ONE

It was a busy day...stupid busy...and my worthless leasing agents weren't doing anything productive. I had a huge 'to do' list of my own...the last thing I need is to also do their jobs.

"OY!" I said walking out of my office.

I saw Nina jump in her seat looking towards me and Jaxon didn't even move as he scrolled through the leads list. Our property manager was going to be gone for another two weeks and I could not WAIT for him to get back...this was getting out of hand. I was the acting manager as the assistant while he was gone...and these two thought that meant they didn't have to do anything.

"What are you guys doing?"

"Follow up." Jaxon said.

"And how many prospects have you called?"

"Two."

"ALL DAY?!" I asked a bit louder than intended.

He simply nodded. I turned over to Nina. "And you?"

"I emailed all of the residents up for renewal with their offers, I sent you an email with 3 people who want to sign."

Well I guess she at least was doing some work. The last hour of the day is always calm, and I need these two to leave me alone.

"You guys can go." I said.

I didn't even have to say it twice, Jaxon was up and out of his seat before Nina even turned her computer off.

"Later." He called.

Ugh...he's so annoying. Nina calmly gathered her things and thanked me for letting them leave early and she walked out the door. I sat at my desk placing my forehead on it in front of me, pondering why I told Ian I didn't need a roaming manager to come help me for the month. I guess I wanted to prove that I was capable of managing these morons I called my leasing staff on my own. About a half an hour passed and I was finishing up the renewal leases when I heard the front door open.

You could imagine my annoyance because not only did I send my leasing staff home...but it was also 30 minutes to close. I groaned to myself and plastered a fake smile on my face walking out into the clubhouse. I saw 7 boys walking around with their backs to me and I greeted them warmly.

"Hi there! Welcome to Avery Meadows!"

I'm pretty good with people...I've been in customer service my entire professional career and I have a BA in Communication Studies...but NOTHING prepared me for this. They all turned around and I seriously felt as if my heart fell out of my ass.

Every...last...one of them...were beyond gorgeous. The two tallest where holding hands...one probably the most handsome man I had ever seen, with dark raven hair and wide shoulders...his fingers interlaced with the other with lavender hair. Then there was a platinum blond guy, his eyes were barely open and his skin was as white as porcelain. His arm was over the shoulders of a much shorter guy who's smile reached his eyes. Then there was another man, who looked like this sun itself, kissing the cheek of a beautiful young man who could pass for a human bunny. Finally, the one who spoke first, had honey blonde hair and a boxy smile that made me weak in the knees.

"Hi! Are we too late to go over some information?"

I had to regain my composure...I didn't even notice I was staring at the boxy smile until the other blonde guy cleared his throat loudly.

"Oh, no we haven't closed yet, please have a seat with me over at these tables." I walked over to the part of the clubhouse we take all of our tours to start. They each sat next to their partners and the guy with the honey blonde hair sat next to me smiling. "So what is it you boys are looking for?"

"Well we all want to live together if that is possible." The broad shouldered man said as he played with his partners fingers.

"Of course...how many bedrooms are you hoping to have?"

"We will only need 4." The bunny replied with a smile.

"Let me go get some floor plans for you all, we have 3 different kind of 4 bedroom townhomes that you can choose from."

I stood and walked back towards my office before any of them could respond. I walked a bit faster than normal because I was definitely not used to being surrounded by such attractive men. But of course they are all gay...all the good ones are...I sighed dramatically to myself tilting my head back. I took a deep breath and grabbed my availability sheet and a folder with the floor plans. It looks like we only have 2 styles available for an immediate move in. I walked back out to them and they were all talking quietly to each other, the one with the boxy smile sat quietly looking around the clubhouse. I sat next to him with my paperwork and their conversations dulled to a silence.

I cleared my throat before I started. "After looking through my availability, we only have 2 of the 3 styles available for an quick move in, when is it you were looking to move?"

The lavender hair spoke. "As soon as possible actually, we are currently in a hotel and start our new jobs in about a month, we've heard great things about this property, the apartments are beautiful and the staff we've been told is impeccable."

"Well thank you, I've always tried to focus on good customer service." I smiled back at him.

"So far so good doll-face." The honey blond guy winked at me.

"You know," I started. "I pride myself on customer service but I didn't ask for any of your names." I said looking around them all.

"I'm Taehyung, but you can call me Tae...everyone does."

"Seokjin...but Jin is fine."

"Namjoon."

"Yoongi, but my Jiminie bear calls me Suga." He said kissing the boy next to him.

"My name is Jimin." He giggled kissing Yoongi back.

"I'm Hoseok...but everyone calls me Hobi."

"And I'm Jungkook."

"It is nice to meet you all."

I went through each floor plan with them and they liked the bigger of the two, which wasn't surprising. It was a two story town home with two bedrooms on the first floor, with one and half bathrooms, and two bigger bedrooms with an even bigger bathroom in between them.

"Any chance we could see it?" Jungkook asked.

"Of course, let me go get the keys."

We made the short walk over to the newest building that was finished being build just last year. As we walked around the lower level I could hear Yoongi and Jimin whispering to themselves.

"Hyung...I want the bigger bedroom...but you know Tae deserves one and Jin is going to fight us for the other one."

"Don't worry Jiminie I will talk to Jin hyung."

"No, just...let me do it." Jimin turned towards me and excused himself to get my attention.

"Yes, Jimin?"

"Are the leases per bedroom or per apartment?"

"Per apartment, you will all be on the same lease, equally responsible for the entirety of the lease agreement."

"Tae gets the biggest room but Yoongi and I want the neighboring one." He said clear and loud for everyone to hear.

"NO WAY!" Namjoon shouted coming into view.

"Rock, paper scissors for it." Taehyung said before any more argument could be made.

Namjoon walked right up to Jimin and pulled out his hand in a fist. Jimin pulled out his fist in return looking Namjoon quare in the eyes...I have a feeling they do this often...it was a one, two, three, and Jimin's paper beat Namjoon's rock.

"YES!" Yoongi shouted from behind a smiling Jimin.

"Yah! Namjoon...you ALWAYS pick rock first!" Jin said walking up from behind him

"Too late, we win!" Jimin sang as he pranced over to Yoongi wrapping his arms around his neck kissing him. They are so cute.

"Noona!"

I looked at Taehyung. "What did you call me?"

"Oh, sorry." He laughed. "Where we are from we have formalities we use. You are older than I, so I call you Noona."

"I think I may be older than most of you." I laughed in response.

"Only by one year for me Noona." Jin said from up the stairs. He was clearly checking out the room that his partner miserably lost.

"Alright Noona, where do we sign?" Namjoon said rubbing his hands together.

I laughed at their enthusiasm. "Alright boys, come with me back to the office and we will get everything squared away."

I took a deep breath as I lead the seven of them back to my office, it was way past closing time but for some reason I didn't want to go home yet.
