"How was your date with Jin this time?" Jimin asks the next day at school.
"It was pretty great." I smile as I think back to us making out under the bleachers.
"I bet. It's written all over your face." Taehyung points out.
Suddenly, the speak overhead draws our attention.
"Y/n L/n to the main office now."
Everyone's eyes land on me.
"What is that about?!" Jimin asks with wide eyes.
I shrug and stand up, grabbing my bag and slinging it over my shoulder.
I make my way to the main office, my palms becoming sweaty.
Deep down I was even more nervous.
I had never gotten in trouble at school before.
•
When I get to the main office I see Jin seated in the chair in front of a desk.
When he sees me he gives me a nervous smile.
"Why don't you sit." The man behind the desk says.
I bite my lip and take the seat beside Jin.
"Do you two know why you're here?" He asks, his eyes swimming over us.
"No sir."
Jin was the one to speak.
"This school has security cameras you know."
Fuck, we've been caught.
"I'm so sorry. We didn't mean any harm, Really we didn't. I take full responsibility."
I bow my head.
"Y/n." Jin says from beside me but I keep my head bowed.
"Really, you do?" The man asks.
"Yes, of course. It was my idea to come here and-"
"I went along with it too. I won't let you take all the blame." Jin says seriously.
I look over at him and give him a small smile.
"Tell you what, since I can see how serious you are about meaning no harm, I'll let this slide." The guy says.
"Really?" Jin and I ask together.
"Yes. Let's not let this happen again, okay."
"Understood." I say and Jin agrees.
"Now back to class you two." He says and Jin and I nod and bow before leaving.
"I almost had a heart attack." I admit as I let out a breath.
"You shouldn't have tried to take all the blame. What if you got into serious trouble." Jin huffs.
"Better me than you."
"Why do you say that?" Jin asks.
"You're going to be a senior here next year and I'm only a freshman right now. You'd lose a lot more than I would." I say honestly.
College was the real deal and was no place for slip ups.
"Besides, it was my idea to come here." I point out.
"I'm supposed to be the one protecting you, y/n." Jin sighs as he pulls me in to his arms.
"Let me protect you too." I say as I glance up at him.
Jin smiles and kisses my forehead.
"Okay." He says softly.
"We have to get back to class." I say.
"Let me walk you." Jin says and I don't object.
When we get to my class we say our goodbyes then part ways.
I head into the class and sit back down in my seat.
"What was that about? Is everything okay?" Jimin asks and I simply nod.
I'd explain it to them later, for now I need to focus on being a good student.

After classes I met back up with everyone.
"You never told us why you got called out of class." Yoongi says on the car ride home.
"Y/n didn't either." Taehyung says.
"Wait you got called out too?" Namjoon asks.
"It's a long story." Jin says.
"Well we got a long ride home so spill."
••
"Idiots."
It was the first thing that came out of Yoongi's mouth after we told him everything.
"We didn't think we'd get caught." Jin says.
"How could you not? You were making out under the bleachers in our school while no one was supposed to be there. Not to mention she lied about why you were going inside to begin with."
Yoongi looked like my disappointed dad.
"It's not her fault." Jin says directly after.
"Then who's is it? It was her idea to go there." He says.
Now I was starting to feel bad...
"Quit it, would ya. We both are to blame. Not just her." Jin defends as he grabs onto my hand.
"Maybe next time you guys won't be that careless. What if you guys got kicked out of school? Then what?"
We were being scolded and yet it felt solely directed at me.
"I'm sorry. It's my fault and I apologize. I was careless, okay. I get it."
"Y/n." Jin says from beside me.
"No, you want to take the blame but you can't. It was my idea to go to the school and I take responsibility for my actions. I'm sorry." I bow my head to the others.
"I'm glad you can man up to that." Yoongi nods.
If I wouldnt have said it I would just have ended up feeling even more guilty.
"Just be careful next time." Hoseok says and I nod.
The conversation had killed my happy vibe.
I felt bad for doing it now.
I should have taken him somewhere else.
Nonetheless, I can't deny the fact that that night was an amazing one.
Although we got in trouble, we still had a great second date.
I'm happy about that.
•••
Jin;
Later that night as y/n and I were laying in my bed I could see that she was still thinking about earlier.
"Are you okay?" I ask.
"Yeah, I just have a lot on my mind." Y/n sighs.
"Like?"
Y/n looks up at me and let's out a breath.
"What if they decided to suspend us or even kick us out for good? It was my fault and if that happened I'm not sure anyone would forgive me for it."
I could tell y/n was really upset over this.
"They didn't though. Nothing bad happened or is going to happen." I say.
"That may be true but if he hadn't. You would have gotten in big trouble because of me."
I sigh and pull y/n to me.
"I took some blame too, Okay. It's just as much my fault as yours. I willingly went into the school with you." I say.
"I'm sorry. I know I shouldn't have taken you there." Y/n sighs.
"Don't apologize. We had a really great time that night. I don't regret it at all." I say as I pull y/n's face to mine and kiss her.
"You don't?" Y/n asks.
"Not at all."
Y/n smiles and leans her head into my chest.
"I love you, Jin."
"I love you more."
And that is the truth.
