"It's only $2000 per month?"

"Yep. It is one of our most expensive apartments, but if you noticed in the bathrooms..."

"The giant spa's big enough for two people and the stand-up shower next to it...yes...we noticed." Jimin said clapping his little hands.

I laughed a little at his excitement. They were all huddled in my office waiting for the screening results to come back and as expected they passed. I held back my smile and faked a concerned face.

"Yoongi..." I started. "Do...do you have a criminal back ground that you haven't told anyone about?"

He looked at me as everyone else looked at him. His eyes were wide with surprise and his voice was shaky ask he spoke. "N-no...I've never done anything..."

I couldn't hold it anymore and I started laughing. Everyone then turned to me only Tae laughing along.

"Hyung...she got you."

"I'm sorry." I said. "I couldn't help it. But you all passed with flying colors. What day do you want to move in?"

"Tomorrow?" Namjoon asked.

"Tomorrow will work, it will have to be a late afternoon move in so I can get maintenance in there to make sure its ready for you guys. Will that work for you?"

"Oh that will work fine, Noona." Hobi said.

I couldn't hold back my giggle, I loved that they called me Noona.

"So you call every older woman you know 'Noona'?"

"Only people we like." Tae said winking at me.

I rolled my eyes at his attempts of flirting. Gay men are so good at flirting. "Well if you guys have time I can get your lease printed and you can sign it while you're here. I can give you your new address and then you guys will just have to come back tomorrow with one month's rent and an equal installment for the deposit."

"How much total?" Yoongi asked, Jimin sliding in to his lap.

"Well since its almost the end of the month, what I'll do is waive the rest of this month and you will just have to bring $2000 for the deposit and $2000 for next month's rent."

"Thanks Noona!" Jungkook said enthusiastically.

"You're welcome, please remember that this rental amount includes all utilities aside from internet and cable. Should you want internet you will have to purchase it on your own. But I can give you the number to the company I use. I've always been happy with it."

"Holy shit..." Jungkook said loudly. "Noona we have kept you here almost an hour past your closing time."

"No worries Jungkook...I get paid by the hour." I winked back at him.

After I printed out the lease they all took turns signing each page...and as you can imagine it took forever...there are 7 of them and almost 35 pages. Once we were done I was walking with them to the door. We were saying our goodbyes until Jimin spoke.

"Noona?"

"Yes?"

"Thank you so much for your help...this weekend, once we are all done unpacking, Jin hyung is going to make a huge dinner. Please join us as a thank you for staying so late and doing all this extra work."

"It's my job Jimin. I don't mind at all."

"Please?" Jungkook chimed in. "We really want to thank you."

"Maybe."

"How will we be able to contact you? I'd assume you wouldn't want us coming into the office for something like that." Namjoon added.

"Well..." I contemplated telling them. I bit my lip and saw Taehyung stare at my lips. I popped my bottom lip out from between my teeth and looked back at Namjoon. "You could always just...knock on my door."

Jin looked at me funny with a tilted head. "What do you mean?"

I giggled a little. "Well each side of the building has 2 apartments, a 4 bedroom townhome and a 2 bedroom flat. And...well...I'm your neighbor."

Before I could even blink I was lifted up into the air by a very small pair of arms and I was being twirled. "YAY! OH MY GOD NOONA!! We are going to be such great friends!" Jimin shouts excitedly.

"Babe, put her down before you hurt her."

Jumin scowled a bit at Yoongi but nonetheless put me down anyway. "We would love a new friend though Noona." Hobi said before Jimin could say anything. "We don't know anyone here and it is always a good idea to be on good terms with your neighbors."

I laughed again. "Like I said, just knock on my door, if I'm home I'll be more than happy to join you."

"Got a boyfriend you may be hanging out with if you're not home?" Namjoon wiggled his eyebrows at me.

"No...unfortunately I do not." I decided to see how comfortable I could be around them. "I am all yours, boys." I said opening up my arms. Unexpectedly the lot of them came at me with their own arms open embracing me in one huge group hug. "Holy crap...I wasn't expecting this." I said a bit breathless.

"Alright alright let her go." Jin said.

I took a deep breath and laughed a bit as they all let go of me one by one. They all said their goodbyes and left one after the other, besides Taehyung. He stopped and looked at me coming closer so his friends wouldn't hear him.

"I look forward to our growing friendship, Noona." He smirked a flirty smirk and slowly walked backwards as he made his way out the door.

God they are all gorgeous...especially Taehyung. I took a deep breath and laid out all the paperwork for tomorrow's move in on my desk in neat piles. I shut down my computer and clocked out for the day...or should I say night. We close at 6 and it was almost 9 by the time I started walking towards my apartment building. I was exhausted, but I was excited about my pending friendship with my new gay neighbors. I don't have very many friends since I graduated. I stumbled upon the leasing job here and after a year was promoted to assistant manager. Now all I do is work and read...work and read...work and read. All my "friends" ever want to do is drink...I don't mind drinking...just not EVERY damn weekend.

I woke up the next morning with a different kind of energy. I took a long shower, applied my favorite body oil, and put on my favorite dress. It was royal blue with no sleeves and came down to just above my knees. I curled my hair and applied eye liner and mascara. Simple. I walked to the office and opened the clubhouse for the day. It was Friday...thank god and I don't work on the weekends. I was excited though, the boys were going to be back today to move in. I was putting a lot of weight on being their friend to be honest. I hardly know those guys but they seem to be genuine.

I sat at my desk with all the paperwork on it and as the hour drew closer to 9 I saw Jaxon and Nina come into the office. It was a normal day...not quite as busy as the week had been. Thankfully, Jaxon took a few tours and signed a few leases and Nina sent out emails to more residents about renewing. I looked at the clock and it was 4:30...the day had gone SO SLOW. But when I looked up I saw Taehyung walk through the door. I saw Nina double take and Jaxon give him a dirty look. He walked up to Nina and said something to her and she swallowed hard and turned towards me. Yeah girl I know, I had to swallow hard too. She got up from her desk and came into my office, cheeks as red as I have ever seen them on her.

"Um..." she spoke in whispers. "There is a really, really hot guy here....asking for you."

She made me chuckle a bit. "That really, really hot guy Nina...is gay." I whispered the last two words

Her shoulders lowered dramatically and she rolled her eyes. "All the hot ones are." She said crossing her arms on her chest. "Maybe we can hook him up with Jaxon."

I raised an eyebrow at her. "Jaxon isn't gay..."

"The hot guy doesn't need to know that, it will just be funny to watch him get hit on." She said smiling.

"Get back to work Nina." I said rolling my eyes. "And send him in."

She went back to her desk and I saw her speak with Taehyung again quickly and he smiled at her. She probably died a bit inside looking at him smiling. I laughed to my self when I saw him walk in.

"What's so funny, Noona?"

"You flustered my employee Tae...I don't know if I can allow you in my office unattended like that."

He raised an eyebrow and a smirk plastered acorss his face as he turned to look back at Nina. "She's not exactly my type." He turned back towards me. "Do I fluster you, Noona?" he said tilting his head.

"Of course you do...you all do being all sorts of drop dead gorgeous." I sighed referring to him and his roommates.

He let out a hearty chuckle and he took a seat at my desk. We went through all the paperwork. Apparently the other boys were packing up all their stuff in a moving van, and Taehyung's job was to get the keys and swipe card for the amenity building.

"Alright you each get a key to the apartment, and a key to your bedroom. There are no keys for the bathroom but they lock from the inside. You each also get your own swipe card, do not lose it, it will cost you $50 to replace."

He gave me the cashier's check for the $4000 they owed and I walked him to his apartment. I showed him the details and gave him his move in checklist and a new pen with our logo for him to fill out.

"When is the rest of your gang going to be here?"

He looks at his watch. "Oh probably in about an hour." He looked at me as if he was contemplating asking me a question.

"What?"

"How are you single?"

"I'm sorry?"

"Seriously, you are super nice, obviously good at your job, and your stunningly gorgeous...your eyes even...they are entrancing...almost hypnotizing...Do you date?"

"I do...I just...haven't found anyone." I said blushing hard.

He nodded without saying anything. This is why I like gay guys so much...they are ridiculously honest without holding anything back.

"Thank you." I said.

"For what?"

"For saying such nice things to me...I don't really hear those things a lot so I appreciate the compliment."

"I'm just glad you're a woman to take a compliment." He said in return. "Most woman disregard it or shrug it off as not true."

I smiled at him letting out a deep breath. "I better go...we are going to close soon and I need to get your move in stuff done."

"Alright...we will see you tomorrow." He said winking at me.

I chuckled. "Just knock on my door, Taetae."
