Episode 2:Tu parles français?

"Oh god.."(Ben)

He was not a man who killed people. He prided himself on having mercy for everyone.. He couldn't do this.. But this guy... Translucent has done so much fucked up shit. Vought's corrupt enough that he won't even get in trouble for it. How did he end up in this mess? Wait no.. How did he end up here? He realized he hadn't questioned where he was.. Last thing he knew.. The Forge of Creation- Aggregor is still out there!

"Oh shit-"(Ben)

He reached for the Ultimatrix on his arm.

"Call Kevin.. Call Plumbers, Call Gwen.."(Ben)

"...Is he having a mental breakdown?"(Hughie)

"Welcome to the club."(Butcher)

"Damn it.."(Ben)

There were a few conclusions he came to. This is a new Universe, a new planet with similar species, or time travel... Think Ben.. Last thing you remember.. Falling out of that weird white room when they were trying to get to Aggregor.. an Alien X they were trying to save?

"Okay- So- Uhh- Don't freak out.. But I'm from another universe."(Ben)

"Bullshit."(Butcher)

"....What?"(Hughie)

"I'm.. I'm going to help you find out how to take.. care of this guy, but I refuse to kill him."(Ben)

"Oh god.. I'm gonna go to jail.."(Hughie)

"Calm down, I know just the guy. Toss him in the boot and hop in the back."(Butcher)

Ben sighed as he hoisted the invisible man up. Surprisingly not as heavy as he expected. He waited and Butcher popped the trunk. He tossed the body in. Feeling horrible about it as he did so.. but sometimes there's no other way.. Right?

"He's in."(Ben)

He said as he sat in the back seat.

"Right. Let's get going then."(Butcher)

"Do you have a dog?"(Ben)

"...No."(Butcher)

"So it's a stolen car?"(Ben)

"No."(Butcher)

The group drove over a bridge. And with how fast Butcher was going, he expected them to drive over a child too.

"So.. Uh- Want to talk?"(Hughie)

He noticed Butcher roll his eyes, but Ben smiled anyways

"Sure thing."(Ben)

Hughie seemed like a good person. Although both of these guys were clearly older than him, Ben was old in experience.. Almost dying since age 10 does that to you.

"So first- How old are you?"(Hughie)

"Physically speaking, fifteen. Mentally I'm around two, and six feet under."(Ben)

"Wait- Your fifteen?"(Hughie)

"Yup!"(Ben)

"Butcher- He- He's a kid-"(Hughie)

"He aint a kid, he just beat the shit out of one of the Seven."(Butcher)

"Thank you, but that was basically nothing. Back home there are way stronger people."(Ben)

"Back home?"(Hughie)

"Bellwood. Uh- My Universe I mean. Hey you guys got any Mr. Smoothy's around here?"(Ben)

"..I don't think so?"(Hughie)

"Dang, alright. Welp, back home there are a ton of stronger people, there's Albedo, Vilg- I mean not Vilgax I guess? I kind of blew him up, but there's Animo, Aggregor is who I was tracking down before I ended up here."(Ben)

"Uhh- What- What kind of heros are they?"(Hughie)

He knew Hughie was just trying to relate and keep things light hearted but he couldn't help but laugh at the thought of Vilgax helping someone

"No, they're all villains. Tried killing me a few times. Vilgax was trying to get me since I was ten. Albedo's more recent, he has all the same powers as me- Well not anymore considering I stole the Ultimatrix.. Wow I am really good at stopping people- But uh- Animo is more of a tech guy, he made some stuff to control and mutate animals to try and stole part of my first Omnitrix to try and 'eVoLvE tHe HuMaN rAcE' the kind of bullshit like that."(Ben)

"...I understood a few of those words"(Hughie)

"Oh right, the Omnitrix is what I would use to transform- Now I have this."(Ben)

He said as he raised his left arm showing off the gauntlet type thing on it

"Oh I see- Same symbol as the other thing you see!"(Hughie)

"...You noticed that?"(Ben)

"Well yeah- It was in the center of your chest-"(Hughie)

".....It took years for anyone to notice and piece together my secret identity."(Ben)

"Oh... Maybe people are just dumb in your universe.. Must have been a smart gu-"(Hughie)

"It was a kid who thought I wanted the recognition and spilled my identity to the public.."(Ben)

"...I'm trying really hard to give you the benefit of the doubt.."(Hughie)

"Thank yo-"(Ben)

"As fun as listening in on this conversation has been, we're here."(Butcher)

Ben got out of the car with the two others. Butcher knocked on a door. A woman with black hair opened the door, pulling off her sunglasses with the hand that held a cigarette 

"Mornin' luv, Frenchie about?"(Butcher)

Instead of responding the woman looked at Hughie, touching his face for a good ten seconds, to which he was clearly uncomfortable. Then she simply walked back into the building. leaving the door open

"...What?"(Ben)

"You'll love this guy."(Butcher)

As they walked there was some loud blaring music in.. French? Ben took around.. one French class so he had no clue what any of it meant.

"Frenchie- Oi! Frenchie!"(Butcher)

He yelled to get the man's attention. Speaking of the man. He was working on a table covered in guns while shirtless. The woman from earlier lowered the volume and the man spoke

"Monsieur Charcuter."(Frenchie)

Butcher grinned

"Huh.. This is a surprise. Good to see you."(Frenchie)

"Good to see you, too, mate!"(Butcher)

"Means you brought that 40,000 you owe me?"(Frenchie)

He sniffled slightly, like he had something stuck in his nose

"I mean, why else would you show your face around here?"(Frenchie)

"Because I've got something even better for you!"(Butcher)

The British man took a few steps towards the Frenchman

"How would you like to double your money?"(Butcher)

Hughie walked over, looking slightly scared at the table as Butcher and Frenchie began laughing. After they stopped. The woman walked over and handed Frenchie a.. Cigarette? Hopefully-?

"The double of zero is zero."(Frenchie)

"I mean his math checks out."(Ben)

He muttered to Hughie who laughed slightly- but disguised it as a cough

"Who are they?"(Frenchie)

"These guys? Well this is Hughie Campbell. us three, we're, uh, working a little job together. And this guy, well he's our ace in the hole."(Butcher)

"I'm-"(Ben)

"What? 14? Your bringing kids into this? And they're still alive?"(Frenchie)

"Well- You and I worked together, your still in one piece."(Butcher)

"Am I?"(Frenchie)

"Look, do you want to know what the fucking job is or not?"(Butcher)

"Open it. Tennyson, get ready for that bullshit you pulled in the store."(Butcher)

Ben rolled his eyes and nodded his arm moving the his wrist and messing with something till he found one he deemed correct.

"Who is in there?"(Frenchie)

"The fact you knew it was a person get's me worried.."(Ben)

"Where's your sense of adventure?"(Butcher)

The french man sighed. Opening the truck

"YOU DUMB FUCKS ARE FUCKING DEA-"(Transluscent)

Ben slammed down on the dial revealing a light orange-crab like being with pincers for hands.

"BRAINSTORM!"

 He opened his skull revealing a huge brain, pink in color. It walked closer on it's six legs. It's silver and black neck brace shining in the light. The symbol of a green hourglass on the brace. Electricity crackled in it's brain before shocking the invisible man

"WHAT THE- THAT'S TRANSLUSCENT! WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT!?"(Frenchie)

He asked backing up, clearly... shocked. By Brainstorm and the invisible man in the trunk

He pulled out a gun and put it to Butcher's head

"Go away, get all of these guys out of here-"(Frenchie)

"All right easy.. easy."(Butcher)

"He's chipped! Homelander could be here in seconds!"(Frenchie)'

Brainstorm stepped fowards but was waved off by Butcher

"This is not my probl-"(Frenchie)

"Ah but it is. He's seen your face. Knows what you look like. In other words. You must help if you value your life. Or perhaps we should just let him run off? Back to Vought to tell them all about what has happened here? So would you like to come to an accord? Or prefer to be hunted, mon ami?"(Brainstorm)

The crab-alien asked as it seemed to smirk. Frenchie put away the gun

"Of course. Of course the crab speaks French.(Frenchie)

The crab reverted back into Ben

(Authors Note: Prepare for a cringy feeling of a kid being sad!)

"Here comes the A-Train!"(???)

A man in a blue costume said as he fake ran through the door. It seemed to be a hospital room covered in Camera's, perhaps for make a wish?

"My man! How you doing?"(A-Train)

He said as he crouched down to the bed's level pulling out a bag with a logo that looked like a V turning into a 7 and handed it to the kid who pulled out what was inside as A-Train gave a thumbs up to the camera. The kid looked unimpressed and kind of disappointed

"Thanks?"(???)

"Yeah!"(A-Train)

"I'm sorry- But- I- I asked for Translucent?"(???)

"Right, but Translucent is on a secret, undercover mission right now! But you got the A-Train, baby!"(A-Train)

"But... My wish was to meet Translucent.."(???)

The boy asked as his voice seemed to convey a building sadness

"That was my only wish.. He's- He's my hero.."(???)

"Yeah.. Um- Well, you know, maybe.. maybe he can swing by next weeeeee"(A-Train)

He was going to say something but a doctor looked at him shaking his head quickly

"...Fuck."(A-Train)

He muttered

"Y'know what.. I'll uh- I'll see what I can do... Maybe I can get some other heros to drop by? Translucent's bus- Ooh I know! I'll teach you to run as fast as me the moment you get better!"(A-Train)

"..You'll teach me to outrun cancer?"(???)

A visible suck of air was heard through A-Train's teeth as he mumbled a quiet

"....Yeah.."(A-Train)

Giving a thumbs up again

Timeskip

"Reggie what the fuck?"(???)

"What!? I panicked! I just wanted him to have a good day- I couldn't say 'Sorry kid, your hero is nowhere to be found and probably get drunk out of his mind!' could I!?"(A-Train)

"You said you'd teach him to outrun cancer!"(???)

"I don't know man! I'll talk to him when he get's better and try to arrange a meeting with Translucent.."(A-Train)

"That's the least you can do man! You just live streamed a kid with cancer to the world!"(???)

"It wasn't my idea! I wanted to just go in and have no camera's! Stillwell insisted it'd be good press!"(A-Train)

"Then stick up for yourself! I didn't spend all that time training you for you to lay on your ass. Get back up, take care of yourself and help people. That was your dream man! World's fastest hero!"(???)

"I know- I know- I just- I'll try..."(A-Train)
