Chapter Two

Everyone buddied up with themself and they were off, following Donnie down through the sewers. There was quiet chit-chat between a few of the pairs, but nothing too interesting. Mainly just questions about relations and enemies.

When they arrived at the lair, Donnie stopped in front of the entrance and told them to wait. He pulled his left arm up and started tapping on it, opening the security system. Currently, the only faces that the system recognized and would not deem a threat were Donnie, his brothers, April, Splinter, Cassandra, and Casey. Luckily, Donnie had left a way for him to add more faces in case they needed to harbor more mutants or humans. He changed this once Cass had become a friend and was thankful for it after Casey showed up.

"Alright, just hold still. If you move, you may be killed," Donnie said nonchalantly, and the four new turtles looked at each other, alarmed.

Sheldon zipped out of the lair, then paused in front of the new faces.

"Who are these guys?" he asked.

"New mutants. They'll be staying for a little bit, so just scan their faces and add them to the security list."

"Yes, sir." Sheldon scanned the other-Leo first, then asked what his name was so he could put it in.

"Leonardo," he replied, "but I go by Leo."

Sheldon glanced at Leo. "But you're Leo."
Leo shrugged. "We're both Leo, I guess. And there's another Donnie, another Raph, and another Mikey."

Sheldon turned to Donnie and said something in code. Donnie glanced at his device and read the translation.

"No, there is no need for extreme security measures. Just scan them, Sheldon."

Sheldon beeped a confirmation, then continued to scan the turtles: Raph, then Donnie, then Mikey.

"All set! Now none of you will be obliterated upon entering the lair. Stay cool, my dudes," Sheldon added, then left them to their business.

"Uh," other-Mikey started, "what did he mean by 'Obliterated'?"

"'Obliterated,'" other-Donnie recited, "means 'to destroy or wipe out'."

"I know, D," other-Mikey replied. "I just didn't... actually, nevermind."

"Can we see Splinter now?" other-Leo interjected.

"Oh, sure. Leon?" Donnie said, turning to look at Leo expectantly.

Leo sighed dramatically. Truly, he didn't care, but he liked to do this to annoy his twin brother. "Fiiiiiiineeeee."

Leo dragged himself into the lair, then began walking normally when he was out of Donnie's view. "DAD!!"

"What is it, Blue?" Splinter called from the sofa chair.

"There are some people who want to see you." Leo had made his way to the left of his father, who was watching some Japanese show about people getting pinched by crabs. Leo understood some of it, but he never really paid attention to their Japanese classes.

"People?" Splinter asked, slight dread dripping into his voice. He looked up at Leo.

"Well, mutants. Other turtles. They're, like... us? From a different universe? I think?"

"Oh, alright. I will be out in a moment." He turned back to the television. "Just let me finish this episode, okay?"

"Sure," Leo replied, then turned and left. He clasped his hands together behind his head and headed back to the others. April must have headed home; it was likely her parents were worried about her since it was so late. "He's comin', just has to finish his show."

"His show?" other-Mikey repeated, then glanced at his brothers.

"Master Splinter doesn't watch TV," other-Leo said, somewhat defensively.

"Well, ours does," Raph replied.

"And he's small and stinky, so don't be too surprised if it starts to smell like something died inside of his mouth," Mikey added.

The others glanced at each other nervously.

"If you don't wanna meet him, that's fine by us," Donnie said, looking down at his device. "Just let me know so I can remove you from the security list and Sheldon can start obliterating you."

"Nonono, that's fine!" other-Leo laughed.

"I like you," other-Raph said, a grin spread across his face.

"Now THAT'S scary," other-Donnie whispered, and his orange brother giggled.

"The feeling isn't mutual," Donnie replied simply.

Other-Raph looked offended. "Wow, thanks."

"It's nothing personal. Well, actually, yes it is," Donnie added. "You're impulsive, ignorant, angry, and sarcastic. You're jealous of your leader and bully your younger brother because you don't know how else to deal with your emotions. Speaking of, you rarely show any aside from frustration and annoyance. You make fun of your Donnie's interests and are always cruel to your siblings for no real reason, only showing you actually care for them when you or they are near death."

Donnie smiled at the turtles' faces, which had no other way to be described aside from jaws dropped. Absolutely dislocated, through the earth, burning up in the inner core of the globe.

"Am I within the 'ballpark'?" Donnie placed quotations around "ballpark" in his voice since he used it as an expression. He usually did that, but DAMN Donnie was good. Leo assumed that was something they had in common: they were both skilled at reading people.

The Raph that just got absolutely violated had a look of sheer embarrassment on his face, anger boiling up in his chest before he seemed to realize that blowing up would simply prove Donnie's point. So he shut up, averted his eyes, and mumbled "Whatever."
Donnie grinned smugly at the red turtle. "Now, shall we head inside and wait for our father to pull himself away from his Japanese television channels?"

Everyone headed inside silently, the more basic ninjas following closely behind the Rise ones. Leo noticed that Donnie waited for the others to all pass him before he headed in as well.

(I want to do 2012 Mikey's POV now so yeah, it's his POV now)

Mikey plopped down onto a beanbag next to his spotted counterpart. His brothers each sat further away on the ground, while the other Mikey's brothers sat a bit closer to him.

After a few moments of silence, Mikey stretched and yawned. "So, other me."

The other Mikey looked over at him.

"Do you have your own room?"

"Oh, for sure. We all do!" he replied. He seemed really excited to talk to Mikey, and MIkey had to admit, the feeling was mutual. Since his brothers usually didn't want to hang out with him, it was nice to have someone like him to talk to.

"Can I see it?" Mikey asked, then paused. "After we see Splinter."

His brothers' eyes fell, and then there was a small silence.

"Sure," the other Mikey said.

Afterwards, they waited. The only sound was Donnie looking at the other Donnie's weird shell thing, tapping it and examining it like there was no tomorrow.

"Hey, Angelo?" the other Donnie called, and Mikey's twin responded in a hum. "Would you go get Dad? I presume his show should have ended by now, though he has not arrived yet."

"Sure thing, D!" Mikey- or, Angelo, Mikey thought he should call him- pounced up from his spot and headed off to where Splinter was likely watching TV. Mikey still couldn't wrap his head around that.

After Angelo left, Mikey looked over at Donnie. Well, his Donnie. Maybe Mikey could call him Tello? That would follow the pattern of what he called Mikey. Michelangelo to Angelo, Donatello to Tello. He could call the other Leonardo Nardo- he had heard Tello call him that earlier- and the other Raphael Ael? No, that didn't sound right. Phael? Pael? Rael? Rael sounded cool.

"Hey, uh, bigger Raph?" Mikey turned to Rael, seeing the snapping turtle's face soften slightly, perhaps in recognition.
"It's gonna be confusing to keep calling him Raph and you Raph, can I call you Rael?"

"Oh!" he said. "Yeah, sure. I like that, actually. Rael..."

"And then I'll call you-" Mikey pointed at Nardo- "Nardo, and you-" he pointed at Tello- "Tello. I'll call your brother Angelo."

There was a pause as the three turtles glanced at each other.

"Is that... okay?" Mikey asked nervously. He realized he had just said he would call Nardo, Tello and Angelo by those names. He hadn't asked.

"Yeah, that's fine," Nardo replied, waving his hand as to shoo the worry away. "We're used to nicknames. We call Donnie- er, Tello- D, Don, Donald, and all sorts of stuff like that. We call Angleo Mikey, Angelo, and Michael. We don't have a lot of names for Raph; we usually just call him Raph."

"And then we call Nardo here Leon, Leo, Leonardo, or Nardo," Tello added.

"We just call ourselves Raph, Leo, Mikey, and Donnie," Leo said, glancing at the others.

"We're boring," Donnie laughed, then went back to inspecting Tello's outer shell. He pressed on the side and something flew out: a metal claw, it looked like. He let out a small noise of wonder before returning to the shell.

"We're not boring, Donnie," Raph protested. "We just don't have a bunch of weird names."

"Weird," Tello recited, "is measured by society's standards of what is 'normal.' If we are following the general rule of thumb that society is the humans living in New York City and around the globe, we are all 'weird'."

Mikey chuckled and Raph shot him a glare.

"Y'know, I'm starting to think this was a bad idea," Raph whispered to Leo, who nodded slightly.

"Look, thank you for the hospitality, but we really should be-" Leo started, standing up.

"I found him!" Angelo shouted. He slowed down from his mad dash back into the room, breathing heavily. "He was- he fell asleep in the chair. Y'know, cake."

Tello, Rael, and Nardo all gave a knowing hum while Mikey and his brothers were left in the dark about what "cake" meant.

"So is he coming?" Rael asked. Angelo nodded happily, then turned.
"DAD!! HURRY UP, THEY'RE WAITING!" He turned back around to face the group and gave an apologetic smile.

"His Dr. Delicate Touch is showing," Nardo muttered, earning a chuckle from Rael.

"Oh, here he is," Angelo said, then stepped to the side to make way for...

"Splinter!?" all four brothers shouted, shocked beyond anything they'd ever felt before.

There was this... tiny, fat, grey rat man in a yellowish robe standing at a third of Angelo's height.

"What the hell is that," Raph breathed.

"Hey," Rael snapped, "be nice. He's still our dad."

Raph rolled his eyes. "Sure as hell doesn't look like it. No wonder 'Nardo' was so bad at fighting earlier."

"Um, excuse me?" Nardo shot back. "I seem to recall me beating your asses."

"Leo," Rael warned, earning an eye roll from his brother.

Raph scoffed, "Yeah, right! We had you cornered before your softshell brother showed up."

"I literally knocked you down, prick! Be glad I didn't send you to the Prison Dimension!"

"Leonardo!" Tello yelled. Everyone's heads snapped to look at him. He stared hard at Nardo, whose face relaxed from surprise to slight frustration. Donnie relaxed back away from Tello, not wanting to upset him any more.

Nardo shot a look at Raph before pulling his knees up to his plastron and crossing his arms over his knees, resting his chin on his forearms and looking away.

"So, who are these... copycats of you and your brothers?" Splinter asked Angelo, eyeing the four. He tried to be quiet, but everyone heard him and Nardo snickered quietly.

"We're your sons," Donnie stated, moving his hands to emphasize, "just from a different universe."

"At least, that's the theory we're going for currently," Tello added. His voice had gone back to its normal tone and octave. Mikey thought it was his normal tone and octave, but he'd only known the guy for a solid ten, maybe fifteen minutes, so he could very well be wrong.

"My sons?" Splinter repeated. "No. My sons do not look the exact same except for a piece of cloth around their eyes."

"We're not technically your sons," Leo started. "We have our own Master Splinter who is... more trained in martial arts."

"Had," Mikey corrected quietly, earning a questioning glance from Splinter.

"Had?"

"He..." Donnie started, then stopped. His brothers all looked at each other, wanting someone else to tell Splinter.

"Shredder killed him," Raph finished harshly.

The other turtles' eyes widened and Splinter looked at their twins.

"Shredder..." Splinter pondered aloud, thinking for a moment.

"Is your Shredder a bloodthirsty monster made of armor?" Rael asked nonchalantly.

"Uh," Leo glanced at Donnie. "No?"

"Our Shredder's the semi-father of Karai, though, who's Leo's-"

Leo stared at Mikey hard, which led Mikey to trail off and shut his mouth. He was kind of used to things like that.

"Our Karai..." Nardo paused and glanced at Rael, whose eyes were downcasted and held fast on the floor.

"She didn't make it in the battle with Shredder," Tello finished. He was staring down at his hands, which were laid flat in his crossed legs.

"Oh, I'm..." Donnie started. "I'm so sorry."

There was a pause, a short silence of mourning shared between the turtles.

"What about your April?" Splinter asked. He had stepped down and was sitting near Mikey. Angelo was leaning against Tello now. Mikey must have spaced out in the silence and lost track of what was happening.

"Oh, April's amazing!" Donnie grinned, his face lit up. Raph rolled his eyes and Leo shook his head with a sigh. They all knew Donnie had this stupid crush on April ever since they saved her from the Foot Clan.

"Our April, too," Angelo said. "Right, D?"

Angelo nudged Tello, who swayed slightly to the side. "Huh?" He looked up from his hands and at Angelo.

"April. She's awesome, right?"

"Oh, yeah. A total badass."

"Donnie," Rael muttered.

"It's the only way to describe her," Tello shrugged. "Not my fault she's that cool."

"You could've said 'cool,' like you just did," Rael crossed his arms and looked at Tello expectantly.

Tello rolled his eyes.

"Well, our April is really cool, too," Donnie ranted. "She's smart, and funny, and doesn't let anyone walk over her. She's independent and pretty and-"

"Okay, we get it, Donnie," Raph interjected. "Can we stop talking about your stupid girlfriend now?"

"Wha-" Donnie looked at Raph in shocked embarrassment. "She's not my girlfriend!"

"May as well be with how much you fawn over her," Mikey said, playful mockery lacing his voice. "'Ooh, April, I love you so much! Let's go analyze sewer water together!'"

"I don't sound like that!" Donnie shot defensively.

"Notice how you didn't deny that you fawn over her?" Leo noted.

"I-" Donnie started, but was cut off by Tello.

"I'm sorry, but you're in love with April?" Tello asked. Confusion and partial disgust dripped from his voice.

"Uh... yeah?" Donnie replied carefully. "Aren't you?"

Tello laughed hard, leaning on Angelo and clutching his lower plastron. "Ohhh, man, that's a good one. I didn't know I was the funny one in this universe, too!"

Donnie exchanged a look with his brothers.

"Don doesn't do love," Nardo explained. "The only love he's ever felt was for Sheldon, and that was a father-son relationship."

"Ah, do not forget that bed he made for me," Splinter added.

"Oh, yeah!" Angelo laughed. "When it tried to kill us all? That was funny."

"And then it recognized me as the superior intellect and surrendered the fight in my favor," Tello added proudly.

"No, it called you 'Father,' you called it 'Son,' and you hugged," Nardo protested.

Tello rolled his eyes. "I have a better memory than you, Nardo. I think I would remember the scenario better than you."

"It's three against one here, Don," Rael said.

Tello looked at Angelo, who nodded sheepishly. Tello crossed his arms and shook his head.

"Betrayal."

"Hold on, can we rewind here?" Donnie cut in. "Tello doesn't like April?"

The other brothers shook their heads.

"So who does?" Raph asked, and they all looked at each other, then laughed.

"April's like our sister, man," Angelo chuckled.

"Who the hell would like their own sister?" Rael inquired.

Mikey and his brothers all looked at Leo.

"Hey- now that's not fair," Leo protested. "I didn't know she was our sister! That's not my fault."
"Wait, what?" Nardo asked.

"Our fearless leader here had a crush on our sister, Karai," Raph answered.

Mikey glanced at the turtles and rat that he hadn't grown up with and almost laughed. They were absolutely flabbergasted. Totally appalled. 100% astounded.

"Your sister?!" Angelo and Rael both cried simultaneously, shock flooding their voices. Nardo just sat there, tears forming in his eyes, the top of his mask bunching together in the middle with confusion and regret. Likely regret for bringing them there.

"I didn't know she was my sister!" Leo defended, then crossed his arms and huffed.

"She was still your enemy," Tello remarked. "Didn't you say she was Shredder's daughter?"

"Semi-daugher," Mikey reminded them, and Tello rolled his eyes.

"Like that's much better."

"Well, at least she became a mutant later on," Raph added, "whereas Donnie's little crush stayed human."

"Unfortunately," Leo cut in. "She would've been a lot easier to be around if she understood our struggles as mutants."

"She was totally easy to be around!" Donnie protested, then stopped as the others looked at him with "Really?" written all over their faces. "...Okay, maybe she was a bit much at times."

"Dude, she was a bit much all the time!" Mikey said, tossing his arms up to accentuate his point.

"Okay, I get it!" Donnie answered, holding his hands up to his ears. (Do turtles have ears? Hold on, research time.)

(There is no outer ear, however they have a scale covering their ear called a tympanic scute!)

"Okay, I get it!" Donnie answered, holding his hands up to his tympanic scutes. He did that a lot whenever he was overwhelmed.

"I can excuse dating a human," Splinter said, "but your sister? This is New York, not Alabama."

Angelo chuckled. "I got that joke, that was funny."

"Thank you, my son."

"Okay, but seriously," Donnie looked at the Rise turtles. "Do none of you have a girlfriend?"

"No," Rael replied flatly. "I mean, April does."

"So April has a boyfriend but none of you have a girlfriend?" Raph asked. "That's kinda lame."

"No, April has a girlfriend. Two, actually. Their names are Sunita and Cassandra, or Cass for short. Sunita's a yokai and Cass is a human," Angelo stated.

"April's... wait, your April is gay?" Mikey wasn't upset about it, he was just sort of taken by surprise. With how much Casey and Donnie seemed to fawn over April, it never crossed Mikey's mind that she might like women.

"Lesbian, actually," Nardo corrected. "That's the proper term."

"Okay, so April likes girls here," Leo noted.

"Is there a reason you guys don't have girlfriends or have you just not found anyone?" Raph asked.

Tello glanced at Nardo. "Well, I simply have no interest in relationships aside from platonic currently. I wouldn't be opposed to one once I'm older, though. I also do not have the time nor energy to uphold such a relationship."

"I don't have time for boyfriends or girlfriends or partners or whatever," Angelo said. "I'm too busy being the cute brother."

"I want to have one, but like Donnie said," Rael added, "I don't have the time to keep a relationship healthy or going."

Angelo hummed in agreement and Splinter chuckled. "I did have a relationship once, back when I was still human. She was beautiful and lovely towards me."

Nardo rolled his eyes. "And then she transformed into a giant spider and locked you in her arena, forcing you to become her champion for Battle Nexus."

Splinter waved dismissively at his son. "Ah, details. Either way, we are not together anymore."

"Her name is Big Mama," Angelo told them. "She's a big creepy spider lady who tried to get us to fight in her arena or something."

Tello shuddered. "She spat on me as well. It was... unenjoyable."

"She's not as bad as Draxum was, though," Rael said. "He was the one who actually made us and Dad. But he also turned a good part of the city into mutants, so... not that good."

"He's changed, though!" Angelo added quickly. "He saved humans from a broken ferris wheel."

"And we got tricked into eating dinner with him," Splinter mumbled sourly.

"Yeah, and then you BLEW UP ON HIM," Nardo replied, "saying that he could just MUTATE US SOME CREAM CORN."

"I think I handled it well," the rat grinned.

"You literally ruined the dinner, Dad," Angelo said.

"The past is in the past. No use changing it now," Splinter said quickly.

Tello rolled his eyes and sighed. "He does this a lot," he muttered to the other turtles.

"He's... different from our Splinter," Donnie whispered back, eyes glued to the rat.

"He's lazy," Raph murmured. Jeez, he really doesn't hold anything back, does he?

Splinter must have heard, because he looked at Mikey's older brother and chuckled. "Lazy, eh? I seem to recall making multiple movies and video games back in my prime."

"You made video games?" Mikey exclaimed, wonder and admiration gleaming in his eyes.

"Yes, I did, my strangely markingless son!" Splinter replied, grinning. "I was known all across the human world as Lou Jitsu, and every woman- and man, apparently- admired and loved me. Then Big Mama used me to become her Battle Nexus Champion, and now I am known across the yokai world as well."

"Wow," Leo breathed, Donnie also staring in awe. Not at the man in front of them, but at the man he used to be. They stared at his aura, his presence, his past. For a second, Mikey thought they would even start squealing like some fangirls who just got winked at by their favorite music artist.

But no, they simply looked at each other and smiled.

"I can't believe your dad is famous," Donnie said to the others.

"Yeah," Nardo replied, "except we didn't know Dad was, well, our dad until after the Foot and Draxum spilled the beans. We knew we had Lou Jitsu's human DNA, we just didn't know that Dad was Lou Jitsu."

"So this Lou Jitsu guy was, like, super famous everywhere, then got mutated into a rat?" Mikey asked.
"Pretty much," Rael shrugged. "Kind of a boring story, but eh. What about your Splinter?"

The boys looked at each other, then Donnie answered. "We don't know a lot about his past. We just know that he had found us as babies and was trying to take care of us, then was mutated into a rat by Shredder."

"In other words, a much more boring origin story than yours," Leo said to Splinter.

"Ah, nonsense," Splinter replied, waving his hand in dismissal. "I would rather like to meet your father, however."

"Oh, uh-" Mikey started, then was cut off by Nardo.

"We can't," he said, then paused as everyone looked at him. "Um, I don't... we don't know how they got here or where they came from."

"Well that's bull," Raph said, crossing his arms. "You literally portaled us here."

"You guys were the ones who walked through it," Nardo shot back.

"We only did that because Mikey went through first!" Donnie replied defensively.

"I only went through because none of you would go get my pillow after Raph threw through the portal!" Mikey finished.

Everyone looked back at Raph, who opened his mouth, then paused. "I just wanted to know what it was."

"So you threw your brother's pillow through it?" Rael asked, judgement filling his voice.

"I- I just grabbed the first thing," Raph was starting to get nervous, Mikey realized.

"You went to his room and grabbed it off his bed," Donnie stated.

"Look, I'm not just gonna sit here and take you guys bashing me!" Raph then spun around and stormed out of the room, and Mikey figured he had absolutely no idea where he was going.

"Uh, where is he going?" Angelo asked.

"He's just headed to the main room," Tello replied nonchalantly. "I have cameras."

"Hopefully he doesn't go into our rooms," Rael added.

"Yeah, if he breaks my Lou Jitsu figurines I will literally kill him," Nardo warned.
"He won't," Mikey said. "...Probably."

"'Probably' doesn't cut it, Michael," Tello shot, then paused. "Er- Mikey? Sorry, I'm used to calling Angelo Michael."

Mikey shrugged. "All the same to me."

"Here, let's just go get Raph, okay?" Donnie stood up from his position on the floor, Leo following in suit. "Make sure he doesn't break anything."

"I'll get him," Rael offered. "I'm stronger than you guys, no offense."

"None taken," Donnie replied, then Leo added an "It's kind of obvious."

"If he gets violent or anything- which is not like me at all, so don't worry- I'll just hold him down or something. I can overpower him easily."

"Just be careful of his sais," Mikey said. "They hurt."

"How would you know?" Angelo asked, then seemed to realize in the silence afterwards.

"As I said earlier," Tello said, referencing his overanalyzing of Raph.

"He's not always like that, by the way," Mikey added quickly. "It's just if he gets angry."

"Does he hit Leo or Donnie?" Rael asked, crossing his arms.

Nobody answered.

"Occasionally he will to me, but-"

"So Mikey's the target of his violence?" Nardo interrupted, standing up.

"Most of the time, yes," Leo answered.

"And you haven't thought to stop him?" Tello asked, hints of anger in his voice.

"He's your little brother, you gotta protect him!" Rael added.

"We just- we thought it was normal sibling stuff!" Leo defended, then Angelo shook his head.

"Normal sibling stuff? Have you ever met anyone else with siblings? Human or not, siblings do not act like that towards each other. That's called abuse!"

Abuse? Mikey repeated in his head. He had heard about that before when April was describing something about human nature, but... he had never thought he was being abused.

Was he being abused?

"I'm sorry that we don't know anything aside from what Splinter, April, and Casey told us," Donnie retorted.

"Don't apologize," Rael growled, "fix it."

"Raph, just go talk to the other Raph. Y'know, the mean one," Nardo added, shooting a glare at Leo and Donnie.

Donnie rolled his eyes and scoffed. "We know he's the mean one. I'm the smart one, Mikey's the dumb funny one, and Leo's the leader."

"Dumb funny one?" Mikey repeated. "I'm not dumb."

"You're not... as smart as Donnie," Leo tried.

"Well, duh," Nardo said. "Donnie is, like, a genius. That would mean that you're dumb, too, Leo."

"I'm not dumb," Leo replied defensively. "I'm just-"

"Not as smart as Donnie," Angelo finished.

"Yeah! Wait," Leo paused, then glanced at Donnie and back to Nardo, who had a smug grin on his face.

"Gotcha."

Donnie groaned. "Look, it doesn't matter! Just- go get Raph, please?"

Rael sighed. "Sure, yeah. You guys just... chill out here, I guess. I'll be back."
"Good luck," Mikey murmured as Rael walked past him, earning a pitying glance from the snapping turtle.

Then he was gone, leaving the other six alone. After a moment, Splinter groaned and stood up, cracking his back with his hands and sighing.

"Well, I think I should go back to my show," Splinter said. Leo almost argued, but stopped after Splinter had already started leaving. He swayed to a dance slightly as he left, muttering a song before disappearing.

"Well," Tello started, "I suppose I should get back to my lab. I was working on finishing Sheldon, and he will not be able to function completely without my tinkering. Michael, if you would like to follow, you are welcome."

Tello stood up and shrugged as Angelo said he wanted to hang out with Mikey.

"Suit yourself."

"Can I come with you?"

Donnie had stood up and was holding his hands loosely together, staring hopefully at Tello.

Tello eyed him carefully then sighed. "If you must. Just don't touch anything."

Donnie's eyes brightened and as Tello went to leave, Donnie pumped his fist in the air, then quickly followed his alternate self.

And then there were four.

"Hey, Mike?" Angelo suddenly said.

Mikey turned to Angelo, surprised at the nickname. "Yeah?"

"Do you skateboard?"

"Oh, yeah! All the time," Mikey replied, then sat up further in his beanbag.

Angelo stood up and walked a few steps over to Mikey. "Come on, then! Let's go skateboard. We've got a double-sided ramp in the main room."

Mikey smiled and stood up, Angelo backing up a step so they didn't bump into each other.

"Oh, wait," Angleo turned to the blue turtles. "Will you two be alright?"

"Yeah, we'll be fine, Mikey," Nardo replied, a sort of cocky or smug tone of voice taking over. "Go skateboard with other-Mikey."

Angelo stared at him, crossing his arms and lifting a brow. Well, one part of his mask? The top of his mask simulated eyebrows. Tello was the only one who, strangely, had brows.

"You're sure?"

"Yes, Mickey," Nardo replied.

"I told you not to call me that anymore, Leonardo," Angelo replied. He had a bright smile on his face and chipper voice, but for some reason Mikey got the chills.

"Yep, right, sorry, won't happen again," Nardo apologized quickly, fear lining his voice.

"Good! See you later, Nardo!" Angelo turned and waved at Mikey to follow, his mood lifted and light again.

Mikey followed, glancing behind him one last time at his leader. He was watching Mikey, then smiled and waved weakly. Mikey returned the smile, then turned and jogged for a moment to catch up with Angelo.

"So, about your ramp..."
