Chapter 15
(Silver's POV)
I glanced at the hunters and behind me at the wall, there was no escape unless I teleported, which I wasn't really good at. A few milliseconds later I felt a gut wrenching grip of magic behind me, the hunters stopped advancing and were staring at the wall.I glanced behind myself and a glowing portal, two blocks high, was swirling behind me. It was glowing a dark red color, like scarlett, but darker.
I glanced at the hunters, then at the portal. It seemed the easiest escape route at the moment, I smirked.
"See ya later suckers!" I cried before falling backwards through the portal.

If you casually observed what was going on between the hunters and Silver you would've seen her smirk and fall through the portal while yelling.
The portal itself closed with a crack after she had fully gone through, the hunters had no idea what happened. After the portal closed, another opened behind the hunters and Silver fell through onto the ground before glancing at the hunters then sprinting away laughing like a maniac.

I glanced around me and saw the multiverse, but it quickly flashed by so all I saw were bubbles with golden tubes connecting them.
It seemed I was in one of the golden tubes heading for a universe that wasn't mine. I've gone through a tube before though it flashed so quickly by I didn't get to see anything, it's what happens when you go through an End or Nether portal.
I marveled at the beautiful worlds and then it was over as it suddenly began.
I fell through the portal into the other world and realised with growing horror that the portal had opened in the sky and a camp was below, I winced. It was gonna hurt when I impacted.
The camp itself seemed odd, Minecraftians in the camp seemed to have magic, could fly using their wings and other things. Rows of tents went on for what seemed like miles back, while observing the area in the center of the camp, there stood a girl in sunglasses and armed with many weapons.
I stare, realizing that I was going to crash a few feet away from the girl. "Why can't I every have a normal day?" I asked, the wind whipped my words away before I could hear myself.
I flipped onto my back and stared at the sky, holding my bag on the chest I cast a shield spell over it and was about the cast one on me but I hit the ground before I could.
A loud crash was heard as I smashed into the ground creating a large crater, I heard my bones crack and knit back together as I lay there. Waiting for my body to heal itself enough so I could move, my arms were relatively fine so I could check my bag for damage.
My bag was fine, so were the kittens and Cooper. I sighed in relief and dropped my head to the ground, before sitting up once the healing finished. I stood up a little unsteadily and swung my bag over my shoulders, I glanced at the slopes of the the crater and saw the girl I had seen before staring down at me.
I plastered a cheesy grin on my face, and said the words I'm famous for.
"Hiya, can ya tell me where I've landed?"

(Midnight's POV)
"Erin? Erin?!" I cried slightly ready to practically pull my hair out, it seemed I can never find that boy. Running through the rows of tents trying not to drop the things I bought for the children here, I nearly trampled Abigail who was trying to pick up the basket of laundry I knocked over.
"Mid what the hell man?!" She cried out flustered. "Sorry I'll help you with the actual laundry later for that I promise!" I shouted over my shoulder to her. Only a grumbled reply came from Abigail.Suddenly a loud crashing sound rippled across the camp.
"Oh great this better not be those two Ghast hybrids again fighting." I mumbled teleporting to where the location of the sound was, to my surprise I found a large crater and stared down at a girl. After a few moments she grinned at me, hopefully she had a good reason for all of this ruckus. "Hiya, can ya tell me where I've landed?"
"Who the hell is this?" I thoughtasI continued to stare down at a girl. "You've landed well in my camp. State your business here, or be considered trespassing."
I growled pointing a sword I had drawn at her, eyes narrowed and slightly cranky. She stared at me seemingly confused for a second before brightening with a grin.
"I'm Silver Wilde, the person who screwed up a teleportation spell." She answered, her grin never faltering as she spoke. "The person who also accidentally created a crater in your camp, sorry about that by the way." She added as an afterthought.
"I see." All I said honestly Silver made me feel like I was the normal one here, which we all knew that was not the case. "I'm Midnight Nightwick." She glanced at my eyes, then she grinned. "Nice eyes by the way." She said with a smirk.
"O-Oh." I replied quickly looking for my sunglasses. "Shit I forgot to put them on I've been so busy." After finding them I then put them on. "They are not nice." I mumbled.
"They are not nice at all!" Just then Erin poked his head out behind me, "Hey Mommy-" He began then sneezed at that moment his eyes lit up white.
Just only for a moment but it was rather funny, smirking I picked him up wiping his nose. I couldn't help but let the maternal instincts take over.
"Awe, so cute." Silver said as she clicked her fingers and vanished from the crater, she reappeared next to me; seemingly a bit woosy. "Why do I always screw those up?"
She muttered with a scowl which vanished as quickly as it had come. I felt like I knew Silver from somewhere but couldn't place it, so I ignored the feeling for the moment.
"So do you perhaps care to stay awhile?" I said with a smirk. "Eh, why not. It's not like I got a place to stay anywhere near here." Silver said as she pulled out a little box and looked into it.
"What's that you got there?" I asked looking at the box Silver had.
"This thing?" She asked, pointing to it. I nodded, she glanced at the box then to me. "Oh, these tiny kittens I got. They're adorable!" Silver said, I raised an eyebrow as I thought I heard a tiny voice yell out "Help!" but Silver didn't react so I guessed it was nothing.
Silver reached into the box and pulled out a kitten. "This one is Rose and the other one is The Doctor." She said, pulling out The Doctor.
"Aw they're adorable." I stated while trying to carry a bag, filled with baby toys, books, and blankets just to cheer some of the younger kids up. "Thanks." Silver said, putting both kittens back in the box.
I then glanced at the guards standing nearby putting a cold expression on, then began to shout orders. "You two take this bag of blankets, baby books, and toys to all the children here! Now!" The guards took the bag nodding. "Yes ma'am!' They both cried out in sync taking off.

(Silver's POV)
I put the box back in the bag trying hard not to yell "I'm from another universe! Is there another me here?!" Instead I calmed myself chatting to Midnight and not getting myself stuck in a mental ward.
"Hey Midnight, what's this a camp for?" I asked, theorizing it was for the outcasts."One...We are not outcast be sure to keep all of your thoughts private. Two this is a camp and a army for Hybrids." "Hybrids huh? Oh, and stay out of my head. You won't like it much." I replied, upping my mental wards. "Alright and there are tons of different hybrids here." Midnight said then just gave a small smirk.
"Cool, if I were a hybrid I think I'd like to be an enderman one. They're lucky to be able to teleport naturally, I suck at teleporting as you have seen." I said. "And I was right about the outcast comment, everyone who's different is an outcast. Like me here, I can do magic. You've got the eyes and probably other things I don't know about.
Everyone here was probably kicked out of their homes for one reason or another, unless they were born here and know nothing else. It's interesting on what people can achieve." I said, serious for a second before perking up; trying to keep up the facade of 'I'm just a sorceress, not a brine and I'm kinda crazy' for a bit longer.
"Man you made this place not sound so cool anymore...I'm just messing with you." "This place sounds awesome, I'd love a tour if you'd show me around." "Oh geez then I'll have to show you every tent in camp! And every room in my castle!" She laughed. "Nah, just the important places. Then I'll be out of your hair, it's interesting to see how other people live." I said with a grin. "Well I could show you one place I haven't let anyone inside of."
"Cool. What is it?" Midnight then grinned with a rather mischievous look on her face. "My little hide away I go to when I'm stressed, also known as my lair." She joked then laughed again. "Let's go!" She cried out grabbing me by the hand, and teleporting into what I think was the tallest tower in the castle. The walls were decorated with weapons that were hung up, and large yet colorful carpets covered the floor.
While marveling at the crystal chandelier hanging above, Midnight plopped into a chair that resembled a throne, but wasn't quite a throne. Sprawled out she then glanced at me letting her arms hang. I noticed that she the entire time was humming and smiling. "Why are you so happy?" I asked. "I just uh well I found out I am going to be having another child yeah so...Make yourself at home my friend!" She asserted happily while bright red at the same time.
"Awesome! And I've never seen this style of chandelier before though.""I had it made myself." She shrugged with a smirk. Then with a flick of her hand a tray appeared with a plate, of cookies and two glasses of milk. "Hungry?" She asked.
"Yeah, I am." I said, grabbing a cookie. "Thanks." Midnight nodded as the tray floated down and set itself on a table. "Don't mention it." She said. "I'm wondering, do you know anyone called Silver? Other than me of course." I asked, curious if this world's counterpart of me had met Midnight."As a matter of fact yes I know a Silver here. And she's a Brine.""Huh..." I muttered, my brain whirling.
It was interesting how similar our worlds are, this world's Silver is also a brine; though probably by different circumstances.I glanced around looking for a clock, not spotting one I pulled out mine from my backpack; I glanced at it then back to Midnight.
"Sorry, it's getting late. I've got to go." I said, replacing my clock back in the bag and swinging it back over my shoulder. "I've been gone longer than I meant to be, my animals will probably be worried. I didn't mean to be gone the whole day." I said, I heard a whooshing sound behind me; I glanced around and spotted the portal I had gone through earlier.
Midnight glanced at the portal and then at me, she raised an eyebrow. "Alright very well be sure to visit! Seriously I need some company every now and then, to where I can talk about normal things well almost normal things with someone."
"Sure!" I said, I stepped back through the portal. I smiled and waved before it closed and I was whisked across the multiverse back to my own world. Midnight sighed with a sad smile on her face, but she understood.
~ ~ * ~ ~
As I was pulled back through the multiverse tube thing, I pondered exactly why I had been "chosen" or whatever you'd call it, to cross dimensions. I'm not exactly the best person for the job, if there even was a job.
Perhaps, I had been sent there to cheer up Midnight; or just explore the multiverse, as it seemed extremely expansive.
I shook my head and got back on track, I twisted my body to face the way I was headed; the end of the light-tube, where I was probably going to be spewed out at the group of Brine hunters.
The light came up fairly quickly and I shot through, though not as fast as I had thought.
I landed in a crouch and shot up I glanced around and spotted the hunters behind me, I had managed to land myself behind them; I shot away, laughing like a maniac.
Which I totally was.
