Introducing to you; the cycle system.

The cycle system functions to ensure stability, productivity and progression in this book club. Since I founded the #BrigadeReads, we have grown so much together and many of you have been with me on this for a really long time and some of you, even from the very beginning.

Every three months, we will begin a new cycle. Where you fill out a form, update me on the information you want to continue with in the book club [suppose you are open to new genres or rates, or you don't want to read a specific genre anymore. this will also be the time you will be allowed to add in a new book of yours to the book club, or change one if you would like].

This was we all can stay updated, and the book club will be able to function smoother. I was encouraged to do that because with introducing new rules and updating this book club to its newer and best version, a lot of you have grown with it too. In the past month there has been only one strike, no one broke a rule and everyone was on time to ask for an extension or complete an assignment.

I am hoping that this new system will help the book club function as good as it does right now, or maybe even better.
