Mom: Emily, are you ready!?
(Emily's Mom shouts)
Emily: Be right there!
~five minutes later
Mom: are you sure you're okay with moving away from all your friends?
Emily: All?
Mom: *sigh* I just don't want you to be alone some where you don't know.
Emily: Mom I'll be fine. I'll just make new friends.
Mom: Okay...but-
(Emily cuts her off)
Emily: we are movie to get away from all the pain I've gotten in this town. I'm leaving all the negativity behind.
(Emily's Mom smiles)
Mom: if you're happy then I'm happy.
Emily: thank you Mom.
(Emily hugs her mom)
~on the plane
??: hi
Emily: um..hi?
??: sorry I'm Beverly.
Emily: hi Beverly I'm-
Beverly: Emily, I know. I'm supposed to show you around the school in two days.
Emily: why are you on the plane?
Beverly: I was visiting y grandparents for the summer.
Emily: oh I see. Do you sit here?
Beverly: I do actually. So since we're here..do you wanna know anything about the school?
Emily: hm...are there any bullies?
Beverly: Don't get me started. There are. Henry and his goons. They are terrible try to stay away from them. There's also Greta and her home girls. Ugh.
Emily: do you have friends?
Beverly: ah yes I do. We call ourselves 'the losers"
Emily: why losers?
Beverly: well we have similarities and if you don't have what we have then you don't fit in.
Emily: oh cool? Um well...what are their names?
Beverly: Jeez. Getting into details so quickly huh?
Emily: I'm so sorry. You don't have to answer.
Beverly: it's fine. But you should figure their names out in your own. I hear you memorize them that way.
Emily: I'm fine with that.
You guys talk on the plane the whole ride. When you land that's when you two split and go your own way. You and your mother head out and go to the house.
~four hours later
*knock knock
Mom: honey can you get that please?
Emily: okay
You go to the door.
??: um hi I'm Eddie. My mother wanted me to greet you.
Emily: oh hi I'm Emily. So do you go to the school around here?
Eddie: uh yes I do actually.
Emily: sweet.
Mom: Hon?
Emily: I have to go but I'll see you around.
Eddie yeah you too. Bye
Emily: bye
