THIRTYFOUR

"Thanks for inviting me to dinner Yoongi. I love Mexican food!!"

"I knew you did."

"So what do you need to talk to me about?"

"Who said I needed to talk to you? Can't I just take my best friend to dinner?"

"You can...but the entire drive here you gripped the stearing wheele so hard im surprised you didn't break it, you spilled your water twice, and you stuttered your words when you ordered." I said raising an eye brow to him. He swallowed hard and looked away from me. I could see him visibly start to shake, so I reached across the table taking his hand to comfort him. He looked back at me with a very strange look. "You can talk to me Sugie...I'm here for you. If something is wrong..." but I trailed off as I saw a huge grin spread across his face.

"Nothing's wrong, Noona. I swear." He squeezed my hand slightly as he continued. "Actually...quite the opposite. I'm going to tell you something...but you can't tell anyone...not even Tae."

"I swear."

"I'm going to ask Jimin to marry me."

A loud gasp escaped my lips as I slapped my hands over my mouth. In a fit of glee I let out a muffled squeal of excitement.

"OH MY GOD YOONGI! THAT'S AMAZING!"

He smiled at me with his cute gummy smile and laughed at my reaction.

"Oh my god...when did you decide this?"

"Well...Jimin and I have joked abut it for years. When we first got together...it was weird for everyone...neither of us had ever been with a man romantically so we weren't sure how long it would last. But the more we joked about it the more it made me think and quite honestly...I cant see myself with anyone but Jimin. I told him that one day after we had gone to bed and he said he felt the same way. After a while I got to thinking why not get married? I want him for forever."

He reached over and wiped a tear from my eye. "Oh my gosh Yoongi." I sniffled. "That is the most romantic thing I have ever heard! When are you going to do it?"

"Tomorrow night." He smiled.

"Oh my god Jimin is going to be so happy!"

"Well that's why I wanted to tell you first. Jimin and I will tell the guys but since Jimin now identifies as gay...though most of us do...he never really felt like he had a best friend. Of course he had Taehyung...but it's a little different since Tae isn't gay. He always talks about how much he loves and adores you, I really think that though Tae is his best friend, so are you. I want him to be able to go to someone if he needs to...just in case he says no."

"Awe...Yoongi of course I will be there for him. But I don't think you have anything to worry about...I don't think he would deny you."

He smiled even bigger. "I don't think so either...but you just never know."

The rest of the night with Yoongi was amazing. Not once did his pervy side come out. We ate our amazing food, and he told me about how he is going to take Jimin to the beach and propose out there. He even showed me the rings he had picked out. They were rose gold bands and on the inside they were engraved with a saying "To have and to hold...forever." It made me giggle because of course he would pick the part of the vows involving sex. By the time we had gotten home, we had one too many drinks and had to call a cab to take us home. We stumbled in laughing, as we saw the rest of the boys on the couch. I saw Taehyung smile at me and my heart melted the way it always does when he looks at me. I ran over to him jumping on his lap straddling him. I tucked my head into the crook of his neck and wrapped my arms around him.

"Well hello, beautiful." He said while chuckling.

"Yoongi...how much did she drink?" Jungkook asked.

"More than I did that's for sure."

"Does she ever wear anything other than dresses?" Namjoon asked.

"HEY!" Jin said slapping his arm. "I love her dresses...she always looks so nice."

"They're more comfortable too." I mumbled into Tae's neck.

He giggled to himself and rubbed his hands on my back. "It's also very convenient for quickies." He said.

"Nice, Tae." Hobi replied.

I giggled into Tae's neck again holding him close. I didn't realize how much wine I had drank. To be frank, I don't remember my glass being empty at all. I pulled my head up and looked for Yoongi, once I laid my eyes on him I pointed at him.

"YOU!" I shouted.

"Me?" he replied pointing to himself.

"YES YOU!" I replied. "You are the reason I am drunk."

He sat on the couch and put his arm around Jimin holding him close. "How do you figure?"

"Not once was my glass empty...and I wasn't the one pouring them!"

"Hmm." Yoongi hummed as he tighted his grip on Jimin. "Must have been the wine fairy."

"Yeah right." I responded plopping back down on Tae's lap. They all talked for a while and I fell heavily on Tae.

You know those times were you feel like you're asleep, you're deep breathing as if-you're asleep, and you're even still enough to be asleep....but your brain is not. I fell into that deepness and could hear the entire conversation around me.

"Taehyung...so how serious are you guys?" Namjoon asked.

"Well we've been together officially for almost 6 months now...and I really do love her. I'd say pretty serious."

"Joon...have you seen them together? They are soulmates...absolutely." Jin chimed in.

"Oh I'd believe that." Jimin said. "Tae talks about her all the time."

"Who'd have thought that walking in to that office you'd find your one and only." Hoseok teased.

"I know it's only been a short amount of time...but I cant help but thank my lucky stars every day for finding her...she's kind...educated...laid back...drama free...."

"Well...I wouldn't say totally drama free." Namjoon said.

"Not by her fault tho...that guy is fucking psycho." Yoongi defended.

"Oh I don't think its HER that's the drama...but she definitely brings drama. But with a good looking girl like her it doesn't really surprise me. But it's sad you know. She is kind, and has such a pure heart...I cant imagine losing my parents and then starting over the way she did. She must have been so lonely." He said with a sigh.

"When we first started sleeping together and I'd spend the night, I'd wake up to her crying in her sleep...I'd wake her up but she never would remember the next day."

"Does it still happen?" Jimin asked.

"No. It hasn't happened in over 2 months I think...she sleeps like a rock...well as you all can tell."

I heard them all let out a few laughs.

"I love her." Jimin spoke.

"Yeah...I have to admit...she has a soft spot in my heart too. " Yoongi said.

"I feel like she's a little sister."

"Jin...she's older than you."

"Still...she calls me Jin Oppa and that means im her big brother too, so you better share Kookie."

"I don't mind sharing you if it's with her." Jungkook giggled.

"She is definitely part of this family...maybe we should do something special for her...make sure she FEELS like part of the family."

"What would you suggest Joonie?"

"I'm not sure."

"Oh I know!" Hoseok  shouted.

"SHHHHHH!!"

"Oh sorry...why don't we write her a song...she'd love that. We can do the choreography for it and everything."

"I LOVE THAT IDEA." Jungkook sang.

"I like it...but one problem."

"What?"

"When would I learn the dance? We can't exactly have group practices."

"Why not? There has been no sign of Parker for months...I think he's gone."

"Well...I guess..."

"And it's not like she'd be alone for long." Jimin said.

"Yeah that's true....well...alright...song and dance it is." He laughed.
