Lucifer or Manaka was a powerful god before getting cursed by her father, Primus. She was sent down to Earth as a druid and played a huge part by having powerful magic and strength. She was given the title, 'The Magic God's Gift'.

Manaka will die five days after Elizabeth, also in front of the demon. As for Meliodas, he was given the eternal life of immortality, every time he dies, he's resurrected but gets his emotions taken away by the Demon King.  

While Elizabeth won't remember a single thing of her past, Manaka does. And she and Merlin are the only ones know that Meliodas is a demon, and not just any demon but the eldest Demon Prince. And he still is.
