are the Magcon people! Can we please take a picture with you guys!?" one of the girls ask.

"Sure!" I nod while posing next to Shawn and the fan for the picture.

"Thank you so much!" they scream on the verge of tears.

"No, thank you. We wouldn't be here without dedicated fans like you!" I explain before they leave.

"Guys.. I think we should go thrift shopping!" Lox shouts as we come across a thrift shop.

"YES!" I scream before anyone answers and then run into the store.

Lauren, Lox, and I run into the prop section of the store and found fake beards, mustaches, and nerd glasses.

"This is perfect- we should wear this tomorrow to Magcon!" Lauren pleads excitedly and we all agree.

When we find the boys, they were dresses up as hippies with fake beards. Me and the girls burst out into laughter. They looked ridiculous!

"C'mon- let's pay for our costumes. We're wearing them tomorrow at Magcon!" I explain.

After checking out, we head back onto the streets. Most of the streets were pretty empty so we all just fooled around and acting like idiots.

"Hey where's the music? We have to has music!" Carter says and Shawn laughs.

"Like the ceiling can't hold us," Shawn starts to sing Can't hold us by Macklemore and Ryan Lewis and then when he finished the chorus I start doing the rapping part.

Everyone stares at me wide-eyed as I continue. "I'm on i-n-d-e-p-e-n-d-e-n-c," I rap and then finish the rapping and burst out in laughing.

"What the crap Lex, I never know you could rap," everyone starts shouting.

"Well I normally don't go around rapping so people don't normally know that," I chuckle, stating the obvious. Yeah, I can rap and sing. I'm kind of like a musical prodigy, I guess you could say. Other than singing and rapping, I can also play almost every instrument-I'm just cool like that.

"Do you guys want to go back now? It's getting kind of late. It sucks being tired during Magcon," Brent explains.

"Sure, but I'm not walking," I laugh while jumping on Shawn's back.

"I'm not your personal vehicle," Shawn states and I roll my eyes.

"Well you are now!"

"Shuddup," he says making me giggle. I look over and see that Taylor is holding Lauren's hand and I smile. Maybe they're finally together!

"Do you see Taylor and Laur?" I whisper in Shawn's ear and he looks over and sees them.

"Yeah," he smiles. "They would be cute together."

"Defiantly," I agree. "Speaking of couples, did you see Shexy on twitter?"

He laughs and nods."Yeah. I wonder who created that."

I burst out in laughter. "Lauren did!"

"Really? Now we need to make those two a shipping name... Lauray?" Shawn smirks and I nod.

We each pull out our phones and take a quick picture of the two love birds.

Immediately after I tweet that, Lauren and Taylor's phones make a buzzing noise.

"RUN!" I yell at Shawn and he takes off in a dead sprint. "FASTER!"

"I would, but it's not easy when you have someone on your back!" he shoots back at me.

"Fine, I'll give you that," I laugh.

"GET THEM!" I hear Lauren yell and they start chasing us.

I look behind me and see Lauren and Taylor chasing after us, and Lox and the others are just look really confused.

By the time they caught up to us, we were at the hotel. It was already midnight and we had to leave at noon.

"Well, I think I'm gunna go get some sleep," I explain while looking at the stars above.

"Sleep tight,beautiful," Shawn says while giving me a hug and I blush.

"Goodnight," I smile and then walk up with Lauren and Lox to our room.

My phone vibrates and I look at the screen.

And with that tweet was a picture of Shawn giving me a hug, just a few moments earlier. I quickly screen shot the picture and make it my lock screen. Let's just say I was falling for Shawn-hard.

"Goodnight guys," I tell Lox and Lauren before turning off the lamp in the room. I smile before I fall asleep, thinking about how I have the best friends in the world. Not to mention the best crush.
